I had an outstanding experience at the BJ’s in Burbank! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. They were able to accommodate a last-minute change in my reservation without any hesitation, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious, generous, and incredibly satisfying — exactly what you hope for when you go to BJ’s. But what really made the visit memorable was the service. The manager, Cathy, was so kind and accommodating. She checked in on us before, during and after our meal to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such a great experience at BJ’s Restaurant in Burbank thanks to our amazing waitress, Jennalyn. I ordered the personal pizza special, which came with a free salad and a free Pizookie, plus a non-alcoholic beverage — and she made the whole meal feel effortless and enjoyable. Jennalyn was warm, attentive, and incredibly personable from start to finish. She checked in at all the right times, made sure everything came out fresh and quickly, and kept my drink topped off without me ever having to ask. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she explained the special clearly, which I appreciated. What really stood out is how genuine and kind she was — you can tell she truly cares about giving guests the best experience possible. She turned a simple weekday meal into something memorable. If you’re dining at BJ’s in Burbank, ask for Jennalyn. She’s a standout server, and BJ’s is lucky to have her!

Order the special unlimited soup & salad meal. The October speciality drink. Which in my opinion adorable but very sweet. If you dont have a sweet tooth probably avoid. With the classic chocolate chip poozoki.

Great random Monday dinner night. This place has gotten a bit more pricey over time, but I guess that's the same everywhere with our ridiculous inflation. All of our food came out great - highly recommend the sampler and the spooky pizooki. Fish and chips came out nice and crispy as well. We got a pizza too because they were half off on Mondays. It was okay, but nothing special. My only small complaint was regarding being seated. We wanted to sit outside because it was nice out, but were told it would be a longer wait because there were no servers for that area. But, there were people already sitting outside and plenty of open tables. Fine... I'll let that pass, they might know something I don't. We gave our number for the wait list and sat patiently next to the front desk where names were being called. We did not hear our name called once the entire time, nor were we called or messaged on our phone. After a large group that arrived after us was almost instantly seated, the front entrance became quiet and finally I heard "final call for (our party name)"... It just bothered me because we were right next to the desk and didn't hear our name called, nor were we contacted by phone (so, what was the point of us giving you our number, right?). Not enough to warrant a lower rating but something I thought worth mentioning. Overall I had a great time and I would gladly come back again in the future.

MJ’s craft cocktails are phenomenal, and attentive service makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for one of MJ’s signature drinks—you won’t be disappointed!

Food is good and served quickly and staff is friendly. It's a perfect sports bar that is open for late night snacks! We especially enjoyed the Spooky Pizookie

Our server Sean was very attentive and super kind. Not a fan of the mixed veggies. They were baked and tasted like they were previously frozen, not what I prefer. Mashed potatoes were dry and Prime rib was just ok, would be better with more flavor. Baby Back ribs were great! Pizookie was excellent! Thank you Sean for the wonderful service.

First off, our server Jennalyn was phenomenal. Super friendly and informative (I ask stupid questions) and never hurried us along. The food (and menu) seemed head over heals of the Glendale location. The mini deep dish pizza was a bit disappointing. I was expecting something deeper and crispier (flavors were ok though). Blueberry Sour cocktail was more sweet than sour.

Dine in service was a positive experience, curbside pickup was another story. When you dine in you need to park across the street or pay for the valet in front of the restaurant. Since curbside pickup is offered when ordering online, I assumed there were a few curbside pickup spots in front of the restaurant. When I showed up, I was stuck in the valet traffic trying to enter the lot. When I asked the valet where to park for curbside pickup, he was extremely unhelpful. Once he knew I wasn’t there for valet he wanted nothing to do with me and told me two separate times how busy it was and that I could park across the street. I saw an empty handicap spot so I took it and then checked in to get my order. When the lady brought it out to me I asked where I was supposed to park for curbside pickup. She informed me there were a few spots designated for that next to the handicap spots, but people park there when it’s busy. I’m really not sure why they offer curbside pickup if they’re not going to protect those parking spots for that purpose. I’m perfectly happy to walk inside and get my food myself, but curbside was offered so I figured why not, really didn’t expect it to be such an issue.

