It's been a minute since I hit BWW - but the Caribbean Jerk sauce is just so darn good. I miss the buffalo chips they used to serve, but the wedges are a tasty substitute.

I’ve been to another Buffalo Wild Wings before and didn’t like the experience but this one, I really liked. The service, he food and the drinks were on point. Went two days in a row while in town working. Tried a new to me flavor, orange chicken, and that’s going to be my go to flavor. Oh and while there, don’t be afraid to ask the bartender to make your favorite drink, they do a really good job.

This is the best Buffalo Wilds Wings (or B-Dubs) I've been to with consistently great service and delicious food. I usually get the wings either boneless or boned (both are good to me), but they did stop doing as good a deal on boneless Thursdays. It used to be buy one, get one free, and we loved it! Now it is buy one, get one 50% off. Still decent, but ehh. Anyway, this last time I got the chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink for $9.99 and requested the hot buffalo sauce with ranch on the side. It's also a pretty good deal considering their drinks like $2.99 if ordered separately. Also, this is the first time and place I successfully did the blazin' challenge! It took me over 10 years to work up the guts to try it. I prepared with some Pepto and many years of eating spicy foods. My time was 3 minutes & 11 seconds. Maybe one day I'll try to beat that. :-D

They have many many sauces from mild to very hot. Their chicken is a little over fried for me. The staff is very helpful and provides unlimited sauces. This place is great for watching games from a lot of screens around you. It is family friendly and good to go with your friends to watch sport.

A good place for chicken wings, beer and sports. I went for super bowl there and the atmosphere was amazing. The place was full and everyone cheering. Wings are amazing. You get to choose from different sauces ranging from sweet to mild to flaming hot.

Great place to sit down and eat wings with your friends. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s have specials on their wings such as buy one get one free. We came for lunch to order takeout. The woman at the register was super nice, took our order. We think this restaurant is severely understaffed. We waited for our order for almost an hour and we were not the only ones. Once our order was finally done we took it to the car and checked to make sure everything is there. The order of large fry was a joke. The only thing large about the side of fries what's the container it came in. We got a regular fry too, it came with a meal and the amount of fries in the small box is pretty much the same as the amount of fries in the large box. We paid a little over $100 for everything and we're pretty sure that if we would have gotten Wingstop or Wings n More we would have gotten double the amount of food for the same price. We hadn't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time and now we remember why. Again the lady at the register was great, she was super polite made sure we were taken care of but I do not recommend going there until they have actual staff to take care of you and your food.

Love the customer service but when I opened my food I was like that's what $15 gives you tiny chicken ok. Yeah not doing this again I'll just stick to Wingstop. The wedges are great like always but idk what happened with the boneless.

Servers are slow. They had time chatting around but not to refill drinks. Don’t get boneless it’s not the greatest. Always go traditional style. Also, another thing is they switched out one of the channels I requested to play without letting us know. And yes it was our server.

I have tried the new southern fried chicken sandwich. It was good but a little too salty. The ketchup bottle was dirty and they need to clean them “not only tables”. Great environment. We ordered wings with honey Barbie but the sauce in it was SI LITTLE. I would give it 4 stars but our previous server was Dani and she does not smile a lot. Of the few restaurants I've had wings from, Buffalo Wild Wings would be last on my list to have and the most expensive

My husband and I ordered online thinking this would be more efficient. When we arrived my husband had to Stand at the counter for 10 minutes and then go find somewhere and then go find somebody and still Ended up-waiting another 10 minutes.There was absolutely no one in the restaurant a total of five cars in the parking lot which were probably the people that work there.Well we got the food it was cold and sloppy and wrong!We Really used to love this place but never again will I ever come to this place I could probably use a $30 back on something that actually would’ve been great and hot

I will say their sauces and wings were great and I liked the free deals on the app. The marketing is what got us in. However, the service is so slow. They need industrial engineers in the kitchen to see where the bottleneck in the process is. Could be because they have so many sauces and menu needs to be cut down. Or they need to motivate their employees in some way. Process must be improved, but I could see great potential.

It wasn’t the worse I’ve had but it definitely wasn’t the best. 2 people in my group got burgers and fries and they were out before the 2 of us who only got a side of fries, a side of cheese curds and a side order of Mac and cheese. I got a side of Mac and cheese and there was no cheese just basically butter sauce and noodles. Service was ok but slow. I won’t be going back here on my own volition, one I don’t eat wings and I’d rather go to a wing place with more choices and better service.

