This place is great! We got the chicken shawarma and gyro meat plates. The nice girl brought over some spicy sauce that was the perfect addition! Highly recommend this place!

I’m glad I discovered this place! The food is delicious. I tried the Kofta Kabob, which came with seasoned fries—wow! The price was just $12, so I was sold. UPDATE: The next day, I tried their chicken wrap, and it had another wow factor. It was so tasty!

I usually go to green corner when I come out to AZ. This time around the green olive was closer so I gave them a try. The people were friendly and location in clean. Be advised, that most Mediterranean places take a while because they are grilling your meat fresh. It took a while but the lady at the counter was sweet and brought me a free baklava for the wait. The food was nice and fresh and plentiful. Enough for two people. This place is fantastic. I would definitely do it again.

Mediterranean food with just a hint of mexican flavor, works so well. The lamb and chicken kebabs are really good, the spicy tomatoes are excellent, the spicy green sauce goes great on the meats, the humus is very good, and the baklava made with condensed milk instead of honey is also very good. Not bad at all for chain restaurant food.

Wow! I am SO happy I tried this place instead of the green corner. Layeli at the register was SO friendly and always had a smile on her face. I felt very welcome and like I was meant to be there when I walked in. She provided top notch service. She is the sweetest host I’ve ever met! :) My grandma and I ordered garlic sauce, the gyro plate, a Greek salad, and the baklava. I got hummus, baba ghanoush, and the yellow saffron rice. The baba ghanoush had a chunky yet smooth texture and was delicious and very hearty. You could taste the yummy smokiness in it :) The hummus was the best hummus I’ve ever had. The cumin garlic and lemon really popped out and it something I recommend highly if you come here. The gyro meat was juicy and loaded with flavor. Unlike most gyro meat, this gyro meat is made from steak and lamb, instead of lamb and ground beef. You can taste the quality difference and it’s the best gyro meat I’ve ever had. The Greek salad was Loaded with toppings. It was very fresh, loaded with Greek green olives, feta, cucumbers, Kalamata olives. tomatoes, and pepperoncini. And I MEAN it when I say it was crunchy and made right when we ordered it! This was the freshest Greek salad ever and they were NOT shy with the feta either which was delicious and unlike any feta my grandma and I had. I think they put garlic sauce over it. Then, they give you a side of this spicy Green dressing and that is Bomb! Did I mention they have the best garlic sauce I’ve ever had?! It is smooth and you can’t taste barely any oil in it, if at all. I am beyond thrilled to report I am IN LOVE with everything I’ve ordered here! Tzatziki sauce was mild and crunchy :) but my fave is that GARLIC SAUCE. So smooth, creamy, and garlicky 💯 Oh, and they give you TWO big pieces of pita bread with each entree unlike just one at most restaurants! SCORE and the pita bread is thick unlike most other Greek places. WIN WIN for making individual gyros later at home ;-) oh and the rice! It had plenty of yellow saffron, oil, and was loaded with flavor. It was not dry! OMG! And if that wasn’t the best part of our meal, It was that out of this world pistachio baklava. It’s MORE buttery and crunchy than sweet, and I appreciated the fact it wasn’t so sweet like most Greek food places. It was creamy, buttery, crunchy, and just a tad sweet at the end. BEST BAKLAVA EVER I PROMISE YOU. BIGGEST pieces of joy ever! It was the best dessert I’ve ever had, and now I am HOOKED! You will NOT regret ANYTHing you order here. This place is authentic, delicious, out of this world and I will be back! You won’t find better service or Greek food overall. GREEN OLIVE HAS WON MY HEART! ❤️ Pictures are the food we took to go. My Wife and I are pretty blown away by this new gem. We came in just by randomly searching for food establishments near Bookman's. On our first visit, we tried several different items: the Chicken Shwarma Fries, the Gyro with potatoes and a couple of kebobs (steak and ground beef). Food quality and presentation are on point! The Gyro is 8/10, the Steak kebab is perfectly grilled, but the only average item was the ground beef kebob. However, the Chicken Shwarma Fries are one of the best items we have eaten anywhere in the Valley! The restaurant is clean, vibrant decor, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The Green Olive is an absolute home run! We will be back, a lot.

Stopped by for the first time today. The food was fantastic and so is the service and atmosphere. The gyro was delicious, and the beef kabob was amazing! I will most definitely be back.

First time I ever ate here. It was a tad more pricey than I expected. Their Greek salad I ordered with chicken. ( chicken costs extra- but worth it ) It did not disappoint my taste buds, either. You get a large serving. The service was extra good in my opinion. I met my mom here for a late afternoon lunch at about 3pm on a Friday. The place was nearly empty. We had a very nice, pleasant meal here. They make wonderful Greek pastries, as well. We will be coming back to this restaurant again sometime very soon for another mother- daughter meal together. I liked this place.

I have to say it was good. I told them what to put in my chicken shawarma because no matter what you think pickles do not belong in it! Luttice, tomato, tatziki sauce, chicken, and Fries. Yes fries. It was huge and delicious. I wasn't a fan of the tatziki sauce sauce, more dill needed? That or I like something a bit more creamy. They had a spicy sauce like a chutney that was excellent. Would go back The ladies were pleasant.

A decent spot for flavorful Mediterranean cuisine at reasonable prices. The menu is diverse and impressive, offering big portions that deliver great value. While I’ve only done takeout, the interiors look inviting with plenty of seating. Parking is abundant, making it super convenient. The hospitality and service are outstanding, adding to the experience. The hummus is a standout, perfectly creamy, and the kebabs are equally delicious. The chicken shawarma is a must-try, packed with flavor. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal

30+ mins wait on pre-order food!! Ridiculous!! And food was NOT good I prefer the "Green Corner" any day.. This place is a joke with only 2 people working..

I ordered the kabob entree. The meal arrived cold, and the kabob was cold and raw. It was inedible and definitely not chargrilled as stated in the description of the meal. Furthermore, my order was missing the extra green sauces I added, but came with two white sauces. Not cool to switch my order preference. Honestly, disappointed and frustrated as I waited an hour to receive my order only to be left with no dinner to enjoy. It seems the cooking of the meal was rushed and no quality check happened.
