I love going here for a fast healthy-ish alternative then burgers and fries. I'm left feeling full but not guilty. I have been getting There power bowls with the cauliflower rice it's so bomb. Also I love the double chicken tostada. My favorite right now. Don't forget the avacado salsa.

I ordered a chipotle avocado burrito and after I paid and they gave me my food they tell me that they didn’t have chipotle sauce 🤦🏻‍♂️

I get better service here during the day. Overall the staff are very nice, but night staff are usually slow and incompetent. I went for dinner once and after ordering a salad and waited for my order, I was told that they did not have ingredients for my order. It was very frustrating. But overall, store is always clean and they have for customer service.

Im just down the street from the restaurant...food was just average. fortunately grubhub refunded me the portion of the bill that was missing. how do you miss a whole meal in an order? seems their accuracy is in the low 80s or so.

Sarah and the other girl in front today were not friendly at all, Sarah was giving attitude to my friends and I, I really didn't feel welcomed, she took her sweet time to take my order, and a guy from the back had to come and take my order. just gets my order wrong 75% of the time. there's two meals on thr menu that have the same name except for one word. that, i believe, is the culprit of many incorrect orders. flavor good, food hot and price decent. but missing the salad is something they're consistent on.

It’s a hit or miss. Sometimes the service is decent. other days everyone just looks at you. No greeting. Just stares. You’re standing waiting until someone decides to help. I understand everyone is at there stations but do they notify that someone’s waiting? Nope. Mobile orders are prompt but if you need some extra sides prepare yourself for attitude

I have not been here in a while and most time it was a ok visit. This time I was there with my wife and we ordered 2pc meal, chicken nacho, and 3pc taquitos. 3pc vame out over cook and way too dark and looking very very oily. I took it back and lady looked at it and said that she will change it. Once I got the replacement it looked lil better but once I started to eating it was over cooked again and very oily. I just threw ir away. Not a good experience.

I have visited here before and haven't had any issues. The food is normally good and there isn't a long wait. The issue I had was they purposely declined my EBT transaction. I have purchased here before using it with no issues, but the gentleman today declined it twice and I had just used it previously and somewhere else afterwards.

Food was good cause we were hungry anyways. Wifey and I had to use the restrooms while we waited for our food. The ladies restroom was locked so my wifey waited patiently for about 40 min till she let one of the workers know is been over 40 min now and no one has come out of the women's restroom. The worker at El Pollo Loco told her that people come and shower in their restrooms all the time. So my wifey has to wait for the bum to finish his shower in the restroom that is for paying customers. What? I did not know that people can shower in this El Pollo Loco's restroom and paying customers have to wait to use the restroom after the bums stunk it up from showering in there for almost an hour. BARF! That's not right

This place rarely gets your order correct or there is always something wrong with the order. After waiting 15 mins just to order my food I finally get my food and when I start eating there's piles of salt on the chips. Also my drink was watered down... hate coming here

Stopped by for the new Birria tacos, which are 5.79 per taco, but I bought 3. Get home open the tacos to find scorched tacos not even edible? I know that they are not served that way had them at another El pollo loco and they we great. So I tried to call to complain, guess what no one answered the phone? Must get too many complaints.

Horrible customer service by a young female with ALOT of makeup on and a very rude attitude. She drops my change on the countertop and doesn’t even bother to attempt to hand it properly. This is the second time that something has been left out of my order. The last time I ordered chips and guacamole and they left out the guacamole. This time I ordered the 12 Taco Family Bundle which includes 5 churros and the churros were left out. This is after I specifically ask the person that gave me my food if the churros were in the bag and she said “yes”. I tried calling them to let them know but no-one picked up the phone even after I called several times. They seal the bags do you can’t check it until you get home so you expect that they will double check it before they give it to you but obviously they don’t. So disappointed.

This used to be my favorite pollo loco location, but not any more. No management at this location, they ran out almost everything on the food I ordered. No salsa, no corn, no flour tortillas no chicken breast. Meat were burned and they gave me 2 pieces less on the 12 pcs combo. Very terrible experience and very disappointed!

