Fast friendly service I love using the eden store when I'm out that way!!

Disregard anything from Lisa Brantell, if you have such a problem don't go there! Go make your own coffee, don't judge people by the outside because their hair looks greasy hair, really? They have plenty of other business. They are a great fast food restaurant and yes they may make a mistake but not everyone is perfect like you think you are.

Tim Hortons in Eden, NY, is a fantastic spot, especially for early risers and truck drivers like myself. The staff there is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I was impressed by how they opened the lobby early in the morning, which made it incredibly convenient for me to grab a hot cup of tea and a delicious breakfast before hitting the road. The service was quick, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was fresh and tasty, which is exactly what you need to start a long day on the road. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Great coffee. Weird hours for certain food. Nothing but donuts and bagels later at night. Omelet bites only very early. Only cold sandwiches sometimes.

Coffee and baked goods are always fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and almost always fast except for busy times in the morning and noon hour. Expect up to a 10 minute wait at the 7 AM to 8AM hour.

I've been a loyal customer since Tim's came to life in buffalo/ Hamburg area! I believe Tim Hortons coffee is better than all their competitors!! If someone gave me a Starbucks coffee I'd actually say no thank you or personally I would dump it!!! Plus Tim's prices are so much reasonable than a 5$ small coffee @ Starbucks!! Only prob. I ever complained about is fact that each location (Tim's) coffee can be inconsistent in taste, meaning if u order a triple/triple @ on local....go to another store,they can be totally made strong or weaker in taste... Lastly when ever I go out of town,no Tim's,I'd rather not even get a coffee,& it's disappointing! Speaking for myself it's my trip/trip...or notta!! Lol

It's the poor mans Starbucks.. with better coffee and much cheaper prices, a staple in WNY.. and my goto for coffee at anytime of the day.. and no reading the encyclopedia of crap that you have to go thru while ordering from Starbucks.. It's a Tim Hortons, so you should know what you're getting. No better or worse, really.

The doughnuts are wonderful as usual,but the hazelnut latte was terrible and they couldn't get my daughter's breakfast sandwich right so we left without it ,but they did return the money to her card.

Good place to take a break... however they charged me for a hot water and lemon. Not a common practice anywhere...

Service was exceptionally slow, which is unusual. Perhaps they weren't expecting a lot of customers Memorial day.

Small menu selection but good food and service.

I understand that they are usually busy, but these are things that should be just avoided not over looked. I ordered a meal and didn't get the hashbrown. The timbits were already pre-packaged and quite honestly stale. I feel like I paid around 14 bucks for 2 coffees and a wrap today, the 20 pack timbits were dog chow and no hashbrown. I was being told to have a good day even before I got the coffees. On top of all that no receipt is offered. Believe me though, I have met the owner of this location and he is a great person, I hope his staff gets it together.

Okay first it's a Tim Hortons. Typically that means mediocre donuts better than average coffee and under toasted bagels. This place is no exception on those though I must say The service there was excellent. My downgrade on the ratings represents the quality of the food that place is forced to serve versus the people working there.

I got the breakfast wrap snacker, with sausage egg and cheese, small, very small. A little dry too. Didn't fill me at all.

They are always forgetting my food or something or I have gotten the wrong coffee at least 5 times these past 2 month.

Inside nears to be better maintained by staff. Floor is dirty and the table tops are filthy!!

Typically it's good. I'm in town for the weekend, ordered the same thing 3 days in a row and they messed it up every day.

Ordered an ice coffee and they filled it all the way with ice, literally paid 3 bucks for 4 sips of coffee and was left with a full cup of ice. Rip off

They got my breakfast sandwich wrong again.... must be hard to not understand a ham bacon egg and cheese..... came with no bacon.... of course I had to pay for the bacon I didnt recieve

I don’t know if these people just can’t hear or can’t remember a simple order where they’re not busy but I’m deeply concerned with the level of carelessness. I asked for a ten pack of chocolate timbits which they repeated back to me and I end up with assorted with a single chocolate timbit. If I have the option to never go to this Tim Hortons ever again I would be very happy, they always make mistakes and I can’t be bothered to pay for something I didn’t want.

They charge more for less.. for some reason everything is more expensive & they’re the only Tim Hortons in the area that doesn’t put 2 eggs on their bagel breakfast sandwich’s.. I live in Eden & have to go to any surrounding Tim’s instead.

Just came through the drive thru around 3:20 7/15 The sign stated happy hour was after 2pm starting today. Okay cool, in advertising it shows an iced capp as happy hour pricing so I went ahead and ordered one and my son timbits. FOOD AND DRINK WERE AMAZING, however I was greeted with a guy who had NO CLUE on how to do his job . I asked “it’s happy hour pricing right” already knowing it was as stated in the sign and was told “I don’t know” so I said well it says after 2 is that drink included he responded with “I don’t know once again and a blank stare. and then after asking if he could see if it was. Not a big deal just curious he responded with “oh idk , idk the times” a worker said it’s just now started at 2, he said “oh okay” and still proceeded to just charge my card full pricing. I don’t really mind it is what it is, but have someone who knows what they’re actually doing and talking about and can greet the customers in a respectful manner. Instead of having someone who shows he doesn’t want to be there , none the less know what’s going on at the own place he works at. More training is needed in my opinion.

My husband stopped to get 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches for us and whoever was making food today did not toast the bagel like it should be.

This morning I waited in a long line. When I finally ordered, I said that I had a coupon for a $1.99 breakfast sandwich. She said, " That will be $3.80." When I questioned, she snapped to just pull forward and we 'd figure it out. When I got to the window, she took my coupon and card, never said a word and handed me back the card. When I asked how much was left on the card, she said, "I don't know.".SO I have no idea what I paid for the sandwich or what is left on the card. Very disappointing. I am a regular at this location because they usually have the best food and best service. Perhaps this girl needs more training?

