Okay so I love taco bell. The workers at this one are nothing to rave about. And putting a pizza Hut in the same space may taint the taco bell. Just kidding, not kidding. The place looks nice after a recent remodel.

I come here in the mornings when I'm visiting a friend that lives here, and they have excellent service. They're also very nice about making errors. I was sold a Taco Salas that they didn't have refried beans for and they comped me $7 worth of food AND gave me the salad minus the beans. 10/10

For me at least, this is the*best* taco bell, they have never gotten my order wrong, customizations are always correct, fast and friendly. I have known bad Taco Bells, this one is great, in my experience.

This is one of the locations with the self order platforms and they do prefer you use it. If you would like to order at the counter you will have to wait a little while as this location is usually pretty busy. That aside, this location is quite friendly, the food is always good and filled nicely, and is pretty clean. My wife and I prefer this location over others in the area due to the constant quality of the food we get.

taco bell never disappoints - this location, as well as every other taco bell in the aurora, batavia area serves hot food fast, and usually with a smile. i love the convenience and the cost-effectiveness of this restaurant chain.

They always are consistent for the Taco Bell experience. Staff at window is awesome in drive-thru and my orders have been accurate. They will hand out freebies for waiting long! They rock. Unfortunately, but considerably rarely, there is a specific staff member there who seems to not fit in with my praises. She seems to be the red herring and she does not reflect the other staff.

Always order soft taco Fresca. (soft flour tortilla with seasoned ground beef, lettuce,tomato & cilantro). Low price & low calories.

Last couple times ive been to this location ive been pleasantly surprised by polite and courteous service, and food well made. Yes it's Taco Bell, its not some fancy restaurant or new hip fast food concept, but there is a big difference when your food is prepared correctly as opposed to just thrown together by a kid who hates his job.

It's a Taco Bell, what more can you say? It was clean, service was fast, the food was as good as any other Taco Bell. They were serving up for nacho fries, which I believe are a good addition to their menu, really rounds out their offerings. The soda fountain was turned very well, perfectly fizzy, perfect amount of syrup

My fiance and I were so happy to see them open late. I'm sure if they are back to 24/7 tho. I didn't check. But they are open past 10pm and that's a huge win especially when other places are closing early still due to covid. And besides they have Pepsi products.

We went on Mothers Day so the line wasn't long (LOL) but the drive thru was still quite active. Love the Taco Bell logo seats; huge eating area so a large gathering of folks won't be an issue. I went through the drive through today around 9:40pm and the service was great. There there was a minor issue with the order but it was fixed as quickly and Tyler was pleasant and prompt with fixing the issue with the order. He smiled thanked me for choosing Taco Bell and since I will be in the area for work over the next few months, I will definitely be back!

I’ve 2 locations of taco bell near by my house. They aren’t simply good as this taco bell. I always drive 25 minutes every monday to go there and have a lunch. Crew is very friendly, they always serves fresh food. There are 2 lady workers with glasses, idk the name of them ; but they are sweet and always serves food with smile on their faces, and according to customers needs. I always tell them to put extra seasoning on my fries, they always give me hot fries. Thank you for everything. You guys are absolutely best. 😃

Ate a quick bite here Friday 12/15 at 630 pm. My party of 3 used the self-serve kiosk to order - no issues. Ordered and paid. We dined in, so we were given cups to fill our drinks immediately. Food was out very fast. Dining area was not busy, and tables were clean. Drink and condiment area was clean. Overall, very good experience!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Mexican pizza combo with nachos and cheese. The service was super fast and the people were really friendly. The Mexican pizza was loaded with deliciousness. The tomato 🍅 beans meat and cheese had the perfect combination of everything to make my stomach scream for joy. The 5 layer burrito wasn’t as delicious as the 7 layer burrito 🌯 but it was ok. I’ve been craving Taco Bell 🔔 for the past couple of days and super happy I finally was able to satisfy my craving. Thank you 🙏🏽

Manager was very rude regarding my payment. I only had $50 cash, and there is no sign saying it's not accepted at their register. I had to wait. She could have handled that better, since she IS the manager.

This Taco bell is always prompt and clean. I only go to fast food places I trust since I have specific diet needs. I have never had issues from this particular tbell.

