Why is it that I ordered a sesame bagel but ended up with a soggy croissant. Especially after waiting for 15 minutes and watching 3 customers that ordered after me get their orders and leave before me🤬

Ordered Iced Latte Caramel. Was white as a ghost, tasted like milk and sugar. I asked what's up with this and the employee said that's how it's made. That's definitely NOT how it's made ! They're just cheap and saving coffee. #Update.... They have gotten better and so far no complaints

I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the course of me living here my entire life. I made one mistake on the mobile app and had ordered it to another location. Instead of trying to help and rectify the situation, the gentleman tells me he’s going to get fired if he serves me the drink after I just paid eight dollars. He doesn’t try to help me at all , will never spend another dollar here again

Employees are unbelievably rude, i ordered an item then the employee told me to wait and i did, i sat down and then he asked me what i wanted and i let him know i wanted a hot chocolate, he then rudely asked me if i wanted him to charge me or what, so i told him if he actually let me know the price then maybe id pay. This isnt the first time this same night time employee has been rude for no damn reason

Not that my review will make a difference but I just had to write (my first review) yesterday November 4th at about 1 p.m. was my son’s birthday and to feed his sweet tooth I went to Dunkin Donuts. The woman that took my order was beyond unkind and just plainly rude. I was stunned. In the end she put my change on the counter- did not hand me my order (just left it on the some jar there.)As I went to pick up the box it was not sealed and it twisted and the donuts almost spilled out. She just walked away and went to the back. Another employee helped me - he was annoyed with her - he exchanged words with her then apologized to me. On top of that the man she attended to before me she kept coughing without covering her mouth- not good. Like I said it’s just donuts in the end. How she made me feel was just awful. How sad.

consider myself a regular here; came in for a refresher this afternoon; the chubby lady who took my order forced me to pay for a large size (w/o asking prior) by saying "i already making it". Great attitude!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. We live 5 minutes away from this Dunkin and for them to be so awful, and incredibly mean is such a disappointment. Every time I ordered here, the order was wrong so I stopped going. But my mother ordered online, went into the store. They Said they didn’t have what she wanted and she asked for a refund and they literally said NO! Just no! Didn’t try to help her with her issue at all. They said you don’t like it, call customer service. My mom was fuming. They even got her coffee wrong and the sandwich she ordered too. This place needs to get their act together we are definitely not going back.

The lady here took forever to take our order when the store was empty then had an attitude while taking our order then my milk shake was super watery and I simply asked if she can make it thicker and she started raising her voice saying she has to charge more for that and that’s how a milk shake is suppose to be. Very rude and unwelcoming

DONT EVER GET THE STRAWBERRY DRAGON FRUIT LEMONADE ITS HORRIBLE!! DIDN'T TASTE LIKE ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED! NOT EVEN THE COLOR MAKES SENSE. FALSE ADVERTISING IF ANYTHING?

I walked in to get some ice cream and the attendant said i had to order with the cashier first, after waiting in line the cashier told me i have to go back to the counter to see what i want, ok! I tried to order 3 cones different sizes and the employee said..don't have it, there was no cones, no vanilla, no chocolate, we end up getting leftovers for 2 and a really bad attitude from this guy. Seriously, if you mistreat customers like that, you need to be ready..someone will not be as gentle as we were. Not coming back to dunkin, tired of them.

Placed an order via uber eats around 2am. Now I know that's late but apparently they are 24 hours. My order was accepted and after a half hour declined. I decided to call, they told me to hold and then hanged up on me. I called again, same deal. I will continue to call until they can provide an adequate response. If they don't want to deal with this, then don't offer delivery all night.

Poor management and employees are lacking proper training. Very nice place unfortunately you don't get what real Dunkin donuts offers you. Every time I order a bagel with butter, some workers put so much butter on it and today, when I ordered it, it was completely dry,. I feel like not going there any more.
