They were very friendly and when they saw our dog in the back got him a little bowl for water. Our order was correct and the food was fresh a great! I love this location and will definitely come back especially for the employees.

Had a great experience at this location. Not only was the food on point and the place super clean but the new GM Bailey was such a nice guy. For sure this Taco Bell on FM 544 Wylie will be the only one I go to.

Sometimes you come across some folks that really do make a difference. I've been going through some personal things lately, and we can just say that my good days are few and far between. It is difficult for me to focus on most things these days. Including ordering breakfast. For starters, every since my first visit here, I've always been greeted politely by people who seem really happy to be there. A rarity in today's world. So often, the people who serve you breakfast and lunch act like you're bothering them by coming to their restaurant to eat. Not the case at all here. But good customer service isn't what prompted this review. Maybe it is, but it's more. So this morning, match 16th, at about 9:30 am, I pulled in to order breakfast, and my mind drifted off like it does, and I was on autopilot, as I call it. Well, I mistakenly ordered the wrong thing. When I looked at my receipt, I was a bit mortified because the item I ordered, was one I don't really care for, and these days, breakfast and lunch is about all I've got. I wasn't about to make this friendly staff pay the price for my absent mindedness, but I did lament on how I had accidentally ordered incorrectly. The girl at the window was very eager to mske sure I was satisfied nonetheless, and when the mabsger came to the window, I recognized Her. She had helped me out in the past. I was moved tgen also but didn't speak on it, altho I wished I had. This crew has no idea that the simple favor of providing me with an item that I wished that I had ordered, with a smile and no attitude at all, has done for my day. And perhaps it could also be lost on the reader of this review. Put mildly, it made my day. I can only assume that I'm not regarded any differently than anyone else by this staff, so it woukd be a logical assumption to make, that they treat everyone else in this same manner. This manager and her staff are assets to this company and to its brand. I don't know her name, although I wish I did. But thank you for making my day.

One of their best locations. It's 100% the staff that make it that way. They are very invested in their service and making the food as best they can. Rare to see that. They have fun while they do it and are very sweet. The 2 young men, Bailey and Money, were very kind and did a fantastic job.

This visit was way better than my last visit. I got the crunch wrap supreme. They finally made it the way it was intended to be served. It wasn't dry and it wasn't all cheese. It was just right. Staff had a smile and was friendly. The last time i had food from this location the beginning of the winter, late fall. i was sick for 15 hours with my stomach in knots. I was throwing up. It felt like my appendix was going to burst. Good news looks like that staff is no longer there. Looks like me might be in good hands again.

This taco bell always gets it right , the ONE and only time I got something messes up it was my own fault. Been coming here for several years, but the customer service here is at its peak. Reviews don't matter much for fast food places because they kind of sell themselves but they have been killing it. Quality of preparation is much better than some other taco bells I've been to.

The evening/late night shift is the best!! Super nice and light hearted, we love that they chat and laugh with us while we wait for our food. If every drive through had employees like this I know every person that went through would leave in a happier state!! Thanks guys!! Keep doing what you do!!!

Oh my goodness. The most AMAZING employees I've ever met at a fast food chain. They are laid back, always get my order 100%, always fresh and delicious food, amazing service, and they make my visits personal. This is my favourite taco bell yet!

I go to this Taco Bell at least once a week. Usually my order is always wrong and they never give me napkins or hot sauce. But last night I went and Taylor was fantastic. He got my order right he was nice and he made the experience so much nicer. So thank you Taylor you’re the bomb dude!

Not my favorite food but they are inexpensive and the kids and grandma are happy for anything close to Mexican food. Update 2022...we got fast service but several items were not prepared according to my order. I verified the order was correct on the receipt. I may try it again sometime but getting the order prepared correctly is a big deal.

I have been coming to this location about once a week since I moved in just down the street in January, and have always seen my favorite drive through person Hanna. She’s always the sweetest and has the biggest smile. After not seeing her for 2 visits, I asked if she was just off, and they mentioned she would be gone for a few weeks. I miss her but the food is delicious and the service is still great! I’m glad they are giving their employees well deserved time off!

Best Taco Bell I've been to in a long time. While the service isn't necessarily friendly, it's prompt and accurate. The food was made correctly and quickly. Really the only drawback was the obnoxious high school crowd making noise and not keeping to their seats, which isn't the restaurants fault.

