Wedding Favors!!! Dark Side made us smaller, individual packages of coffee that we used as wedding favors. Everyone loved it!! And the Star War names were perfect for our nerdy guests!

This is an AMAZING family owned business! The space is beautiful and the drinks and food are delicious. They also have a website full of cool merch, coffee/tea selections and they even do monthly subscriptions for coffee and tea! HIGHLY recommend!

Oh! What a beautiful beautiful cozy coffee shop! I have been meaning to visit Dark side coffee house for a while now and I finally got the chance today! The vibe is relaxed and the service is so good and quick. My best part was having a slice of spinach quiche. The base was fresh and layered crunchiness and the keto cookie was from a different world! The coffee was delicious and freshly brewed! Cicero is a small town with really stylish and friendly customers and I so enjoyed interacting with every one of them. They have a delicious array of baked goods so be sure to try each one of those!

My new favorite coffee shop. Their espresso has the perfect amount of acidity but without being sour. Milk was frothed well, and they don't make their drinks too sweet. The atmosphere is great! Even bought a bag of coffee to take home and make in our espresso maker. Also super glad to have a super good coffee shop locally in Cicero!

I visit regularly myself and with family. I’ve always had a great service and even better drinks. My kids like the cake pops and we like gifting the coffee beans. Worth a stop!

My family absolutely loves coming in dark side coffee house whenever we get the chance! The lattes are top notch, the service is like none other around and I dare you to go in and say no to one of their delicious baked goods!

Great coffee at a great price too, i couldn’t believe that a coffee and tea was only $5 dollars! The staff was also very nice and informative about their coffee. The roast I had was very unique and had a great flavor, it was well brewed for a black coffee, and even minutes before closing it tasted fresh.

I really like this place. Very warm and lovely atmosphere. I got a mocha latte with an X an coco milk. Very good prices and friendly people. They make everything in house! I'll def be back to sit and read!

One of the extremely few coffee shops where the espresso based drinks are drinkable without adding a million pumps of flavor syrup. I did not have high hopes initially considering they are located in a really small town, but I was pleasantly blown away. The cappuccino didn't just taste like all milk as is the norm these days and best of all didn't have sourness or any bitterness at all (even though I asked for extra shots). That tells me the shots were extracted correctly and baristas knew how to operate the espresso machine (an extreme rarity these days). I will definitely be back to try just the espresso. All the chic looking and Instagram-worthy coffee shops in Indy could learn a lesson from them on how to do the basics right.

This is our favorite coffee shop! We come up every week from Carmel. The atmosphere is great and the service is always amazing. Their prices are so affordable and everything always tastes so good!

I don't know why I'm just now leaving a review for this place. This is, hands down, the best coffee I've ever had and no, not an exaggeration. I've been to many side coffee shops and they were all OK. But Dark Side is fair priced, friendly atmosphere (not sure what the negative reviews are about, never had a bad experience) and has the best tasting coffee out of all them. Starbucks, eat your heart out.

Used to work in Cicero and would go to this place all the time! Love the nitro and they also have really good food items that you can pick up and eat on the go. They also have really cool mugs and coffee equipment that you can buy. If my wife and I didn’t live 15 minutes away we would stop in here all the time!

The restaurant is very clean and presentable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dark Side Coffee House easily competes with local coffee shops in other cities. I highly recommend this shop.

Everything is perfect except their efficiency . The desk needs to be stretched to the window and remove that couch like an assembly line out the door . Stage one order and pay , move to the left pick out pastry/skip to coffee station to wait and it'll flow between not just a bunch of orders piling up around the cashier . Other than that I LOVE this place

They measure their ingredients precisely with each drink and use thermometers instead of "hot to the touch" to make sure their drinks are consistent each time. Their foods are amazing! Almost completely made in house and fresh! I make it a point to go here every time I visit Cicero. You should too!

I went for a iced chai latte… workers are very nice, but one had a staring problem. The chai tasted like milk and I had to ask for extra chai. The chai concentrate they use is not that good at all. I will only be going for maybe the coffee… not the chai. Very sad. Overall great customer service from workers.

3/19/22: Went back again and same thing. Nearly $6 for a half filled cup. I am actually angry at this point. The picture below is what was handed to us. I really really want to love this place it's cute and has great options, but please... care more. For a cute independent coffee shop, it’s run pretty corporate. The drinks are really good and I love the options, but they’re stingy. They load the drinks with ice because that’s a common way to rip customers off, so when I asked for no ice they acted annoyed and confused and only filled the cup 3/4 so they could stick to their measurement… I really wanted to love this place; it’s pretty and they have great yummy options, but every time I’ve gone I’ve left disappointed in their customer service.

They did not provide a well-balanced coffee-forward smooth taste. Overall, I recommend for families or sweet lovers but not a coffee snob.

Maybe it's a nice place to visit on a less busy day (it's definitely a cozy spot) but not a single smile or greeting made it an anomaly of coffee houses I've visited over the years.

Coffee taste is pretty basic, I've never had a drink that was amazing. But they're good enough to go back because it's in a great spot. Their food is way more affordable than most coffee places. Cute little spot!

Salted carmel latte, with oat milk, just tasted like hot milk. No coffee or carmel flavor.

They only have four tiny tables inside and a coach. If you are looking for a place to sit down with a friend, read a book, or work on a laptop, this is not the destination for you because you will not be able to find a place to sit.

I walked in with my 10lb service animal and was immediately greeted with a dirty look and bad energy Was told to wait outside, went back in and another employee gave me another dirty look and said no animals allowed I stated he was a service animal and she said why I said ptsd she then came at me with such aggressive negative energy and kept talking I said my daughter is getting married tomorrow please stop talking I’m blocking your energy is agressive and negative She would not stop I said do you think this is good for someone with ptsd She said I’m not allowed back I can see why this place is called “darkside”

Worst place I’ve ever ordered coffee from! Trash service, would recommend to someone suffering from Covid and doesn’t have a sense of taste or smell.
