Food was great! I just enjoy a bit better customer service! And this isn't saying they were bad but they weren't great! They didnt really say anything just handed me my food in silence. They didnt say gave a good day or anything.

Love the chicken tenders & okra,but you must add salt to the gravy to give it any taste, the mashed potatoes are instant made with water, no milk, so they're also tasteless. Now to the YEAST ROLLS. I'll bet they're bought as frozen unbaked dough balls, but the cook didn't read directions very well -- they need to be thawed & allowed to rise BEFORE baking. The ones I got were inedible nasty chewy little raw dough balls!!!!

I love the wicked wings but I cannot understand why they just dump the spicy seasoning on the chicken. No matter the number of requests made asking them to sprinkle the seasoning. Just wasteful!!!

Not the best choice for lunch, but in a pinch it will do. The service could be better and felt a bit rushed. The food quality is exactly what you pay for, nothing memorable and not something I would go out of my way for.

I went to order food at 8:55pm and all of the online ordering was shut down. I called and the person working said they stop taking online orders at 9pm and stop serving inside at 9:30pm. Both DoorDash and the website say different and this is the only location that does this.

Chicken Tenders were dry - maybe due to being unbelievably skinny and small. I paid $13.62 for 6 tenders and only received 5 small ones mashed potato’s and a drink. 2 stars because I like their spicy seasoning and the gravy was fine. I normally really like Golden Chick but can’t ever go to this location again. Sad day.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich and found a hair in it. My daughter ordered chicken tenders, and they were rock hard and completely inedible. I called to speak with the active manager, expecting at the very least an apology or an attempt to make it right. Instead, I was told nothing could be done unless I drove the food back. I was already at my daughter’s practice a half hour away. This is not how you handle food quality issues or treat customers. The lack of professionalism and the rude response were just as disappointing as the food itself. I will not be returning.

These place was freaking nasty..catfish was over cooked shrimp was rubbed. ..and for 12..99 . ..was very disappointed..that place need close downnn.

I purchased a 6-piece new spicy pickle wings combo with a side salad. I don't know if they prepare the salads in-house, but my salad was filthy. The salad had so much mud on it that when I picked the dirty leaf out of the prepared dish, it left my fingers dirty. I wish I could have left pics

Second time I've ordered from this location in the last month and both my orders were so wrong. This last time they tried to replace a $9 meal for a large french fry 🤷🏻‍♀️ then when I just asked for my money back they said they couldn't do that because online orders are not placed with them?!? Still confused and they were just not friendly or understanding about it. Two ladies in the back were clearly speaking about me in Spanish because one would not take her eyes off me. Rude environment, crappy food and highly do not recommend this location.

Good luck getting a correct order from this place. 3rd time I've gotten the wrong order and didn't notice until I get home. They will screw you on tenders. Ordered a 6 piece and got 4. Gravy is always watered down. I'm done with ordering here and stealing my money.

I figured with new buildup of everything we would get top notch everything. Same ole same ole tho. Got the family meal deal for $40. Was not impressed bc of the meal deal it offers. Very small mash 2x and one gravy that basically goes away after 4 bites and very poor packaing of it all and no seasoning on my half and half tenders. And.....those tenders were so small they provided a few a very rare few regular size tenders that the rest were halved. The only best part was the box it came in. Wish I could get a refund. But I'll just bite the ticket and not come back. Muchlove and good riddance

Always messing up orders. Ordered a 6 piece spicy with mash and instead gave me fries. How hard is it to differentiate the two? Tell me? I live across town and the time that I do go, it’s always something. Correct your employees pls.

They never get the orders correct. This is my 3time coming to this location and they never get it right. I ordered this time the 6 piece wicked wings combo. I drove off and look at my meal I had to turn around because the gave me a 6pice sweet and sour wing. The last time I came I asked for baked chicken they gave me fried chicken.. I don't know what they're doing but they need to stop doing it. You can't always get customers meals wrong.

It was 35 minutes for the Wicked Wings and 10 minutes for chicken. When I finally pulled up to the window it was another 5 to 7 minutes to wait. When I got the chicken it was very small pieces. Are these acceptable pieces of chicken?