It's a Taco Bell, so what can you really expect? It's neither good nor bad. The food is typically as expected. Sometimes there is a long wait at the drive-thru, but other than that, I haven't run into any problems with service. The dining area is probably the largest drawback of this location. It's small and uncomfortable, even for just a short meal.

Not bad food and not bad service, but there was more than one busted hot sauce in the bucket at their self service condiment station. I tried to be careful but got it all over myself. Ticked me off pretty bad, but I kept my cool. After I washed up I went to the counter and calmly looked for the manager. There was none to be seen. At least no one identifiable by uniform or name-tag, etc. I mentioned the busted packets and the sauce on all the others to the one that appeared to be the leader. He just stared at me with the other two that were standing around with him. I mentioned that you can take the whole bucket and rinse it off and put it back in about a minute. Mostly just more stares. One girl nodded and said, "oh." I walked back to my seat knowing that good help is hard to find anr sometimes managers don't want to manage.

Sometimes they are very professional sometimes it's like the kids are working while the parents are out of town. We go there a lot but now that I think of it they've never messed up our order! That's pretty good for Taco Bell!

Came here at 9am for breakfast where there was no line or wait. Staff was as friendly as 9am can honestly be but someone else might say they can be more chipper. I got a bacon breakfast Crunchwrap that was cold in the middle and a breakfast burrito with fiesta potatoes which wasn’t too bad. If you’re going to order orange juice, just know that it comes in a bottle by Tropicana. Overall it was alright. Didn’t make or break the start of my day.

The food is typical and consistent with other Taco Bells. All of the drive through employees speak in a weird tone of voice, though... Almost robotic. I've never heard anything like it in a drive thru. It is kind of a mystery that is fascinating me now.

The menus for Taco Bell are all pretty much the same in my opinion. I just went thru the drive thru. So I can't actually review the inside of the store. I can tell you that there was friendly service at the window. They were fairly quick with our order. I highly recommend the Mountain dew slush. Although I have had the airheads one as Well and it was also very good. You might like the loco tacos if you are a Doritos fan. I prefer the cool ranch. Other then that I always get something off the dollar menu. It is cheap and will get you full.

Not the best but not the worst. Typically when we go, we keep it pretty basic. My only major complaint is use fresh shells and not stale ones for the hard shell tacos. Also, add more meat and cheese to tacos. Other local places stuff their tacos and I feel Taco Bell could up their game when it comes to this.

It's your typical Taco Bell. However, I will say that the young man they usually have on the drive thru is a really good employee! He is always professional and friendly. We love his radio announcer voice on the speaker!

****Updated I spoke with the district manager and he assured me this is not the type of behavior that is acceptable for customers to be treated like. *****The service here is absolutely horrible. The “MOD” refused to give me her name after I called about my order being wrong (Not the first time this has happened) She was outright condescending in the way she talked to me. This isnt my first encounter with her either. She likes to place blame on her staff instead of being a manager!! She accused me of telling her to shut up when I asked her to be quiet so I could finish telling her what was wrong with my order. I would rather drive 10 miles to Murphy than deal with their horrible attitudes.

Taco Bell. Restaurant is getting a little older but staff is fast and courteous. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. Absolutely no complaints. Update. Two years later. Definitely getting run down. Needs remodeling it at least a deep clean. I'm lowering my rating

Food is usually good, but lately, they asked me to use the kiosk, but I was paying cash. The young lady asked me to use the kiosk, and I said I'm paying cash. She said it's ok. When you're done, you can pay cash here. She stood there the whole time I placed my order and waited for me to pay her cash. Taco Bell, please make it make it since. There were about 5 people use standing around doing nothing. So I walked out and did place my order. I'll just go to the Murphy location. It's better there. Ps the other day, I was at the wylie location, and they were freaking out that a manager named Zack was gonna do a shop on them. That was the best service I ever got there. The first time I got a refill without asking, the people were cleaning the store being extra nice. It was a great feeling from what we usually get.

So the food is typically just fine for me, but why place a mobile order if they're just gonna have me sit at the speaker for literally 3 minutes? I can't even make this up, I sat there for 3 minutes after letting them know I had a mobile order. I could've ordered faster.

