Came here right near closing with a big 8+ group of my college friends. I feel so bad for the workers who were trying to close but they handled us professionally and kindly regardless! Even though we took up two whole tables the waiter had no problem taking all of our orders and we had no mistakes! They even catered to our vegetarian friend by adjusting certain meals! Definitely coming back soon!

Overall a great experience the food was good, and our customer service was excellent.

This 3 item deal they have going is worth every penny & the burger is the highlight. But they got rid of bottomless soup & salad, that's a mistake in my opinion esp in cooler months.

It was so delicious!! The food was fresh and came out within 15 minutes from when we ordered. Our server was nice and the managers came around twice to ask if everything was good. I would def bring my family again!

The 2 Ladies on Sunday night December 11, 2022 had the most amazing service ! Very kind, and helped me with my whole order. In particular one of them helped me with my very confusing order but she still got it right in the end. I really hope their manager sees this and let's them know how great of a service they provided. I wish I got their names but this post should do justice for now 🙏

Yesterday we Celebrated my Son's Birthday. We arrived with a large party of 18 and were seated promptly. Our server Tyler was exceptional and assured we all had everything we needed for an Amazing Dinner Celebration!!! The Manager Wyatt also showed us exceptional Hospitality!!! Food has always been on point. Drinks are made fast and as expected. Servers are always attentive and helpful. But guys.. gentlemen.. men with a drive for curiosity.. I IMPLORE you to check out the Men's room. I am a 6' (5'11", really) adult man and Ive never before felt like I need to stand on my tippy toes just to use a urinal. IM TELLING YOU its jarring. Its sparked multiple conversations among my friends groups and NOONE believes me until they try it. So come to Chilis in diamond bar, eat good food, drink good beers, enjoy great service, and enjoy the wonderful of a stream that drops less than 2 inches.

Been coming to this Chilis the past year. Every single time we dine in we’ve had great service. Today we did dine in but with a group of 17. Expected your usual delays with a large group and also due to the lunch rush coming in after we were seated but the service was exceptional I must say. For us at least this Chili’s has the best service and wanted to show our appreciation with this review. Thank you.

The fries are just amazing!!! Had the Santa Fe spicy burger, it was delicious - but if you are sensitive to spicy food, I recommend requesting the jalapeño sauce on the side. 🌶

I love it already after having dinner once at this place. I got the $10 menu that was such a great deal. It comes with salad/chips, burger, fries, and lava cake. I upgraded it to cheese fries and it's pretty good. The burger is big and the meat was juicy.

Awesome food and service. Wendy at the bar was so attentive. Her margaritas were great. The food was amazing. ( as usual). We had chicken tacos, black bean fajitas and chicken tenders. We ended with the molten lava cake , which was simply delicious. Totally recommend. 5 stars and more. Kudos !!!

Very rare to see good service anymore, but ED service was amazing. Always checking on us, ensuring food and service was on point. Maybe some of his colleagues can learn from him and put their personal phones down and do their job. Awesome,.friendly and welcoming place to sit at the bar and eat and drink and be merry! Lovely vibe here. Everyone here is so nice. Tje bartenders rock! Ive never felt more welcome ever at a chain restaurant bar where I sit and eat alone than here. Good is served quickly, servers are friendly and everyone seems to be open and welcoming. I have been coming to Chili's in Diamond Bar for years. Menu keeps improving, atmosphere is great, service is quite good. Only thing is waiting time can be long, especially on weekends! Aside from that, my family really enjoy the ultimate Cajun chi kem shrimp pasta, ultimate quesadilla grilled chicken salad, rack of bbq ribs, and the new 3 for $10.99 menu with the tasty delicious smasher burger！ Lemonades are refillable, fries, lava cake, ice cream are all wonderful！Come and find out for yourself！

We were sat down within fifteen minutes and the ribeye I got was cooked beautifully. The broccoli could've been steamed a little longer, but it was still delicious. I always get the Molten Chocolate Cake. I love coming here!

Good food fast service friendly staff food presentation is lacking

Portions were immense and service was superb. We ordered the 2 for $25 meals and it came with appetizer, entree and dessert. The Texan fries were bomb!!! Loved it, and I filled up on that. The entrees was superb and we ended the meal with cheesecake. Good eats!