When I'm looking for authentic American food made with ingredients slightly inspired by Mexico or I'm drunk and its 2:00 am I eat here. Look it's Taco Bell do you really need a review to decide if you want to eat here? As far as the actual restaurant goes it's clean the staff is friendly and 99.6976% accurate with your order.

It's been a while since I have been to Taco Bell. It might just be me, but the food doesn't have much flavor. The drinks were the same way. The service and atmosphere was good, at least

First they replace the beloved tostada with a spicy tostada, then they remove it completely. Now I try to order Mexican pizza, and they run out.

The food is, at best, average for Taco Bell. The salads always have less lettuce than the Taco Bell standard. The orders take five or more minutes to get (even with a not full dining room AND drive-thru), and cleanliness needs to be increased.

The cashier wasn't friendly and the young lady who handled our food held the bag with two fingers, walked up to the front counter and tossed it onto the counter and walked away. Could never hear what name was called so customers could get their food.

Horrible for food. Always makes me sick, most likely food poisoning because I am totally fine at other Mexican resturaunts. However, the root beer here is the best you can find. If you want a nice cup of root beer, come here!

Service was quick. We ordered Mexican Pizzas and were very disappointed. Barely had anything on them. They put a small amount of meat, cheese and sauce on it.

I used to always get the pizza hut meals because the cheese was bomb, even with the $2 price increase. But now they shrank the pizzas size significantly and its no longer worth it.

I hesitate to give this review because this is actually a great taco bell. I just can't get over the fact that I have seen about a 10 percent success rate on sauces in my box or bag. I order on the app. They put it up on the drive thru screen and ask if the order looks correct. It always lists the sauces that I put in the order. Literally one time out of ten is there any sauce. Will adjust to a five star once the employees are trained to complete the order.

Ordered three supreme nacho doritos crispy tacos. My favorite. Drove home two blocks. Went to eat. The tacos were soggy to the point of being broken on bottom. , rest of shell was broken. These tacos obviously had been sitting awhile. Paper was stuck to shells, lettuce wilted. Probably not going back there. Was very disappointed.

Usually have a good experience here but the man working today is so rude! Totally acts like he doesn't want to be working here..my son loves the pizza..he came up from the back saying it's gonna be an 8 min wait and acted like he really didn't want us to order it. ...he said they didn't serve pizza til 1030 11 and that's why they are not ready...it was 10 after 11...my tortilla was burned on my chicken quesadilla and the cheese was not melted

Good location food wise never had an issue orders are always good. The hours are more reliable now. If you uber eats or door dash make sure you use the lobby to get orders when it's open otherwise they will tell you you have to pick up inside (usually not a big deal but ...) theymake you wait in that line and there is no two lane drive so you could get stuck waiting a long time just to have to circle around and get your order. For that reason I give them 3 stars but normally I would give a 4 for everything else. People are great but this location is not really my favorite to go.

Last few times I've been to this Taco Bell the Crunchwrap Supreme has been anything but. Maybe, MAYBE, an ounce of meat. This used to be the best Taco Bell, but I'll be visiting the one on Orchard from now on.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered Nachos & cheese. Got home there were no chips. Tried to call the restaurant. No answer then the call went through it wanted access number. I also was given me receipt.

Attention to detail is not one of their strongsuits, nor is serving fresh food.

Don't get the pizza, I literally had no sauce on mine. I asked about it, and they have a device in the back that calculates how much sauce goes on. I literally had one spot on three out of four pieces. They tasted like Bosco sticks.

Left a review about a year ago, but am updating. Customer service is down the tubes. Ordered on app 20 minutes before I got here to pick up, making sure to give plenty of time. Got here to pick up and have been waiting for at least ten minutes. No joke. This is AGONIZING. Not like I have to get back for the Super Bowl or anything. Normally, I enjoy this taco bell for a quick late night eat. However, I had placed an order online and the food I received just a bit later was cold and seemed to contain bad lettuce. Quite disappointing. Normally pretty good, this time I felt let down 😔

It really is something when you pull up at the window and the manager is on his phone waiting to hand you your food. Must be a slow night tonight. I've gotten fast food and this is a first! I don't know how many stars I should give you guys considering how my food was potentially dealt with. No customer should see this. I took the chance on Taco bell so I didn't give you a 1 star!

