The most exceptional establishment for sushi and seafood dining. This establishment is not only clean but also offers an exceptional dining experience. It is my preferred destination for such culinary delights.
Just ate here tonight! We’re from Texas so there aren’t any “all you can eat” that I’m aware of. Sheng, our server was awesome. Everyone helped each other to deliver a wonderful experience at a very reasonable price. Plus, they have “fresh” Wasabi which made the experience that much more enjoyable!
This place exceeded our expectations! The food was even better than what we saw on the menu and in the pictures. We were so caught up in enjoying it that we only thought to take photos after a couple of rounds. Had an all-you-can-eat dinner with my family, and it was fantastic—perfect for family outings or hanging out with friends. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made to order, which really stood out. It could use a little less sodium, but everything was still delicious. The restaurant is clean, and the staff was super friendly. For the quality, the price was definitely reasonable. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back for sure! Will update again after our next visit.
Checked out the new every so growing Aikan Sushi in Burbank and was pleasantly surprised! The interior is on point, and the booths are super comfy. Food came out fast—appetizers were delish, sushi was top-notch, and the ramen was decent enough to hit the spot. Shoutout to Alvin and the crew for the attentive service! Only bummer: no alcohol due to some license issue. Still, I left stuffed and satisfied!
Excellent sushi. Amazing service. A great atmosphere. Clean and very upscale. I recommend everything. My favorites the baked mussels Skinny sushi 3 choices. All amazing. Scallops absolutely delicious Tuna 5 stars Yellow tail 5 stars I don't eat rolls only real sushi. Well worth it. I can't wait to try the Northridge location.
Aikan Sushi is truly a gem in Burbank! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The service was impeccable, thanks to Jess who made my dining experience exceptional. The sushi was fresh and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. I highly recommend Aikan Sushi to anyone looking for top-notch service and amazing sushi. I can’t wait to come back!
We were a big group during Sunday lunch and got the premium AYCE. Sashimi, Soft Shell Crab, Toro, Mussels, Oysters, they are all good. Some on the menu are unique to this restaurant (I have tried other Japanese AYCE). Staff are accommodating. There were a couple of missed orders but we did not follow up since we're full already.
It’s my first time here as I don’t see any Aikan branches in NorCal, so I gave it a try. I like their selections and I love all the sushi. I got full so I didn’t get the chance to try the others lol but the experience is great! The staffs were all respectful and I can see they value all the customers. Definitely going back!
Very delicious, and am very excited to come again at some point. The sauces they use on the sushi are very good, but there are also options without sauce or you can just ask to have without. Theyre accommodating. The space inside is very open and the walking aisles are wide, so very accessible for wheelchairs or big groups. Every staff member was very nice and the whole team was helping with clearing the table to make sure we still had space for our incoming plates. Very attentive. Everything tasted good but I especially loved all the salmon dishes I tried, and my sister really loved their yellowtail!
I've been to Aikan Sushi in Northridge before and was super excited to go to this location as I haven't been to Burbank in years! Parking was really easy to find. I was fortunate enough to find parking in front of the restaurant and paid for the meter via the park mobile app. $4 for 2 hours. We got the regular dinner AYCE for $42.99 and they wasted no time in rushing our orders to us. One of their employees named Bom really stood out to us! From the moment he greeted us to the entire dining experience, he was attentive, delightful, and SO FUNNY! Honestly. He really added to the overall experience. The quality of fish here is indeed high quality. Our first round had a bit more rice in the nigiri than I'm used to but on our subsequent rounds they were super scarce and had very thick pieces of fish. Overall, I had an amazing experience and highly recommend coming here!
I took a friend to the AYCE dinner. It was a busy Friday night. I had to park after dropping off my companion so I don't know how bad the wait was for our table but there were lots of people waiting. Once I sat down to the menu, I noticed that prices rose in the last year. The staff were attentive and helpful. We ordered a large amount of sushi, mostly rolls with some sashimi. Food started arriving quickly and continued for a while. The variety of sauces on the different rolls surprised my taste buds. Dinner was great! We finished off with a matcha macaron.
The staff are amazing at this restaurant and I hope this compliment get passed all the way up the ladder. Everyone was polite, looked professional, and acted in a way that seemed genuinely friendly and personable. Not only that but the place is spotless. They keep this place very clean. The sushi itself is some of the best I've had and I’ve had a lot of sushi. I'll definitely be returning with friends this is a top notch dining experience in every sense and they deserve every 5-star review they’ve got and many more to come.
