Paik's Noodle is a popular spot for Korean-Chinese fusion, especially known for its Jjajangmyeon and Jjamppong. Customers praise the large portions and fast service, though some find the self-service kiosks impersonal and the food inconsistent.

Paik's Noodle: A Must-Try Korean Gem in the welcome food center plaza. Paik's Noodle, the newly opened Korean restaurant in the Plaza, is a delightful find for anyone looking to explore authentic Korean cuisine. Nestled within the Welcome Food Center, this casual and comfy eatery offers a self-serve experience that is both convenient and relaxing. The menu boasts a variety of classic Korean dishes that are sure to please any palate. The **paste noodles** and **spicy seafood noodle soup** are standout options, both delivering that authentic, home-cooked flavor. The paste noodles are particularly savory, while the spicy seafood noodle soup offers a perfect balance of heat and rich, hearty broth. One of my personal favorites is the **stir-fried sweet noodles**, which taste just like something your mom would make, but with a special Korean twist. The sweet-and-sour pork is another highlight; it’s crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with a perfectly balanced sweet-and-sour sauce. For shrimp lovers, Paik's Noodle offers three different kinds of shrimp dishes, each with a unique flavor profile. The super spicy shrimp with chips is especially interesting and worth a try for those who enjoy a good kick. Ordering is easy and efficient with their self-serve machines, making the whole dining experience comfortable and hassle-free. If you're looking for a relaxed yet flavorful meal, Paik's Noodle is definitely worth a visit.
Very spacious, the kiosks were very easy to order from. The food was delicious and their portions sizes are so big.
Glad to see Paik’s brings in kiosk for ordering. As for food, it’s been always good.
The best Paik's noodle location I've been to! Just with the kitchen staff differences, my experience with this chain restaurant has not been even across the board. My husband I ordered the crispy pork, Jjampong rice, and black noodles with spicy peppers. Sooo good! Portions are huge and we took the rest of it home.
Tasty Korean-Chinese fare Their JaJeong Mein definitely hit the spot at an affordable price
As they said, they’re the best Korean Chinese cuisine 😍 I have been to the first location in Long Point for so longggggg. Finally, they opened another location in Chinatown, which is near my house. I extremely love their Jajnhmyeon and the Sweet & Sour Pork. At this location, you can order and serve yourself. Everything is there for you to get easily. When you’re done eating, just bring the tray back to the station. Their portion is big so bring some friends to share 😍
Paik's Noodle at Bellaire is a fantastic spot for authentic Korean comfort food! Their hand-pulled noodles are the highlight, with the Jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles) and Jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) standing out as must-try dishes. The flavors are rich and satisfying, and the portions are generous. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and attentive, always making sure you have what you need. However, there can be a bit of a wait during busy hours, and seating might feel a little cramped when the place is packed. Overall, Paik's Noodle is a great choice for a hearty Korean meal. While there’s a little room for improvement in the dining experience, it’s definitely worth a visit for the delicious food!
Newly open, Paik’s Noodle is known for its JJajiangMyeon, a receipt perfected by Korea’s celebrity Chef Baek Jong-Won. Ordered via the menu station or at counter, dishes cooked immediately, fast services. Self-service, so make sure you bus your tray after eating. Through its semi-open kitchen, can see dishes cooked over high flame. These flames are what give the flavor complexity. Hard to duplicate without the right stove and hood equipment (not to mention recipe). Its famed in Korea for its perfect Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork its white not red in the Chinese cuisine), and JJamppong. My favorite is its Jeangban Jajang (portion for 2+) and cream shrimp. Tips: For vegetarian, suggest its stir-fried vegetarian noodles. Like that more than the veggie fried rice option. Lots of flavors (sweet, savory, good acidity, hint of wok-smoky complexity); noodle is bouncy and chewy. Not greasy despite so much flavor.
Great food with great portions, this self-service restaurant offers a large variety of authentic Korean noodle dishes!
Clean restaurant with fast food vibes - simple and quick ordering kiosk at the front. Food came out fast. Paik’s noodle has good food to price ratio great and you can really get a good bang for your buck. All I would come here more often if I lived closer. Black bean noodle was 👌. Friend got jjampong and heard that was great too.

