Big Shout Out to Skad!!! We ordered 2 cheese pizzas for our kids, but Skad called to confirm that they were indeed just cheese and we had not accidentally left the toppings off! Your website was easy to use and the contactless pick up was easy as well. The staff was prompt to deliver my product and the entire experience was amazing. We tried to order pizza from one of your competitors and the experience was so horrible we could not finish the ordering process. We changed plans and order from Pizza Hut and were so glad we did.

I usually don’t leave reviews, only my husband does, but for the type of service I received from this store was such a blessing!!! I spoke with the general manager, Michael, who was so helpful and gave me all the info up front!! It was my sons birthday party at Jump n Jammin In Arcadia and Michael did such an amazing job with helping me and guiding me in what to do!! I followed Michael’s guidance and called the day of the party and spoke with the shift manager, Todd and same thing, so helpful and reassuring of my order!! Thank you Michael and Todd for your outstanding service esp at a stressful time (birthday party)!! No wonder you both are managers and just want to thank you!!!

Pretty solid pizza ! The employees are very nice and the pizza was A1! I was having a horrible day (my wife left me and took the kids) then I stumbled on this fine establishment and ordered the pepperoni pizza! I tell you what! My taste buds where sent to another planet! I would recommend this pizza to any other human being! Thanks Pizza Hut you really saved my life…sharen please come back….

I recently purchased a large for carry out late on a Friday night. Although I had to wait a little longer than than I expected, it was a great tasting pizza for a little over ten bucks. Good deal in my opinion. I was expecting to pay more.

A great place to pick up something to eat

This is not about the place, but I just saw the delivery driver driving recklessly, going like 60 in a 25 blowing out stop signs. That guy is going to hurt someone unless I say something, it was funny me going the speed limit him speeding and we both meet each other right at the point where he disregarded any rules. I won't describe him or post the video, but please warn him, write him up or just don't let him deliver a few days. I hope he just is a little bit more careful, stop signs are there for a reason.

I really do not like the fact you changed the Ham or Canadian bacon on your pizzas. The small little strips are not near as good as the larger pieces from before. I will probably try a different chain next time.

I love pizza, always I try to avoid deals to get more topping but unfortunately they don't put enough amounts of any topping so you can't taste what u r looking for...unless u ask for extra from every item which mean,one large pizza will cost may $40

Need to pay attention to details on the orders. Mine was messed up . When I called back I was given few options . I chose to go back and pick up a replacement. I did not appreciate the fellow talking in the kitchen and laughing at me . Not acceptable at all! You mess up and then act as if I have an attitude!!

The crust was very dried. Yesterday, I ordered mushroom as one of the four topings on my pizza. But no mushroom was found on my pizza.

Were out of toppings I wanted and honestly did not taste that great. I ended up giving the pizzas to my neighbor. The cheese sticks were fantastic.

When I arrived for pickup curbside. Both curbside parking space where occupied with Pizza Hut delivery driver cars. When I got home 3 minutes away to feed my family. The pizza looked as if it sat under light or as if the pizza was reheated. The bell peppers where dull soft and few. I have order a few weeks ago and it was great. This time my kids hated the bread was tough. Truth it looked old maybe a pizza that didn't get delivered. Due to covid 19 I didn't want to take it back.

Passive agressive call center issues, We called in an order last night to pick up at this facility. We didn't ask for any special. We spent over $80 on this order. My husband called in the order and I could hear his side of the conversation. The person on the other end kept asking apparently the same questions looking for a specific style of pizza. My husband said he wanted a regular pizza with chicken and tomato as the toppings. the person kept asking him for the style...he had no idea what the person wanted. We were literally driving on our way to pick up the order which my husband told the person. We had an event that we were bringing the food too. When we arrived my husband was told the order was cancelled. that a woman called in and cancelled the order. that was a bold faced lie. The name Isaac appears on the order receipt. It appears the order goes through a call center. this is a typical order for my husband to make for his boss. He gets pizza for his sons class at least 1 to 2 times per week sometimes more. apparently the staff had made the order before the cancellation was called in ... so we were able to pick up but no paper plates. We will be looking for another pizza place to order regularly from as there are many to chose from in the area. This employee who knows he is no able to be berrated or other because he is in a call center. I am extremely disgusted by this behavior. I also was shocked at the reviews for this particular store. Our order was fine as far as being done as we ordered. But the staff, at least at the call center level, was a deal breaker.

