This is our first time visiting this relatively new restaurant addition at Green Valley District and it is truly a welcoming addition. We absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place, which offers both indoor and outdoor dining areas with a good size sit-down/at bar. The service was excellent, and we would especially like to acknowledge Olive, you took care of our every need, with a smile, coupled with her amazing personality. The menu offers a variety of dishes, which should satisfy almost anyone’s epicurean taste. The ample-sized dishes were served in a timely manner, hot, tasty and worthy of appreciation. We will dine here again, and the restaurant is a great addition to the Green Valley District area.

My daughter went to Shop at District A STORES, on Sunday, and We decided to Stop in North Italia for a Glass of Wine. WE sat at the Bar. IT IS A VERY Nice Bar. Service is great, very friendly Bartenders. WE had the opportunity to try the Meatballs over Marinera Sauce, very tasty. they have Large Screen TV's to watch Sports or just sit and relax.

Whenever I visit here depends on my mood. Because the vibe varies but the food NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!!! I've been coming to this location for months now. I've been there so many times, that my friend and I named Monday -Meatball Monday's. Speaking of Monday's let's dive into the FOOD! The meatballs are made of meat, garlic, flavor , LOVE and an Italian grandma's TOUCH! SO MOIST , JUICY & DELICIOUS!!! If you don't believe me, try it for yourself!- You're welcome! 😆 Then there's the shrimp scampi - Made with THICCC shrimp like MEEEE, paired with sexy chucks of garlic BUTTERRRRRR , LOVE and with a splash of regret because it's sooo darn GOOOODDDD You know it has to be bad for you! But I'll take four more orders please!!!! All the Pizza's are magical, ( brick oven ) but my favorite is the " Honey Hot & smoked prosciutto! OMGEEEE!! I want to personally slap and HUG the owner and the Chefs for creating and cooking all of food!! Then there's the dessert - There are usually seasonal desserts. The base is usually a butter cake with seasonal add-ons - Spiced apples etc. Honestly, I've had it for all of the seasons thus far, and each time I've had " No ragrets" 🤣🥱 Now for the expectational service and STAFF! Honestly, from the host, waiter, waitress, server have all been PHENOMENAL! Kudos to the hiring managers that selected the crew! But I must say special Thank you to you to Renan who has been my server numerous times,( from day one ) and is also the Manager! In addition to Miss Maria that also was my server on more than one occasions. Their attention to detail, customer service is nothing short of extraordinary! They definitely LOVE their job,and I received the LOVE each and every time I visit! 🫶🏾👌🏾 Until next time, " I'll be back - In my Arnold Schwarzenegger" voice .. Sent with gratitude, Glenda

We Tried this newer Italian spot on a whim and we are so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and clearly made with care. From the pasta to the perfectly balanced sauces, everything was spot on. Our server was Jair and was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. You can tell the team here cares about what they do. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the experience so right. Highly recommend — we will definitely be back. Highly recommend a reservation. We sat down at 11:00 and at 12:00 noon the place was full on a Monday.

Great service. Beautiful patio for those good weather days. There isn't a thing on the menu I don't love. Seasonal butter cake was insane for fall...pumpkin butter cake with marshmallow. I included a pic. Truffle sourdough is a MUST

We dined al fresco for dinner and it was just joyous. It felt like summer combining a fresh breeze with fresh ingredients. Details like tomato skins in the hand made sauce, or homemade ricotta cheese on the truffle garlic bread, makes you appreciate the integrity of each plate. The servers recommendations made navigating to menu easy to figure out what to order. We came back for lunch on another day and I really appreciated the eye for detail and extreme care made for food allergies. Thank you! Looking forward to returning.

My top three favorite restaurants in Vegas so far after 4 months of living here and tried at least 30 different places. We were never disappointed in any of the menu items we ordered, and the service was excellent for the one in Henderson. I'm not too thrilled about the service in Summerline. I definitely go back, but only to the Henderson one.

We come here often. Service is usually okay and the food can be inconsistent, but tonight CJ was our server and he provided by far the best service we’ve had here so far. We will be requesting him moving forward!

