Food is good and people are respectable. When my order was messed up days ago and my pie was left out, I came back days later to ask if I could maybe get it today. I was answered by a manager somewhere I couldn't see yelling "Give the man his pies." 10/10 will continue to ruin my health here.

Service has gotten a lot better. You don't have to wait 10 minutes at the speaker when you pull up in the Drive-Thru before they greet you. On top of it, way to go McDonald's with the $5 meal deal. Honestly, I think $5 mail should be mandatory at every fast food and restaurant facility. Just for the fact that there's people out there that can't afford $10 $15 for a meal. Matter of fact it seems to be cheaper to go out to eat than it is to eat at home nowadays
CORPORATE PLEASE READ: I came in and there was nobody to take my order. I was forced to use the kiosk. I had wanted my crispy chicken with no bun, which I was able to do through the kiosk but I was not able to put it on a bed of lettuce or have it cooked to order through the options on screen. There was no napkin station or drink refill station The workers were very friendly, they were able to accommodate my needs, my food was cooked fresh and the way I like it, But if you expect me to use the kiosk at least give me the flexibility to add to my order what I needed. Also with no drink refill station, I don't know why they spend so much on decoration just for there to be no self serve options, yet they want us to self serve and place our order ourselves.
It’s the new tradition of fast food. Order a kiosk and sit at a table. No one will take your order of the counter. I went a few days ago and the ac was out. It was 96 degrees outside and it felt cooler outside than inside. The lady who delivered my food was very polite. I needed ketchup and had to stand at the counter for a bit until I could flag someone down to help me. The drink fountain is also not accessible to the dinning room and requires a staff member to refill your cup. I think that’s true for all McDonalds now. Just 1-2 more staff in hand would have made the experience better.

Went to this McDonald’s at 5:30am on a Thursday. It was not busy at all, so I had no wait. I ordered a simple #4 breakfast meal with cheese. That is a sausage & egg biscuit. They forgot my hash brown so I had to ask for it. Then when I got home I found that I didn’t have the right breakfast sandwich either! The tag on the outside was right but the sandwich on the inside was bacon. I don’t understand what the employees were doing but WOW!

I was eating my biscuit noticed something kind of hard so I opened it and found like an empty gum wrapper not eating there anymore.
The building and the interior are both as new as can be and overall nice, if overly cold. However, beyond the kiosks and trash cans, there are no options for self service. Drinks, sauces, straws, napkins, etc all require talking to one of the employees, which is counterintuitive considering the kiosks and the fact no one permanently stationed at the register. This leads me to conclude that, rather than convenience, the point is to make any potential additional cost to the establishment inconvenient. I hope management figures it out and stops penny pinching
Waited 20 mins for an online order i placed 40 mins prior. The order had a burger and a meal. Don't go if your in a rush.

Ya’ll I almost threw up. They gave me AND my husband our burgers and it wasn’t even cooked. Too busy being loud and talking about their drama for everyone else to hear rather than paying attention and making sure that their customers don’t get food poisoning. This is gross. Do better.
When you start putting company profits over customer experience, you get reviews like this. Waited nearly 30 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a frappe. Then was told that they "lost the ticket" to my order which is why it wasn't ready. Then was informed the kiosk I ordered from (because they don't have anyone working the front counter), actually sent the ticket to a monitor that doesn't work. Not my problem, but to wait a half hour for 2 sandwiches and a frappe is unacceptable. But again, that's what happens when profits are out over customers. Get rid of the self service kiosks!! Bring back the human interaction. I am ordering from McDonald's, not a prison cafeteria.
I ordered a shake, 2 med fries and 1 lg fry. Did the mobile app order about 3 min before arrival. Got to window and asked to pull up and wait. Counted 5 customers leaving the drive thru and 7 min later brought out my order. Get home and containers are 1/4 empty. Also requested napkins and ketchup from girl at the window be in my bag and gave me the side eye as she shut the window. Obviously there was nothing in the bag.