AIKAN sushi was a pleasant experience. The exterior was very inviting, and peeking in it looked spacious and fun. My wife and I decided to give it a shot because it was recommended by an employee at the restaurant. Sure enough, the service was top-notch from the hostess, to the server And the rest of the staff. Upon walking in we were seated immediately with no wait, at a booth. The light was a bit bright for my eyes, but my wife said that it was fine, and I decided that it was probably just too bright for me because I was tired after a long day. I also thought the music was a little bit too loud for my preference, because I couldn't hear my wife very well, but again she said that it was because I am half deaf, and the music was just fine for her. ☺️🙏 Upon browsing the menu we were pleasantly surprised that the prices were very affordable! We expected to pay a bit more for Ramen and a sushi roll. But $20 was very reasonable and competitive. We both got Ramen and a roll, though at first I was going to get a bento box which was the same price, and looked delicious as well. I got an extra salmon roll, and my wife got the tempura appetizer. If you look at the photos, you'd think we paid at least 50% more than what we ended up paying, which was $51. The salmon roll was fresh and tasty, and the presentation tray was magnificent. This was also the first sushi house which brought me more than enough ginger and wasabi. I never had to ask for more, like at some other places. It was enough for two complete salmon rolls, which honestly were very plentiful for the price. The Ramen bowl was delicious, and our server substituted chicken instead of pork at no extra charge and with no complaints. I was surprised about that, again happily surprised regarding the quality of service and the quality/quantity of food that we received for the money. A quick trip to the bathroom yielded a very clean and sanitary environment. There were many children eating with their parents, which led me to believe that it's a kid friendly establishment. The television mostly showed sports and some news but nothing really kid unfriendly. our neighbors ordered a pitcher of Sapporo beer, and they seemed to be very happy with the service as well. Towards the back of the restaurant, the employees had joined several tables together for two large parties of about 12 people each. So I guess it would also be a good place for a gathering. There was plenty of seating at the sushi bar, and I saw several young men sitting alone with their phones enjoying their sushi meal. I also noticed that the restaurant has specials for lunch. All in all, a very positive experience, and a lovely addition to our wonderful downtown Burbank restaurant collection. So many choices! One of the reasons we love Burbank so much.
Place was very vibrant and menu had a great veriety of dishes 😋 👌 everything was good and im a sucker for french fries so i got French 🍟 fries on a suchi place lol. Place is very cute but do be aware is very noisy so if you dig a vibrant place with a great veriety ya can get some great items here. 🫶✨️
Everything we tried at Aikan Sushi Burbank was incredibly fresh and high quality. I loved that they use real wasabi. The amaebi (sweet shrimp) sushi was perfectly tender, chewy, naturally sweet, and just so satisfying. On top of the food, our server Jess made sure our table was always taken care of. She was just so kind and thoughtful the entire time. Definitely one of the best sushi spots I've been to lately, and I'd recommend if you're in the area. I'll for sure be back!
If you know you know the taste of freshest fish. I live in Burbank and I didn’t know about it, my fiance and I just gave it a try last night and to say it was amazing is not to say anything. Not too packed with rice and fish was melting in our mouths. I actually never seen such a modern sushi place with so much of lighting and different types of fresh fish. The waiter Amy was amazing. Collins the manager came to greed, amazing service, food and pricing!
We came here on a Sunday night with some friends. There was about a 10 minutes wait before we were promptly seated, which is great considering how many people were there. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious! We couldn't believe how great the quality was for the price point! Overall, the service was amazing! We cannot wait to come again!
This place was amazing. We are visiting from Texas and out of all the places this one had the best reviews now I know why. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Everyone was helping with recommendations and our server SHENG was 100/100 very knowledgeable and friendly. The best part was that they have actual wasabi root! Will definitely be coming back before I leave!
I was truly impressed by this all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant! The selection was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding – everything was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. What really stood out to me was the extremely friendly staff: attentive, warm, and always wearing a smile. You immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy – just perfect for a relaxed evening. A real gem for all sushi lovers – I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was good, fresh and served at a reasonable speed. We arrived around 4pm and the food on the premium menu was really good. The sauces that went with each food were also good. A very good experience, but parking around might be a bit of a problem because the area is very busy. The ramen was really good, and you can choose the half portion. The spicy one is more flavorful
Rating: 4.8/5 “Aiken Sushi and Ramen is one of the most amazing places for classic and exotic sushi options in Glendale. From the facility to the service, the place is great. The ambiance and the personnel made the whole experience memorable. Our server Fery, was exceptional and personable as well as the rest of the team. Totally recommended. Prices reasonable for the quality of the food. And the place’s cleanliness was on point.” Excellent job guys !

