By far the BEST Drive-Thru experience of the year. (Since I Moved to Amarillo) The lady taking the order (Jami) was like a Drive-Thru Goddess. I didn't have to repeat myself once, nor was I interrupted. She made sure to get the sauces I requested, as well as putting all the necessary utensils, straws, and napkins in my bag. She even waited to make our drinks when we finally got to the window (long line) just so they wouldn't be watered down. To top it off, the entire order (which was tbh complicated) was flawless. I almost feel like a dork for making such a big deal about it, but it's honestly been a long time since I have been to a Drive-Thru and had such a satisfying experience. Thanks Taco Bell, and thanks Jami!!!

This taco bell was nice and clean. I got my food super fast. It was made just like i ordered it. I will return to this taco bell. Even with all the construction around it i still got in and out just fine.

Great experience. I went in with 10 people. For The first time with this many the employees weren't upset by this Debra at the register was most helpful made sure the orders were in separate bags. Her attitude made what was a bad day for us better.

The spicy potato tacos are so good. The Fiesta veggie burrito is also good even though I never know what it will have in it, I still like each version I eat. You will need a jacket if you eat there, it is freezing in there. The staff is friendly and the store was really clean. This Tbell continues to be fire even late into 2025.

Based on older reviews, I waited until after my 3rd visit to leave one. But there were no issues. All 3 visits I used the app, the food was ready or nearly ready when I got there, orders were correct, and staff were pleasant. It seems that they've made some positive changes at this location in the past few months.

The employees there which were several,were all kind and helpful. All had great attitudes and offered great customer service. The dining area was clean and quiet. Nice atmosphere. As we were leaving,we were thanked for eating there. I love this location and we'll only be eating at this location from this day forward. ❤️

Big change at the Taco Bell on Ross/Osage, at least about 1:30 PM on September 5th, 2024. All the food was prepared and wrapped correctly and was very good. Impressive. Hopefully the employee and management who prepared my order will stay. I'm sure that I and others will be repeat customers if so. August 18, 2025. Still putting good food together about 5:30 PM, guessing the crew that turned the place around are still there.

07/18/24 - Over the past couple of months, the quality of the personnel who work the window at this location has noticeably improved. In this particular case, Brook was fast, friendly, and efficient - a great combination to be sure. My online order was quickly processed and presented within minutes, and I was soon on my way. For the first time, I ordered the Cheesy Street Chalupa. Although not quite as cheesy as I would have expected (based on the name), it was, nevertheless, quite tasty and filling. And, while I can recommend it overall, I prefer the Cantina Chicken Burrito. Of course, people's tastes vary. SUMMARY: The food was served hot, fresh, and delicious, and the service was fast, friendly, and polite. All told it was a wonderful experience. VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Love going to taco Bell. I'm a vegetarian so a lot of fast food places are out of the question for me since they do not have options. However taco Bell has plenty of not only vegetarian options but super cheap as well. So you can get bean burritos, potato tacos or other little items like nachos.

I went here after being disappointed with Waterburger's food down the street. The staff was cool and really patient with my large order, even after one of my passanger's stupid request. Food was out fast and as good as food can get for Taco Bell. My only complaint was that there wasn't enough sauce in our quesadillas and tacos.

I would rate 5 stars for the location on Ross by I-40 if they didnt have issues forgetting atleast 1 item sometimes. I recommend you ALWAYS check to make sure your order is right before you leave. I was picking up a doordash order from there and if I didnt have the urge to look at the items on the order I would have left without my customer's drink.

Fast food chain store food. I've never had a problem with food quality or service. I ate indoors for a specific personal reason. It was quiet because there were not many people eating there at the time.

Had the spicy Doritos and regular nacho flavor locos tacos. Quick service good food. There was only about 7 customers in the dining area so, food was ready quick. Been a while we had taco bell but it was good eating here again.

I like taco bell way more then I should. It's one of the few fast food places I still eat. When I was in high school we could have a feast there for less than 5 dollars. It costs a lot more now, but I can eat myself sick on bean burritos and taco supremes.