Wylie Taco Bell is the WORST.... We only went back because we were hungry and it was the only place open. Most of the staff are rude and the place is exceptionally slow. Yeah, I know I know its Taco Bell...Not exactly 5 star dining but people still should be able to get their order right and within 40 minutes.

Been sitting here for more than 10min for a small order of tacos. The tables and floor are barely kept clean. The place looks like they are understaffed, so it would explain why would they take so long. If you don't have time and in a rush for in and out for tacos, don't come here.

I just ordered breakfast here and every other time I ever get breakfast I order a coffee or iced coffee. They NEVER have ANY!! We always order through the app and every time we get to the speaker they always say they don't have coffee. I even ordered last year and they still never had coffee. What's the point to make it available on the app if they never have any coffee.. I believe they're too lazy to make the coffee. Who knows, right?!

I understand that food service isn’t as easy as everyone may put it to be, however what I don’t understand as I sat and waited for a online order inside is why the pony tailed mail manager laughed and said it’s gonna be 30 min wait for food and said but I’m going home. I get that it’s hourly work nor do I know how long he has been working but maybe atleast manage your staff as they are on their phone and not working. It’s hard to understand and believe that these people want $15 plus an hour if you want that pay you gotta earn it in my eyes. I’ll be back as it’s usually not this bad just kinda shocked on seeing an inside look at the work effort that is lacking.

If the drive thru is long, don't try going inside to be quicker. They will ignore you for 10 minutes. Then take another 20 to make 3 tacos with only meat and cheese... and also screw up your simple order. All with 7 or 8 people working. This location used to be the best one around. 😪

I usually grab a bite here on Thursday nights. . This Taco Bell sucks. The other night I spent like 45 minutes in the drive-thru waiting for my food. Got to the window and it was a bunch of kids screwing around one of them eating while working and then I got the wrong order. Similar experience last week and the week before. I'm done for a while. But of course I'll be back.

Is this Taco Bell ever going to learn how to make tacos properly? Every single time we’ve ordered from here, the bottoms are stuck to the wrappers and soggy af, causing the insides to fall out the moment you pick them up 100% of the time. The flavor is at least still there, just be ready for taco salad/flimsy tostadas instead of tacos.

I ordered 1 beef chalupa and 3 Doritos tacos. I was feeling around inside the bad trying to find the chalupa and everything felt hard. I turned on the light and it was the first one in too. It was harder than the hard shell tacos. Terrible!! And there was nothing delightful about the 2 piece Cinnabon “delights” which where also hard and barely warm at all. Who is working at this place!!! Make sure to check your food before leaving this establishment. Last time I was inside the store itself the “workers” were playing rock paper scissors to decide who was going on break instead of attending the customers including myself waiting at the front.

The food was prepared according to my picky children’s request however, looking around the dinning area it is gross. Doesn’t look like it’s been properly mopped in days. There is trash and food under the counter and under the drink machine area. The front door has a mat where food and mud have both collected over time.

I ordered a luxe box through uber eats and my entire order outside of chips and queso were wrong there are potatoes in both the taco and chalupa when I ordered ground beef. I even triple checked my recipe where the hell were there potatoes anywhere. This seems dumb but I can’t even go back to the store to let them no called no answer and I ordered through UBER EATS

Wait times in the drive thru after 3 pm can some times be ridiculous, and after 5 pm make sure you get your correct order and made correctly too that doesn't always happen! Staff is to busy talking, laughing, cutting up and playing instead of focusing on the orders in front of them or on the screen in order to actually getting them right, its almost a skill or goal for them to get the orders wrong after 4pm especially when ordering inside. The whole team especially the manager should be retrained.

They manage to make my order incorrect often. I ask for my tacos with no lettuce. They add lettuce or leave off sauce for no reason. And they don’t provide any compensation for coming back up to the store. Time and gas wasted always. Probably will make the extra trip to a different location next time! Update: I actually quit fast food altogether as every single time something was wrong. Decided to go back here because fast food has been a pregnancy craving. Once the order was handed to me, I checked the bag and was missing a burrito. Guy argued for a min then finally brought it. I asked for a receipt 3 times and he just kept ignoring us so we drove off. Nacho fries were cold so I called and she told me I'd have to come now for a replacement since I don't have my receipt (yet I was never offered one and had my requests ignored). IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO TO THIS Abomination I HOPE YOU GET A RECEIPT.

