I placed an online order with Panda Express, but when I arrived, they had no record of it. Luckily, I had my email receipt. I placed an online order with Panda Express, but when I arrived, they had no record of it. Luckily, I had my email receipt. Panda is in my Top 10 places to dine...its a no brainer for me if im hungry ..even more so when in a hurry but want a healthier meal but not "fast food" but i learned this evening that ALL THATS LEFT OVER FOOD GETS DUMPED/WASTED AT TGE END OF EVERY NIGHT .. And well... thats just terrible news there is ENDLESS ORGANIZATIONS THREW OUT OUR CITY AND IN ALL CITY'S that im sure would benefit from such delicious food for our people in need i myself donated as i do often today to the children w my change... i thing change is whats needed in that department...great staff and food ...lets just not waste what can be effortlessly enjoyed by those less fortunate

It's nice to have this place in our local neighborhood. Always a great, healthier choice when you need fast food. My fave is the chicken and green beans---I get it everytime.

I really enjoy the food at Panda Express but the portions are abitrary and inconsistent. This is irritating. A tall man orders the same thing as me and gets a much larger portion. What's up with that?? Another problem is that they are so focused on getting people through the line that they don't fully attend to the person in front of them. Be present fpr each customer. The next one will understand as they, in turn, receive the best in customer service. Please, Panda Express Goleta (and elsewhere, and other service organizations) don't be in a rush to attend to the next person. We will all feel slighted and no one is well served by this approach. Haven't you ever been customers yourselves?

Food is good but most trays are usually close to empty everytime I have gone. Love the honey walnut shrimp that is worth the wait for sure.

Chinese adjutant was unkindly. The vegetables are not finely chopped. I hope they are at least washed.

Food is like any other Panda Express, just OK. It's good if you want a quick meal that is Chinese type food. The place is usually clean and parking depends on the time of day.

Food was standard for Panda which is on the higher end of fast food. Most of the staff was nice but the lady doing the greeting up front a 12:25 on 26 Oct was a jerk.

Orange chicken was pretty small buy the the angus beef was definitely very wrong that they only served me like 5 small pieces with like to 2 mushrooms and a slice of onions. For $10????!!! Its a ripoff!!! I wish I had the option to upload the pictures I took on here..

The quality of noodles here were not good, there were large clumps of uncooked noodles in all of our food as well as with the rice. The serving portions were also not the minimum you'd expect at Panda.

Panda Express Goleta used to have good flavorful food and friendly staff; sadly no more. My beef was ‘peeking’ out from excessive batter, my kung pao had no ‘pow’ (bland) and micro chicken pieces. Really felt like I was being hustled with even higher prices. Never again.

The Fairview location in Goleta is always closed before their posted hours online and their team often puts up their own printed signs that they are closing early. I don't know if it is a lack of staffing issue or what, but it is very disappointing. Most people like to eat Chinese take out food later in the evening around 8pm or 9pm.

Only taking online orders yet they don't even bother to put up a sign. Ordered online and was told it was an hour wait. What a joke can only order online and takes an hour. The manager needs to be fired they are a complete joke and clearly can't run a business. No other panda is like that

Worst Panda x in the area! Every time I go there, I say it's the last time because they are out of half of their dishes and take forever to get new ones ready. Not enough staff, long lines,closed early (630pm) last time....I'm done with this franchise!

People inside walking around on their phones with no mask on, employees not enforcing mask requirement at all. I have also witnessed employees behind counter and standing over food to say hello and talk to friends who came in the store. The staff only cares about the optics of appearing like they are trying to be pandemic safe, but no one actually cares. If you are a person like me with medical issues that affect your immune system, stay away from this store because it's just not safe.

I come to Panda because the food is already made and I can get in and out. Every time I've been to this one, the item I come in for is out, and then they lie about how long it's going to take. Stay on top of your prep and be straight with people. I won't be back, but it might help your reviews in the future.

Girl named Steph was super rude. I️ pour Pepsi instead of water in my cup and she was running for me and yelling that I’m not allowed to do that. I️ said that I’m sorry but she gave me fake smile like she is the boss in here. I️ don’t like people acting like that to a foreigners. She should work on her manners!!! Food was ok but chow main was little over fried and instead of 7 walnut shrimps I️ got only 5, but for some reason Steph was not care about that when she was yelling about wrong drink in my cup.

The cashier was probably mad or something but he was sooo rude. I asked for my food since I knew I had to wait for the broccoli to be made so i could start feeding my kids and he just used a terrible tone. The asian lady that works there tried to rush me so much. I was trying to oorder two plates and she just kept saying and what else and what else. People if u are mad or dislike where you work. Please do us a favor and just quit. I wont be coming back to this panda. Ill drive a ways if i ever go to panda again.

I am a panda express customer. One Vietnamese girl always puts the small amount into the plates. Today i request for changing world cup channel live. They do not do that. Poor customer service.

they literally will never update their hours online, or through their answering machine. theyre supposed to close at 9:30 and somehow never happen to stay open past 7 or 8 on some days. simply putting up a paper sign on the door saying you close early on certain days is not ENOUGH. their online ordering is literally ACTIVE and the store is closed when you show up??? like what???? do better panda express. how hard is it to do all of these things to make things convenient for your own customers??? this location is a waste of time. dont come here go to the downtown location theyre open until 10 even tho it says 9:30 online.

I tried to feedback my online order experience to Panda Express, but the feedback survey on their website only accepts In-store orders with Store number and Order number. Since their online order does not show Store number and have a longer order number than the In-store order, it does not accept feedback from online order customer.