It was very nice and the staff were really professional. Our waiter Kandice was a sweet heart, me and my wife loved her attentiveness as well as our hostess. The only curve in our experience was a Male waiter who told my wife he would bring her extra sauce for her fish and we never saw him again. Last curve the tables were really small we couldn't fit our entire meal there without feeling uncomfortable. Overall the experience was good and me and my lovely wife enjoyed our anniversary. My daughter loves Chili's, so we came in for her birthday, which happened to be Chili's birthday as well. They were having a margarita special, so we indulged in that. Everything was good, although we waited quite a while for our food because they were so busy that day. I ordered a medium steak, and it came out pretty well done, so they remade it for it and boxed it up to go, which was very nice. Always enjoy coming here.

My favorite Chili's. The windows are big and have great views, especially when sitting at the bar area. If your looking into happy hour, always look at the small print cause you might find some good deals on Pint Size beer. The To Go is also good and fast.

Just Finished Having Dinner With My Family. Had a Really Good Experience actually never Had a Bad one.. As an appetizer we had the table side guacamole, on point!! The Chips were nice and fresh!! I think Chili's is missing the point here. This place's facility got the upgrade treatment not that long ago. There is definitely a more modern feel to it but I think it lost it's identity. The service was good, nothing but nice friendly people. The food although seemed, lackluster, at a loss for better words. The bacon burger was very "blah" in the taste area. The value is great but the taste is quite ordinary

Every time we go the waitress and staff are always nice. We like the deals Chili’s has on the weekends. I get the Buffalo wings specifically. I get a sour alcoholic drink.

Everything was wonderful. The food and service was great and they had the Dodger game on. The only issue was we paid in cash and it was a bit of a hassle. My suggestion is to bring a debit or credit card for payment.

We used to come here twice a week, but the standards went down, so we stopped. We came the other day just to see if things had improved. It was better than when we used to come. But, I don't think we'll be coming as often as we used to, but we will return.

Ordered to go had the 6 oz sirloin medium well. It was charred. It had a black, burnt crust. Very disappointed the staff would serve burnt food maybe because it was a to go order they didn't care. Will never order steak from this place. If I had dined in I would have sent it back to the kitchen. It was definitely a waste of money.

10.99 three for me: iced tea ( free refill), Cesar salad, and smashed burger. Probably cheaper than some fast food joints.

i haven't been to chilis in about 5 years because i had a run of bad service and told myself i'd never go back. my girlfriend invited me out to try and give it another shot and was greatly pleased by both the service, quality of food and beverage. the presidente margarita we ordered was not overwhelmingly strong it was just right. the ribs i ordered were delicious and the plate of tilapia my girlfriend ordered didn't last long, she loved it.

Busy place on a Friday evening. The restaurant had friendly staff and we were quickly seated though it was a full house. Our food was served hot, nice! The only downside was that we didn't have an opportunity to order dessert, because the server was too busy. If the "pay at table" tablet had been working, we could have placed our order directly and paid when we were ready to leave. I'm sure our waiter wasn't aware of this, if so, I think he would have watched our table more carefully.

It’s been years since I’ve came here but every time I come, it always gives me the nostalgia. I always came here as a little kid and this place was the reason I got introduced to ranch. I always got the kids meal that chicken tender fries and I’d always love that drink where it had that Blue soda with Swedish fish. I hope to come here again soon in the future if I’m not busy.

Tried the new cilantro lime chicken and it was covered with tomato onions and a green Chile but it had so much it covered the over cooked asada and the fattiness of the cut of meat. The rice was dry and since I don't care for black beans, I asked for loaded mashed potatoes and they were disgusting. They were boxed not fresh and they were pasty and no flavor and tasted like glue to be quite honest. The Mango ice tea was good as was the cheesecake was smooth and delicious. So it wasn't a complete bad meal. Just disappointing

Visiting Diamond Bar and we stopped at Chili’s for a Burger after a long time.

I was there last night and ordered coffee. I asked two people Where's my coffee and they are up the they spilled the pot and had to remake it. What really happened to the coffee. My server was not apologetic regarding my order. Honestly I liked this Chili but it appears their service has changed.

