Not very professional, very bad costumer service coming from the doctor. Went there and very little attention was taken from female doctor, but anxious to have me perform a physical exam when I went for something else. When picking up results, nurse hande some copied sheets and said, doctor said you're ok. That was it. Definitely would not go back again.

As much as the nurses and doctors are nice and helpful, the wait times are awful. There could be no one in the waiting room with you and you are still sitting there waiting well over an hour. It's ridiculous!

They gave me an appointment but afterwards they refused to treat me if I did not have a “reference” number from my plan. Their computer was not up to date or they would mot care to look it up because I got home and found the reference and a digital card showing I was assigned to their care. Had to leave unattended.

Bad service thats all I can say. The Dr didnt even talk to me about what whats wrong with me just did small check up and walks out didnt even say he is done just leave and send a nurse. Enede up having to go to another emergency hospital.

I dont have an issue with the doctor's because they are professional. It's the staff. Not one person there knows how a clinic should run. They do not keep track of the meds you are on let alone what is medically going in with you. They also have a major habitat of hanging up or placing you or your specialist dr office on hold and never coming back to the phone. They also refuse to fax over your labs when requested. 09/28/18 Today a formal complaint has been filed with the texas medical board regarding the poor care that is given at this clinic. A complaint has also been filed with the Medicaid office for fraud since this clinic likes to make people come back to get results so they can get a double co pay

I went into this office and found it to be very dirty and in disrepair and the office staff is not helpful nor knowledgeable about insurance, nor professional. The doctor apparently didn't even know he was supposed to be working today, and showed up approximately 15 minutes after I arrived when he was supposed to be there at noon. Which to that, they open at 9 am, so why wasn't the doctor there at 9 am?? I have sent the pictures to my insurance company and lodged a complaint about the conditions of the office (walls were so dirty the pink paint in the room was mauve and looked to be either mold or years of just dirt all over them.) I do not know how this place is still in the business of providing healthcare to people when the office is disgusting

Dr. Does not know what they are doing! I went in for PHN, severe nerve pain that was caused by a major case of the shingles. Originally was given Gabapentin in 600mg doses, when I let them know that they had no effect on the pain at all and did not effect me in any way they upped it to 1200mg. At that point I started to get a bit of relief, and I am talking about sleeping any at all, I was able to get a few hours of sleep each night. My prescription ran out and they put me back on the first dosage! If anything it needed to be increased to give a quality of life. Read numerous articles that in cases of severe PHN the recommended dose is 1800mg per day. They never even gave it a try and moved me down to 600mg. Stated the reason was she wanted a full lab work exam. Money snatching thieves! Don't care about health or a person in pain, just your wallet. I will definitely go elsewhere from now on.

The staff is very unprofessional! They said the blood work would take to long to process to come to another visit in order to get treated. The NP Ling is very on unprofessional as well. All they know how to do is give everyone a shot of Rocephen, and then ask you to come the next day for another shot. Please don't waste your time and money at this awful place! plus the place is falling apart and its dirty as well.

I needed the professional abilities of a trained MD. I asked when he would be in. Needless to say in the 3 years they have been my medical provider, I have never seen more than a nurse practitioner. I honestly feel this provider could actually hurt someone.

Very dirty place. I had came in with a pink eye , the doctor didn’t put gloves on or anything she touched around my eye and then proceeded to go on to the next patient . I’m 100% see she didn’t clean/sanitize her hands. The place smells and you can tell they don’t care because of how the place looks. The walls are messed up, the floors are messed up , the chairs and there’s mold coming out from the vents.

Update: I needed to get a copy of medical records but they refused... WHAT?! Can’t get your own medical records? This place needs to be investigated. Worst experience I have ever had at a clinic! Every doctor needs a good staff to manage their patients, but this staff is horrible! Extremely unorganized, rude, and unprofessional. As I walk in, they see me but continue to talk about their personal life as I stand there... Once they attended me they couldn't find the medical chart. How do you lose a patients chart? That is personal information should not be mishandled! Ended up walking out due to the attitudes given by the front desk. I recommend you look for another clinic! 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is awful and under investigation. Do not, and I emphasize do not come here looking for care. It will not be provided. The nurses are unprofessional. The nurse practitioner, Diana Godinez, decided to speak rudely about myself, the patient, to a different individual. It is appalling the lack of professionalism displayed at this office.

Horrible Service! I went in for a urgent treatment, IT TOOK 2 HOURS! I thought it was because there were a lot of people there, so I went back to get my physical. They open at 8 but they don't start seeing patients until 8:30 am. The front end administrator can't answer basic questions e.g. on average how long does each patient wait before being seen. I got my results today. I called and the person who answers the phone asks me to hold and leaves me on hold for 13 minutes before coming back on the line! Then the only thing she can confirm is that my results are in and the Dr can not read me my results unless I make an appointment to see her. As far as the Dr and her professionalism, can't really tell. The first time that I saw her, she was in and out of the room in under 3 minutes. The second time, she took a whole 5 minutes! I don't understand why they are so slow. I don't recommend this place. The waiting area looks unkept, the floor tile is coming off, and there seems to be no sense of urgency.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The staff is so unprofessional and rude to patients. I went here to do my immigration physical because they are close to my job and I regret it tremendously. They did not go over the results with me and I had to tell the lady responsible for completing the documentation where to find my alien number among my documents and then wait while she angrily filled it out. I just pray that the rest of the paper work is done correctly because she didn't let me see it on its entirely before she sealed it. Please go somewhere else for medical care and immigration physicals, these guys are not professionals.

This place is TRASH. My boyfriend came, received a “antibiotic shot” and ended up in the emergency room bc according to the Dr at Baylor of Irving, he was given too much of the shot! The dr took blood work, he received a phone call Friday morning saying his blood work got mixed up with someone else’s so he needs to back in to have blood drawn! Here we are and still waiting to be seen by the Dr. Do NOT come to this place! It’s very unorganized, the staff are rude, the Dr does not show compassion for her patients and there are plenty of reviews to uphold my accusations. Oh, and they only have one restroom which is in the back that does NOT have a LOCK on the door. There’s a lock but it doesn’t work so be mindful when sending your children alone to the restroom. Someone walked in on me pulling my pants up and I was trying to close the door whoever was at the door wouldn’t let me close the door until I pushed them out of the way!