This place was popping! We made a reservation for a Friday at 6pm and this place was packed, we did wait 5 min for our table but no biggie. It was so open inside, they also had a nice covered outside area. We were a party of 4 and our service was pretty quick. We ordered 2 cocktails each, you have to ask for bread for the table, and each of course got pasta! First, service was great! It was completely full in here and we still had very good service. The restaurant feels very big and open, especially because they have a pretty well covered outside seating area. I didn't catch a lot of the decor because of all the people, but it didn't feel tight or cramped at all. The food was super good! We got calamari fritti for the table, and the bread came with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which is the best. The calamari was good, the dipping sauce really made it because calamari is just generally kind of bland. For my cocktail I got the Roman Holiday which was both beautiful and tasty. The main attraction, I got the trottole chicken pesto. The portion was perfect and I ate that whole thing in the restaurant, it was very good! The pine nuts give it a little bit of crunch and the unique pasta shape made it feel hearty. We all left very satisfied. I would absolutely come back.

We had such an amazing night here north Italia. The food was beyond expectation, the drinks were strong, and a dessert was sweeter getting a big fat tax return. I wanna give us a special shout out to our waitress, Liz. She made the best recommendations, she was attentive, and made sure that we were always taken care of no matter what. Great crisis, great environment, amazing food, and just an overall perfect night.

Had the BEST time at North Italia with my best friend! 🥂 The drinks are absolutely amazing—so creative and delicious, I didn’t want to put mine down. And the food? Just as good as the cocktails. Every bite was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The staff was super friendly and made us feel so welcome, and the vibe of the place is fun and lively without being overwhelming. Honestly, it was the perfect spot for a fun night out with my bestie, and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend if you want great food, amazing drinks, and a chill but lively atmosphere.

We wanted to eat healthy and were leary about finding that at an Italian restaurant but we were pleasantly surprised. We asked for servers favorite appetizer and he brought us white truffle garlic bread-to die for-and not an ounce of health, but every ounce of flavor. We both ordered scallops. So good I forgot to get the pic before eating half of it (sorry, not sorry). Bummed we missed a drink and desert due to surgery tomorrow. But will be back again.

We made a reservation for 12 a couple hours prior to dinner, and we were treated well from the time we walked in!! The food was absolutely delicious and the service for our large party was superb!! Only 3 of the 12 of us had been before, and some live out of town, so I was delighted when such positive feedback was received during and after the meal!! We three were grateful we made the right choice!! Definitely looking forward to going back. 🍴

Lovely atmosphere with very elegant touches although casual dress was the norm. Food was all excellent and delicious. We had the antipasto tray for $24 and it was so good. We sampled a couple of pasta dishes and our favorite was the chicken pesto. An extensive wine list was inviting but we opted for a margarita and scotch . What a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful dining experience at North Italia in Green Valley Ranch. The ambiance was absolutely charming, with soft lighting and greenery perfectly complementing the beautifully decorated restaurant. It created such an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for our meal. We started with the chef’s selection charcuterie board, which was an excellent choice—everything was fresh and flavorful. The margarita pizza with bomba sauce was a standout, perfectly baked and bursting with flavor. Every bite was delicious! To top it all off, the service was exceptional—some of the best I’ve received in a long time. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend North Italia to anyone looking for great food, impeccable service, and a delightful setting.

A brand new experience going to North Italia in Henderson just off of Green Valley Parkway. All I can say is WOW! My first time dining at this restaurant the service and the atmosphere even with it being a slower Saturday morning, the staff from the host stand even to my server were the highest quality. I was carefully guided around the brunch menu with a few recommendations from my server Ana. and I wasn’t the slightest bit disappointed. I would encourage anybody in the greater Henderson or Las Vegas area, if you would like a brunch menu that satisfies every possible craving. Or if you would simply just rather enjoy a traditional Italian meal. Look no further than North Italia. I will definitely be back again soon with family and friends to share my experience and I’m very grateful to the staff. I wish everyone there a successful 2026 and know that they have made a lifelong customer. (Picture below is the Banana Crumble Coffee cake, I believe )

First, I love the ambience! Cool, vibe, heated patio open atmosphere and very current. I usually post what food we had but we were hungry and got carried away. Cocktails were good and decently priced as well as the red wine. For three of us, the evening ended just under $200.. That included two cocktails two glasses of wine, a bottle of fizzy water, and one dessert. We dined on a Saturday at ~5:00 pm, so no happy hour, but I have attached the happy hour menu.

