We had a mobile order with substitutions. There was some sort of computer glitch that caused our order to go out without the appropriate changes. The amazing gal working called my cell to let me know it happened so no one with allergies was hurt. She then sent out a replacement drink. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Awesome drinks and staff! Ordered a huge order for the family and the staff managed to finish it 20 minutes before the estimated time! Also, the drinks were all really good! Highly recommend the matcha green tea blast!

Really sweet workers there when i went and were actually helpful on choosing a drink. She suggested a drink that she thought was good and listened to what my husband was wanting from a drink. Real fruit and great smoothies! Their protein smoothies are really good too.

I came in yesterday and I believe Jocelyn was working the counter and her partner (tall guy) were the best team I have witnessed from jamba juice in years . Grant it they are both managers , which is clear as day . I enjoyed Jocelyn’s Genuine , hard working , team player attitude. It was refreshing to receive such great services from here and my carrot orange twirl was AMAZING. I also ordered two oatmeal’s and the oatmeal’s were the best one I had . Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how this experience made me love Jamba Juice all over again. Tbh the Jamba Juice at sac state really sucks and it is nice to know it is not all Jamie juices . I will be back very soon . Wonderful service !

Erica and Jayden are super stars! This location really, truly understands customer service and getting the job done. We placed a large order for delivery for a business team celebration and not only was the process easy, but the drinks arrived cold, delicious and just as expected... On-time with a smile! Will be ordering from this store again! Great job.

Good drinks worth the drive if your distant and reasonably priced. The manager their was very nice and understanding, I did leave a cup their as I was in a rush and was 100% my fault for leaving it. He looked through the system and I feel like he didn't see my receipt but he still understood the situation and my order was in system but I assume he had trouble, we still got some drinks and he had given me the cup i originally purchased but was super nice about it and cool.

This is my second time going to this location and they are out of the bowls for the acai bowl, essentially paying $9.00 for a medium smoothie. First time I went about a week or two ago they had 4-5 employees making smoothies and 1 person at the register which held up the line and made me late clocking back into work. Other than that the employees are nice and nothing beats a smoothie on a hot day. (:

Jamba juice is my favorite smoothie place. You can't go wrong with their classic flavors. The acai bowls are great too. Smoothie topped with oats, honey, banana, blueberries, strawberries, and coconut shavings. So filling! They have different flavor bowls too. It get crowded at random times but they are pretty quick so that's helpful. There are a couple tables inside while you're waiting for your drinks. The outside area is better if you plan on staying. There is a unisex bathroom inside. Parking lot is shared with the surrounding businesses. Sometimes you get lucky and have front row parking.

Although employees who can make secret items have become even more uncommon, the beverages that come from here are always refreshing. Especially in summer, where the heat makes us sweat like pigs. They have a wide array of flavors to choose from, and they even have vegetarian or vegan options. No matter what you get, it's always delicious.

Everything is delicious it tastes fresh and I actually could drink it everyday if I could afford it! However for a treat it is really tasty.

Fresh veggies and fruits as always. Now they are offering all-day breakfast sandwiches. My favorite is roasted tomato, spinach and feta.

Haven't been there since covid, but for some reason everything seemed different when I was in there today as though the decore had changed. Anyway the service was excellent and friendly, the Strawberry Surfrider was awesome, but the bathroom was a mess. There was wet toilet paper on the floor and dirty handprints on the door around the door handle. The sink looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a very long time.

Smoothie was amazing and Plenty of workers that were nice but the bathroom.... definitely needs to be serviced. I get they are busy but you can smell it when you are standing in line.

I come here almost every day and never had too many issues besides maybe people not being so friendly but as long as my drink is right I could careless. Anyways last week I purchased what I always purchase and was really sick. I thought to myself hmmm had to be something else. Waited a day after I felt better went and got my normal drink again and this time I worse than I was the previous day. The symptoms were like salmonella poisoning. Needless to say I won’t be going back it’s been day 3 and my stomach still isn’t all the way right. Before I’m asked yes this was the only thing I had that day.