ARKAR IS THE BEST! Thank you Arkar for helping me with my order. I really appreciate the understanding and empathy in sorting it out (I 100% messed it up on my end 😭😭).
Paik’s Noodle offers a fusion of Korean and Chinese cuisine. Today, my family tried three dishes: jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and garlic soy chicken wings. The noodles were just okay, not as good as we expected. However, we particularly enjoyed the chicken wings, which were crispy on the outside and well-coated with a flavorful garlic soy sauce.
Heard they opened up a location in Chinatown so decide to finally give it a try since it was close to me. The place was big, clean, and organized. It is a self serving style, you can order from the screen if your paying cash or go up to the counter if your paying cash, and get yourself water along with utilities and extra bowls. I ordered the Jajangmyeon, Jjamppong, and Sweet & Sour Pork. Jajangmyeon was an 10/10 as the noodles were chewy and the black bean sauce was flavorful. Jjamppong was an 8/10 the were the same as the Jajangmyeon but you would have to eat it quick since it does become soggy after awhile but it was flavorful though it had a lot more veggies than noodles. The Sweet and Sour Pork are nice and crispy, I liked how the sauce is served separately so the pork doesn't become soggy, 9/10. Overall the portion were very generous, ordering was easy & efficient, and food was good and flavorful!
Paik’s noodle is a fast casual concept where you order at digital kiosks before sitting down and serving yourself. The jjamppong with meat was lightly spicy with a savory seafood broth. Some sweet notes and a deep umami. Noodles were qq and a great texture. It’s a very large serving so recommend sharing or planning to take home. The jajangmyeong was earthy and not too sweet. It’s a light flavor compared to the punchier jjamppong. I do recommend getting it with meat just to have more protein. Overall a chill more fast casual kind of dining experience. Food was good!
Delicious Korean Chinese Fusion with a Minor Quibble Paik's Noodle offers excellent Korean Chinese fusion dishes! We were blown away by the flavors in everything we ordered. The spicy chicken had the perfect kick, the sweet and sour shrimp was tangy and delicious, the stir-fried Jajangmyeon was incredibly savory, and the garlic soy wings were crispy and packed with flavor. Our only minor complaint is that rice is charged separately. Considering the dishes are already a bit pricey, it would be a nice touch to include rice with the meals. Despite this small issue, the food was so good that we still give Paik's Noodle 4 stars. If you're looking for delicious and unique Korean Chinese food, this is the place to go!

Paik’s Noodles is a decent spot if you’re looking for an affordable meal. I tried the Jajangmyeon and it was okay. Nothing too impressive but not bad either. The portion size was fair for the price, and it satisfied my craving for a quick and simple dish. While the food didn’t stand out, it’s reasonable option if you’re in the area and want something budget-friendly.
Paik’s Noodle felt like a slightly upscale version of Panda Express, but at Panda you at least get more person to person interaction than at Paik’s. It felt insane for the kiosk at the entrance to ask for 18% minimum tip when everything but cooking the food and cleaning the dishes is handled by yourself. It felt very chilly inside and the metal seats didn’t help either. Aside from that the food was alright. The Tangsooyuk was aight; pork was dry and breading was almost inedible for some parts. I got the meat jjajangmyeong and was hoping for delicious fatty parts of pork, but what I got was old chewy nodules of pork. Definitely felt lacking in that area. I beasted the noodles but I’m not sure I’d return.
When fusion goes south, figuratively and, unfortunately, literally. It's neither the best of Korean, nor Chinese food. Avoid the marketing trap! Their signature Jajangmyeon (black bean sauce) noodles lacks depth and merely salty, barely any seafood - go with the regular meat option if you have to try it. The beef jjampoong (noodle soup) fares no better - peppery broth but missing the essence. There are other, well-established Korean places around the area that may be worth the calories and $. The fried chicken wings were the saviour and likely because of the gochujang (red pepper) sauce.

Taste of 😞 😮💨..... how can you serve any Asian food luke warm.... the jjamgpong sauce feels like sitting in the warmer and just pour on cook noodle, even the worst Italian pasta would cook the sauce to incorporate the noodle, this jjamgpong just feels so lazy... and you can taste the laziness, go to H Mart, you can find instant noodle better than this. For the sweet and sour pork, first time i had to pour sauce onto the entree and the breading is so thick, i can't tell where is breading ends and pork begins. This place makes panda express like a Michelin stars restaurant.
I don't like eating at Paik's Noodle in Chinatown. This place looks nice but I felt so unwelcomed. The kiosk order counter is far away from the counter where employees were. The wait was ok. I waited 10 minutes for my Jajangmyeon to arrive. I ordered to go. The noodles and sauce came in separate containers. I guess it's Korean way to eat cold noodles but not this Chinese customer.

Went twice. First time, bought extra rice, and for $3, the bowl was so tiny and not worth the price at all. Second time around, the jjamppong was cooked incorrectly - couldn't figure out what it was supposed to taste like. Almost asked them to take it back for a refund, but didn't want to bother. Unfortunately, whoever cooked it did it wrong. Jjajangmyun is alright. First visit, no customers except us, and second time, two other customers. Very empty, but so cold inside with loud kpop music. There is no service. You order on a kiosk and take the food when it comes out. Utensils, water, cups are all self service. There is a person at a cash register, but not really sure what his job is lol Won't be returning to this location.
I ordered a seafood jjambong without mussels but I did expect that I only get veggie in bowl with little tiny pieces of pork meat (?!) and same price. I went to so many Korean restaurant and they all have squid, shrimp in their seafood jjambong but not this one. So disappointed, will never comeback.

A bit disappointed. In this google page they have a promotion, Spend $50 and get fried dumplings. When i tried to redeem it, they said its only for To Go orders.
