This place has a wonderful atmosphere. The customer service is great and welcoming. The whole aura of this establishment brings joy. U and Me Tea great idea for a small date or hang out spot very child friendly. And great for anime lovers. I can’t say anything bad about this place Keep it up guys

I’ve been going to Ume for many years and their drinks have always been flavorful and consistent! I highly recommend if you are looking for good milk and fruit teas in the bay area! :) The staff are also always helpful!

A great new ume in Fremont! Very spacious and clean, great food as usual.

The drinks are good but the main reason to come here is that you can also gamble :)

We've been going here for 3 years now! Family’s favorites are black tea latte with taro and boba, always with extra taro, strawberry matcha slush with matcha ice cream and passion fruit watermelon with lychee jelly drink! Then fried octopus, sesame balls and takoyaki for their snacks! Staff is always pleasant especially Monica and Sophia! Aesthetic place too!

Tried UMe Tea in Fremont and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Mango Pomelo Sago and the Uji Strawberry Matcha Latte with Ice Cream—both were absolutely refreshing and beautifully presented. The Mango Pomelo Sago was tropical and light, with just the right balance of sweetness and a hint of citrus. The pomelo added a nice texture and contrast. The Uji Strawberry Matcha Latte was the highlight—creamy matcha with a layer of real strawberry, topped with a scoop of ice cream that made it extra indulgent. Definitely a treat worth trying! Great flavors, fast service, and Instagram-worthy drinks. Will be back to try more!

Quite a cute cafe with lot of some really great bubble tea option, quite good snacking options as well, but would recommend to add few more vegitarian , or vegan snacking options I feel they have very less options , I had brown sugar boba tea it was really good my friend tied a snack which was amazing

I really enjoyed my visit to this Ume store, the drinks taste great and are consistently good, not too sweet, and the boba is perfectly chewy. Been here countless times already and am going to keep coming back for more. Definitely one of my new favorite spots for some yummy boba!

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, you can really tell they care about quality and detail. One of the best Ume place I’ve been to. The atmosphere is super kawaii and inviting. Super good for photos!! Also one of the fullest Ume menus I’ve seen at any Ume shop. I come here often with my friends, since the location is super convenient. There’s a billiards place across the street and a KTV around the corner. There are also plenty of good restaurants. But if not, just the tea is so worth it. The bunny surprise cup is super cute too. 10/10 would recommend. Would come again :)

This boba shop is so very cute! I ordered black milk tea with taro and boba. They use real taro which was so creamy and tasty. One thing to note is that 30% sugar is less sweet than other shops, so it was only a faint sweetness as the boba was unsweetened. We got surprise cups which were around $10 each with the drink ($3.5-4.5 extra, depending on the drink). The plush keychains inside were cute and quite large, but not my favorite. It was a lot of fun opening them though!

Overall: This Ume location did a great job with the surprise me drink. Felt like they made a great drink and gave me the right amount of toppings. My girlfriend's drink, which was custom had missing toppings. We were too far to go back and have them fix the mistake. Food: Did not try at this location. Amenities: No restroom for guest. There is a long seated area along the window. There is a photo opportunity with their mascot in the center of the restaurant. Parking is somewhat limited and shared with other businesses. You could end up having to wait for parking or you can choose to park far.

Instead of boba or jelly as toppings, they have cooked black rice as add-on. I do like the health benefit of this choice but it does not match well with the taro milk tea.

Visited first time. Tried Brown Sugar Boba Premium Oolong Milk Tea without any modifications and it was very watered down. Tasted like sweet water with boba.

I got the oreo boba. They didn't have many milk tea options. It comes with boba by default which I didn't know so I had both the popping boba and regular boba in my milk tea. Their popping boba is not your typical popping boba filled with flavored liquid. Their popping boba felt like I was eating a grape. The boba had a lot going on. It had too many chewy things and textures which got in the way of enjoying the drink. The place also has a musty smell. They have a selfie/group photo booth setup if you are into taking photos. The staff was friendly and service was fast.

Uma tea staff members never prepare and deliver orders on time.And give a waiting time of 5 to 10 minutes. Even after 10 minutes they say that the order is not ready yet.Their service is very slow.

I ordered spicy chicken strips, but they were extremely oily and the packaging was very poor. The oil spilled all over my dress.