First time here - food was delicious. I tried the spinach & artichoke pizza; it wasn't on the menu but highly recommended by the waitress. It was a January/seasonal special. The flavors were just 🔥 My friend had the meatballs sandwich and she said it was delicious too. Giving the service 4 stars - if we have to ask for drinks or refills vs being topped off without asking; it's not perfect, right? But room for growth. 😊 Definitely worth returning to.

Unbelievably good food. The price is worth the quality of the food for sure and it is a great place for a nice night out for any special ocassion. They have a nice atmosphere, great helpful staff, and the food is top tier. Very hearty portions for everything. I will definitely have to come back here to try other things on the menu out.

The experience at North Italia 🇮🇹 was fantastic. I went with my mother and son and we were treated amazing. We sat in the patio but because of the design you really do not feel like you are outside. We had the mussels to start and the Garlic truffle bread🥖 with was to die for. The mussels were a little fishy🐟 because they are fresh and not really used to fresh seafood. For brunch we had the French toast (amazing but to big), the Italian Stromboli (it was good and just a little spicy), the last one was chicken 🍗 with an egg 🍳 over it and hash balls (can’t remember the name) this was okay. On the drinks🍹 the Rose sangria was just a little sweet, the Hugo Sprits was just sweet enough and very good. For dessert the mango 🥭 sorbet was very good. Our server was Chris Reed and he was the right amount of sweetness lol. He made our experience all the more enjoyable and the managers were very nice and checked on us a couple times. We stay about 2 hours and could have easily stayed longer as it was that enjoyable and perfect ambiance. I will definitely be going back and recommending North Italia to friends and family.

An update: this Italian restaurant never disappoints, it only puts a smile on our faces every time we eat here. Especially now after we have met a general manager Nate , who is very nice, friendly and passionate about the food and service they provide. North Italia is very lucky to have him , just as much as regional manager Megan, they are great team. We highly recommend this beautiful restaurant. North Italia has opened a second location in Green Valley, Henderson and it’s absolutely amazing. It is truly an authentic Italian restaurant. This is definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas hands down. The restaurant is beautifully decorated , so inviting and clean , modern theme of the restaurant and whatever you are dining inside or outside, the ambiance of the restaurant it’s just amazing. The bar opens up to the outdoor patio seating ( which is enclosed with the heaters during the winter months) and keeps the place very open and airy on nice days. The kitchen is visible behind a glass wall where you can see the chef cooking your delicious meal. The food is prepared fresh from the scratch and you can taste the difference in flavor. We had for the small plates: Chefs Board Classico and for the main dish: Spicy Italian Grinder - A MUST HAVE , Strozzapreti pasta , Pork Milanese and for the dessert we had : Bombolini and Seasonal Butter Cake - yummy 😋! Everything was so delicious and fresh. The food is so flavorful and tasty 😋. We have loved it. Also they have the best cocktails , great selection of wines and other fine drinks. 🍷 The staff was very welcoming. Overall we had such a great time at this restaurant. We can’t wait to go back and we highly recommend it to everyone. It’s definitely worth the visit!!!

I adored North Italia Summerlin and am even more in love with the location in The District. The outdoor patio is more spacious, the transition between indoor to outdoor seating between the bar and other dining tables is more seamless, and the parking is much easier. Now to the food: I judge Italian food a bit harshly after traveling all over Italy, and North Italia just delivers on food quality, flavor, and presentation. During this visit, I went with a pizza and left room for the olive oil cake paired with an espresso. The service is consistently amazing with friendly staff, even during a busy lunch or dinner rush, especially right after opening the new location.

I dined at North Italia in Henderson, located at The District in Green Valley, and it was a great experience. The restaurant features a spacious layout with great indoor and outdoor seating, along with a large bar that faces indoor and outdoor seating. We were seated right away, thanks to our reservation, despite the place being packed. The ambiance is a nice blend of casual and chic, with a combination of booths and table seating. The menu is diverse, offering a fantastic selection of pasta, salads, pizzas, small plates, and chef boards. We started with cocktails; although the cocktail menu is small, it boasts great choices. I ordered the New Italian Spritz, made with Aperol, citrus smash, and prosecco, and it was delicious. For our appetizers, we enjoyed the Grilled Bread & Good Olive Oil, served with Grana Padano and herbs, as well as the Arugula Avocado Pasta, both of which were fantastic. For our entrées, we opted for pizza and pasta. The Margherita pizza was excellent, with outstanding pizza sauce! For pasta, we tried the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and the Trottolle Chicken Pesto, both of which were cooked to perfection Throughout our meal, the service was impeccable. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience In summary, I highly recommend North Italia for a great dining experience