Love this place and we come here very often. Bom is one of the best servers alongside Adriana. They’re awesome. Highly recommend this specific location. Also do not listen to other negative reviews. They are all disgusting customers who expect to be treated like Gods at an AYCE sushi place. These servers genuinely care about the customers and do everything to make us feel comfortable. Also you cannot complain about the portions here. It is ALL YOU CAN EAT. If the portions seems too small, then order more. It’s that simple. There is no extra charge for that.
The restaurant is super clean and nice. I got the all you can eat option and it's really good. The premium option is worth a try, the oyster was fresh and did not get sick from it. I steered clear of the raw shrimp but that's a personal preference. I'd come here again, its on my top ten list of sushi restaurants.

Very delicious, and am very excited to come again at some point. The sauces they use on the sushi are very good, but there are also options without sauce or you can just ask to have without. AYCE sushi & ramen, but we couldn't get to the ramen round. Infact, we barely made it through the 1st round! It was because the varieties of sushi, sashimi, salads, rolls, appetizers were fulfilling, deliciously satisfying. Service were tentative and friendly. I'm glad that Burbank has an Aikan🤩
We came here for the All You Can Eat sushi, and it was a really good deal for the price (two options, regular and premium)! Everything was fresh and tasty. I especially liked the Philadelphia rolls, they were delicious. The cucumber roll wasn’t really my taste, but overall, we got to try a lot of different rolls, and it was a great experience.
Clean, nice, newly opened. Good service. Variety of choices. Decent pricing for all you can eat sushi. I recommend to try as much as you can. Dishes are nicely decorated and presented. We had a warm sake and planty of choices. Jamie was our server. She was very helpful and nice. I recommend this place for sure. Though there are many options of sushi and Asian food around that area, but this place worth to give a try.
Talk about getting a lot for your money! In a world where the price of food keeps on increasing, I'm surprised to not only get a decent ramen in Los Angeles well below $20, but to have a combo of ramen AND teriyaki chicken bowl for just $20.99! Pretty much all of us went for the ramen + rice bowl combo, although one of our friends di the All You Can Eat Premium Sushi lunch special for $39.99, which if you're really hungry, it is also a great deal. Now on to the food itself, the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is quite good, with its savory broth and tonkotsu sliced pork, but I can definitely use more heat. It's not exactly spicy, more like mildly spicy. I think it's just a fine bowl of ramen and I finished it nice and clean. The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, on the other hand, is all sorts of goodness! Sure, it's hard to screw up such a simple dish as long as you have enough sweet teriyaki, but the chicken was cooked well and perfectly balances the rice. Simple, delicious comfort food!
Been waiting for its opening since May as I currently live in Burbank, finally tried it out two weeks ago (7/23). The quality was similar to the Aikan located in Pasadena, which i visited a few times in a several years. I spent around 2 hrs dining in by myself for AYCE at the sushi bar. The service was ok, although they missed 3 items from what I ordered for the 1 round. They served them after my reminders later on, so all good. I ended up finished the meal after 2 rounds. I haven’t tried out the sushi rolls and ramen, but the fish in sushi was fairly fresh, fried stuff like fried scallops and calamari were a bit salty and dry, and the poke sashimis were too sour. The portion of Yellowtail Kama (head) was HUGE tho, I barely finished it but it was really crispy and good, would definitely order it again next time👍 Overall it was a nice experience, I definitely stuffed my stomach with a lot of foods under 50 bucks. I’d say it’s a nice place to try out if u want affordable sushi and sashimi. Cheers!

Alright here’s the thing: all you can eat food comes fast and it’s fresh and yummy. Portions are well sized too. But honestly, nothing special about the place. The rolls come falling apart sometimes and over sauced. It’s not bad, but it’s pretty basic. There’s plenty parking in the garage lot nearby. The staff was super friendly! I was glad not to be charged for extra pieces left behind (which happened because of too much sauce on them I couldn’t even taste the sushi) even though the menu said they did it.
Nice place. Great happy hour pricing (I stumbled on it). Spicy tuna roll was the most spicy I’ve ever had. Like, too hot..interfered with the tuna flavor (I scrapped the extra bit off on top and the tuna was itself spicy). Plus the hot sauce in it didn’t taste japanese..? Sorta like a Mexican hot sauce which threw it off. I’m being super picky here..the roll was scrumptiously soft and everything else about it was very good! The tempura (I got all veggie) looked amazing and most’ll think it is. But unlike the photos it’s not a true, classic japanese panko breading - which I was so looking forward to :/ It’s like one parent was tempura, the other America fried breading. A nice crunch though. And one more bummer, it was quite oily. If deep fryers are at the optimal temp, fried foods should not taste oily. And I didn’t love the oil flavor..as it it’s not changed enough. Surprising for how nice this place seems to be - but it is the 5th in a chain so maybe they’re streamlining for profits..? Otherwise the veggie quality was fantastic. But the dough on the giant broccoli wasn’t fried through so I got a few bites of raw dough. Loved the portion size - generous. I’m really holding it to a high standard since I only eat sushi once in a while. But overall it was quite good and I’ll be back to try other rolls! And most less picky people will love it. Happy it’s here!
