Picked up Slices & Sticks (bacon) yesterday. Pizza was awesome. Detroit style pizza is always a little greasy, but man, it is good. Ordered using iOS app, which was great. Pizza ready exactly at time they estimated it would be ready … fast and right at lunch hour. I saw some people say that they had to wait for pizza… I recommend the app because it shows you when they are preparing pizza and when it’s ready!

They had the pizzas ready quickly. It's Little Caesars, not some Michelin star winning place. You know what you're getting when you go there, and they did it well.

Overall it was good. Food was great staff was friendly. Only problem I had was I ordered online and was told my food would be ready at a certain time I get there and it wasn't even started I waited almost 45 minutes for it to be done because they forgot about my order. Maybe it will be different next time I'd love to give 5 stars but that one thing is stopping me from doing so

First time having Little Caesar's a couple days ago, got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and stuffed breadsticks. Pizza was great, but the breadsticks were soggy and stale, and barely had any cheese in them at all. They were also pretty bland. Gotta say, not really a fan of the interior, though. It didn't really feel very welcoming, but it is designed for just pick up with no dining option, so it's understandable. Still, I would have liked to see something more similar to a small Domino's, like what they have in Hudson. Not Domino's is also designed around pickup and delivery, but there's also a small table with a couple chairs, so it feels a little more welcoming. Domino's also has this window with a couple of steps leading up to it for little kids to just look at the dough. I like that, it's cute. Honestly, as far as atmosphere goes, Little Caesars could learn from Domino's or Pizza Hut. As it is, Little Caesars just has this "take your pizza and leave" type of atmosphere. At least the pizza's good, but that's pretty hard to screw up, let's be real.

It is awesome cooked but previously frozen pizza. It is bargain priced. My kids love it. It so quick and easy. As an adult, it will never be the same as a pie from a real pizzeria, a from scratch pizza. Parking lot at this location is kinda funky, but the staff is polite, friendly and efficient.

Been here several times in past couple years, not a very clean place, sticky counter and grimy credit card machine, BUT staff is always very nice and pizza and wings usually is very good. For price and service not bad at all for quick late night food.

If Little Caesars Pizza ever realizes that they have the Best pizza crust in the business, there all in trouble. However, there pizza places are run like, WHO cares. Everyone on there cells, no human contact. Ya don't believe me, go to Albany NY location during rush hour, order a pizza, and watch how great your experience is....It's sad actually, since they've got the best pizza crust, and cheese in the business... Hope they fix the employee issue, it's Paramount....

They really need to hire more people. I know it's hard with the current market but there should be two people working in store. Nothing is hot and ready like the slogan says. Food is great for price though.

Food was very good but waited a long time.. was only 1 person staffing the whole kitchen and register. I felt bad enough I wanted to jump in and help him. The food was good but the slow service is a sign of the times.

This place has been hit or miss over the years. The last couple times have taken way too long. I put in an order for a pizza 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait 20+ mins.

Be careful when ordering online. If they don't have what you ordered in stock, they won't be able to help you. Just call them to place your order or make sure, if you are ordering online, that you can cancel and get a refund before you place an order and go from there.

There was only one person on the staff that was semi-friendly, everyone else just seemed like we were bothering them. The staff was extremely disorganized and the food took an absurd amount of time. Once we got the stuffed crust home it was a half-cooked doughy mess. I was sick for 3 days after eating the food and I will never again set foot in the Little Caesars on Central Ave in Albany, NY. The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because how much I like Little Caesar's pizza when it's fully cooked.

This Little Caesars location is always disappointing. If someone answers the phone for a phone-in order, it will probably be ready when you get there. Don't expect to find much hot and ready on a Friday or Saturday evening. You'll be waiting in line with a bunch of other people.

Place really went down hill recently, I used to really like this place. place closes at 9 o'clock I went there at 8 and couldn't get cheesebread because they didn't feel like making any. The time before that I went to get my a Italian cheese bread And it was burnt and disappointing looking. This used to be my favorite place to go to SMH.