Never fails, everything I give here my ordernis never correct. The coffee tastes like coffee and cream only. Can we hire new management and replace a few of the employees that have the horrible customer service

Be careful, there’s an employee that is ripping off customers, I lost $17. Which I never got back from ordering 1 small coffee and 1 medium (senior discount). She gave me my coffee first, ask for my change from a 20. She said she gave it back! Date was 06/11/20 around 4:00!

Fast food workers want $15/hr...for what??This is the Nickle and dime Tim Hortons with rude kids working with greasy hair!!!! I ordered 2 XL triple triples and asked for double cup told me in a very nasty tone NOPE sleeves...i dont like sleeves they are useless! i asked can I pay for the extra "empty" cups... he said in a condescending way...sure same price of the coffee. I said... Are you serious. So..$9.46 for 2 XL triple triples??? Out of their mind! 20 cents in the village if Hamburg. Then I went to hand him 2 free coffees I won he told me can only use 1 at a time! Ugh stop in Hamburg for your coffee before heading toward Eden!

The girl to take my order was pushy and rude remind you there was no line shut me off before I finished my order then when I told her i wasnt finished she was even ruder .I guess I'll go else where I always have some issue here. Sorry can't support my small town .

Their young staff has not been taught proper customer service. No thank yous out even a pleasant demeanor. I don't like being made to feel unwelcome when I'm spending my money. On going problem here. I go back now and then thinking it's improved which it hasn't

My brother and friends were stranded there during our recent storm. A very considerate volunteer fireman rescued them from the freezing cold and took them to Tim Hortons to warm up. They had been outside in a stalled car for at least an hour before they were found. Once in the store (they just left a job for a temp agency) they asked the cashier if it was possible to get a small coffee to help warm them up. The only problem was they hadn't gotten paid yet. The female cashier was very rude and replied "no" in a very harsh manner. Luckily the fireman was still there and took them to the firehouse, and allowed them to stay there until they were able to get back to Buffalo. My concern is did she do this because she's just that inconsiderate or because they were black?

Add a steak and cheese Panini and it was absolutely horrible it was so thin it was no meat on it and all you are paying for is basically two pieces of bread with a little cheese on her well they got me this time but don't never see me step foot in another Tim Hortons !!!! Also the place was disgustingly filthy I've never seen such a dirty restaurant in my life 😔

Went to the Eden NY location on Sunday 5.16.21 at 2:30 pm. We ordered one coffee and it was luke warm. Returned requesting a hotter coffee and again received a luke warm coffee. Went back in a 3rd time and was avoided, so I approached a different worker who replaced it again saying it was from a fresh pot. Again it was luke warm. Used to be you would get a sleeve to protect your hands from the hot liquid! That's the very last time we are coming here.

Ordered the same thing I always do. A white roll double toasted with butter large mixed berry smoothie. was told the smoothie machine wasn't turned on Don't get it are u a 24 hour tim hortons ? Bought the roll anyway . Not even toasted. Slow down make orders right not fast and wrong.

My sweet old Grandmama, may she rest in peace, loved Tim Hortons. She especially loved the Cafe Mocha accompanied with a donut. On Friday, June 10th, 2020 I drove to Tim Hortons in Eden after Grandmama (on her death bed) asked if I would 'fetch her some TimTim'. TimTim was what she called it when she wanted the Cafe Moca with a donut, she was so sweet. Due to COVID-19 the store closes at 8pm, so I raced (sped actually) to the store, I pulled up to the drive-thru at 7:53pm and was greeted over the speaker by a girl who said "we're closed", I said "excuse me? It's not closing time yet" which she replied "well I decided to pull the drawers already so I can't take your order, sorry". Grandmama died the next morning. Tim Hortons in Eden, how are you gonna 'make it right' this time?

40 minutes until the posted closing time, lights on, looked at 4 times by the two women inside, completely ignored. So much for getting a treat for my kid after a school dance. Very dissapointing!

Way too crowded and backed up for orders. The prices are slightly higher than other locations and it took 30 minutes to get a coffee today. I will never use this location again!

This is about the 3rd time over a month that my older was wrong. I'm in the drive-thru so I don't take the time to open the bag and go thru the whole order. How tough is it to get a couple breakfast sandwiches correct!!??? Sadly disappointed!!

Every time I come and order my usual medium mocha iced coffee, I end up getting a medium cup of straight up ice from bottom to lid with the smallest amount of coffee. Not even 5 minutes down the road and a few sips the it’s gone. Glad I spent so much on my cup of ice. Ridiculous and won’t be stopping at this location anymore.

Went through Tim Hortons drive-through young lady got my order wrong then got to the window. Forgot to hand me. A bag gave me a Boston cream doughnut instead of a vanilla dipped doughnut. Another team member asked to what was wrong. She stated she got the donut wrong, and had a smart mouth about it at the window with an attitude. She’s very lucky I didn’t get out of my vehicle and approached her. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again I’m posting it online due to not even getting or being off a receipt for my order.

Don’t come here within an hour of close because the staff shuts everything off and won’t even make tea. Tried ordering multiple items and then a drink and couldn’t get anything even though they were still going to be open for 35-40 minutes.

Service here is terrible. The staff doesn't work together as a team. I ordered 4 drinks. It took 10 minutes to get 2 of the 4. Another 5 for one more and then another 10 for the last one which was disgusting and watery because they "misplaced it" or "someone else might've taken it" Wow how weird. Get it together. Be better.