First time I've been disappointed in a Chili's. The Bloody Mary lacked any of the extras -- no celery, olives, etc. -- the Sauvignon Blanc was warm (blech!), and the queso dip was WAY too salty. Server was nice but had way too many tables to cover, so everything was delayed.

Went in for dinner and ordered the Smokehouse Combo. Great value. Food was good but the chicken was too salty as was the toast which was sprinkled with a seasoned salt. The chicken breast was tender and juicy. The Corn on the cob was delicious. It was a lot of food so I took home the brisket and fries. Yay. A second meal. Server was friendly and attentive. Most items on the menu are high in calories and I wish they offered smaller plates with less calories.

Came for dinner here, after a few months of not coming. Service wasn’t the best but the restaurant was busy so it’s understandable. Food was so-so as well.

Went Saturday around 5 pm for dinner. Was busier than normal and was sent to the bar side of the restaurant. Won't do that again. Service was slower, and the wait time was greater than expected to order. Food was delivered promptly, but the 2nd order was wrong. The wait staff who checked on us forgot several items we requested. The cleanliness was a bit off-putting. We were there for more than 45 minutes, and other tables around us were vacated, but the food was left there and not cleared.

Tried this chillis twice with gap of 2 years. This is the only location where I was served stale chips. Food is mediocre compared to other Chili’s. Service was okays.

Our original server was super great "AJ" I know it gets busy then we saw a passer by who was Frank and he was NOT kind. He looked bothered by taking our order. He even smirked and made a remark when we questioned he wasn't our actual server. Anyways "FRANK" NEEDS TO BE MORE KIND" it's free ... We gave our tip to AJ.

Even with plenty of open tables, they still made us and other people wait up to 30 minutes before seating us. The food was extremely slow in coming to the table. Other tables that were sat way after we were were served their food before we received our food. We had to ask more than once to get lemons for my wife's fish, and for my iced tea. Finally after about 10 minutes, we got the lemons.

This was the first time we have been to this Chili's restaurant,,the service was good we were seated quickly and offered drinks right away,,we ordered 2 hamburgers with fries for my wife and her friend,,I had seen that Chili's advertised their bbq ribs as being one of their best dishes so I ordered a full rack with fries,,the burgers looked very good and according to my wife and friend the taste was excellent,, when I received my ribs they looked good,,however as soon as I started eating them the first half was ok but the second half tasted like beef jerky,,I could tell by the taste they had been re heated more than once,,I was going to complain but decided not to since my wife gave me part of her food,,we were at this location about 1pm in the afternoon and the restaurant was not very busy,,you would think that at a cost of around $98.00 drinks included the chef would care a little more about all of the food which is sent out to the customers .

Really friendly atmosphere, a hot spot for younger crowds to hang out drink and chat. There are no vegetarian friendly choices, and fried cheese with sauce was too salty and not high quality. The service was really good, and the drinks also, altho very pricy for a place like this. Would not return for food again.

The food was great, but our server was horrible.. Fajitas came cold, asked for flour tortillas got corn. Asked for no Pico due to an allergy and it was on everything. All returns went through runners NOT the server. Had to ask seating host for sugar for my tea. Will not go back to this Chili's. I'll stick to Puente Hills where the know service.

Walking in, we were greeted and asked if we wanted a table or a booth. It took them awhile to seat us. The restaurant was not busy as it was close to 10pm. They had told me they were closing sections and that they only had one server and asked if I wanted a booth in the bar. Mind you we had a 3 year old and the bar did have a loud party at the time. The girl then realized we had the child so she went and sat us in the section that was closed off. It took a good 5 minutes for someone to get our drink order. Strawberry lemonade didn't taste well. It had a bitter taste to it. Placed our order and when we get it, the sampler was pretty much cold. The buffalo wings and the chicken critters were cold. We asked if they can warm up the food, but in the end we just had them toss it as we just didn't want them anymore. The kids corn pretty much looked like a frozen piece that was reheated in a microwave. We had asked for Chalula hot sauce and the gave us an empty bottle. When it came time to pay, we asked for the bill and a box. Our waitress Vanessa, said we could pay via the tablet. We let her know we were paying cash. She walked by about 5 times and never gave us a box or gave us the check. She picked up our dirty plates and still didn't take the money for our bill. She finally came over to hand us the box and said she had forgotten about it and yet again didn't take our money. At that point we walked up to the front and had someone else take our money. We were really disappointed in the service we received. Safe to say we are never coming back to this location.