There where 2 workers one was super busy making pizzas and the other was waiting on customers and nothing was ready and I seen the girl at counter box cheesy bread and almost drop it and catch it with her dirty work shirt then give it to the customer also she was very rude and cursing

I actually like the stuffed crust pizza, however on June 27the I ordered online for delivery, and was supposed to have delivery by 7:45pm. I receive a text at 8:05pm stating that the order was cancelled because the location was closed. I'm fine with everything up until this point, however I've already paid for the food and delivery. I wait a couple of days thinking that my account would automatically be refunded. It was not, I called the store the guy was very helpful but couldn't refund me. He called his boss who was supposed to call me back and refund me. I never received a call, so on Tuesday July 13th I went into the location and spoke with the same gentlemen that called his boss again. This time the boss was supposed to be there Thursday the 15th and issue the refund. I even offered for them to give me my order if not the refund. Now here I am writing this review on July 19th almost a month into it and no refund. So Lil Ceasers has cheated me out of $27.81 for an order that they never provided and I am even unable to contact customer service because the line never rings. I am extremely frustrated at how I am being treated as a Customer, and I work for my money just like everyone else. The money on question should've been refunded when they couldn't provide the service.

Staff didn't know how combo deals worked. Got the pepperoni cheeser combo and a separate order of breadsticks and they said that it was just the one order. Said that's how it is. Food is good for the price and speed but if you want good pizza there are 35 better options in the area

They have a special offered that between 4pm to 8pm you can buy a ready made small pizza consisting of 1/2 cheese & basil sticks and 1/2 pepperoni pizza. We bought one and the bottom was so hard that we scrapped the topping off because you could not chew the bottom. Will not recommend this.

Horrible Management, 1 kid making pizza 7 customer are waiting in lobby. To speed up process pizza are given to customers uncooked. I don't blame the kid/crew but management for not providing the service they intend to provide

I visited this store for the first time today and the customer service was absolutely horrible! I waited in the store 15 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Normally I would have just took my business elsewhere but I ordered online and the pizza was already paid for. After 15 mins an employee came to the front to do something. I waited for him to finish and said "excuse me", still no assistance or customer service provided. At this point knowing my pizzas were getting colder by the min I said "excuse me" to the man preparing the pizzas. Without asking how he could assist me he in an extremely brash manner told me he's short staffed and I needed to wait. My pizza sat for 30 minutes before I received it and and 2/5 pies I purchased were not sliced. Which ended up being wasted bc my destination wasn't home and i did know i would have to cut the slices myself. Needless to say I won't be coming back again. The price is okay but to be treated like a human, quality and customer service I'll spend the extra money.

The place looked closed when we got there around 6pm...lights super dim. 2 gentlemen working. One seemed to be baking the pizzas and helping the customers as the other had head down working. The gentleman that did help us was very nice, transaction was quick and was even quick to give the boxes to my husband to carry and not me making the situation silly ☺️ It was not very clean, the counter where the registers are had crumbs all along the edges , the self serve pick up ovens had finger prints all over the stainless steel. Just made me think the food was questionable as well.

Short handed tonight (12/10/22). Waited 20 mins after order should have been ready- only 2 people working. One was off at 6:30 pm and leaving no matter what. They were overwhelmed by orders and had at least 8 tickets waiting. Turned off the open sign and ticket printer at 6:10 pm. Our order of 5:05 wasn’t even printed. Generally, the pizza is good but the operation of this franchise is unstable. I don’t fault the two workers on tonight, it’s the owners and managers that need to step up. In the time it took me to drive and write this review (15 mins), Dominos at 1533 Central Ave had my order ready.

Placed an order for delivery and didn’t get my crazy sauce or brownies so I called the store for a refund for the items I didn’t receive and the man talking to me either put me on hold & ignored me or hung up on me because he stopped replying to me mid conversation and when I called the store back SEVEN times no one answered and I was never issued my refund.

Google Maps and Google both say that the Albany Little Caesars is open until 10pm. FYI, if you're making plans around this 10pm time, you'll arrive at the store to find it's closed at 9pm. You would think that this branch would fix this...

Waited 15 min past pick up time. Was ignored upon arriving. Order was not in pickup station, rather left in a small window area. Called after arriving home and realizing i was not given the correct pizza. Employee that answered just set the phone down and walked away from it, as i could hear him laughing in the background about my incorrect order. Contacted corporate as the food was incorrect and the service was atrocious. Wont ever be back.

I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza through door dash. Not only did they only give me a sausage pizza, but the pizza isn't even cut. My initial review of this place was about a year ago and I am adding to it on Wednesday, August 28th, 2024. I went into this litter caesars at about 4:40pm. I asked to get the classic pepperoni pizza with a garlic dipping sauce. My order came out to be $9.71. I gave the person $10.01 because I didn't want pennies back. It's apparent that this employee does not know how to do his job and that he doesn't know basic math because he gave me 29 cents back and took the penny that I gave him and tossed it into the cash register. I don't mind eating at little caesars every once in awhile; it's actually pretty good pizza and it's cheaper than other pizza places. However, not only does it seem like every time I get food from this particular place that I have some sort of problem, but based off of other reviews, it seems like it's just not worth getting food from here anymore. *Maybe* I'll check the ratings and reviews some time down the road, but as of now, I won't be getting food from here anymore.

