My Tia Patty and Mom recommend this local town hotspot when we come to town. Get a coffee in a mug and some breakfast or a big iced tea and lunch. The tex mex is delicious and so is the American food. I recommend the breakfast tacos, Mexican plate or any chicken and gravy! Cheese enchiladas were so good too!

We came by here on our way home from the beach, so happy we did. The best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. All of it was so delicious, the tortillas are clearly made in house and done right! If you are in the area, or passing through, definitely try this place! You will NOT be disappointed. The service was great and employees were very nice and attentive. Delicious!

Breakfast was pretty good. Although my tortillas were not hot which led to them being a bit stiff and hard, because it was my first meal back in texas I give it a pass lol. The server was super sweet. My hubby got huevo rancheros and enjoyed it although he said it didn’t have any seasoning.

Breakfast was pretty good. Although my tortillas were not hot which led to them being a bit stiff and hard, because it was my first meal back in texas I give it a pass lol. The server was super sweet. My hubby got huevo rancheros and enjoyed it although he said it didn’t have any seasoning.

We saw that it has TAMALES painted out on the front of the building. But when we went to order them they said they no longer sell tamales. The entrance is confusing. We went in the wrong door that was open. I guess it was to the kitchen and the girls in there yelled at us "Other door! Other door!!!" LOL Okay. Not sure why they didn't lock it or have signs that say employees only or ENTRANCE where the entrance is. Lol Not mad. It was funny. Anyways the food was good and filling. The sweet tea was the BEST in town in my opinion. Customer service was great. Chelsea I believe her name was, was super sweet! The restaurant itself is dark, but calming and clean. It was all nice. And the prices were reasonable. I enjoyed it.

We ordered the Chile Relleno special and lemonade. It was good but was missing a little more flavor. The chips were fresh and so was the salsa although a bit watery in flavor. I would definitely give it another try!