Every fast food place seems to have a distinct taste too it's brand. The food is pretty darn close in taste. The appeal of a establishment can make a place of Business or break a place. But I say that if the people that work don't care to provide the customer with the care and attention the is needed, the business and profits will fall. And now you will have a business that Wil start leaning to a bankruptcy situation. And employees that need a job facing unemployment issues that someone else created. Issues that I get mad about is failures to put what i ordered in my bag and leave me short on my order. I a person walks in a business and get something from that business and doesn't pay its stilling. A business that chargers you for a order and doesn't put the full order in the bag , it a mistake. No no no it's stilling. Corporations get it right. Or there understand when people come back beyond mad.

Would give 5 stars because the food is good, but they're never open on time. Their sign says 8am and it says "confirmed by business" 2 weeks ago on Google and they're never open even by 9am most days. The app will still take your order however, so you're stuck having to wait 3 days for a refund in the app. If they would open on time this would be the best Taco bell location in the area by far.

I'm glad they brought the tosada back . However when we go to tacobell in Kansas or Oklahoma our food is good and made like it look in pictures. However in Amarillo the food is made so poorly no one.likes it. The tacos and burritos barly have anything in them. Tacos so empty they are flat, when openes yojr luck if you see meat that actually covers the bottom of the shell. Then theres maybe 4 strands of lettice and cheese. Lazy workers!Last time I fed the food I paid for to a stray homeless dog..

Only good thing about this particular Taco Bell is that it is close to my house. If you go through the drive thru check your order. If you call and ask for a correction or to see if you can come back the managers dont care. When you ask to talk to someone higher up they act like they dont understand.

I love Taco Bell. But, this one ... Stay away. I had the 9.99 value meal the taco had MAYBE a tablespoon full of meat about 3 pieces of lettuce no Tomato and literally 3 strands of cheese. The chalupe had very very very little filling. And no meat!!

Ok. This didn't go well. First off, they took forever. Secondly, they got my order wrong and tried to give me the food which was meant for the people behind me in the drive through. And lastly, they were blasting un-censored rap music from the kitchen. Now, I could care less about the music or the expletives. But that's probably not exactly the image Taco Bell is going for. That being said, even though my order was wrong, the food was as expected. Which is the only reason they got above 1 star.

Honestly a pretty disappointing taco bell visit. Opted to spend a bit more and get the cravings box as it is easier to eat from than a bag, my order came out only to find they are out of boxes, so it was all stuffed in a small paper bag. The doritos locos tacos didnt even have the carboard sleeves, so this meal wont work to try and eat easily while traveling. Got a halfhearted sorry, but yeah I should have been told upfront there was no boxes or sleeves. Plus the tacos apparently were thrown around a bit before put in the bag, or at least tilted. All my ingredients ended up on one side of the tacos. None too happy with this experience.

I came out to this location last night for a quick bite before checking into our hotel. I was excited to order some food off the vegetarian menu - specifically the black bean toasted cheddar chalupa, and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Although I was quite disappointed to find out that not only were they not making the black bean toasted cheddar chalupas, but when I asked for a regular black bean chalupa, they gave me beef chalupas instead. Part of me wonders if it was my fault for not double checking my receipt or the order before paying, but this led me to be dissatisfied overall with my experience. Don't bother coming to this location cause they probably won't get your order right.

Drive thru is not as fast 12/28/2025: Mental note to stop going to this location because the service is getting slower than last month visit. In the drive thru lane for 15 minutes with 2 cars in front, maybe milking the cow for sour cream 🤨

It’s 3:55am, they are supposed to be open. Staff is claiming that they are not open despite me picking up another order 20 minutes ago. Guy says it’s the time change, but he apparently doesn’t know that it means they should be open for an additional hour being fall. So, I am here during there ordinary business hours. Food was fine but we waited nearly 25 minutes after placing the order on the kiosk because you can't order any other way. Had we not already paid, we would have left. Clearly the drive thru was WAY more important than the people in the building.

Pretty sad with everything that's going on your employees are extremely rude. This is for the one on coulter. When a person buys $40 worth of food shows you the receipt and your employees are very unprofessional extremely rude and all they wanted was what they had ordered. Trying to shorten their order and becoming hateful because you messed up. Might want to get a new job because customer service is not at all for you..

had a problem with half our order not coming to us tried to call let them know it was a re order they refused to make it sent our dasher away. and when i finally got someone on the phone they hung up on us because people in the background were yelling i moved to a different room tried to be as calm as possible and explain the situation she kept talking over me and then yelled if i’m not going to let her talk then she is leaving and hung up on me

First visit I waited 20 minutes only to find out that they had accidentally skipped my order and served 7 orders that were placed after mine. To make things worse the "manager" told them "you guys skipped an order again." Second visit the cashier watched me enter the store and then continued to sweep the floor while I waited at the counter for 3-5 minutes while cashier and about 6 other employees on the food like ignored me. Then right after ordering one of the food like employees left the line so that he could come around the counter so he could ask to bum a cigarette off of a customer. Terrible employees. Terrible service. It wasn't even busy either, I was one of 2 customers in the store and there was 1 car in the drive through.

