I haven’t been to this restaurant in years order a 16 piece family meal waited 40 minutes and drive-through when I went inside I cannot believe how dirty and filthy it was in there. I requested a refund immediately and they said they couldn’t do it because of the timing, somebody seriously needs to call the health department this place is seriously a health hazard. Do not eat here if you value your life.

It was fabulous to order online, arrive on time and wait 40 mins for my $50 order. Food was good otherwise.

I door dash and it's my absolute least favorite place to pick up food. They're slow, very unorganized and not very friendly. My average wait time is over 20 minutes. I've never eaten the food but I sure hope it's better than the service.

I could not believe the unprofessionalism I witnessed at the drive-through lady was yelling at what appeared to be the manager very rudely looked at me and said “what do you got” I love Popeyes. I will never use this one again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it

The experience that I’ve had here at this location is terrible. The workers that are at the drive thru are really rude. Ive had 3 people come up to me at the drive thru window asking what was my order 3 times and they still took 25 minutes to get me my food. The workers are really unprofessional they kept on using really vulgar language and they do not care about providing average service and being polite. I would not like to recommend this location to others, I see by other reviews that this is not the first time and definitely this won’t be the last. The management at this location needs to get a plan to provide at least decent service for their customers.

Drive thru staff are rude, unfriendly, slow & incompetent The last THREE times in row they screwed up my order. A 3pc chicken meal, dark & spicy with beans and rice and a Coke shouldn’t have been too difficult for them. But, it seems, none of them know the difference between white and dark meat , mild or spicy or the difference between mashed potatoes and beans and rice. I blame poor management and lack of training IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY: You say that you’re sorry and that you’ll talk with the management. While that sounds good, the problem is that the management IS the problem. If you had better managers that enforced the franchise standards you wouldn’t have employees disregarding them. Furthermore, on my last visit it was the manager (a woman wearing a black shirt) who filled my drive thru order. Which is part of the problem. It is difficult to supervise when you’re busy doing the employees job. All the while a number of employees are standing around goofing off.

Been here 2 times and absolutely the worst service i have ever had in my life….very rude and careless, i just had to leave a review because i was blown away how bad it was, surprised they are still in business….they just mess around, go on their phones, ignore customers, take their sweet time, and are just rude when you try talking to them…..this company needs some new training lol, will never go here again

The staff act like it your bothering them when putting in a simple order don’t ask preferences at all and even when you tell them the give you whatever and act like they can’t hear. I rarely leave reviews, but this Popeyes location has consistently had the worst attitudes, especially at night. I dread coming here because the customer service is always rude and unprofessional. After a long day at work, the last thing I expect is to be treated poorly at a place I’m spending my money. Today was the breaking point. As I waited for my food, I even heard employees bad-mouthing customers. This shouldn’t be the way your staff represents your company. Something seriously needs to change.

The guy that took my order spoke like he was still waking up. Extremely slow service. Literally stood by the window for 15 minutes and no one even looked at me. Waited by the window for a total of 30 minutes and left without getting my food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Went through drive tru shitty service they ask if I can wait for spicy I asked how long the wait manager said 10-15 I said ok after 25 mins I asked how much longer for my order .... respond was they didn't even drop the chicken yet so I asked if I can get some water was told we out of water I was like how? It's water oh we out of cups for water ....we would have to charge for a cup $2 and change for a cup of water wow mind you they have me waiting for chicken that they didn't even drop and still yet wait another 35 mins before I even got my order what bs a hour for drive thru.... And they couldn't even give water

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. At the drive-thru, the employees were laughing on the intercom and didn’t even acknowledge us until we asked if they were ready for our order. The man who took our order was rude and unprofessional, and to make matters worse, we received the wrong food and weren’t even given a receipt. They first told us the spicy chicken would take 18 minutes, then suddenly changed it to 30 minutes. When the food was finally brought out, the lady who handed it to us was extremely rude — we said “thank you,” and she completely ignored us and walked away. I will never come back here again.

I had one of the worst experiences at Popeyes. The staff gave me nothing but attitude from the start, and to make things worse, they gave me the wrong food. When I tried to get it corrected, I was told to wait--and ended up sitting there for almost an entire hour just to get chicken. Even then, the chicken they finally served was just dropped back in the grease to make it seem fresh. Unprofessional service, poor communication, and food quality that didn't live up to expectations. Definitely not worth my time or money. Do eat at this location they did not give me no receipt for the order and they forgot my dessert in my order please don’t waste your money here.

Worst Popeyes location ever! I am not exaggerating. Whether you go inside or in the drive thru, you will be waiting forever on getting your order taken and receiving your food. There’s multiple employees in there but somehow they’re always backed up. Not only that, my order was wrong. They don’t move with urgency and they obviously don’t care. Unprofessional and rude