My daughter and I came for the weekend brunch and we will definitely be back. The service was top tier from start to finish and the food was amazing. I got the espresso martini which was perfectly sweet and the salmon avocado toast which was easily the best I’ve ever had. My daughter got the fresh squeezed orange juice and the donut holes with chocolate sauce. I can’t wait to try their dinner menu this is a great addition to the area.

What a great dining experience. The service and atmosphere are only outmatched by the quality and presentation of their food. It is clear that they carefully select their service staff which results in an extremely positive experience. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, it will be an enjoyable event.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the NEW North Italia in Green Valley District , and I can confidently say it’s a remarkable addition to our local dining area!!! I enjoyed the shrimp scampi and the yellow tail crudo. Both choices were dynamite!!! The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu! Special shout out to Reggie, Chris T, and Chris B!!! Overall, North Italia is a must-visit for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their delicious offerings!

Food was very good. We had 2 different pizzas, both delicious. 2 people had the chicken parmesan and were happy. Lasagna and Bolognese also had good reviews. Cocktails were great. Butter cake was decent. Best thing was our service. Chris R. was great. Kept our drinks filled, checked in with us regularly. When one dish was taken a little longer than expected, he made us laugh about it. Thank you!!

This was not our first time at North Italia. The food and service met all of our expectations. This time we were on the patio and it was noisy for sure but it was a Saturday night so maybe it was to be expected. We had reservations at 6, an early hour but yet we were seated twenty minutes late. The waiting area is very crowded. Our server was a gem.

It’s my third time there in a year. It’s is consistently wonderful, lovely and yummy. Portions never disappoint as well as the waitstaff. Each time I’ve brought a new person and they have loved it as well from seating to food, service and atmosphere. I’ve only sat on the patio side and night or day it’s been perfect!

R

Superior entrees & lasagna is to die for…hands down. We loved every pasta dish, the pizza, desserts, etc…you won’t be disappointed. Excellent & prompt service. Our only minor complaint was the calamari which was fried in a beer batter type (flakey) which seemed very uncharacteristic when compared to their other high-tier offerings.

The Saturday brunch was exceptional! The stromboli was seasoned and prepared very well with a tasty side salad. I finished the meal with passion fruit gellato-- arguably the best I've ever had! I highly recommend this restaurant for great Italian food.

Prices are reasonable, especially for Vegas and the food is exceptional! The staff is friendly and just the right level of attentive. Your tea will never be empty. They have several gluten free options and are happy to check on anything you may have questions about. It's also located near a fantastic shopping area if you want to walk a bit after your meal. Great food, great service, great location. What more could you ask for?

First time visitor. Brought the whole family. All nine of us a delicious experience. The pizza margarita was top of the line. The chicken soup was homemade quality. The receptionist was friendly, and got us to our seats quickly. The waiter was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu. We sat in the outside room with the heaters in the ceiling. The noise level was adequate so that we could all hear each other at the table. We’ll definitely return!

Absolutely amazing service, from sit down to walking out. The staff were incredibly kind, checked in on our table often, made great suggestions, and went above and beyond. We had a party of 7 and a birthday at the table. Our waitress, Karen, was so helpful and communicative. The food was delicious and came out promptly, nicely sized portions and great quality for the price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a slightly upscale Italian spot with some of the best service in town. 10/10!

Sat outside and it was a lovely vibe. Service was good and food impressive. Cocktail was tasty, charcuterie generous, and the braised rib melted in your mouth. The dessert was a wonderful, tasty ending. This is a great date spot. It was nice, but not insanely overpriced. Location is right next to The District, so can walk around and/or have a drink at another place.

My family and I had the pleasure of dining at North Italia in the Green Valley District, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and left us completely satisfied. We left feeling full and happy, which is always a great sign of a wonderful meal. The service was top-notch. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. He went above and beyond to explain the options and make thoughtful suggestions, which elevated our entire experience. I highly recommend North Italia for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a must-visit spot in the Green Valley District!

