Ordered a Family Meal deal today with another added pizza. This came with two sides. The pizzas looked and tasted wonderful. But the garlic knots were burnt, crunchy and tasteless. Garlic knots, where? Plain with no taste of garlic. As a household name, be mindful of the quality of your food. Honesty from A Loyal Customer

Had an issue with an order, items left off and a wrong item delivered. I submitted a complaint online, and Mike from the store called me the next day before noon to rectify the situation. This is great service. Thank you for fixing the issue so quickly.

I was disappointed by the small size (14-inch), but it was HEAVY. Superior sauce, superior crust. NOTE: Pizza Hut's large has been shrinking to 14" over time, but Papa Johns openly markets theirs as 14". Atmosphere? What atmosphere, it's takeout!

Ordered stuffed crust and it was basically hollow with very little cheese and it also was way too much crust and was old and stale, literally tasted like cardboard. Couldn’t even eat one full piece and had to throw the whole thing away. Very few toppings on pizza as well! Reached out and got zero response back!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. The Manager should of done better. He knows he gave us burnt food. Garlic knots we can not even eat. You need to make it right and you decide not to. We have ordered before from you guys and we have never seen food this bad from yall.

The worst Papa John's pizza that I have ever had. We live in a small town & I was really looking forward to my all-time favorite pizza. The ordering process was fine & the driver was nice. But, whoever was in charge of making the crust should really be fired. The outside crust was HUGE & extremely thick. The inside of the pizza had paper thin crust & it couldn't stay together or support the pizza. It was almost as if they had put cheese directly onto the cardboard box. The pizza pretty much had a ring of bread on the outside with a pool of cheese, sauce & pepperoni in the middle. This is not the Quality I would have ever expected from Papa John's. I might never order from the company again.

I agree with the other negative reviews. This is the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Lots of exposed crust with no sauce and most slices had no toppings and I mean none! Pizza cost about $3 - $4 if that to make, 1000% markup and receive pizzas that were $1 at the most. Employees and management should be ashamed!!!!

I ordered two pizzas online which came out to $27 and some change and tried to pay with a $50 bill. I was told by the manager that they cannot except anything more than a $20. So I guess if you wanna buy pizza you better have some 20’s.

I ordered and Shaq pizza and they gave me a medium pizza instead. I also ordered a medium cheese pizza just for them to send me a small. The person delivers it, puts it on the ground, and runs off back to car.. didn’t even have the decency to ring the doorbell. Papa John’s Ennis location don’t have to worry about no more!

The pizza was good. But it wasn’t what we ordered. We ordered the sausage, pepperoni, and 6 cheese and just got cheese. Our soda was expired, my blue cheese dipping sauce was over a year expired and GREEN. Yeah please don’t eat here unless you check EVERYTHING. They like to serve rotten food.

Literally the worst pizza I have ever had. The pizza was basically half crust w bubbles, so was the cheesy bread. Hardly any toppings when we ordered extra. The garlic sauce was cold and solidified. ... Sorely disappointed as were on a very long road trip and extremely hungry and exhausted.... waste of money. Little Caesars would've been a better choice. 👎

Called to order a pizza the person answered the phone was so very rude! Yelled into the phone said he'll no I'm busy I have lot of orders and hung up on me.i don't know if this was a manger or an employee.i called back very civil to speak with a manager and was hung up on again.this is unacceptable and not nice to speak to a customer like that sir .so now I'll be doing business elsewhere.
