Manager is amazing. The way she got her employees. The manager stepped in and told them to act right and to pay attention to the menu and to what the customer was saying, not their own personal conversations. Overall still good.

Has a drive thru. Great food, location and customer service. Great place to eat. Never really busy. Easy access from the main street plus it has a A&W attached to it. Good customer service. But it becomes a hangout when Sylvan school gets let out. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.

The employees are polite and the food was okay. But if you go through the drive thru don't expect it to be a quick stop. The employees have you pull around front no matter what you order. Then they basically get to you when they get to you.

$30 for two 2-piece meals. Fast food is dead. Better to go to a restaurant and get real food for the same price. At least they don't charge you an extra $1 for sauce like Taco Bell does.

It's always a surprise if the order is done right, or rock hard stale. Customer service has been decent lately, although I had an employee yell at me at the top of their lungs before. The place is definitely getting better, but I wouldn't call it my top 15 fast-food locations.

Haven’t been to KFC in years, we ordered a 2 piece meal with colesaw, biscuit and drink along with a 3 piece strip meal with mash potatoes, coleslaw, biscuit and a drink. I was surprised for just the two meals was $27 but that seems to be the norm for most fast food places nowadays. ☹️ We we’re helped promptly with friendly service and received our food within a couple minutes the store was clean. The food all tasted pretty good but for the price sadly it will be a few more years before going back 🐔 🐓 🍗 ‼️🐓🍗🐔🐓🍗🐔🐓🍗🐔

Came through at 10:30 and ordered wedges with my meal. Was told it would be 6-8 min wait for wedges, absolutely fine. 20 minute wait later in the parking lot i go back inside to see whats going on and they say "yeah sorry still waiting on those wedges" and go right back to their conversation for another 10 minutes. At this point 30 minutes past opening is insane. I do appreciate that she upgraded it to a large for the wait but maybe its time to be realistic about wait times/ drop times.

Wow! So rude for such a normal order. Rushed me constantly at the radio. I am the only car in line. Yells at me thru the radio to pull up when I just paused pulling up, so I can grab my card. Makes me pull around and wait so they can lie about thier time. Made the disabled LIMPING coworker run my food out to me. Unbelievable. Unnecessarily unpleasant experience. *UPDATE* we got 2 pieces in our 3 piece meal. And my coney dogs had 0 mustard or onions. Just chili? We will never come back here.

This order #1174 was the worst fried chicken I have ever had very dry asked for mixed original and crispy got all very old crispy! I very seldom post any criticism but at the price they charge for this crap I had to. !!!

I was disappointed with the service during my visit. The cashier, Jose, was on his cell phone while I was ordering and was not very communicative. This behavior felt unprofessional and affected the quality of service. 02/05/26

Apparently a $5 coupon for a mashed potatoe bowl that cost anywhere from 5-8 bucks doesn’t apply... not for the meal but just the bowl it's self... I experienced nothing but disrespect from the manager on duty and cashier when I was asking why a $5 coupon would only take off 69cents as they said it would??... The cashier said at the window i owed $5 and 35 cents... I gave her the coupon and 50 cents... then told me I owed her another 6 bucks and some change... when I explained I was only wanting the mashed potatoe bowl by it's self... Oh and that coupon was not expired just throwing that out there! So I left the coupon and my 50 cents. I feel very disrespected and I will not be taking my daughter there again.

$40 order and they left out the four biscuits. Infuriating. That's the one thing I was most looking forward to. I don't even want the rest of the order without the biscuits. I worked fast food as a kid and NEVER left out an item. That's the ONE THING you're hired to do. I'm sorry to hurt your business with this review, but I'll offer a fair resolution: refund my credit card for the four biscuits then I will remove this review. ticket #2261 10/5/25. No I will not drive back to the restaurant; you're crazy for even thinking that.

2/28/23 Review update based on recent visit. KFC has made changes to their menu. I ordered a 3 piece, which is now 2 drumsticks and a thigh. I asked to upgrade to a breast for $1 more. Didn't get the upgrade. And, all the chicken was under-cooked! The chicken was shiny and just fell apart! Slippery chicken! Pictures posted. Review is based on this visit....Used the drive-thru. Ordered a breast/wing original recipe dinner. Was the third car in line. I paid and then was told it would be an 11 minute wait for original recipe. Ok, I said I'd wait and pulled into a front parking space. 20 minutes later, nothing! I went in and they handed me a bag. I asked for the manager and fresh drinks since the first ones had been sitting in the car 25 minutes. Unbelievable that when they realized they forgot me there was no, "sorry about that, can we....?" Got my order home. There was no bbq sauce for the strips my daughter ordered, no butter & honey for the biscuits. It was a very poor experience. This KFC has been in the neighborhood forever. Service and quality are always hit n miss. Sometimes they'll have great employees, sometimes the employees can't care less. Let the losers go and hire someone else. They represent your business!

The worst restaurant ever. I put in pick up order. Not ready even I arrived 10 minutes later. Nobody at the front to talk to, I had to keep saying hello several times to get attention. She rudely says they are out and cancel your order. I said I already paid for it. She said you can cancel it ( canceling isn’t an option online ) Manager was so rude too. I asked if I can come back another day to pick up since I already paid for it, manager refused to give me refund or pick up another day.
