They have great fried fish and though the cashier looks sad, he is the best! I believe he is just tired. However he is very helpful and assisted me as I was new. He patiently waited and answered my questions. I didn’t like the tartar sauce over mix of pickle relish but it is tasty as a whole and NOT sweet like most so THANK YOU! The crawfish bites were delicious as well I highly recommend this place

I really loved the food. The FRIESS were CRISP, well seasoned and spicy. The fish and shrimp was delectable! I FINISHED MY WHOLE PLATEEE! Longing for moooreee. And don’t forget about the sauce!! ITS TO DIE FOR! Definitely recommend! DELISH!!!!! ❤️

I just had the most epic dining experience at 7 Spice in Houston! As a first-timer from Dallas, I was blown away by the incredible seafood boils that exploded with flavor in every bite. We stopped by yesterday since we've been craving crawfish. It was noon, and it was empty. Kimberly and Mercedes were at the counter, and they were so personable. They made ordering easy and helped with recommendations. My husband and I had the cup of gumbo, 1lbs of ez pull shrimp and 2lbs of crawfish - hot. My son had the chicken and shrimp pasta. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend.

10/10 we ordered these 3 menu items to go! Chicken gumbo, cajun chicken and shrimp fried rice, red, beans, and rice! Everything was tasty and you can taste the notes of spice! I like how it wasn't overpowered with spice but you can taste the hints of hot. Everything was made FRESH. We are looking forward to trying more of the menu next time!

This is one of our Cajun faves. It's closer at work, and if we crave Cajun foods, all we can think of is 7 Spice. We love their food. I highly recommend it. ❤️👍👍👍👍

The crawfish was juicy and delicious. The Cajun fried rice with shrimp was awesome. The gumbo was good. It's a bit on the pricey side but food was worth it.

The service made me not want to come back. The young man or lady answering the phone was very rude. When I addressed it he or she said I can’t help how you took it this is how I speak.

Luna was extremely rude during my visit. I had a pickup order and simply asked for the bathroom. Instead of responding clearly, she started calling out numbers, which confused me. I asked what that was, and she responded with the bathroom code in a dismissive tone. When I said I didn’t know what she meant, she replied, “You would see numbers on the bathroom door,” in a rude way, instead of just explaining it from the start. This was my first time at this location, and I felt disrespected. I then said, “Never mind, I don’t want to use your bathroom, you’re rude.” She proceeded to say she didn’t know what was wrong with people and then called me sensitive. I told her there was no need for the smart remarks and to just hand me my food. I then asked if I could speak with the manager, and she said they were gone. As a customer, it’s unacceptable to be spoken to like that by the person at the front counter. I will not be returning to this location.

Not sure what batch of gumbo I got tonight but the roux is more like the consistency of soup with what I can only think is dried thyme mixed into the gumbo. But what should have really tipped me off was the rice not being plain white rice. But at least the rest of my party enjoyed their crawfish.

I came in store today and received terrible customer service. There were problems with my food and they didnt allow me to be refunded or remake the food.

Horrible…,shrimp are rotten, they even smell bad…and very mushy like a mash potato…I regret ordering just threw it away 🤢🤢🤢🤮….im a seafood lover I know my shrimp

I ordered shrimp and étouffée, which took an unusually long time to be served. Upon beginning my meal, I discovered a strand of human hair in the food. Although the dish was replaced, there was no apology offered nor any acknowledgment of the incident, which left me disappointed with the overall service response.
