Papa Murphy's

I've been to at least a dozen different Papa Murphy's, and this is as good as any of them. The other place across town is also good, so we go to whichever is closer at the moment.

Great pizza, easy ordering

We tried the Pan pizza and it was fantastic. Their cookie dough tastes like homemade, none of the 'chemical' taste like the ones you buy in a grocery store.

I order and pay online. It makes for a quick and easy pickup and the pizza is always ready. Great option on busy days. PMurphy's has a pizza for every type of diet, including keto and vegan. This time we ordered a cowboy, regular crust. Popped it into the oven when I got home and it was ready in 18 minutes. I like a crunchy crust.

Went there just before closing last week and although they were not taking any new orders they sold me 2 leftover lg.pizzas for 1/2price! People didn't pick them up after ordering!

There is now the option for dairy-free cheese, but I'm not reviewing the quality of the food at this time, since we turned away from our order when we discovered that it would cost an extra $7.99 to have non-dairy cheese on half of the a 14 inch (large) pizza. I'm not aware of how much extra it would have cost to have it added to the entire pizza.

Staff is super friendly and always gets our orders done in a timely manner. The pizzas are delicious and can’t beat the quality for the price.

We ordered 2 pizzas for the Tuesday special. The lady who helped us at the counter was very nice, and the best thing too, was the pizzas where very tasty. Nice...

Delicious take n bake. I like to hit them up for a sale on large pizzas on Tuesdays. Docking a star because there is one employee who regularly messes up my order :(

Easy online ordering, great prices online (specials not offered in store). Pizza was good!

For take and bake, it is pretty good. If you have a bird you need to take the pizza off the paper 'pan' that comes under the pizza and put it on a real pan to bake. Easiest way is to have two pans cover, flip, peel off paper, cover and flip right side up

They don't always honor their coupons...but they make a good pizza for the price...if you want to bake it ;o)

This Papa Murphys is in Grass Valley ( in the same shopping center as Big 5 and Target). Its super clean inside! Love that they always have specials! Use the app to save money. They also have premade food ( see photo) and sodas. Quick and convenient! I like to order these during game time and add my own stuff before cooking!

Kind of a scam. You pay good money and then have to cook it yourself. They don't need ovens and extra personal and you do the work.

I called to order about 40 min before they closed. The person answered the phone, "This is papa Murphys we aren't making any pizzas how can I help you? I almost just said ok and hung up but asked them, then why are you open at all then. It was a poor experience

I've been patronizing Papa Murphy's for years and years. Today they denied me the Tuesday discount because I added pepperoni and extra cheese. I was miffed.

What I didn't like today, was waiting for my pizza while employees who work with food were graphically discussing popping someone else's pimples in "the most painful way possible" this was disgusting Edit- upon cooking and eating my pie, I found it very light on sauce when I'd asked for extra

I asked for light sauce the receipt says less sauce there is literally no sauce on this pizza we took all the toppings off to check. I also paid for extra bacon and there are 4 pices of bacon bits what kind of ridiculous is this?? Tried calling multiple times to correct it and the phone just has a busy signal

close at your POSTED closing time! Tried to call in an order at 7:30 and was refused because “we’re closing soon” (8PM). This happened at both locations. 👎 I hope the manager isn’t paying for clean up after 8, because it’s all happening before that and employees are leaving right away.

Well I waited almost 2 weeks to give a review in hop talk some since into with scumbag of an employee. I dropped my wallet outside of papa murphys on 10/3/23 and my wife was contacted and informed the employee that I specifically would be back to get my wallet. Upon arrival the employee told me that a lady came in and claimed that her son dropped a wallet. Once I received footage of the interaction Caleb the employee sneakily sets my wallet on the counter in front of two customers and walks away then the customers snatched my wallet and walked out. Customer name is Kindra and local pd seemed to know her well. Will not support this establishment and want to let the general public know how the owner conducts his business supporting his dishonest employees..

I tried calling multiple times and either it rang forever or was busy nobody ever answered the service is horrible I don't know who their manager is but they need a new one.

Very bad customer service when I went in there they said that they didn't accept EB T so when I bought my stuff with cash I walked out and seen on the door that they do accept ABT and went back in there and wanted my money back and then they We're very rude about the transaction

When I asked the staff why they couldn’t make it, she just stared with no emotion — like it was totally normal. I paid $20 for this “pizza”! What’s the point of this restaurant anyway? I ordered a stuffed pizza, paid with cash, and the lady (Karen) at the front register literally threw my change on the counter and walked away clearly irritated. Even the other customers who were waiting looked at me in shock at her behavior. I looked at my receipt and she shorted me $3 in change. When I brought this up she tried to argue with me and then after review said “oh yes I’m wrong” and gave me my additional change. This would not have been a big enough deal to me to write a review. BUT THEN when she made my pizza and brought it to the pickup counter, it was the wrong pizza. I told her and she said “oh I asked you if this is what you meant. That pizza you ordered is expensive. You have to pay the difference.” So I paid her BACK the additional $3 she gave me to cover the “expensive difference”. Lady, if you don’t want to work there then don’t..? Don’t be rude to people and make everything uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location.

Do not order from this place, when they screw up your order they play games to avoid giving a 12 dollar refund.. 2nd update, after over 2 months of calling, and multiple in person visits to this location I finally got to speak with the so called manager Diane today. She says managers arent able to process refunds. She was rude and cut me off when I was explaining to her that Ive stopped by several times trying to speak with someone about getting a refund. Update, it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't recieved a refund. I brought the pizza back to papa Murphys, spoke with the young ladies who were working, left my phone number,, one of the receipts, and was assured my order would be refunded as soon as the manager comes in on Tuesday. Never happened, never even was contacted by the store manager. Take away another star. 2 years ago I swore I would never order from this Papa Murphys again... Today I decided to give them another opportunity to earn my business even though my wife warned me not to.. That was a mistake. Ordered online, 1 large 2 topping pizza, 1 large pepperoni. They got the pepperoni right, but put garlic sauce instead of the red sauce I ordered on my second pizza. Really, there's only 5 ingredients total that go into making a 2 topping pizza, dough, pizza sauce, cheese and my 2 chosen toppings but every time I've ordered from this location they make it wrong. Don't waste your money ordering from this place.