The people saying this tacobell is so great. well I think the managements family is posting the comments, cause they will only use one bag no matter how big the order and crush all your food giving it to you out of the little hole they have at drive through. And if that isn't bad enough they barely putany meat or cheese on their tacos it's all lettuce.

Stopped by the drive-thru around 9:35pm on 1/30/2022. We asked the lady running the drive-thru to change my chalupa to a chalupa box. After she went and asked someone if she could do that, she came back and just gave us a total. She didn't say anything else. After asking if she was able to change it or not she said "yeah, can you hurry up I'm busy right now" while wagging her hand at us. So my wife handed back the drink we were given and said that's okay we'll just go somewhere else. Never in my life have I been disrespected this badly at a restaurant. I'm not kidding when I say I'll never return. Neither will any of my friends, family, or coworkers. You bet that everyone I know will hear about this.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We waited behind 4 cars in the drive thru for over thirty minutes. It took another 10 minutes at the window (no exaggeration) then they forgot one of the 5 items we ordered. I would avoid if at all possible.

Pulled up to the driv thru and my buddy and I heard the lady say order when I'm ready and when I want to order she was rude and yelled at me that she said to wait and was very unprofessional. So at that point I said nevermind and drive off this location at Ross Osage in Amarillo TX has been terrible lately employees have been rude the food is cold or nasty an a lot of time there is stuff missing or wrong in my order

The Dinning Room was filthy their were 3 employee's and the girl taking my order had to put down her phone 3 times during taking my order, then we watch as eventually all 3 employee's made it to 1 car a few times one even wearing gloves... probably never removing them actually then going back and making Burrito s FYI.. and when we walked out u.! We!! all COuld still smell the Mary Jane from the still burning joint that had been thrown on the Ground in haste as we were walking out..... Time and Place people.... If I could give a review with no stars I would... I sat at the speaker with one car at the window I waited to order for almost ten minutes.... I got to the window paid, and then I turned to see the man at the window texting another five minutes goes by then he informs me they are out of potatoes so I ask what do I need to do he was like "uhhhhhh do you wanna refund" I said no I need food. So then the "manager" no hat no hair net comes to window then asks if I want anything else so I tell her what I would like well that was made wrong they magically got potatoes and even those were made wrong... she tried to tell me there was no way they could know what I ordered until I paid. Mind you i used to work at this exact location. I call the manager on duty and he apologized but his excuse is that he's had so many call ins and it's crazy which I get but my food is wrong and the employees aren't following uniform policy horrible experience !!!

The employees were rude..not greeted when we came in...rushed to order...food came out just thrown together...we forgot to order something so my husband placed a 2nd order and when that came out the girl in the back threw it on the counter and then pushed it towards him meanwhile the manager was on her personal phone at the drive thru and the girl taking orders up front answered her personal phone while taking an order

My name is Jeff and I went to the Taco Bell at 2000 S. Coulter St. When getting ready to order my food I saw a kid early twenties with no uniform on. He had a sleeveless shirt that barely was hanging on to him. Shorts with flip flops on making fun. I don't know if this is a reportable offense but someone needs to know this is how they are making your food.

Never again I give up 2:00 pm only person in line took forever to get someone to take my order of 3 tacos and a beef burrito w/ fire sauce waited 9 minutes and the NICE lady just shoved the bag through the window she did not say thank you, kiss my back side, or anything!! And here is what the NICE lady gave me 2 tacos and 1 burrito no napkins and no sauce. At least the one on Amarillo boulevard gives you the wrong sauce

Seeing a 5 star review from a local guide on this Taco Bell is mind blowing. I had 4 employees looking at me for 8 minutes before I was told to hold on longer. I was the only customer in the building at the time... after one of the employees decided to stop what she was doing “nothing” and attempt to help me I got the impression I was taking time out of her day. This interaction after getting the cold shoulder at arrival was my last straw. I walked out hungry and annoyed. I won’t be visiting Taco Bell anymore. Anywhere. Del Taco is much better.