The chalupas were not cooked on my last two visits, I am sure I ordered chalupas and not gorditas. Right now the drive thru is the only thing open, signs up about not being open constantly at the posted hours due to labor shortages and now hiring signs. I hope things improve soon.

Employee seemed irritated that we were even there. Like she was mad that we didnt use the kiosk to order. Food was mediocre at best. Floors were sticky. She just threw the food on the counter and it sat there. Why ask for a name if you are not going to call it out?

Ordered a box of hard shell tacos. Clearly they had been sitting around for a while- they were cold and very soggy on the bottom (all of them). Really disappointing. Clearly this location isn’t concerned with delivering a decent Taco Bell taco. All crap. Not going back again.

Poor customer service. Was not acknowledged standing at the counter. A quick "I'll be right with you" would of been nice. I just got stared at.. walked out.

I got a crunch wrap supreme and they put 0 meat in it. I feel robed. I paid $5 for lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Called late to verify they were still open till midnight, as website claimed, as I went late previously and they were closed. The gal that answered said drive-thru open till midnight. We arrived at 11:47 to pull up to the speaker’s auto record sting they are closed. We drove up to window and beeped at the employee mopping the floor and he chose to ignore us. We left. Called back and the gal now stuttered, making up excuses on the recording, etc. It was quite clear they had closed for the day. Told us to come back. We chose not to. This is ridiculous. I bet there was no manager working at that time.

This was one of the worst experiences. So first off we went through the drive thru, we were given no straws or napkins, I had asked for a crunchwrap with no sour cream and it had it on there, and we got two Baja blasts that apparently the syrup was out because it tasted like La Croix made it. Then I tried to call to let them know my problems and they hung up on me. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

It says 1:30 am drive thru, theres no signs with changes of hours anywhere. The manager just turned off all the lights and left me sitting at the speaker without saying anything. I'll probably take my buisness to the location in Geneva for now on, there better anyways.

Got a fiesta veggie burrito, was missing guac & tomato, underfilled as well. Let them know what was wrong and the lady seemed irritated after cutting off the other person on the mic. The remade fiesta veggie was more underfilled and tasted worse. It had me regretting saying anything.

They now make you get out of your car to pick up your order instead of picking it up through the drive-through. Super inconveniencing.

Everytime I go theres always issues... i ordered a number 6 beef with a soft shell instead with a Baja blast got number 6 with chicken and a hard shell with root beer i mentioned the root beer and said it was fine but once we got home to eat thats when I noticed it was all wrong... and they refused to replace it because they're busy and can't get to it... say what...? Thats some BS... didn't even try to make it right...

I don't normally leave reviews and I try to be fair but I waited for 20 minutes to get the wrong order. This business has decided to have kids run it, so the only choice I have left is to never come here again. Plenty of restaurants up and down Randall.

My husband was doing an Uber and went through the drive thru. The cashier, which is the manager, reports that the food needs to be pickup in the restaurant and not through the drive thru. My tried to get the food in the restaurant and the doors were locked. They refused to open the door or give the food for Uber. While waiting at the door, the male Hispanic just looked at my husband and shrug his shoulder. He walked to the drive through window, the manager ( Hispanic Male) told the cook (African American) to talk to my husband. He refused to give my husband the order, stating that he blew his horn. My husband did not blow the horn. It was the vehicle behind me. I refused to every get food from this location. They are so unprofessional and I lost money that day. Not only did my lose money, but the restaurant lost money because the Uber was over $30.00. The workers need to be reprimanded. It was 3 worker that worked that night. One Hispanic male, one Hispanic female, and one African American male with brown dreads. This is unacceptable when you are working with the public.

This is literally the worst taco bell in the area. None of my food ever seems fresh or even fully cooked. Chips always come broken in my nachos and they never give me the amount of sauce I ask for. I don't think these workers even know how to make half of the stuff on the menu. You need new employees.