Great place, go so much some of the people know me by name. However, whenever I come and a certain employee or whatever his position is, makes my smoothie wrong. I usually don’t go back but this time it was obvious, it was clearly not the same amount when I ordered the same size on previous orders. So somethings wrong. I get an apple and green with whey protein And 3g and with the whey protein it makes it little more than a large and every time that guy makes it he messes it up. so often I’m pretty sure it’s on purpose at this point. Probably gonna go to the other one near by.

Not much inside seating but if you want to sit here then plan on being outside... in the HEAT! Had the watermelon breeze drink and it has plastic strings in it, NOT from the watermelon!! Watermelon does not have small strings in that I can not easily break with my hands!! That was hard plastic strands in my drink! Will NOT be going here again.

Honestly the worth experience I have received from Jamba Juice. I went into this location on my break after placing a online order that should’ve been ready. The people in there are RUDE ! I sat and waited for at least 5 mins my smoothies before finally asking if my smoothie was ready (mind you my smoothie should’ve been ready already) , they continue to make smoothies for people that were not even in the store before making mine even though I was sitting and waiting & they asked me for my name multiple times as if they were going to make my smoothie they took so long that I had to end up cancelling my order and asking for a refund when I asked for a refund the man took my name & told me he would process my refund. When o realized I had not received a refund I went back to the establishment. There was a women who stayed she was the general manager of this location. Never did she apologize for the inconvenience of my refund still not even being initiated she then told me that the man I spoke with earlier on could not initiate the refund & that it had to be her she proceeded to tell me that she would initiate the refund “later when someone else comes in” instead of actually trying to help me ! I am very big on customer service and the service I received was the worst yet ! I will NOT be going back to this location even though it is in the same parking lot as my job they have lost my business indefinitely

Was not greeted when I came into the store but when others came in they were greeted. Walked in and all employees were just chit chatting with one another not even paying attention that I was standing there waiting to order. Customer service is key I thought ?

yesterday, I picked up an order from this cafe. I asked the employee for the code for restrooms, she ignored my request 4 times, until I almost shouted my question. After which she refused to give the code. Then another customer came in and asked for the code, to which she immediately responded and gave the code. What kind of disdainful attitude towards my personality is this - I don’t understand!

Just picked up my order and got home to realize not all items I purchased were included. And, fun fact.. they don’t answer their phones when you try to call. I regret my tip.

Asked to take some topping off a bowl and also ordered a sandwich. They put the topping on any way and when asked to fix, scooped out some of the accidentally added topping. Also the sandwich was so burnt it was we threw it out as soon as we got home. Tried to call the store no answer. Never going there again.

I come here every other day and this was the worst experience I've ever had here. Also tried calling she hung up on me then ignored my other calls. I must’ve tried about five times and there was a ““ glitch” in the system… No problem, I will just go in & place the order in person for pick up today. I prepaid to the tune of over $170. Fortunately, they gave me a receipt. I come in this morning, and they have no clue what I’m talking about. I feel like they actually challenged me…. Asking me who I spoke to and said that one of their coworkers currently on site was here yesterday and he doesn’t remember anything about the order. Not sure I understand their point. So, they make me go out and get my receipt. Additionally, I called them 3 to 4 times prior to my arrival this morning and no one answers the phone. EVER. On top of that, I receive a message saying that their voicemail is not set up. Why does this not surprise me? So, I called corporate office, thinking they may want to know that one of their locations is under performing. Of course, I get an automated response saying that no one is available to answer my call. SMH. Update: They brought my 'catering' order to my car in a box with the top torn off, not a catering box (which keeps the smoothies cold). I reminded the staff several times that I would need the receipt back from my purchase, which they assured me they would give back to me. Unfortunately, this did not happen and I had to turn around after leaving to retieve it.