Placed order in drive thru, pulled up windows opens blunty says "twelve dollars", no greeting, no welcoming smile. Windows closes, opens, hands me my beverages without a word, closes window opens extends her arm with my bag in her hand, her head tuned away from me. No words no thank you nothing. Then as I begin to ask a question windows closes. Love taco bell since the 70s. If I could give a negative score for service I would.

Food is inconsistent. I ordered a crunch wrap am today. I asked the guy taking my order if it came with any sauce because I don't want any. "No, I don't think so" (maybe you should ask someone that knows next time) Anyway bites into my food and there is some of kind of cream sauce. Not even worth the time to drive back and complain. Just go to a different location.

Yea ordered food through the app. Once I received it it was cold and it looked like the cheese and chicken were just thrown and not even heated, cheese wasn't even melted. So much for a chicken Chipotle melt. This is the 3rd time it has happened.

I usually only do drive thru here and will not. Ever again. We went inside and after about 3 minutes some guy that could not be concerned with our presence took my order. Then when the food came out it was on a tray that was dirty. Food remnants from some previous customer. Dont ask for a manager either. Either there isnt one here or they are just not concerned. I already sent an email to corporate. This store needs to be shut down and deep cleaned. I know it isn't fine dining. But at least serve it in a clean environment

Worst customer service. Thy guy on duty said am the manager here. Gave my order at 8:26 pm on june 15th and at 9:02 pm when i asked for my food he said our machine is not working so we cant give you food. I asked him what kind of reply is this but he said what else you want me to do. And out of $33 order h gave me $10 back for the chalupa and said you guys already had the drinks with the order and the burrito which was offered to us earlier for free because the lady said there is few min delay in your order but the guy said you guys already ate that so you will be only refunded $10 for chalupa now This is the service and reply we got after waiting 45 min at the fast food restaurant for food

This is the worst taco bell I've been in my life, they do not care about customers, really bad attitude and poor customer service.. They should all get fired. The lady at the mic just shut me up and stop talking on the mic. No courtesy whatsoever after been on the line for minutes... And I could hear them laughing. So rude and disgusted. Horrible!!! Walk inside at 10:55 am to order our lunch, not only was the staff extremely cold and rude, but was also very slow and took care of the drive thru and ride shares rather than the customers inside. Could tell my food was just slammed together bc when I got home to eat it was older left.out food for hours and was not even in the shape of a burrito, before we left was only given 1 drink and when I asked for my 2nd cup the Hispanic lady was soooo rude and exploded she only worked drive thru, like idc, give me my cup and go back to the drive thru. I love taco bell, but will never go to the Wylie location again. Seems like very unhappy employees, not customers fault so stop getting mad bc u have to work at your dam job!!! Lazy

I ordered a drive thru the girl took my order she was super sweet. When I got home about to eat and I realized that they put beef in chalupa instead of chicken. Then I went back to taco bell located at 1601 FM 544 Wylie, TX. I went inside there were 4-5 girls and one guy which was their manager. No one greeted it and I stood there about 3 mins then one lady came I asked her if I can speak with the manager. She called him he came I showed him the receipt what I ordered and what I got. The manager didn't even say sorry once I was shocked what kind of customer service was this? He just told them to make a chalupa and went to eat on the table. I wouldn't recommend to anyone because of the customer service.

My family loves Taco Bell, however, the last two visits to this location, has been horrible. Leaving out items and today, the Burrito Supreme had hard chunks of either meat or beans and the lettuce is in large pieces, not shredded. Really disappointed and will not be back to this location.