Today was a day I didn’t want to see. We love BWW as a family and often come here almost every week. The kitchen made a mistake and my wife and I’s wing sauce order was flipped for our Boneless/ Traditional wings. We informed our server and he took them right back recognizing the mistake. A few minutes later another server brought us our new wings. They weren’t new. Our wings had been “cleaned” and the sauce we ordered put on them. We could clearly see and taste the other sauce had been put on it. We ate most of them because our children were most of the way through their meal by this point and didn’t want to wait for them to be “remade” again. They weren’t good, but edible. Thankful to our server for getting them comped off the bill, but be aware to check your wings if you ever send them back. I’m sure this is not the first time the kitchen has done this. I have gone to this establishment several times before and have enjoyed the food, service & atmosphere, However this time will be my last. A couple friends and I entered the establishment at around 5:30, we were sat down relatively quickly and had a fairly nice server in the beginning. We ordered our food about 10 to 15 minutes after we sat down. We waited for over an hour for our food. During the wait our server rarely came over to tell us what was happening, during this time we watched as people who sat down after us receive their food, eat & even leave before we saw our food! We were told that the food was almost ready 45 minutes before we actually received it. Our server told us that the cooks came in late & they were short staffed. Normally I would be understanding and sympathetic as I have worked jobs while being understaffed and I understand the struggle. However, watching other people get food before us was very confusing and conflicting to the information we heard. The strangest part was that the food was barely warm by the time we received it, suggesting that it had been sitting there for some time. Our server did apologize, but she barely gave us attention, once our food was delivered to us, she didn't even look us, she just plopped the food down on the table and then left. We eventually asked for a manager to see what exactly was going on. Once the manager came over, she was very dismissive of our situation. It felt almost condescending or lack of sympathy. When we were telling her our situation, all she said was, "what do y'all want, like a discount or something" which felt very inappropriate considering the situation. We did ask for a discount as waiting for food for over an hour is unacceptable. Normally when I am greeted with bad service or long wait times, the server gives more care and attention with their apologies ---the manager will give a gift card or some sort of compensation for the poor service right away instead of asking what the costumer wants. The whole interaction with the manager felt unprofessional and dismissive of our experience with their establishment. We came before the rush and expected to get our food first, but the rush came and got their food before us. It just felt like the manager did not care about our situation or even want us to come back. I enjoy the food and atmosphere of Buffalo wild wings, but this really made it sour. The manager ultimately gave us a 15% discount on the food after we asked for something. I know that I am only one costumer in a sea of many for Buffalo wild wings, but the lack of any understanding by the manager was very daunting. I do not think I will go back.

I brought yesterday this cauliflower wings with jalapeños sause and Parmesan boneless wings, this worst taste ever and it is too salty and can’t eat and no chance of returning. Do not do Door dash with this location! I ordered Wings and cheese curds on Saturday night from DoorDash. I received a text saying my order was delivered and a photo of the wrong address. When ai called Buffalo Wild Wings they told me “the deep friers went down and my order hasn’t left the store yet.” When I said I got a text saying it was delivered they played dumb and said no it was still there. 1 hour later no delivery and door dash says it was delivered and now Bdub says they have no clue what I’m talking about when ai call the store and asked where my food is! They are scamming people from this location!!!

I never normally leave a review unless it’s good, but this time I felt like I needed to. I usually prefer eating at Buffalo Wild Wings because the food rarely misses and is normally on point, but this location visit was a huge disappointment. How hard is it to drop some wings in the fryer and take them out before they’re overcooked? I’m pretty sure the fryer has a timer for a reason. The wings were dry and clearly left in too long. On top of that, my chicken dip tasted like the chef dumped a pound of salt into it completely inedible. My appetizer came out at the exact same time as my main food, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering an appetizer. To make things even worse, everything was cold the wings, the fries, all of it. My mozzarella sticks was cold, never knew that could happen.. My son’s chicken wrap was not even eatable because the chicken was so overcooked. His drink came without ice, and when we asked, the server said they didn’t have any ice… yet somehow my lemonade came out filled with ice and maybe two ounces of actual lemonade. I had to order two cups just to get enough to drink. Cold food, overcooked meals, overly salty dip, poor timing, and inconsistent service all point to a serious lack of care. This isn’t what I expect from a place I usually enjoy and recommend. If this was my first visit, I probably wouldn’t go back. Overall, a horrible and frustrating experience. Service was also poor..

BWW was my to go place for 2 decades. Today was the final straw I’ll just go to Twin Peaks or anywhere else for that matter. Past couple of times. Cold wedges or Onion rings. Why because even when I say bring out the appetizers when they are ready, no one ever does. Get them with the wings after they been sitting around forever. Now today. Get my wings within 5 minutes of sitting down but they are cold. Whoever is managing this location needs to not be working with food. SERVESAFE protocol is obviously not being followed when it comes to serving poultry. Potential food Bourne illness could happen. I’m sure I ain’t the only one getting this type of service. I even came at “slow time” 4pm. Tuesday.when the place was dead.

I normally love BWW. Tonight however, has drastically shifted my opinion. 8:08 online order, email receipt for 8:40 completion, and 10:02 review as I wait patiently for my food. At this point I have been waiting in the lobby for nearly 1.5 hours! I understand system mistakes, but absolutely nothing has been done. No ETAs, no off to call when ready (I asked in fact but was denied), no compensation, NOTHING. The only inkling of ETA or help that was given, was that there was a 80min wait from ordering, which I thought, "oh, that's at 9:28, I could wait till then I suppose." NOPE. Nothing in site, and apparently the kitchen wants the takeout staff to stop checking as they're getting snippy with them. At any other establishment, this would have been handled Very differently. Very unorganized. Very unprofessional. Very unenjoyable!

Beware! I’ve ordered here a few times and I only use it at a last resort when all the better wing places are closed for the night. Buffalo Wild Wings as a chain is good but this store sucks to the point where a health inspector should check it out. Some of the food I received tonight looks rotted 🤮 I did not eat it and would not recommend anyone eat it. Buffalo Wild Wings as a chain needs to take a hard took at this location and fix it.