The place was incredibly clean, and the quality of the fish was excellent. The oysters were so fresh, and both the amaebi and otoro were flavorful. Overall, every dish was delicious. The ramen tasted just like it came from a specialty ramen shop. I’m definitely planning to visit again.
We always eat here good service and sushi is good. Lots of parking and next to the mall. However our visit on 02/12 Thursday lunch time ended bad, food poisoning bad. Hopefully nobody else got it. Would give it a try again but not anytime soon
Our first time here. I should preface with the fact that we go to Japan often, so we have a different perspective on Japanese food. I'll start with the decor; it is clean and modern. The staff were efficient. The cleared used plates quickly and when I asked about a missing item, they quickly took care of it. We ordered our share of assorted items off of the all you can eat menu. We had nigiri, poki sashimi, mixed tempura, agedashi tofu, karage, and salads. My overall impression was small servings and average quality. Everything was decent, but nothing stood out. The sushi fish was fine, but not the best. I finished full and reasonably satisfied. The value was good for an all you can eat. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I'm always honest. I had high hopes for this place, but if you want an honest review please read on. If you do NOT know good sushi, this review won't matter and you'll enjoy yourself. If you DO know good sushi and you hope to find it here, you won't. Everything to do with Fish was bad. The salmon was fishy, the tuna had tendons on it, the sashimi had hard skin or/and tendons on it, and the Oyster was so bad it made me sick. We thought we could find a place that was both all-you-can-eat and also quality; we were wrong. We had not eaten anything today when we went there at 2pm. We were hungry and we still couldn't eat any of it. I'm currently sick to my stomach, possibly due to this place. Again, if you don't know good sushi, this will be fine for you. But if you understand good sushi, don't go here. Go somewhere expensive.
So disappointed! I brought my friend here for a birthday lunch yesterday on 12/28. We had been here once before in June and loved it, so we wanted to return. We didn't notice the opening time was right around the time we walked in, it felt like we inconvenienced the host. You could tell she wasn't ready to be around any humans yet. Aside from her, the service is GREAT. Everyone works as a team, extremely friendly, and very attentive. The place itself is very clean, so that is a major plus. The sushi however, was far from fresh. For the first round, we ordered primarily from the Poke sushi section, which looked really different than the menu photos. If you look at my pictures, you can see that the plating and the pieces aren't of good quality, sloppy, and combination of end pieces. This was the fishiest sushi I have ever had. I figured maybe it's from what we ordered, but it wasn't. When we got to the second round, we couldn't finish the food. The manager was kind enough to not charge us for the left over food (there was quite a bit). Truly, the service is so good that I feel bad leaving a poor review but the fish wasn't fresh AT ALL - and we tried a lot of different items. Albacore, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, etc, all hard to taste and chew. I won't be thinking about sushi for a long time. Note - they charge dinner prices on Sunday all day, about $43 per per
Just left there. They brought me the bill and the over charged me and didn't even give me 10% off or anything for rheir error. Parking is as bad as it get. No parking ever anywhere near it. Had to park at the mall and walk a block and a half. The dynamite wasn't good. I got the 2 item and got teriyaki salmon and spicy tuna roll.

I've been coming here since they opened. At that time they didn't even have alcohol license. Man they went down as fast as a roller coaster. When you eat fried soft shelL crab and fried anything else they all taste like burned oil. They have something called roll 405 which is supposed to be spicy tuna with cream cheese. What I got was rice rool over rice roll with a pinch of tuna in it, check image attached. Poke seared tuna came with bones in it. First order of albacore tuna came 4 pieces 2nd order 2 prices, i understand it all you can eat you can order more but there should be consistency it their servings. I guess this is the last time they will see mee here.
Watch out for you card getting swiped. We went on 8/3/2025, and paid with a card that we rarely use. The next day that card got a fraud charge. Food value was not bad at all, we had the premium option and was worried that the oyster and uni would be terrible, but they were ok. Gyudon was pretty good, the beef was fatty and gave the rice a pretty nice flavor. Ordering a small bowl of udon after eating a bunch of raw fish was also a pretty good. The photo is most of the premium items except the oyster.