A worker who was supposed to work the counter, as that is where he ended up, was outside on his phone when we walked in....on a video call where everyone could hear his conversation. After ordering our food, and we were the only customers inside, with maybe 4 cars in the drive through, we sat down to filthy tables. Our food took 15 minutes to be brought out. One gentleman came in to get a mobile order after waiting 20 minutes in his car. I simply am at a loss for what this has come to. No customer service. No one even really talking to you. Employees on their phones and outside when they have a job to do. Covid can simply not be an excuse any longer. I know that businesses are trying to cut corners to make more money. Yet, what this boils down to is simply poorly run and lower standards for the customers. It is utterly ridiculous. Yet, because people continue to eat there, no changes will be made. McDonald's....you are failing the customers that are paying for your doors to remain open, and you won't make changes because your bottom line is the priority. You know people are still going to eat your food. So essentially, a rant that will never matter because nothing will change.

STOP PUTTING ONIONS ON EVERY PATTY PLEASE. I repeatedly have to return to the store to have a plain cheeseburger replaced for being smothered in onions. Like, almost every single time I order here. Service is ridiculous, even when they remake burgers to have no onions they still put onions on them. Waste of time coming to this location.
I wish I could give this location no stars at all absolutely terrible service 80% of the employees here do not care about customer service extremely long waits how can we take them seriously when they cannot make food correctly they should consider hiring a teacher to help them read the screens I get that it’s fast food but at this rate it’s more like fast incorrect food unbelievable that I have to search and destroy my bags to make sure things are correct only to find out they’re not at all I certainly expected more from this location since it is newer than the other locations but the owner needs to step in and have a team meeting here because based on the other reviews I am not the only one affected by this poor service for such a big corporation this effort should not be tolerated
This location seriously needs better management. Orders are wrong every single time. And I’ve shown grace and gone back again thinking it would be different, it never is. On top of that the manager is rude and condescending. If someone is offering to pay for sauces, they should be able to PAY for extra sauces. Lazy and doesn’t want to do his job. I’ll drive down Wilma Rudolph to go to the other location for now on.
It never fails. I order food to pickup and they never get the order right!! It doesn’t matter what time of the day it is the order is always wrong. When I try to call their number I get the automated system no real person. This place is trash!
Ordered two McNugget meals and only got one. When I tried to call- it was a robot saying “we’ll call you back” instead of getting this rectified in a timely manner. Incredibly frustrating.
Literally *never* get my order right. 🙄 I have to get something exchanged or am missing something or get someone else's order. Buyer beware: always check your order- especially if you go through the drive-thru. Sent my bf for breakfast this morning and he didn't check and they left off my breakfast sandwich 😑 This is the worst McDonald's in Clarksville. There's a REASON why their ratings are so low- believe them.
9/10 orders are wrong. Want sauce? They won't give it to you even if you pay extra for it via the app. Product out? They won't tell you till your at the window and refuses to refund. They over a free meal card and never send it. This specific location is terrible!
Ordered inside for take out! Whomever made the burgers didn’t really care. This used to be a go to McDonald’s and mind you they just opened not too long ago. Ordered around 7pm and my burgers were dry and fries were old. It boggles me how you make a burger and just throw the ingredients like it was serve for dogs. Do better! You guys were not even busy.
sat in the drive through for 20 minutes as cars were piling up, they weren’t taking any orders for whatever reason so we finally pulled around to the windows and they still managed to mess up our order. i’m not petty enough to write reviews but this was just insane
Every time I go to this McDonalds, it takes soooo long to take the order, and to get your food. I'm not talking about there's a long line at the window either. The lines are at the ordering box! And no one is at the windows....Ridiculous!!! 20 minutes before 1 car can order food is insane.

I was in the drive thru, and not only did one car go past in the other lane. THREE went by. And we got absolutely no response from the speaker, so we had to wait for a good ten minutes of other people ordering just to be able to ORDER. And this isn’t even the first time we have had a negative experience at THIS McDonalds in particular. Will not be coming back.
