Probably one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in years! 5 star food, drinks, ambiance, and service. We had a large group and were very well taken care of, with some nice little surprises from the staff for our celebration! Every bite was flavorful; every sip was smooth; everything (and I mean everything) was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! This is absolutely our new go-to spot for every occasion, and I could not recommend it more. I’d give 100 stars if I could!

We had dinner at Ember & Alma in Marlboro tonight & were absolutely blown away. This restaurant specializes in Brazilian fusion, elevating traditional dishes alongside incredibly creative cocktails. We started with the grilled octopus atop yucca mille-feuille, which was a fantastic opening. I ordered the feijoada risotto, packed with deeply flavorful pork & topped with perfectly crispy collard greens. He went with the grilled mixed BBQ, which truly had a little of everything—we added chicken hearts, plus yucca fries, tropeiro beans, & potato salad. Every bite, from start to finish, was spot-on. Huge kudos to Marcelo & Iago behind the bar, who took excellent care of us all night. & of course, we couldn’t leave without getting the grilled pineapple to go! We can’t wait to return.

Why are you going anywhere else tonight?? This is the place you need to go. Incredible cocktails, delicious small plates, they even brought out the Brazilian hot sauces. We had the octopus, linguica, picanha, veggies, and coxinha. Everything was fab. Plating was beautiful, cocktails well balanced. Give this place your money and don’t look back.

I was finally able to make it to this wonderful establishment and it was everything thing I felt it was going to be .. Great Energy from all the staff... We tried many delicious plates of food that we had to keep asking for more of... Each drink that we chose had a different wonderful aura, flavor, passion and experience with it.. This place was well worth it. I hope you make it hhere and enjoy this place as much as we did

My wife and I decided to check out this hidden gem after seeing some reviews and their menu to celebrate our 5yr anniversary. We were thinking at first to go to fogo de chão but honestly after coming here and having the experience we had we absolutely made the right choice! The atmosphere is very cool, gives you this intimate Brazil vibe. The cocktails were stunning and tasted delicious and the food was to die for! The service was very attentive and went beyond to make sure we were having a perfect time. We left there already thinking of coming back to try more different cocktails and other dishes! 100% recommend check it out, you will not be disappointed!!!

Had a great time here! Sat at the bar and all the staff were attentive and helpful. Showed a lot of passion for their art. Would recommend for allergies, just speak up and they are happy to accommodate and still provide a 5 star service. Can’t wait to go back.

Found this little hidden gem yesterday and was transported into an atmosphere that made me forget about the outside world. The food was delicious and the drinks were on point! Shout out to my new friend Marcello whose magical concoctions were delicious and his presentation and service was incredible! His recommendations were spot on as well! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for delicious food and drinks as well as exceptional service! I will definitely be going back there again and again!