I went through the drive through window last night at 7:14 pm, ordered only 4 pieces of chicken. After I got my food I needed a cup of water. This is where the rudeness of the window employee and others comes in play! I honked my horn trying to get the attention of the employee at the counter getting the food from the cooks. She looked over at the window with a smurk on her face as I waived my hand and honked my horn once again to get her attention. She then starts walking towards the drive through window only to make eye contact with me and take a quick right turn toward the back area of the restaurant. I WAITED FOR 3 to 5 MINUTES "BEFORE" THE DRIVE THROUGH ATTENDANT THAT WAS "IN" THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW/AREA "THE ENTIRE TIME THERE" HIDING BEHIND THE DARK GLASS, OBVIOUSLY HAD BEEN THERE WITNESSING THE WHOLE THING... "FINALLY" SHE POPS HER HEAD OUT OF THE WINDOW AS SHE IS LAUGHING WITH THE HEAVIER GIRL THAT WALKED TO THE BACK OF THE STORE AS I WAS WAITING TO GET THEIR ATTENTION TO ORDER A CUP OF ICE COLD WATER! I assume that is not the way El Pollo Loco trains their employees to treat the customers, much less laugh at their face AFTER MAKING THE CUSTOMER WAIT AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW and finally taking the time to ask what I needed. NOT LIKE IS THAT IT WAS RUSH HOUR AND THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED?!?! The employee working the window was a skinny young girl with long hair in a black pony tail wearing glasses, the other worker could of been the night manager. She was a bit heavier with black hair and was working the food area behind the cash register. I hope the corporate offices hear about the rudely mistreatment of the customers from their employees. I am very disappointed in the rudeness from the management to the employees. Someone needs to be written up! Very poor service!

Clean like any other pollo loco. It’s a shame that they haven’t served my order right once. I hardly go there. Today they gave me 1 tomatoe salsa and 1 avocado salsa for a 4 piece chicken and a BRC burrito the flour tortilla was over grilled it made the burrito so dry and crunchy in a bad way. And I did not have salsa for that. I ate one piece from the chicken and that was hard too. Overcooked. Not burned. Just overbooked to the point that it made the chicken dry. That would Have not been an issue if I had enough salsa. I ASK FOR “ONLY AVOCADO SALSA” specifically. Last time same issue but worse…. No salsa at all!!!!

The rice was tasteless, their pico de Gallo tomatos tasted old or super soggy idk but what did it for me was their watered down green salsa....nope I go to El Pollo Loco specifically for their green salsa.....this was not what I was expecting. Deaf and blind cashier wrote my name as michaellll did not get my food until after they called michael for a very long time. I was there for 40 minutes. When I asked for the spicy avacado and pico de gallo to be refilled, the other employee just dumped it in all over the laddle and left. Thank god the cashier didnt let me upgrade my sides as well. They didn't taste good. In addition to all this there was a crazy lady screaming ever couple of minutes by herself and it seemed like no one noticed. Hire better employees or teach them some common sense.

We order a whole chicken, and it was a tiny chicken, it looked smaller than a Cornish, they chop part of the breast. For more than $20.00 dollars. So they give you less and charge more. And they get mad if you ask more for salsa and tortillas. Of course not coming back 👎 . A whole chicken should easily feed 4 people, not 2.

This location is notorious for not delivering curbside in an appropriate amount of time. Today is another one of those days. I waited 20 minutes, and still no delivery. I called twice with no answer. I had my dog so I could not walk in. I went through the drive through where I was told that they had just completed my order. I placed my order 20 minutes ahead of pickup time. That means they took 40 minutes to complete my order? I find that difficult to believe. The drinks were all incorrect as well! This may very well be my final visit to this location and possibly this chain entirely.

All I wanted was a double chicken tostada salad but apparently the el pollo loco thought hey let’s not put any chicken in her salad !! Who does that ? Packs tostada salda but forgets the main ingredient.. than I go back to get a refund managers NEVER ONCE SAID IM SORRY . Processed the return as if I was the one in the wrong for going back & I saw the back cook open a bag of rice with no gloves . HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. Now I see why there hiring that place is literally a mess

Horrible service. I feel deeply unappreciated as a long time, loyal customer being lied to about two hot sauce containers already in my bag; 'one green and one red', verbatim. Unfortunately I still had to drive, check in to my hotel room and bring my things up before I actually did see there was absolutely no type of sauce. I asked at the speakerphone when ordering and still reminded her about the hot sauce. Why do some people keep working at jobs they hate? I don't get it.

Waited so long to order. Was not greeted when came in or acknowledged. Then when she was done helping the woman ahead of me, she completely skipped me and helped the person who was behind me in line. Ridiculous. I walked out. Terrible service.

I ordered Mac n cheese for my 2 yr old daughter and it contained a piece of plastic! Luckily she felt something different and spit it out and gave it to me! She could of chocked! Next time you guys need to check your food and make sure you don't leave plastic in it! Horrible service and management, if I could zero stars. I did an online order, and they put my al carte chicken breast with one of my meals and the chicken. Was burned, mostly bones and small, than I called ahead to add salsa avocado and an extra bag, it wasn't in there, thank God I checked before the girl left. (Curbside) also tried calling 8x and no answer, finally someone answers, young female manager and doesn't apologize at all, doesn't tell me anything but that I can come in an exchange the chicken, Im don't live in the area I was going to another job for the day and picked up there. This is the worse service ever, worse customer service from a manager. When I ask to when the GM would be in she said she didn't know.