My wife and I went on a Thursday evening (8/06/21) at 7pm. Got seated right away but then proceeded to wait 20 MINUTES with not one sniff of a server. Not ONE person ever came by to say hello or let us know they’d be with us…..NOTHING. We sat there like fools for 20 minutes. We decided there are plenty of other places who deserve our hard earned money. We left. Never go here and expect competent service. You have SO many other options in Diamond Bar now. Go support small business. These big chains treat you like just another dollar and this particular location in Diamond Bar is completely clueless.

It’s so weird that at this location in DB it’s not allowing to leave a review on YELP. We came to this location because we’ve been pretty happy with service and food in the past. We came yesterday around 1pm for lunch. It was crowded with “work” people but not too bad. Our server was named Vanessa. Behind us is a father and daughter eating lunch. The older gentleman was raving how great Vanessa was and even asked for the manager (bald, dressed in a green polo) to come over so he can compliment Vanessa to her boss. I thought that’s cool he made an effort to give her recognition. However with us she gave us no service, the bus boy brought out our food, and brought it out late. She never came to our table once to inform us of the delay or to refill our drinks. Finally she came by and I asked for napkins, an extra utensil and ketchup since the bottle on our table was empty. We never saw her again. These two guys across from us came to eat and finally the one guy got up and grabbed his own utensils. After waiting for Vanessa to ask for a “to go” box and our bill I was about to get up and just grab a box but she came out when she saw the guy grab his own utensils. I was fed up waiting so I checked our bill off their machine they have on their tables and paid the exact amount in cash. I did not a leave a tip...there was no service and I wrote that on a piece of napkin they probably threw away. We were so disappointed.

Stopped by after attending another as a single. Was told it was a 15-20 min wait when there were clearly many tables empty. Even saw a least 4 of the smaller tables through the window that were empty. Don't know how that was a 20 minute wait when no one else was waiting. Felt a bit shamed for being a single, so I left and won't be back.

This place takes the cake for worst experience and service I've ever had. Saw my server 2 times in a hour. Never got refill or checked on so I could send back our terrible food. Over cooked, no seasoned garbage.

This is the only Chili's in all of the United States that doesn't offer happy hour. Isn't that crazy? I used to really like this place and then I don't know what happened. They just got really stingy over there. No one goes there anymore because of the lack of a happy hour. It's dead. Most people are going to Applebee's or the bowling alley now. I think they should bring it back. What do you guys think?

Is the coffee machine broken or just don't want to give it to customers? Charge the free chips and salsa even she was reminded it's free. She just crossed out the item but didn't change the bill. Instead of making the correction, she just offered gift cards and no apologies.

This is our 2nd time eating at this location. We went here for their lunch specials and our server was nice but put our orders wrong, if I didn't check the receipt, I would ended up paying more.

First let me start by saying the to go lady was very pleasant .But I only write this because I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender and they were so salty it was unenjoyable .The fries I wouldn’t even touch maybe other thing are okay, but I wouldn’t recommend.

When I completed my pickup order I was told it would take 20 minutes to be ready. In fact it was ready in 4 minutes, per the text messages I received. How!?! Obviously my food was not freshly cooked, which is expected from a fast food restaurant not Chilis — you aren’t charging fast food prices. If I had known it was going to be ready that fast I would’ve ordered at the restaurant, rather than before I made the 15 minute drive there. Do better!!!

The bar staff let a drunk literally fly a drone inside around customers as he continued to crash it into things and then booed their manager when she tried to stop the guys. The bar staff teased the manager saying things like “here comes the fun police”. Later a drunk elderly man come up behind me and started poking my shoulder and then trying to hide on the other side of me like a child. Stop encouraging this type of behavior

We visit often and always love your place, but tonight was really upsetting. When our food was brought out, we asked the staff to be careful with our 7-month-old, yet the plate was still placed right in front of him and he burned his hand. Our server was amazing and very caring, but the manager’s reaction felt cold and dismissive. We’re not asking for anything free—just hoping this helps remind staff how important safety and empathy are.