Ordered on the website for delivery. They send a DoorDasher instead of actual delivery driver. She took 10 mins to find my place. If I wanted door dash I’d order from door dash.

I ordered the the special, should of come with Large pizza 3 Topping and chicken wings. And additional cheese bites I order! Well, I got the pizza no winds, they argument is cus when they repeated the order they didn't mentioned about the wings there for I was only getting pizza even tho I got charged for that special. That's stealing from your costumes!!! Pulling switch and Bata offering one thing but not sending what's expected!!!

Ordered a pizza for my friend and I, after an hour of waiting I called to check on it and they claim I never placed an order. I checked my bank and it says I payed for food at Pizza Hut. I called wanting a refund, then I hear the guy saying the found my order but I still wanted a refund. Guy didn't even say sorry, which makes me sad cause whenever I order from here before I get good customer service but this time I almost got screwed paying for food that I was never gonna get. Makes wanna never order from here again.

Didn't get the wings I paid for!! I ordered 2 med pizzas && wings... NO WINGS && my pizzas had been tilted during delivery because both were squished onto one side of the box. So frustrating. Called to complain but store must have caller i.d because they only pick up to hang up on me. They know it's me and why I'm calling. Ridiculous. Poor service.

we ordered a pizza at 5:32pm and it didn't get delivered till 7:35pm .alittle over two hours was not what I had in mind .the pizza was cold .the driver was rude never again will I order from them again.. beware people it's not worth the wait!!! It was the worst pizza ever made. I would never eat Pizza Hut again. The location i ordered from should be shut down. Pizza had no sauce, crust to Pizza ratio was 1:1, never saw such large crust on a Pizza. Pepperoni all burnt. Terrible.

The staff were extremely rude. The pizza we received was cold and tasted like sweaty nut sack. Wouldn't take our money and forced us to use a credit card. Avoid this place like the plague.

My food was sitting there for a while no one got it for me. The manager didn't say hi or anything to me. They counted the register and deposit in front of me. Some one could of robbed them. And then they didn't wanna give me the receipt I had to ask for it.

I don’t usually complain about pizza but this is just painfully terrible. The pizza was lukewarm. The topping was sparse. I cannot even taste the marinara spread. Not sure what is happening with Pizza Hut or maybe the issue is just with this branch (?)

I had to give them my credit card number.. they told me the charge would be over $41.00 (including a delivery charge.) I added a tip on the card. I was told the delivery woul take 35-45 minutes. After waiting nearly 2hourse, I called back. The phone system looked up my order and said it had been cancelled. The phone system kept saying I woul be transferred to the actual store to speak with someone about the cancellation. Then I was given the message the call would not go through. Call back later. I tried reaching a real person 5 times! I am very disappointed and angry. 😡

The pizza was dry, barely had tomato sauce and we think it had some cheese, we could not tell. The crust taste like a thick piece of paper, we had to put some salt and pepper, along with garlic olive oil to give it some flavor, and put it in the oven for a couple more minutes to have all the flavors come together, because we really weren't going to throw away a $24.08 medium size pizza. Ciao 👋

What a rip off, time to try a different pizza place. Not only does this store refuse to honor deals posted on the Pizza Hut official website (charging an extra $1 for the triple threat box), but they also charge a surcharge "because the taxes are soo high in California", which was another almost $2 surcharge on a $25 order. What a bunch of bologna, if you need to charge more raise your prices and post it so everyone knows what's being charged, don't add surcharges on the bottom of the bill that no one knows about, unless they ask.