I always order from this location pick up/ delivery and they either cancel the order or mess it up and it has happened to me several times. If you want to waste your time and money go to the Wyllie location. One time I accidentally ordered from this location and wasn’t surprised that they got my order wrong lol. I’m surprised this location hasn’t been closed yet due to bad management and service. The servers are mostly kid and they start chitchatting once they clock in totally ignoring the customer at the counter. Very impressive customer service 👏🏻

I ordered food from them through door dash and I didn’t even receive all my food. I called them and they said they can’t give me a refund or give me my food if I dont come to the store and cut the call on me 2 times. If I could come to the store I would have door dashed my food. I payed for the food and didn’t even receive it all. This isn’t even the only time this has happened to me. Before they either get my order wrong and don’t give me everything I ordered then I would have to go all the way back from home to get my Oder right again. Honestly aren’t paying attention every time some goes wrong with my order when I order from Taco Bell. TBH they don’t even deserve a 1 star😒

They seem to be out of everything when I go and always missing food when I make it home. I don't want to make others wait so I can check to make sure everything is correct. I love taco bell but after 3 times of this, I will not be back to this place.

Well they got every single item I ordered wrong and barely gave any fries. Person who took my order was nice everyone else didn’t know what was going on or what to do. Ridiculous service and ridiculous I had to pay for things when they didn’t even get me what I ordered and paid for.

We placed an order online. After picking up the order and driving back 5 miles to get home, we realized part of our order was missing and the other food had beef instead of chicken which we clearly ordered and paid extra money for. Called the store and was told to come back for correct order. When we got there, the manager told us to throw the food away. Few minutes later, she proceeded to give me half of the order again!!! She expected us to eat the cold nacho cheese from 20 minutes ago from original food we got!! So stupid!! I expected the whole order to be made again. Never going back to Taco Bell ever again!!

Doesn't matter how many times you repeat your order, they will always confuse a beef burrito with a bean burrito. I specified that I wanted only beef burritos several times as they clearly did not hear me, and even when my order was correct on the screen, they still only give me bean burritos. I don't frequently visit this location due to the consistent errors but after this experience I won't be returning.

Returned again and previous bag was still on counter where I had left it. Floor dirty and workers standing around unconcerned. 5 stars for manager refunding my money quickly!

This location is an absolute dumpster fire. 3 teens standing around joking with each other while ONE PERSON attempts to prepare all takeout, Doordash, and online orders. The kitchen and lobby were beyond disgusting and unsat. My entire order was made incorrectly with items left out. All of this on top of waiting 30 plus minutes. Staff is rude and unhelpful, and generally have awful attitudes towards customers. I will not be visiting this location again. I wish I could say this visit was an anomaly. However, this experience is normal. The only anomaly being delivered a correct order. I sure hope the manager reads these recent reviews. This store is in need of a serious overhaul.

This location actually deserves 0 stars. Drive thru wrapped around building so I walk in because no one was inside. There was at least 7 employees I could see standing there, 2 of them looked right at me, didn’t say a word. It wasn’t until I said “Is anyone gonna take my order?” that someone walked up and said “how can I help you?”. From what I could tell, not sure who was the mgr or if one was even there, basically a bunch of kids probably still in high school with 0 customer service skills.

Showed up for a pick up and employees were just standing around and playing and told me it would be about ten minutes for nachos and two burritos. Was asked multiple times for the name and told them. Then when it was ready they just placed it on the pick up shelf and continued to joke around. Guy with the man bun I believe his name is Ethan was very rude to me and employees as well. This Taco Bell is always having problems would recommend driving a few extra minutes to the murphy one instead.

We ordered nachos along with other items. The nachos tasted SICK as in the chips tasted like they were 200 years old. My soda tasted and smelled like cleaning solution. My daughter I feel sick now. Hopefully it’s not food poisoning.

Ordered doordash, took forever to be made, went through a few dashers. Final dasher came & employee said someone picked up the ordered already. But ordered on DD had showed saying ordered is still being prepared, never completed. Pretty much they lied that they even made it. Got a refund. Went ahead & tried again to reordered, waited a while to get a call they are having issues and ordered was canceled.

Staff is rude. They never have the breakfast boxes to put the breakfast in.. they basically throw everything in the bag for you.. the lady at window always has an attitude with you. The other day they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30am. Unfortunately this is the closest Taco Bell to me , they can do so much better. Avoid this location if you can, I’m never going to this location again

Oh how they have fallen. This place was the best back when it was a Pizza Hut/Taco Bell. It made me upset when it became a full Taco Bell, however, that isn't why I'm giving it 1 star. Its been literal YEARS since they've gotten an order right. You'd think it'd be the employee's fault but this has gone on for longer than a couple cycles. I personally wouldn't recommend going to this specific Taco Bell. Food's good though

I usually eat at this location and have never really had issues. Until tonight when the guacamole I was given on my nachos was absolutely horrid. At first glance the color was this dark green, but the smell & taste alone is what did it for me. It’s as if it had sat out for a few days. Couldn’t even scrape it off and enjoy the rest, the guacamole had practically spoiled the entirety of the nachos. One bite is all it took to make me sick. All I ask is that if it looks & smells bad, don’t sell it. I’d rather you tell me you’re out than sell it to me.