Drove 25 mins to get some ICB and bread sticks. Italian cheese bread was burnt and stale. It was probably old and they put it in the oven again before we picked it up. The bread sticks were all baked together.

Need to do orders the right way. Take the customers orders and fill them in order. Not give someone who walks in after their order while you have 4 or 5 customers waiting. Thats the reason i stopped being a customer before. Now back to other pizza places. Horrible customer service

The service at the central avenue location is absolutely terrible, there are never enough employees to keep up with demand. Little Ceasers advertises hot fresh pizza ready to go but that is never the case anytime I've ever gone in. It's really not the employees fault at all it's management who is half-azzed.

March 28,2021. They never answered the phone, just kept ringing forever. Had to go to the store and order and sit and wait. Not one employee was wearing a mask. Pizza was good though.

Pulled in at 6:15 pm and there were about 10 people in the lobby waiting. Then the man said that the company was taking anymore orders. I think his pronoun was her. While I'm writing this I see two more people leave they must have been told the same thing.

I don’t really understand why your motto would be hot and ready when nothing is ever ready. I walk in today to get a pizza and I asked for several ones all of which were not available so then I ask what is available and the cashier blatantly says nothing although I see boxes in the holder. I ask isn’t ur motto hot and ready, he responds with yeah but it only takes 5 minutes... that’s not really the point! The point is that nothing was available for the customers. He was dragging his feet wouldn’t even look or ask the back how long more pizzas are coming out and simply didn’t even care. If I wanted to wait 10 minutes for a pizza because no pizza is going to be cooked In 5 mins I would go somewhere else, the point of little Cesar’s is that it’s ready... very very disappointing, someone needs to do something about this.

Ordered online last night. Paid online.Got to the store and doors were locked.I knocked on the door and they yelled we are closed. I tried to ask about getting my money back and they would not talk to me. Just ignored that I was there.Tried to call and they would not answer. A simple sorry we are not making your order call in the morning for a refund would have nice.

Wings. They must get there wings off a hen, the wings aren't even pinky size. They charge u $7.25 for 8 pieces hen size wings. Like really. Top top it off if u don't tell them fresh, you'd get 3 day old wings. I'm done with them

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza over the phone for pick up, when I arrived the pizza presented to me didn't have stuff crust. Instead of making me a new one the way I ordered it, the manager told me I had to pay for 2 pizzas or leave his store because I touched the first one that they made wrong. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and this has never been the standard. The manager also made physical threats to me over this too, so he really should be fired

Took FOREVER! Manager on the phone and computer while the counter fills up with people. Incompetent girl at register and slow-moving girl in the back. Ridiculous! One star because I got my food at some point. I placed an order online at X:15 online for X:45. Arrive on time, took them until Y:15 to get it together and to me. Order was wrong (stuffed crust was regular), and some parts barely edible (cheesy bread was stale and doughy). Arrival had one person slowly boxing pizzas, one person slowly making pizzas, and someone in the far back. After 10 minutes or so, the manager type moved forward to actually take charge and orders started moving. Even then, there were newcomers waiting 5-10 minutes before their orders were even taken. 20min after I leave, I get the email that my food is ready.

I get doordash from here all the time staff is okay. But always have to wait at least 30 minutes to get a pizza. Terrible

Corperate needs to intervene in the way this store presents the little caesars name. The employees are more concerned with talking to friends outside than doing their job. I ordered online but when I got here the rude cashier said it would be another 10 minutes. What is the point of ordering ahead just to wait in a room of unprofessional employees? Food is good but how anyone can say the service is great here is a joke. Worst service I've ever seen, extremely rude and the cashier didn't even look up to greet me as a customer.

