Best fish tacos on the coast. Either style is awesome. Also best clam chowder, and I have tried them all.

My friend and I stopped in for a few appetizers and tried the pog cider. We really enjoyed the tuna and the oysters with the cucumber and special sauce were divine! Staff were all very nice and friendly. We would definitely go back when we come back to town!

Ketch Harbor Pub has become one of my go-to spots in Half Moon Bay. I usually order the fish and chips or the deep-fried seafood platter, and they're always solid choices -- crispy, flavorful, and reliably good every time. I've been here for just about every kind of occasion: date nights, catching up with friends, even business meals. No matter the reason, the vibe is always welcoming and relaxed, which is why I keep coming back. If you're looking for a place with good food, good energy, and that classic coastal feel, this is it.

When we thought the fish and seafood couldn’t get any better here in HMB, Ca, Ketch Half Moon Bay opens and raises the bar on coastal delights. Whether you stop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner it is a veritable feast of flavors. My favorite breakfast is the Cali Benedict. My lunch go to is the Crab Louie salad and dinner is fish and chips and one can’t leave here without experiencing a cup of the Ketch Clam Chowder. You can’t visit Half Moon Bay without at least one meal at Ketch!! If you are worried about crowds take advantage of the wait time feature on their website to see how crowded it is before you arrive. There is ample dining inside and during milder weather outside at wonderful long tables. Their fish and seafood and other delights are sourced for the best and freshest quality.

Looooove this place. One of my all time favorite local spots for brunch and dinner. The fish tacos are incredible. And their bloody Mary’s are just as good! Love coming here for as many meals as I can! It’s locally owned, which just adds to the greatness of this place.

Pretty lazy drive along the coast led to this gem of a restaurant. Great food, great service, outside patio was a delight. Menu wasn't huge, but good choices. Everybody was kinda tired so it was fish&chips around the table, and everyone was quite pleased. Malt vinegar was lackluster but it was bottled, so no real complaint there.

I was attending an event in Montana Beach and only had 45 minutes to grab a bite to eat. It was a Saturday evening and very busy, but the restaurant was very accommodating, sat me at the bar for a faster turnaround. Had the fish & chips with an ice cold beer. It was the perfect meal and I was on my way in 30-40 minutes. Bartender really hustled my service and I appreciated everyone’s effort. Will definitely come back when in this area.

We stopped by there after watching the king tide from safe distance and walking hills. Rain started pouring. Waited about 15 minutes to get a table. We were ok to wait. They let us wait a table inside. The place has cute decorations. We ordered seafood stew, salmon tacos, ahi tuna salad, fish, and chips. I wish my salad had little bit more, but the taste was great. Service was good and friendly. I would live to go back when nicer weather next time.

Crab sandwich was very good! Lots of crabmeat! Like you were eating crab legs.

For drinks, both the Chardonnay and Moscow mule were good. Oysters seem fine but dry (?) with no juices. Was this due to freshness? The slider was disappointing. Meat was cut very thin and over cooked. Very little meat in the slider. The artichoke heart was good, however the sauce was too thick. Overall HH is a good value. We’ll go again as we’re locals and want to support local business.

Our server OSCAR has incredible rude . He argued everything he could And mess up our orders. We didnt say anything because we are never coming back but I feel like he is going to keep on doing this to other people . We love your food but we feel sorry for this inconvenience.

Went today and ordered from their breakfast menu. A cup of clam chowder is priced at $5.95 and they billed me for $9.95. I brought it up to their attention and one server said I ordered 2 cups and at $5.95 each plus tax it would come out to $19.95, girl didn't know how to compute and didn't know how to explain it was a printing error on the breakfast menu. The manager finally owned up that the menu had the incorrect price and said they are updating the menu. They wouldn't stand by their mistake and didn't not want to give me the price of $5.95. Our bill came out to $225+ which included a Harbor Fee not sure why we are paying that and it wasn't stated anywhere we are paying a harbor fee plus tip. We used to go to this restaurant a lot but with what they did about not honoring the price they had on the menu even if it was wrong, they could have easily updated the price on the menu by crossing it out before they gave it to the customers before customers used it to order, it is a bait and switch which is illegal and wrong. I will never support a company that does not honor their advertised price and argue with their customer that it was wrong and they are having it fixed and still not give me the measly $8 credit for the difference in price! We paid $225 and $8 wouldn't have made a difference but it is the principle that I am after and I am fighting for. Their seat cushions outside are dirty and their indoor dining is riddled with many flies especially at the bar area going to the restrooms. Beware of this restaurant and make sure you check your bill versus the price on the menu.