Tonight we came home to mold on our kids Chalupa! I usually wouldn’t call to complain because I’m nice and try to be understanding but i decided to THIS time. I got laughed at and hung up on! I call again hoping to speak with someone more MATURE and still hear them laughing in the background. Clearly my child was upset that I had to throw away her dinner, the LAST thing I needed was to be disrespected over the phone for their mistake. We go to this location quite a bit ONLY because it’s the closest. They mess up our order nearly every time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this location.

night crew SUCKS with any online order, i order often from this location, while the food is good, they dont pay attention to the order. if i ask for no lettuce, i dont want lettuce, if i ask for no tomato, i dont want tomatos. if i ORDER FOOD AND 2-3 ITEMS ARENT IN THE BAG, yall have a problem. this is everytime i do a doordash order from this location around the times of 10pm-1am. i dont want to have to throw my whole order out bc everything has lettuce on it, and tomatoes which im allergic to. i just wasted $30.

So I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering online. It is very misleading. They say you can go inside and skip the line and then on the door the lobby is closed. So I called and was told to sit in the drive through. So now I've been sitting here for over 15mins and my food has been ready for more than that, which means its ice cold. So they said they would remake it, but change your online services if something is broken. And then when I got up to the drive through all of the women in there had a disgusting attitude like I had done something wrong. When they are just too DAM LAZY to have the lobby open at 5pm on a Tuesday. And as I've sat here for 20 mins I see the door is now open and others are allowed their food. UPDATE: Food was not remade. It was cold, sweaty and gross. I will not eat it and have wasted my money. And the girl at the window needs to be FIRED! Your not as cute as you think you are, you still work at taco bell hunny 🙄. DONT RECOMMEND! USE THE ONE IN MURPHY! Also I paid .40 cents for sour cream and im handed this.

This was the filthiest Taco Bell I have ever been to. The floors were covered in crumbs, grease stains, and trash, like no one had bothered to clean in days. There were bugs crawling near the seating area, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant. I would not be surprised if the health department shut this place down. The food was just as bad. It was cold, greasy, and sloppily thrown together. The cheese was not even melted, the tacos were soggy, and I have had gas station food that was fresher than this. It was clear that no care was put into making anything remotely edible. And let me be clear—I eat a lot of Taco Bell. I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu, from Crunchwraps to Cheesy Gordita Crunches to the Breakfast Quesadillas, and I know what this food is supposed to taste like. This location is a disgrace to the brand. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed. This is not just bad service—it is a complete lack of effort. Do not waste your time or money here.

Worse location. Hispanic lady is dropping fries with a full blown winter coat, wiping her face with the same gloves. Employees never have any enthusiasm behind servicing you always very confusing because none of the counter or drive through people want to be at work and it always shows. I only door dash at this location.. if I ate taco bell I’d never go to this one.

I spent $43.16 - it was a lot of money for fast food. They did not put 3 side Jalapenos and guacamole in the bag. I ordered through the drive through. It was too far away to go back. I was very very disappointed. I ended up not eating the food. It was not the same without my favorite jalapeno and guacamole.

All of our food was made awful and missing items. When advised items were missing (chips and small queso) they gave us an empty container with cheese swirled around the edges to make it look full. Store was messy; When I asked for the manager they never came but saw them hiding around the corner. Won't be coming back here.

Not usually one to leave bad reviews especially for food service or retail, but the last few experiences I’ve had at this location were incredibly sub-par. Tonight I waited for over 20 minutes for my food with only 3 cars in front of me. Once I finally got the food and made it home, I discovered that I was given the incorrect order, which was worth far less than what I paid for my meal. The last two times I came here it was very very slow, but at least I got the right food. To be fair, since this has become a regular issue with this location, I’m inclined to believe it’s a management issue and I give absolutely no blame to the other staff. This place needs some serious help.

