I wouldn't suggest anyone visiting this store due mainly to the questionable public surroundings. As far as Burger King is concerned? They nolonger seem to be able to "do it your way". I prefer my Burger bun extra toasted. You can't get that at Burger King anymore.

Second time trying this location. Wanted to give it another try. First experience was not well. This time it was a too long wait time on drive threw. I was the only second car waiting and took 25min since I placed my order and got my food. No cars behind me when I got up to the window and when I left I saw about 5 cars already waiting, I feel bad for them. Made me feel like I was the one holding them back but the only thing I ordered was 2 wraps that's it! and took that long.

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. When I walked into the Burger King in Gardena, the girl at the register told me, “I’m only taking drive-thru orders.” She didn’t look at me, greet me, or direct me on what to do next. That was already a terrible start. I eventually had to figure out on my own that I was supposed to use the self-ordering kiosk. After placing my order, I waited about 5 minutes when another customer walked in upset. She explained that her drive-thru order was incorrect and had to be remade, which took around 20 minutes. After seeing that, I made sure to check my order when it finally came out. My order was missing two burgers, so I went back inside to let them know. After that was corrected, I went to my car — but decided to check again just to be safe. That’s when I realized I was also missing two orders of fries and my desserts, forcing me to go back inside for a second time. The employee did not apologize at all and showed no concern for the inconvenience. When I finally got home, things somehow got even worse. All of the food was wrong. The Whoppers had jalapeños on them, which we did not order, and everything was cold. By that point, my family and I were extremely angry and frustrated after everything we had already gone through. The staff at this location is unfriendly, careless, and seems like they don’t want to be there. Customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in, and the repeated mistakes — including missing items, wrong ingredients, and cold food — are unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and experienced the same issues. I’m very disappointed and will be contacting corporate so they can look into how this place is being managed. This location needs serious improvement, better leadership, and staff who actually care about their customers.

Do not come here for the drive-thru. They take more than 30 minutes to get orders out. They are extremely slow, it is crazy how slow they are. McDonald's is busier and goes faster than here. I have come to this location twice, never again.

NOT fast food. I’ve always made sure to order online and arrive 5-10 minutes later, it’s never been ready. They take another 15 to get the order out. They’re either understaffed or just take forever to get orders out, also seems to have a bit of a weird smell when you go in.

I have literally been here for 25 minutes and my order still isn't ready. The ice cream machine is broken all the time as well. I will never come here again and it's right by my house.

I was in the store for 7 mins without anyone helping me. They are supposed to be fast food. That is why no one goes there anymore.

Worst Burger King, I've been to. They do not listen, and the orders are always wrong. On top of that, they move so slow, waisting time just to get the order wrong.

Got the whopper Jr. Meal. The burger patty was raw and ice cold. Made me nauseous with 1 bite. Never do this again.

They keep burning the food here. Filled out the survey several times but nothing changes.Used to be real good. Going to find a new location , can't stand burned food.

This was the worst burger king , I have ever seen to. The music inside was blasting beyond belief. I asked three different employees to please turn it down the music and they just stared at me and then started speaking Spanish to each other. I will never go back to this excuse of a redtrtaunt. Please take care of this situation as so no one else has to deal with such an ordeal

horrible customer service to seniors!! Yesenia likes to mistreat seniors she has a bad attitude and does not respect people she definitely has no skills with the public and is going to cost the company liability problems she needs to be working in another environment where she has no public contact. Be aware of venerable senior citizens do not send your grandpa or grandma to be in contact with this lady.

I ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies from the drive thru and when I got home (5 minute drive) to enjoy my cookies...They were as hard as a rock..!! Never again..!!