I used the app to order a pizza. Waited 45 minutes in their parking lot for them to tell me they still didn't put the food in. I asked for a refund, then they gave ME an attitude about it. Business owners are so greedy and then wonder why the business fails. Where are the employees to serve your customers? I saw maybe 2 people, and not one could be bothered to acknowledge our presence when we walked in. There's nothing to sit on while you wait so there was no way to tell who was in line to order and who was already waiting for orders to complete. Didn't stick around to find out either. Very dirty place, never ever been cleaned since was open, if you ever visit this store , you would agree with me, hope they will pay attention and clean at leat the counter and all front part so qs you walk in you wont be able to see. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza tonight and half the pizza was covered in salt when I opened the box when I got home. I couldn’t go back because I was too tired. This is gross and I can’t eat the pizza that I ordered.

They can't go any lower... I had a pizza to go pre-ordered and prepaid. Pick-up for 5:20 to 5:25. Waited for 20 minutes. The pizza was only about 3/4 cooked. All the customers were screaming and hollering about where their pizzas were. Most people left. Another guy next to me said he had waited for 25 minutes after he was supposed to get his order. We will never go back to little Caesars again. They will probably be out of business by then... I give a 0 on everything.

Second time ordering from here and my first time doing a carryout. The atmosphere literally dark inside, no lights on whatsover. Spoke to an employee about my order and how to retrieve it with code, had an attitude in explaining it..i spoke up and stated i havent been here before for carryout so i dont know..just relax. Ordered 2 boxes of Pizza Puffs - smashed together in box and burnt! Based on the customer service approach, negative - 2 thumbs down! Overall operation is a dump! Pizza Puffs were a game-changer so I hope another chain etc whos has great customer service catches wind of it and delivers the same product - my business will be with them!

I have had the worst customer service at the Albany Little Caesars location. Every time I order, it takes over an hour to have delivered when their website says it will take 29-39 minutes for delivery. Then, when I do finally get my order, it's incorrect. I never receive my two liter, never have my sauces, and when they do bring sauces, they are wrong or aren't all in the bag. The pizza and bread sticks are awful. They are over cooked, and dry. I try to call the store, no one picks up. The one time I had someone pick up, after trying two times, they had the worst customer service. I was told "oh, we will credit you for next time" I called the next time and they say whoever I spoke to doesn't work here anymore and they cant offer me that discount. I understand that the employee's don't care about their job, but can the owner at least hire people who know how to do their job and maybe somewhat care? I have dealt with this time and time again, hoping this would change because when the food is fresh, its really good. I go to the Troy location now even though its farther away and I have ZERO issues with the Troy location. If you want little Caesar's pizza, go to the Troy location, or wait for a new store to open because this one sucks.

The customer service and coordination of the orders are very poor. I know you can't expect more for the prices, but there are better alternatives out there.

I was just at little Caesar's and the cashier the young black guy with the short beard who is usually there all the time is one rude dude everytime i come there his attitude stinks for him to have the nerve to do customers service. We are the one's that helping you keep your job by buying your pizza. Whoever the district manager is need to teach they employees to have better attitude when dealing with your customers smh

The only thing good about this place is the prices. But I’m giving it a bad review because the people who work there are a joke. They don’t take pride in their job. When you go up there to order your food, they make you feel unwelcome, don’t greet you and they act like you were inconveniencing them. Uhm...hello? I think they forgot that it’s MY money that supports THEIR paychecks. And then when we ordered our food online we waited the 15 minutes it said it would take. We even showed up a little bit late about 20 mins total and they never bothered to check the computer for the orders so they didn’t even have our food ready. Had to wait another 20 minuets. Next time I’ll just choose Pizza Hut in this area.

I visited this Little Caesars on March 2 at 11:32 AM for a food pickup. It was my first time ordering from this location. I told the staff my pickup time and tried to give them my name. Since I wasn’t sure about the order name, I showed my phone to help. Instead of helping, the employee grabbed my phone and threw it on the table, acting rude, and said, “Why are you coming to this store if you don’t know the name?” I was just trying to pick up my order and provide the information I had. I asked to speak to the manager. The employee paused for about two minutes, then said he was the manager. When I requested someone higher than him, he ignored me and did not respond. This experience was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope management addresses this behavior so that future customers don’t have to go through the same treatment.

I tried placing an order, they said that they were closing in 20mins rudely. I said earlier than it should employee gave me an excuse that the oven is supposed to be "acting up" after giving me 2 other excuses, the laziness of this staff is why....never mind! Any how, it was going to be my first time ordering in this place, and it looks like it will never happen lol

No answer from the store. Voicemail full. All the cheese slid off the pizza and onto the right side of the box. Ordered pretzel crust-- Got garlic crust with pretzel salt on it. Really? Requested a refund from GrubHub for the first time after being disappointed by this store very much. Will rightfully deny the charge on my credit card and if the refund doesn't go through.

