I liked the food and drink very much.

Hoy probé por la primera vez este sitio, también leyendo las buenas reseñas. Confirmo que ha sido una excelente experiencia, comida riquísima, poca espera, la terraza fuera es muy acogedora y agradable. Nos ha servido Manuel si no me acuerdo mal el nombre, el chico rubio con el aparato dental, y su servicio ha sido rapido, amable y muy atento. La verdad que si pasamos por Gibraltar la próxima vez seguramente volveremos.

Comida buenísima, gran variedad de zumos, mi plato favorito es el ramen con beef (tamtamen), el pan bao con mushrooms y los gyoza de duck. Cada vez que vamos es siempre una certaleza, servicio rápido y los chicos son todos amables y siempre con una sonrisa. En particular Manuel, que es el camarero que siempre nos atiende, igual que el restaurante sea lleno o vacío, tiene siempre un atención impecable. Gracias!

That was one of the best katsu curry I have ever tasted. Food was soo fresh compared to London. And the workers were amazing.

We had a fantastic experience at Wagamama’s thanks to Danny! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. His positive attitude and great customer service really made our meal enjoyable. We stopped here for lunch on a very hot day! Food was really tasty and was served very quickly. The food can be quite spicy so make sure you check before ordering 😂 Shame there isn’t one in Malaga. Highly recommend.

Great Asian place for lunch or dinner with friends. The portions are big and the prices are decent. Ramen was great as well as shrimp noodles. Kids menu is available. The staff is very friendly and the service was pretty fast

I am not a big expert in ramen, so from my amateur opinion- ramen was yummy. The broth was rich and full of flavour. Service was quick even it was 19:00, may be here it is too early for dinner. Portion was really big. We also had some boa buns - there were yummy too. I was satisfied 🤤

Desde el primer momento se nota el cariño y la dedicación que hay detrás de cada detalle, tanto en el ambiente como en el trato al cliente. La comida es simplemente espectacular: platos elaborados con ingredientes de calidad, combinaciones originales y un sabor que se queda en la memoria. Se nota que hay pasión en la cocina, y eso marca la diferencia. Además, el servicio es cercano, atento y muy profesional, haciéndote sentir como en casa desde el primer instante. Es de esos lugares a los que sabes que vas a querer volver una y otra vez, ya sea para una ocasión especial o simplemente para disfrutar de una comida increíble. We got a bit tired of Spanish food 😅and stopped by wagamama. Good food but, personally, I prefer a bit more flavor and sauce.The staff was very nice and the outdoor sitting is great with a breeze 🌬️ on the sunset…

Restaurant with a Japanese base, quality is good attentive service and justified prices, the only thing negative is that they close the kitchen at 22.00, which is simply too early in this region of Europe

We really enjoyed our meals especially the hot chicken katsu curry, which was absolutely delicious! We ordered a takeaway, and everything was thoughtfully packed in separate containers, which kept the veggies fresh. The location in Ocean Village is lovely too. Highly recommend!

This is our third day here. This is the best meal so far. Food was perfectly prepared, presentation was good, flavors were on point, & sauces were exceptional. The staff is awesome.

Great meal with beautiful surroundings in the port most people know about Wagamama’s so suffice to say I had the hottest chicken dish with a side of ribs and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was very good. This restaurant is particularly nice as it juts out into the sea as does most of the restaurants here. Amazing selection of restaurants in such a small area well worth a visit.

The service was really good, or though we enjoyed our time there and all. The gyoza noodle soup was too spice up too the point that it was nearly uneatable, but it wasn't a curry, mexican, Tabasco spicy with flavour, it was just pure spicy. The chicken teriyaki bowl of rice and Bao bun and gyoza were good though I did quite enjoyed that.