I've eaten here several times since it is the closes place for a late night snack and more often than not they do not get the order right. At least one item is always missing from my order, as for the items that did make it into the bag I've had taco with no meat, supreme not supreme at all, some items have been cold and obviously old. I usually don't complain but this place is special. 😁

Wife and I were the only customers inside 2 cars in the drive through. We waited 15 minutes before finding an employee coming in from lunch asked him for help and he replied be wasnt on the clock. The kitchen staff saw us and then did everything they could not to look in our direction they were however all interested in their gossip. Over all we waited 25 minutes then left. Everytime we come here is a trashy place. Employees are either rude or ignorant to the point of mind blowing frustrations.

Avoid this location. Management and staff have not been trained on even basic fast food service. Using covid as an excuse not to serve when there are several simple solutions to provide service within covid regulations. Management could have let us know there was delivery and we would have been happy to wait for delivery. It's understandable that minimum wage employees would rather have fewer customers, but ownership will be feeling those losses soon if staff changes are made. We come through town regularly and will avoid this location. Staff on the evening of 12.19.20 needs to be turned over or retrained.

This has to be the worst experience of my life at a Taco Bell. I was instructed by the manager Armada that I could not at items to my order. Not to mention, they were out of onions and hot sauce. The manger screamed at me to go around back through the drive through to add one item to my order. WHO DOES THAT, DOES SHE OWN THE RESTRAUNT TO TURN A SALE AWAY? Asked for the latest $5 box at the drive thru and it wasn’t until I got home (of course) that I noticed that the featured item wasn’t in there. In essence, I paid $5 for a taco and soda. Guess I’ll do their job for them next time and double check my order before I leave.

Was trying to pick up multiple orders for Uber Eats and went through drive-thru. Was told they weren't taking any more orders due to staffing. Then drive by the window and the guy said the previous shift manager was telling people that, but they could have made the food.

Everytime I come to this taco bell they mess everything up.EVERYTIME.Im not picky.I like taco supreme without sour cream. I have even explained why.They put too much.Its gross.I want lettuce, tomatoes, cheese just no sour cream because they put too much.Every time it's wrong. This last time a little meat a little lettuce and when picked up it all fell out the bottom. I give up.Any one who can point me to another taco bell I would appreciate it because google keeps sending me to this one.🤦‍♀️🤣🤣🤣

I’m hesitant to give them the one star, the food is good but I have never gotten my order made correctly. To the point where I just expect it, I inspect my bag at the window and wait the extra 10 min to get it fixed. I strongly doubt there’s any form of management at this store. They never answer their phones, the customer service is the worst, they take way too long to take your order at the drive thru. But the worst I think is the sloppy way they throw your food in the bag. There’s no respect or professionalism at this location and the food isn’t good enough to justify it. I'm not sure why they sell breakfast when they open at 8am..most people have to go to work before 8..then it's 9am for breakfast..then it's 8am again! The last several months, they said the coffee machine was broken, everytime still the same excuse..then the young girl at the window said it's because they were getting a new coffee type, so that was the problem all along! Excuses, excuses, excuses! And you wonder why you're breakfast isn't selling! Poor, poor management and or ownership!! And you have the nerve to ask for more money for students for college! You're gonna have to do better than that! One star!

Misssed my flight so I I had to stay at the airport to catch my next flight at 6am, so I ordered Taco Bell through Uber eats. when my food got here my grilled stuffed steak burrito was flat (very little meat and rice) and my locos tacos had little to almost no meat, it was more lettuce and cheese! Not worth the 35 dollars I payed.

Both my son and I ate here yesterday evening and both of us were sick and vomiting in the early hours of the morning. Def think we got food poisoning!! We will never be going back and hope a health/food inspection is done.

Food was cold and no meat hardly in my soft taco supreme,my chipotle chicken burrito was awful, absolutely no chipotle at all and mostly lettuce as well as in the burrito supreme. There were more than 12 people working and can't get a simple order done correctly; I'm highly disappointed and it was a waste of time and money.

Always seem to be missing something from my order. Ordered today and tried to send me off without my drink so I thought better check my order. Then was missing my cinnamon twist, so I waited for someone to come back to the window and told her they were missing to be hear another coworker say they placed them in the bag. Obviously if they were in the bag, I wouldn’t have told her my items were missing. Seems that they don’t read the screen and making sure order is complete before handing it off.