We came to BJ’s last Tuesday and had no issue we were correctly charged the $5 Pazookie Tuesday deal. But this time, our server Samantha V told us it was still part of the $5 promo, and then we ended up being charged $10 anyway. It’s really frustrating to be told one thing and charged another, especially when we literally had the same deal just last week with no problem. I love BJ’s, but the inconsistency and lack of clarity around the promotion made the experience disappointing. Hopefully they can fix this so guests aren’t misled about pricing.

Everytime I come to this specific location I have high hopes the service will be better, but it always let's me down. Coupled with the fact that it is valet only on weekdays before 3pm is horrible for the lunchtime crowd which is a loss for them cause they have a great $13.00 weekday lunch time deal. The hostess was very welcoming and pleasant, we were seated immediately, but look at good 10 minutes until our server came out. She may have been new which is a factor and she did try her best, but when you have one server covering that many tables things will slip through the cracks, they just need more servers. The food was soo good dor the deal we got. I still like BJ's and think it is worth a visit cause the food is good.

We've been wanting to go for some time. My husband loves good beer, so we figured it would be a nice spot, but it's usually way too busy. Today, we got a reservation. The drinks were great he loved the beers, and the mixed drinks were delicious. Service was good. Everyone was super nice and very attentive. The appetizers were made well but when it came to our main dishes it was just ok it seemed like my husband's food was sitting out for a bit the mash potato's had a hard surface over them already the asparagus didn't have its ends cut off and again cold and his steak was way over salted. My steak was super overdone the vegetables were just blanched, no flavor my mashed potatoes were good and the shrimp was good.

I like BJ’s in general, but I faced some problems with this particular one which I wanna share: 1. We went there for dinner, had fried pickles, salad, and burger. The next morning, both of us who had dinner there were nauseous. Fried pickles was “extremely” salty which might be the reason but I guess there was something wrong with salad (?). 2. The waiter was nice, but the wait time was too long, and they brought the appetizer almost the same time as the main meal. Also, when checking out, they brought us an online-payment slip, but it didn’t work with different credit cards. We had to wait for about 15 minutes until someone comes and hears about this problem, and let us pay normally. 3. Last but not least, the burger was really delicious, and the pizookies were even better. I just hope we didn’t have the #1 and #2 problems!

Im purely speaking on behalf of carry out, not dine in. Im sure that eating at the restaurant would have been a way better experience. But me and my partner ordered at the carry-out desk and it was like pulling teeth for the employees to even look at us to get helped. For a Sunday, it did seem busy. But we had to wait for about 10 minutes until someone acknowledged us. Our food wasn't ready yet but the reason we wanted to speak to someone so we could order an additional appetizer but by the time someone noticed us, our food was just about done unfortunately. As for the food, I got the bacon avocado burger. The flavor was awesome but the avocado seemed like it was cut hours ago because it had been browning and have aged spots all over it. It was also a very disappointing portion for having the ingredient in the name but having just a tiny slice. My partner ordered the turkey club sandwich and for some reason, restaurants can never figure out how to make this. They think you are part goat and require it to be 95% lettuce. I get that they do this to make the sandwich appear to be bigger, but nobody wants to have half a head of lettuce and two slices of chicken in their food. The turkey club was overall not finished and gone to waste. I'd recommend adjusting the portions of ingredients for that sandwich!

My first time visiting a BJ's and it was truly abysmal - almost everything about the Brewhouse Bites sampler that I ordered was bad. Firstly, the sliders they brought out were shockingly raw, and had to be be sent back asap. When I told the waitress they were raw, she strangely asked " Well, do you like them?" What do you think lady?? The middle of my patty was pink and cold to the touch. The queso dip was also cold, and half of my tortilla chips were old and stale. The mozzarella sticks had absolutely zero flavor too. The only edible item in the entire dish was the boneless wings, and they were mid at best. To top it all off, when they brought out a second batch of fresh sliders to replace our old ones, they forgot to put cheese on them, and not a single spec of salt or seasoning was anywhere to be found... At this point I had zero faith in the kitchen staff, and didn't bother complaining a second time. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location ever again, and I'm hesitant to try BJ's at all in the future. Absolutely do not waste your time coming here.