This place should be ashamed of how disgusting the restroom was. You think you moved to a better area and community and expect more from international franchises like Taco Bell, at least to be able to go to the restroom and have some level of cleanliness. But it just shows that the management and leadership team here and the people are just completely lazy and disgusting. I will not buy food from here. Yuck.

This Taco Bell is horrendous. There has never been a time when we have come in here and there was any method to this madness. Your guess is good as mine regarding who is the manager. There is zero leadership presence. The workers are clearly lost and don’t know what they are doing. Multiple people are requesting refunds. My kids wanted this so I am stuck. Whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed. The workers were just instructed to stop taking orders. Wow, wow, wow. Some person in the back in black is randomly making orders but certainly not in sequence. The drive thru is wrapped around the store. Horrible. They are taking 20-30 Mins for orders but have 2 people in the lobby half way wiping tables. Do better.

Just received my order from Door Dash. Not only did they not send my drink, any fire sauce or napkins but I open my taco to eat and it is sour cream and cheese only!! I called the store to see what they could do and the person that answered the phone was rude and would either not respond or interrupt me.

The lobby is filthy. The bathroom stinks. The staff refuses to acknowledge your existence at all while you're waiting forever to order. So I left and went to Taco Delite just right down the street. What night a day difference. Friendly staff, the restaurant is clean and they have really good food that actually has a generous amount of meat on it and not overpriced. I won't be back to this Taco Bell or any Taco Bell ever again. Save yourself and don't eat here.

I ordered 3 cruchwraps with no nacho cheese but to use the three cheese blend instead which I have to pay extra for. There is BARELY any three cheese on all three of them and an almost overwhelming amount of nacho cheese which I specifically asked for them to make without it. I would greatly appreciate my order being made correctly if I’m going to be charged extra for something I didn’t even get. I’ve never had this problem at another Taco Bell and half the employees looked like they were stoned out of their mind, so that probably explains the lack of effort and accuracy. Terribly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Terrible. Biggest joke in Wylie. Food was cold. My husband received wrong drink, they gave me a Mexican pizza that looked like someone already took a bite out of it. Delivery service is a joke. If your at the store, they are too afraid to mess up an order. Terrible night employees. Cheese cups for the nacho fries are ALWAYS a quarter full... not even halfway full.

Not only did I have to ask the drive through guy twice if all my food was packed in the small box they gave me, but upon checking my food, there’s barely even any meat to be seen. This Taco Bell is never busy and im starting to see why. Poor service, and staff is rude Everytime.

Inside on the kiosk, it took them forever to eat and get started on my order. Came here and asked for 2 quesadillas but when I got to the window I was only charged for 1. I let the young lady know so she could add a 2nd one to my order & said “my manager said you have to go back around to order it again because you were only charged for 1”. Ok, if it was a mistake on your end, why would we need to get in line again to order what we had already ordered? I don’t understand.. could definitely add better service in my opinion.

Wrost place ever. Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and did not get meat on it. Also, I got a burrito supreme and did not get beef on it, and look how small it was. I did not get the inside of supreme because my wife started to eat it. Never got sauce with my order. They need new workers asap, or this place needs to close down asap this is the 4th time Taco Bell screwed my order up. Staff is always very rude. managers never work. The place is super dirty. Ok so I will NEVER come back to this store. Never. I took a bite out of one of the new stackers I ordered and as I bit down, something hard was there. Pulled it out with my teeth - a GIANT piece of plastic was in my food. How did they not see this? It was a folded tortilla where they added cheese and meat. What if I had choked or gave this to a child and they choked? I found a piece of hair this week and now this. Just done.

We ordered through the app and picked up through the line, and the guy at the window asked for the name, my boyfriend said “aiden” and the guy at the window said “gay-den??” We didnt know this guy, wasn’t an inside joke or anything. Ask for extra sour cream, which you pay extra for, be prepared to get your food with not only not extra, but ZERO sour cream. Order sauces that you literally pay extra for? Check your bag, because they won't be in there. Order steak and jalapeño fries? Check them. You'll get home and game no steak, only fries and a tiny bit of cheese with jalapeño. Seriously bad service. They either just don't care at all or are intentionally messing up orders. Don't know which is worse.
