We also appreciate the personal attention we get from the manager, Darrell, here. He does an excellent job. We noticed a great improvement in the restaurant when he started working here a few years ago.

Just wanted to say that Seida was super fun and kind and Daryl the manager was funny and kind too. We felt very taking care of, for sure. The general manager there, Jason, actually taught us how to get the meat off of the bone with the wings. My family loved it.

When I came In, I was greeted and was seated. The waitress was very nice and she made sure I knew about the specials. The food was great ! I highly recommend the fire sticks.The burger was so yummy and juicy. The manager delivered my food and made sure I was happy with the service. Definitely will come again. Thank you for the amazing service and food !! There is a fire stick missing from the plate because I ate it before I took the pic. So delicious !!!

Came in for the game tonight and took advantage of the buy one get one special. I have been craving wings so I was excited. I also got curly fries. There was an incident where the food took a little too long but the manager helped us out. Great customer service and food.

I had a great experience at Brewings thanks to Gaby. She’s a very attentive and alert cashier who works quickly while still being friendly and professional. She makes sure orders are correct and treats customers with kindness and respect. Employees like her are the reason I enjoy coming back!

The first Thing I noticed when I walked in was that nobody was at the front. I had attempted to call the restaurant before arrival and they had not picked up. To be fair it wasn’t that busy so their guard wasn’t up completely. It is a extremely evident that the staff admire and love James (one of the managers). I too had grown a liking to him when he started singing one of the songs that was playing in the bar. Jessica was extremely friendly and treated me with a lot of respect, but BreWingZ is out of its prime. It lives up to its name of being a sports bar by having all different types of games playing on the TVs and having different sports paraphernalia on the walls. They had some extremely outdated ads and posters on the walls however, but I would assume that is managed at corporate so I won’t ridicule them too harshly. I ordered 10 Honey BBQ and 10 BBQ wings. The Honey BBQ was extremely good. One of the most flavorful wings I’ve had in a long time and I could eat 100 more. The regular BBQ was okay. It’s intensity had to be cut with ranch and I was still struggling to eat them. Both sets of wings were dry, but I blame improper preparation or storage. They has a decent crunch to them and even though the meat was dry it was still very tender. Overall if you’re looking for some gourmet wing bar; this is not the place. However it did serve its purpose as a sports bar and it did so very well. And again whereas I wasn’t pleased with the texture of the wings; the flavor was out of this world and so was their customer service

Bad customer service. The person who answered the phone (Linda) was very rude and impatient while taking my order. She spoke to me as if it was my fault that she had to work today. Because of how uncomfortable the interaction was, I didn’t even feel confident picking up my food. I work in customer service myself, and I strongly believe that patience and respect are essential, especially when taking orders. This experience was disappointing and made it hard to enjoy what should have been a simple meal

I had a negative first time experience dealing your to go rep Ashley C over removing a item off my ticket. When addressing the manager he stated he has never heard of that about the rep and processed to take my matter as if it wasn't serious. This was also my first time ordering to go and coming to this restaurant on lunch. I will never be back to due her attitude and her lack of accountability ,when asked how much were items i was paying for. Ashley C and manger who was wearing a red button down shirt should never work in hospitality if this how you let them treat customers. I also think they missed treated based on my race.