I've been to this taco bell like 5 time not one have they got even the simplest order correct. Spicy potato soft tap each time has been low potato one and in the same order then next be way too much potato with too little sauce. Crunch wraps are burnt 5 layer burritos underportioned. Doritos locos tacos are stale when they hand them out the window and very skimpy on on the meat. Just all in all bad taco bell. Do better

We ordered the taco party pack we were not very happy with what we had received at all the total price with that and too soft drinks was $33 and some change we asked why it was that high and there explanation was that the party pack was $28 that's not what it said on there on the menu and so we were not very happy with that we did not take it we went to another Taco Bell and received it at a very reasonable cheaper price and was very happy with what we had received along with the price we will not go back again. The customer service was unbelievably rude.

I avoid this franchise in town. I have an issue every time I go here or try to go here. They never receive app orders or take forever to "find" them. Not worth the hassle. I'm sure the franchises have the same owners but this one never works out for me.

Not sure why the taco bell has crap on a stupid app and makes you order online for a simple order. Then when asked the employees want to cop an attitude over it I swear this online crap is getting old fast and making alot of society lazy

Dining room ours is supposed to be open till 10 but every time me and my fiancé come here they lock their doors early and stay outside smoking cigarettes and talking to other people that I guess with her friends. Almost every single night they close the doors early. You still like this location but laziness and unprofessionalism isn’t something I’m interested in.

There’s a manager here or some associate here that’s usually here between 11 and 12 PM on weekdays and she seems to have a really horrible attitude. Corporate needs to take a look at her. She literally lives to make peoples days worse for example I come here to get lunch and she tells me I need to go back around because I placed an order on the app too too quickly apparently the food’s not ready but when you order on the speaker box, it’s exactly the same thing you don’t know what the person’s gonna order before they show up so you don’t make them leave the drive-through wait five minutes and then come back in so why make me makes literally no sense

Around 10pm on 11/21/2025 I ordered 2 of the boxes that contained the Steak and Pablano rolled quesadilla which was COLD AND HAD NO STEAK inside, the nacho cheese Doritos tacos were STALE along with the regular taco. Took both boxes back to have a rude drive thru worker along with a rude manager. Manager made it very clear he WASN'T HEARING MY COMPLAINT AND SOLUTION WAS REFUND.... Which can take up to 5 days so I'm very disappointed in this place cuz I was left with no food and no money to go else where. Great job TACO BELL!!!!!

They rob customers. Door was open, walked in, visibly made purchase on kiosk. Employees saw us and didn’t say anything. Waiting about 10 minutes until who I assume would be the manager rudely asked us and another party to leave. Went through the drive through to receive what I had ordered, and they said they didn’t have anything. I showed them the purchase statement on my phone validating the amount and time of purchase. They did not care. Robbed by incompetent, unmotivated employees of this fast food corporation.

can i give 0 stars? absolute worst service ive ever had just trying to get 2 waters and 2 cinnabons. 1) we entered the lobby, made our purchase and sat for 10 minutes with workers looking at us and others in the lobby. then someone comes up and tells us the lobby is closed saying “i don’t know how yall got in” um your door was unlocked? so we told him we were waiting on our food and he said he’d give it to us in the drive thru. so we walked through the drive thru and sat at the window for 5 minutes before the girl told us she couldn’t find our order. she had to ask us 2 different times what we ordered because she shut the window on us in the middle of answering the first time?? then tells us she can’t find our order. we show her our paid receipt on our phone and gives us the same answer with no food and no refund. i will be calling and talking to a higher up tomorrow. as someone who works in management in fast food service, that whole waste of time experience was infuriating.

Terrible service nobody to take your order so you have to use the kiosk and wait over 30 minutes for your order. Gave me wrong size cups forgot things in my order and to top it off there was a hair in my cheese cup. 00/10 would never recommend.

Edit: decided to try again so i put an order on the app and pulled up to the store. To my suprise, the lobby doors were locked and the drive thru had cones blocking it off. Wasnt able to get credit for a meal or my money back. Yall need to do better. First time was dine in issue, 2nd time was technically a drive thru issue. Would give 0 stars if it would let me leave a review. Used to be the best taco bell in town but went downhill fast. Been waiting over an hour for my order that I placed on the app!

