Made my order on the app and we picked up due to the better prices. Got home and the order was wrong and the other was like nothing in it. Called the store and spoke with Matthew and he was great he will credit the order. I would go and pick up the order again but when watching the game it’s like maybe next time.

Food is prepared fine but the delivery driver does not follow instructions and this has been a repeated ad nauseum. Food was left on floor to get cold with no simple notice of text message of arrival as instructed on order and website.

I am so angry with this store. I ordered close to an hour ago and I was hungry then but you know stores get busy so I can kind of understand. I tipped 20% on the app and the service i am getting in return? Oh just the driver driving around i’m assuming to give other people their food for over 30 minutes. I still haven’t gotten it and I am sure it will be cold by the time i receive it. I tip assuming I will get better service but no. That is absolutely crazy to drive around to multiple people giving them their orders while my food sits in your car. Do better.

It's the third time ordering from this Domino's since moving to San Antonio.. and every time the pizzas do not taste good. We do not like the sauce nor the toppings we get on them. We've had pepperoni onion, supreme, and pineapple jalapeno pepperoni. The crust at the edge of the pizza is good, but not the whole pizza.. I don't think we will try it anymore.

I ordered an 8 x garlic buffalo wings yesterday and they end up give me 8x hot and sour wings, huge mistake from the restaurant, the front desk was polite but they didn’t even check my order and give me the wrong food!!!!!

I ordered the pizza online for carryout when I went for pick up they was rude and employees in the phone and not taking customers and it’s about 10mins to pick the pizza

Jeez im not sure what happened to all there people that can make a damn pizza properly went but damn… never ordering from this location again. Terrible quality To much sauce Not enough cheese specially when ordering just a cheese pizza with multiple types of cheese on it I ordered thin and crispy - it was thin and not cooked enough I set a time frame when to pick it up and was done well before that time - why would i have it set in the future if i wanted it done like 10 minutes early.

I hate they changed my dominoes from burk to this one. Never get the order right and acts like it’s your fault that you ordered an all veggie pizza but received one filled with disgusting pork . And this has happened on numerous occasions. I won’t be back.

I have eaten here many times because I usually come regularly after leaving work and ask to take away, and today was not the exception, I go to say hello as usual and order the same pizza that I like (Honholulo Hawaiian) with a soda, the first inconvenience comes to hear from the cashier that she has no change for a $100 bill then I go to my car and take change I come back and pay her I thank you I ask how long it takes and I leave, after looking for the pizza I go to my house to eat and when I arrive, surprise Wrong pizza I check the receipt and I see that the cashier put another pizza, I never get used to checking that my pizza is the right one because I always order the same one but I think the cashier does not listen to me because she is with her AirPods listening to music, I think they should be a little more careful because when taking a customer's order.

Terrible food nowadays and they always have different employees as if they keep quiting. The customer service is trash. They seem nice and when you turn around you can hear them talking smack. I work at a local pizza shop and will never treat my customers that way . Wth is wrong with these people . Also this is the sorry excuse of a loaded tater tot order i got recently. Absolutely trash

Just moved into town and ordered from the closest Dominos available. Not only did they get my order wrong, but I found a dead fly in my pizza. Would double check orders in front of the counter.

Just moved to this side of town. Ordered online and my pizzas were wrong. Missing Toppings and wrong Crust. They did send me 1 back. But the Crust was too soft. So my first experience was not a good one with this domino's. Thin Crust is supposed to be crispy not soggy. I hope in the future they read my order correctly. Update: 6-7-22 I don't like to give bad reviews but here it goes: Wisconsin cheese pizza was drenched with Alfredo sauce. That freaking pizza 🍕 is $18.99. FML I called and the girl apologized saying she would make another for free and not charge me. Really? Well I had it delivered because I wasn't going back. Pizza still doesn't look like Wisconsin cheese. I guess I'm going to have to order from Vance Jackson. That Dominoes always gets it right.