Really nice ambiance, and service is wonderful. Friendly attentive, and knowledgeable. We had the bread and while good doesn’t feel like enough. I ordered the Squid Ink Tonnarelli, and the serving was average. Not going to get full, but not going to be hungry either. Chicken Pesto was good too. We got 3 desserts. The Italian donuts were delicious and good portion. Tiramisu was good and average size, and the seasonal butter cake with ice cream was tasty. Would definitely come back again, and probably try out there weekend brunch myself.

Tonight was the opening night for North Italia and I made sure to get a reservation in advance. We were greeted at the door and checked in, we waited about 5 mins after that and we were seated. Everyone was super friendly throughout the seating process. We decided to sit inside but the patio seating has plenty of heaters and was pretty well closed in so it wouldn't have been terrible. The inside has a real nice ambiance, the decor was modern and fresh. Good music playing and the layout was good where you didn't feel on top of your neighbor's table. Our server was prompt in greeting us and was friendly and informative. We ordered the meatball appetizer and some waters to start. The food came out in a timely manner and they were pretty good. The sauce wasn't to sweet and was tasty. The meatballs were good, a little dense but cooked well. We ordered all our meals and again the food came out in a timely manner and together. The pizza was good , the chicken Parm was thick and cooked very well. Everyone's pasta was cooked nice and al dente just the way we like it. The Bolognese was ok , it had good flavor but lacked some meat. The spicy vodka sauce was mildly spicy but had good flavor. Overall everything tastes good and was cooked well It was a good first experience and we would visit again

Overall a great place. Great service. Staff was excellent. We had the truffle bread. The bread was barely warm so it tasted off with the cold ricotta. Our pasta dishes, Bolognese and vodka rigatoni were barely warm. Had to send back to reheat. Discussed with manager and he graciously comped is dessert which wasn't necessary but appreciated. We had the hazelnut torte which was very nice except the homemade Nutella was made with rancid hazelnuts so it tasted off. I'll state for the record we're super tasters so other would probably find everything fine. But I would say vs other places we've gone it was quite good overall and we'll go back.

Our experience at North Italia was eh. We came on a busy Saturday night and I will say that the outdoor space they have is really cozy. The heaters felt really nice and it didn’t feel stuffy. The inside was packed and too loud/busy for me personally. Now onto the food, we thought some items were great and some were a miss. The meatballs were soggy, no char at all. (Maybe that’s just personal preference) The shrimp was extremely rubbery but the sauce was great along with the bread. We did enjoy the pizza but we felt that the Spicy Rigatoni was lacking in flavor / nothing special…. I think it is a great place to try out but personally would not go back. We felt that for the price point, it was not worth it and it’s mainstream Italian food…

Food was good and the service was very slow. My girlfriend got the stromboli and they didn't ring in or bring my pasta until she was done. No manager was checking tables. I was very disappointed. Truffle oil in the cream sauce is not listed as well.

Had dinner at the bar, place looks pretty cool, but it was chilly with opened windows, food was just ok, we ordered margarita pizza and lasagna, I was expecting traditional jucy lasagna but got some pretty dry no souse lasagna pasta with dryish recotta cheese and dry meet on top. Wasn't very crazy about it. Service was fast and nice though.

Totally unprepared to do business today. My wife ordered 2 entrees and both were unavailable. My lasagna took over a half an hours as the cheese hadn't been shredded at 1230. No adjustment to the bill and no attempt to make it right. We drove from Summerlin and wont again. Just excuses and non performance here. We never have had a bad experience at the Rampart location.