Review as a delivery driver Try to avoid picking up from this location if you value your time. I have never had an order that was ready on time here, usually upwards of 20 to 30 minutes later than listed. Multiple times Ive arrived and they told me they were working on my order just to tell me ten minutes later "oh someone else came in for that". Outside of that the workers are either very young or extremely rude. Swearing or ignoring anyone who comes in.

Pack it up and close already so someone else can open a decent little Caesar’s pizza instead.. _ Things changed today. Tuesday 10/29/24 at 6pm. I was harassed confronted and banned from the store for compete nonsense. The “manager” in question was hostile and aggressive, they made my pizza wrong and he accused me of stealing and banned me from the store because I said “extra sauce? There isn’t any sauce. And..where’s the rest of the sausage.?” He immediately copped an attitude, I said never mind you’re good he said “I know I’m Good” Made me really uncomfortable and then watched me pickup my backpack and box of items I just purchased from Dollar tree next door And watched me walk across the street to the bus stop and then yelled that I’m a thief from across the road I miss my bus and come back to the store and he’s yelling at me in the parking lot saying “I don’t speak speak Spanish or Chinese but you not allowed back here” I’m not Spanish or chinese he is clearly racist… I asked to speak to any of the other 2 workers and he said “he was the boss” he was extremely Hostile, I asked him to check all of My items for the “Mountain Dew” he would not, because he made this up obviously The girl was nice and helped find my order the first guy couldn’t find. Also the older guy that has worked there awhile and is a veteran was there and I asked to speak to him and he came out and looked and me and said “he’s banned, heard” and walked away I did nothing wrong and was made to feel like a thief in public, banned from a store I visit weekly And you guys made a horrible product. I expect someone who runs the restaurant to reach out, this person shouldn’t be working in public..he is racist and can’t take criticism on the poor product he offered me and he can’t even read English I gave him my name, email and confirmation code he could Not find, the female worker found out in less than a minute. This person needs to go, and I will be coming back to your store and don’t expect any problems from this person, I expect them gone. No one should be impersonating s manager and acting like that I expect an response…or it’s fair game on spreading the bad word to everyone… You really messed up screwing over a regular customer… I’m coming back to get a replacement pizza…. Extra Sauce, Italian Sausage. No sauce whatsoever, skimpy bits of sausage scattered in random places, some slices with literally ONE piece. POOR…if this is what the new manager has to offer, fire him, today. ___ I probably grabbed pizza from here about 25 times I've only ever had to wait for a pizza twice and it was less than 5 minutes. (It was dinner hours 4-7 my fault, never waited at lunch, ever) This is the home of the hot and ready $5 Pizza this is why people come here. And they do it very well most of the time. if you want to come in here and order some crazy special Pizza it's going to take a while and you're going to wait for it I hope you know that. Little Caesars is pumping out pepperoni and cheese pizzas at the oven every two minutes for their customers that come in and grab hot and ready pizzas! That's their whole mission statement. I've never had an issue walking into any Little Caesars anywhere and not having a pizza available within moments except for one time in Lake George 10 minutes before close and how can I blame them? The reason it's 4* not 5*. Obviously they are rushing and sometimes don't make them look as neat as they could or cut them all the way through, but that's life.

3rd time and last. Doors were not opened till 11:15am and the only employee is wearing headphones and not paying attention to the front (or chose to ignore it). I decided to leave and come back because my order wasn't even started yet. Seems like the employees at this location never care to be helpful and not extremely rude. Go to another location!

Unfriendly with garbage food. Glad I changed my mind about ordering pizza and went somewhere else. Crazy bread was flat with no seasoning. Some had 8 in the bag others only 5. I'm not sure what I had to wait 15 minutes for I'm assuming so they could flatten them

This has got to be one of the worst places I've ever gotten pizza from. Not only did the pizza taste terrible, they got my order completely wrong. The worst part is, I got it delivered so I couldn't even change it. This will be the last time I get anything from Little Caesars. You get what you pay for I guess. They even got my soda wrong. They gave me flavored Pepsi instead of normal Pepsi.

The manager has a terrible attitude. As if his attitude wasn't bad enough he wanted to charge me for sauce when I paid for 3 orders of wings. Where do you ever buy wings that don't come with at least one sauce like be serious. I also ordered the calzone pizza and there wasn't any sausage on it. If your going to have a bad attitude at least make sure you get the dam orders right. I will not be returning!!!