On a day trip to Gibraltar we had lunch at Wagamama's as we knew what to expect. Unfortunately this is not what we experienced. Being seated and choosing from the menu went smoothly enough however that's where it went a little off. Starters arrived and we're very tasty, one of the 5 main courses arrived and the starter plates were not cleared from the table. The next main course arrived 5 minutes later and the plates from the starters still were not cleared from the table. We eventually moved them ourselves onto the next table. The 3rd main course arrived 5 minutes after the 2nd and the 4th and 5th main courses arrived between 4 and 10 minutes after the 3rd. The 1st main would have been on the table for 15 minutes getting cold if it had not been started before the other dishes arrived. The food itself was delicious and cannot be faulted, but the service really let the venue down, and affected the atmosphere as you didn't know how long you would be waiting. EDIT - as there is no opportunity to respond to a reply. Any reasonable restaurant would do everything they could to deliver courses to a table at the same time so I don't believe the comment about only taking food out of the kitchen as and when it's ready as this is not the experience I have had in other Wagamama venues. Putting the onus on a customer to say which dishes they would prefer to have served first is just slopey shouldering the responsibility as, again, most customers would want the food all to arrive about the same time. My last point is even if dishes are taken out when they're ready, why is there a 15 minute gap from one being ready to the last if they're all put on to cook at the same time?

Wagamama Visit - Disappointing Experience. The manager, who I believe was named Diego, seemed to lack customer service he was rude to me and my partner about bringing in our own water bottles. His approach was blunt and unpleasant. Even after we ordered mains and sides. I politely asked why, pointing out that if I had just ordered tap water with my meal, there wouldn't have been a problem. The atmosphere wasn't great, and the staff seemed unhappy. As someone who works in hospitality, I would never refuse a paying customer the right to drinking water. This was definitely not the best Wagamama experience I've had.

We ordered some ramen, a new curry dish and some baus. everything was super slow, the waiters avoided us and prioritized others, everything took an incredibly long time to order. there were no people there so I'm curious what they were doing there if they couldn't take an order. It's not often I eat bad ramen but this one is on that list. The bao was terrible, you shouldn't serve such a dish. But the new curry dish was really good!

Staff are friendly but slow service. Food was tasted substandard. The price is a bit expensive. At night, I got stomach ache by my grill duck donbori!

Hace unos 5 estuvimos en Londres de vacaciones y estuvimos 2 veces en Wagamama, nos gusto mucho, hoy fuimos a probar el de Gibraltar y tengo que decir que los platos son parecidos, pero no iguales, yo me pedi el raisukaree de pollo, la verdura es completamente diferente, el pollo sabia diferente y la cantidad era menor, mi pareja se comió el yakisoba y tampoco sabia igual, la.comida estaba buena, pero los wagamama de Londres tienen un toque diferente, Tambien tengo que decir que la camarera y el camarero eran super amables y atentos.

The foods were great but terrible service! Super slow. Unattended. The waiters pretended not to see us. Would not recommend if you come for a quick meal. You will need at least 2-3 hours for a meal in this restaurant.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but although the waiter was friendly, the service was very poor. We ordered 2 starters and 2 mains, the first main came then the second main came 5 or so minutes later meaning we didn’t eat all our meal together. One of the starters came between our 2 mains and the other didn’t show up at all so had to ask to remove it when the bill came.

3 meals to be brought out together with starters. First meal and starter arrived. 10 minutes later the other 2 meals arrived. Towards the end the final starter arrived. Probably the most expensive pot noodle in Gibraltar. I do not recommend the service or standard of food. Avoid

Terrible service, yet a service charge is added to your bill anyway without you being informed. We were sat like idiots waiting to get served whilst our waiter was sat having a cigarette and chilling out by the entrance. Food would have been good, if we had been served at the same time. One starter and main arrived together leaving one person eating and the other sat waiting. If you do go, check your bill because they don't tell you they have already added a rather large tip on! There was only two of us, so it wasn't a large table service charge.

Food is of the lowest quality. The texture of ramen is soggy. Soup base is tasteless and bland. Yaki Udon and yaki Soba is horrible. Goyza is also bad, tasteless and edge is hard as steel. Never never eat here.

Terrible customer service by one of the waiters from the beginning. Me and my friend just arrived at the restaurant and as there was no one in reception we decided to wait seated as there were no other customers to which this rude waiter came to shout and have a go about what we didn't wait to be seated. He was aggressive in his manners and stormed off back and forth. There was no apology by him or the restaurant and my special dinner was ruined as we were distressed to be treated so badly. The food was nice and other members of the staff were welcoming but please do review who you hire as I won't be bringing back my friends, colleagues or family with this poor experience.