This place is a joke. We spent $44 on garbage. The food was cold and needed to be microwaved in our hotel two minutes away. The kicker to all of this is the orders were wrong and we started to eat our food, tried to warm it up in the microwave to make it edible but just couldn’t so we called the store and the manager said we could be refunded but she wanted the food back, so when we took the food back, she said it had eaten it and she refunded us a small percentage for what we hadn’t ate. She took the food back through the window and opened everything to examine it. The same window other customers was going to be served from. Such a terrible experience after driving 12 hrs and dealing with a manger that could use some additional training.

I ordered a burrito bowl. They forgot my lettuce and cheese! It was just rice and beans, I decided I could handle that, I was craving their rice anyways. CRAVING their rice. My first bite had a hard price of rice. I thought it was a fluke, happens, right? Every bite had crunchy rice in it! I was spitting every bite out because that stuff was so hard. It hurt my teeth. And it was mixed in with everything else so the whole meal was ruined. I’m starving. Also, my husband’s Baja blast sucks. How do you get a Baja blast wrong?? Also he said the refried beans were great, best he’s had. Except he’s super gassy now. We’re driving one and a half hours to the next Taco Bell because I’m still starving😭 I just wanted rice. Lady who handed us our food was very friendly👍

50 minutes... It took 50 minutes for me to get my food... FIFTY. I ordered a my cravings box and a cheesy gordita crunch... That's it... I was on a trip from Vegas back to Oklahoma and I placed my mobile order at 8:29PM on Friday may 29th. My five other friends also ordered food at around the same time, but I was the first person to place my order. One by one, I see my friends get their orders, and I get nothing. Don't even get my drink while I'm waiting. After about 25 minutes, I talked to this guy behind the counter and told him "Hey I've been waiting 25 mins for my order, is it almost done?" And he says "oh yeah we've been busy. I see your order on the screen we'll make it right now." I wait another 10 minutes... Nothing. Not only have all five of my friends gotten their food already, but they're already done eating it! Keep in mind we've been on the road 13 hours and we still have another 4 to go at this point. Then a lady clocks in and starts working the front counter. I said to her " Hey, I've been waiting 35 minutes for my food and all five of my friends have gotten their food and finished eating already and I still don't have my food" so she goes to the back to see what's going on. She comes back and tells me that they're making my food and it'll be out soon! ANOTHER 10 MINUTES GOES BY and at this point I literally can't take it anymore. It takes a lot for me to get upset at fast food workers because I know they're just doing their best but come on man. This is absolutely ridiculous. These two ladies came up to the front counter to clock out, and I was talking to them about the situation. They told me that they made my food 30 minutes ago, and that somebody took my food and handed it to somebody in the Drive-Thru.... And that's why all of this was happening.... Geez, if only somebody reminded them like twice that the order for Ben was NOT IN THE DRIVE-THRU AND IN FACT STILL WAITING FOR HIS FOOD. We're now at the 45-minute Mark and another lady from the kitchen sees me and asks "have you been helped yet?" And yet again I have to explain to a third person, A THIRD PERSON how long I've been waiting for my food. I'M SO DONE. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JUST MAKE MY BURRITO, CRUNCHWRAP AND CHEESY GORDITA CRUNCH. IS IT THAT HARD??? Finally at the 50-minute Mark I get my food. The lady at the counter gave me like 3 dollars worth of free tacos or something and said "sorry about that" I don't even have anything to say. You can form your own opinions based on the story.

Bad service (order was much delayed), disgruntled employee. Sour cream all over the place in the to-go box. Burrito not wrapped well, stuffing coming out as we eat, not a place to stop by and eat.

I ordered the Chalupa craving box, the menu advertised $6.99, when I get to the window it’s a whole dollar more. When I let the cashier know the price is wrong, she explained no the person who did our signs didn’t put the right price so it’s actually $7.99. So I said, well no I want it for the price advertised, she once again said there was nothing she could do and that I didn’t have to take the food if I didn’t want it for that price. What in the world?!?! To top it off, my chalupa only had one blot of sour cream at the end of it, my taco was soggy(I work 1 min from them, should not be soggy) and the burrito was poorly put together and looked unappetizing. The tortilla was cracked where you could tell they didn’t warm it up long enough or maybe not even at all.
