EDIT: I spoke with Jorge today and he assured me that things had been corrected and invited my family and I back. We had a great night! The food was excellent and the service was great. We appreciate Sr Bigotes for going above and beyond for their patrons. This night meant a lot to our family and Jorge took care of us. Please let our waiter know he did an amazing job as well! I hate to do this, but I have to be honest. My family loves this restaurant, but tonight (Feb 16) we had the worst experience ever. Our family was having a rare and special night out with our adult kids and granddaughter. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed like she absolutely did not want to be there. Maybe she was having a bad night, but this was the worst service we have had in a long time at any restaurant. Then our food was brought out and my granddaughters quesadilla cheese was not even melted. There were entire pieces of cheese that were not even beer melted and it was cold. My torta was soggy, unseasoned and only half even had toppings. When I told our server, she seemed like she couldn't care less. The attitude was basically, what do you want ME to do about it? After having our food remade, my granddaughters quesadilla was warm , but had half the amount of cheese. My torta was covered in toppings, but was still soggy and the meat was unseasoned. We spent nearly $100, that doesn't come easy. Usually I'm happy to do so at Sr Bigotes, but tonight, I wish I had stayed at home.

Fantastic food and service! You won't be dissapointed. Delicious food. If you have never had the Birria pizza, try it! Accommodating to requests. Owners and staff are friendly and on their toes. Food comes out fresh and quickly.

Delicious Mexican restaurant in Lancaster. Fun environment with great people and service. Big bar if you want to watch sports or hang out. Lots of seating if you are bringing your family. Quick service and great tasting food. Was recommended the Birria Tacos and they did not disappoint. Couldn’t wait to take a picture before tasting them!

Wow! We were here opening night (Friday, 1/26/24) and they are up and running. It didn't seem like they missed a beat as so many new restaurants do but obviously they have great experience from the original location. The staff, old and new are great.

Good food, cooked well, good portions, good service. But, you're not getting spicy food here, like grandma has reflux and is maxed on her meds so we skipped it, mild. Otherwise is definitely return worthy.

Pretty good place to eat, clean and the service was great. Only complaint is the dish I normally get is supposed to HOT, and while this tasted good it didn't have the heat I'm used to with this particular dish which is "camarones el diablo". Sounds really hot right? Well its supposed to be lol, not so hot i cant eat it but hot enough that it opens my sinuses and makes my scalp tingle. Overall it was a good place to have lunch/supper.

We went here because we were craving tacos. Ordered lengua, al pastor and barbacoa street tacos, as well as a kid's quesadilla meal for our child. The food all came out very quickly and hot! Unfortunately,they were mostly bland without any noticeable seasonings. They were all cooked well and very tender though. Queso dip could have been better as well. We did enjoy the atmosphere and the employees we did encounter were very friendly.

Ordered Barria Tacos, and looks nothing like the picture at all. They threw it together, meat between corn Tortilla. Spoke with the owner and he is proud of the service he provides. This shouldn't be in business if your only catering to "your people" If i could add a picture of this I would, I will find away to speak to someone about this service.