*Updated in response to restaurant reply: we DID approach a manager. Right after my dad finally got his remade dish, my husband got up and talked to a woman by the entrance who said she was the manager, told her what happened, and she said “sorry to hear that” and that she would have to talk to HER manager… but after he sat back down, we still didn’t get any follow-up whatsoever. Again, such a strange experience and so inept. This was the most bizarre, neglectful service and management experience I think I’ve ever had. Overall everything started off great, it’s a lovely space, the drinks and food were mostly good, but my dad’s lasagna came out completely cold on the inside. That’s where everything took a turn. The server said a quick “sorry about that” and took the dish away. Nobody came by to properly apologize, ask my dad if he wanted something else that would be quicker to make instead, or offer to bring him a quick salad or something quick and small eat while he waited. Not even a heads up about how long it would take to remake the dish. Any of those options are simple ways to rescue a dining experience from an incident like that. But nope, nothing. He just took the plate away and left. So then we were left alone for 15+ minutes, my dad starving, and all of us feeling bad while we finished our entire meals. We all tried to share some of our food with him (but they didn’t even bring him a share plate or anything), while he just had to sit there hungry while we ate all our food. Finally, they brought out a new lasagna, after all of the rest of our plates were cleared. Then while we waited for my dad to eat, we asked for a dessert menu, which the server brought, and then left us alone again for 10 minutes so we couldn’t even order anything. When we looked for him, we realized he was serving tables completely on the opposite side of the restaurant. He was clearly totally overwhelmed, no manager support that we could see. By the time he came back, my dad was done his lasagna. We just asked for the bill because we were just over it by that point. The bill came - not so much as a discount on the lasagna, and still no manager visit. Nothing. It’s really too bad, we could’ve really liked this place, but the ineptitude of the management was just appalling, and left us feeling neglected, unwelcome, and I just felt awful for how they treated my dad.

My wife and I dine here at least once a month, and it has always been one of our go-to restaurants in Henderson. This review is not about the money — it’s about how we were treated, where we were seated, and the lack of transparency. I made a reservation ahead of time, and nowhere during the reservation process was it disclosed that Valentine’s Day required a mandatory pre-selected prix fixe menu for $70 per person. We only found this out when we arrived. At that point, with it being Valentine’s Day and most places fully booked, we had no real choice. I specifically selected patio seating because the patio is normally covered, protected from the wind, and heated. Instead, we were taken to the side of the building where they had set up a few temporary tables. The host even said, “We’re trying something different tonight — it’s a new layout.” In reality, it felt like we were eating in the parking lot. It was breezy, cold, and uncomfortable — not the experience we reserved or expected. Service only added to the frustration. After being seated, we waited about five minutes before the server even came to the table. My wife ordered a drink and we ordered water, but throughout the meal we repeatedly had to ask for water refills instead of the server being attentive. When he did take our order, he said, “We’re going to take everything at the same time, so pick what you want,” which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. At one point when my wife stepped away, I asked the server if he realized this menu was essentially double what I normally pay here. His response was simply, “Oh, I’m so sorry,” with no explanation or effort to address the concern. I also asked if they offered a military discount, and he said the price was set, with no flexibility. To be clear, it’s not the price itself that upset me. What’s frustrating is the principle behind it. This felt like the company knowingly took advantage of customers on a holiday, charging $70 per person for a preset menu that, based on their normal menu pricing, would not come close to that value — especially considering it didn’t include drinks and forced a dessert we didn’t even want. What upset me most was the overall treatment — being seated in an uncomfortable makeshift area, the lack of attentive service, and the feeling that customer experience took a back seat to pushing as many preset meals as possible. As regular customers who genuinely enjoy this restaurant, this experience was disappointing and honestly left a bad impression. Transparency, proper seating, and attentive service should never be sacrificed, regardless of how busy the restaurant is. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes changes so loyal customers don’t feel this way in the future

Well......we just left North Italia....and, we will never return......we were greeted by a very warm and welcoming hostess that seated us....we liked the look and feel of the restaurant instantly. When our server first greeted us, she seemed like a genuinely nice and professional person......and somehow, it went sideways......slowly at first but, VERY noticeable.....as we talked amongst ourselves after our second interaction, we were asking each other if we said or did something wrong or offensive because the tension was palpable........it became very clear in very short order that we were clearly not welcome......and, this place isnt exactly cheap.....an 80 dollar lunch with an unwanted side order of attitude......not to mention, this was a birthday meal experience.......ruined. North Italia is a nice looking restaurant with very tasty cuisine......but because of this experience, we'll never spend another dime at this establishment. Shame on her for having the sheer nerve to act out like that......acting like we were below her and, not worth her time........remember, locals talk and, word of mouth is everything in the Las Vegas area.

I have never had a problem with the service in the past. However in my recent trip the one lady bartender was one of rudest person I’ve ever met.We ordered from her and we waited 30 min and ended up asking another bartender i knew. Once i let her know, she stopped serving us. No apology not much talking. This ruin my image of one of my fav restaurants. I will be surprised if she lasts there for a few more months. Get ur act together!
