Amazing place with kind staff, great food, and an amazing atmosphere. Definitely a place to go to for an amazing meal and a good time. Can't wait to go back again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The food is phenomenal and the customer service is ABOVE & BEYOND! We are new to the neighborhood and this establishment is a go to already! Love this place! And all of the staff!

Went for the Sunday brunch buffet and it was excellent. They were very welcoming The food is homemade and delicious with a good variety on the buffet. The service was friendly and fast. I highly recommend the Grain House, I know I will be going back soon.

Stopped by for a late lunch. By far the best meal this week when it comes to fast food with good flavor. The goulash was absolutely fabulous. My wife had the roast beef with fries along with her friend enjoying their 1/4 pounder. Several tables ordered beautiful pretzels with a cheesy sauce and made a big deal how tasty they were.

TGH provided the food for our 25 guest annual Labor Day Party, and did an amazing job! Everyone raved about the food, and the attention to detail in their presentation. Chris and Dean were great to work with, making everything easy for us. We definitely plan on having them cater our party again next year. Highly recommended, we're lucky having TGH in our community.

If you are charging delivery fees there should not be an order minimum and as an owner you should have a touch more class than to make a point of telling your customer about your displeasure with your staff. Funny, we were very happy with your employees and aggravated with you owner or manager. There are a lot of pizzerias in Middleport, Gasport and Medina for that matter.

Come and pick it up and the girl at the counter seems like she is aggravated I have given her cash to pay with and has a slightly bad attitude. Then I get home and the salad does not have hot sauce on the tenders just plain tenders and no blue cheese dressing in sight. So I call back and explain the problem. She (same girl I paid in cash) tells me to hang on and puts me on hold for almost 2 mins. Then proceeded to tell me I could either come get the 2 blue cheeses or I could get 2 dollars off my next salad…mentions nothing about the tenders not having the correct sauce on them. Like what??? Only 2 dollars off when the salad was missing main components? Again I will reiterate my family and I order from here a lot…and this time I was grossly disappointed in the food and the service provided. -Liz

We ate there last night, the food was bad,( my husband had beef on weck and the meat was cold ), I got a roll that was hard, fish was very thin, not haddock like at all, meatballs were frozen, not homemade, basically everything but the personal pizza was crummy

Do not order from this place I wish it was still PWT. They are closed Monday through Wednesday the food is expensive also.

Never open even on days the list as being open

For 1 person ordering a fish fry and a piece of pie which is $7 a slice is $30. The fish fry is senior size at best. Very disappointing 😞

We drove all the way from Rochester to have lunch.Website said open until.9pm.While getting out.of the car at 2pm we were told we are. Not open! What gives with these people! Keep.your website up to date!!