Completely understand that sometimes it’s hard to manage store by yourself at night time. But I drove through twice. With no response at the drive thru audio order taking menu.... The second time around I knocked on the window a few times. I saw a blonde woman doing dishes in the window. I don’t know if she glanced over at me and saw me? Or she was just looking my way and couldn’t see that there was a person in the window? But completely ignored me. Would’ve been nice to know if the restaurant was closed or she just didn’t hear me? But it’s completely unacceptable that I had to drive through twice and still got no response. Went home with no tacos😢

Makes good food. Everytime we go there they have no pizza ready. They make the tacos first and leave them under no heat in the open while you wait for the pizza. Then the tacos are cold. I also got a undercooked pizza with the crust still raw.

I ordered $78.00 worth of food. I get handed my three drinks, and the gentleman who handed me the drinks drops the three drinks all over my lap and all over my truck. No, sorry, just my bad. Hands me a free taco coupon. Nothing like having 3 drinks spilt all over your lap and seat. Then I got home, and everything that was ordered was cold and missing half the order I paid for. Came in with my family today. Per receipt Miles L. took our order. We ordered from both Pizza Hut and Taco bell. Payed cash and was give back my change. Miles was wearing gloves and with those same gloves puts the personal Pizza in the oven and pulls apart the bread sticks to put them in the little oven. When i asked the same person for new bread sticks and explained what i saw, no apologies and was given attitude. Not the first time we come to this location and see the same exact thing with the same person manager/employee. Grows!!! I'm glad I came in to see it one more time because I was going to use the drive thru. Can't imagine what else we don't see. Hope my message reaches corporate and something is done about it. Last time I come to this location.

We ordered ahead, still had to wait about 10+ minutes, considering there were 2 people inside and only 1 car in the drive thru this seemed ridiculous. The employees had loud music playing and didn't seem too concerned with customer service. The food was not hot so not sure what the wait was for. This is not the first time we've had a negative experience at this location. We will not be returning to this Taco Bell.

Ordered online In the parking lot. Walked in to dine in. Got a cheesy fiesta potatoes and a discovery luxe box which we chose a large Baja blast, a steak poblano quesadilla, a beef crunchy taco supreme, and chips with guacamole. We walked inside right after we ordered and we were told to wait a minute. It took about five minutes. the only thing that was hot was the chips that were warm. Potatoes were Barely warm. The poblano quesadilla was barely warm. Both tacos weren’t hot. The supreme was basically cold and was skimped out on the tomatoes. The other taco was a little warmer but still not hot. Didn’t get delivery specifically to get fresh hot food and it wasn’t. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this place. What were we waiting for? To get barely warm food? There’s no excuse. The place was completely empty. Employee wasn’t very friendly. Won’t be coming here ever again. Save yourself the trip and money and go to the st Charles east Taco Bell, got the same stuff in the drive thru the other night and it was on point!!! The poblano quesadilla was piping hot! You gotta do better than that guys come on. Lost two Taco Bell loving regular customers.👎👎👎👎

Food is fine, but it takes FOREVER to get in the drive thru. It doesn't matter if you order ahead through the app or order there, it's ALWAYS a wait for the food. I had 1 car in front of me today and it still took over 5 minutes. Used to get my food in under a minute and now I'm waiting a minimum 5-10 minutes. I sat in the drive thru once for over 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. If someone has a big order why are they not parked to keep the line moving. Also, there is never an explanation or an apology for the wait from the employees. This is by far the worst drive thru location I've ever been to. Not ideal for going to on a lunch break cause they take too long.

Such rude and unhelpful staff. Left the store very irritated. Went to go pick up an order and asked about the chilli and cheese burrito sign. The worker said "yes we have them" and I asked if I could have 2 and she rudely told me to order it on the kiosk. It wasn't on the kiosk and I asked if I could order it and then another staff told me they sold out. At this point I'm already very bothered. They finally gave me my order and they just threw the bags on the counter. They didn't give me my drinks and I asked if I could get my cups and it took another couple minutes just for the cups. The manager gave me the wrong size cup and didn't even apologize for the wait. I just left with the wrong cup because I was already highly irritated at this point and didn't want have to yell at anyone. Never dealt with such a joke of a staff. So rude, mindless, and slow.
