The place is all the way in the back corner a little hard to find if you don't know where it is. But when you find it try the strawberry banana with the strawberry poppers. The service is great and fast service they are quick taking the order. From the moment you place the order to when it was ready 5 mins max. The place is a nice chill place to lounge and relax with company or to mingle. They have beautiful art work or the wall and it's not to hot or cold in the place. I'll be back 😁

I love a good cup of tea and despite what many believe or will tell you, I drink more tea than any other beverage. I love the countless options for tea and the growing number of establishments I can visit that specialize in tea. One I have tried and liked very much is Kim’s Teahouse, a fun place to visit for tea and food. This location on Mason Road in Katy, Texas features a medium- sized interior that can seat about 50 or so people. It is common to have to wait in line to place an order, due to the popularity and quality of the food and drink, but I have always been able to find a place to sit. The colorful art murals and other features make for a comfortable place to plop down and drink your tea while you converse with others, work on your laptop, or otherwise pass the time away. The number one reason to visit Kim’s Teahouse is for the wide assortment of teas. I like the large display of drinks on the wall and the numbering is good because you can order by number and be assured of getting what you wanted. But don’t think that the glassware you see depicted in the pictures on the wall is how you drink will get served. This is for show only. The drinks are served in large, ordinary plastic glasses with a seal across the top. I have liked every beverage I have tried from here, and that includes everything from strawberry tea to almond cream tea and others. Many of the teas come with added boba, tapioca, jelly, etc and that can make them even more fun to drink, especially for kids. Oh, and if you’re not necessarily in the mood for tea, they have coffee drinks and smoothies, too. With the food, the options are limited, but the snack size is just right for a quick meal. I like the spicy chicken the best, but the egg rolls are also good and, again, they match well with most any drink. The service is quite efficient for a place that is so popular and when I think about everything Kim’s Teahouse has to offer, it easily rates as one of my favorite places for tasty tea and an accompanying snack food, and it’s a place I will continue to visit.

Today was my first time at Kim’s and I really loved it!! The service is good, the girl was so sweet, the boba tea was amazing I asked for the coconut cream tea with tapioca and I was feeling a little wild and I added some mango poppers🤣 It was delicious!! And the gave me my “Buy 10 and get 1 free” card!! Definitely I’ll be back

So good! Been coming for a few months now. They always put a lot of boba/jelly/etc in the drink which I love! I always put crystal boba and another flavor jelly in mine. More for the money. Staff is always very polite. Smoothies are so creamy and flavorful

The best Tapioca in town! I was a faithful customer to their Westhaimer location and I’m so happy they have a location in Katy. I’ve tried Mango, Passion Fruit, Strawberry and coconut smoothies are delicious. So creamy and smooth. They have lots of flavors and variety of tapioca to choose from. The place is super spacious and clean.

Stopped along the way because my kids wanted boba. I really liked the decor. Prices were cheap and the size was more than expected. The taro was sweet but good.

Needed a tapioca tea fix in my area and this seemed to be the closest place, so stopped on in. Been there quite a few times since. Their teas are consistent. Always exceptional. And the tapioca is always just right. Nice and soft. Haven’t tried the foods other than the chocolate chip cookie yet, but from what I’ve experienced so far, definitely recommend this place. Stop in and enjoy!

Spacious for a boba cafe. Taro smoothie & blueberry ice cream smoothies were good but the 100% sweetness is sweeter than I prefer. Not super-sweet but 80% seeetness would be just right. Plenty of parking.

The shop offers a wide drink selection and spacious seating. The drinks were decent—I tried the Oolong Cream Tea with Herbal Jelly, Oreo Cookies & Cream Smoothie, and Vietnamese Coffee.

Won't recommend and won't come back. Drinks were very bad, I just had one sip and couldn't even drink more, they added just a bit of ice so the drink was warm, which made it worse. All the group requested drinks without sugar and they were extremely sweet and weak flavor.

I’m a regular & really don’t like to complain. I don’t understand what’s going on at this location. Every since I’ve made 1 complaint to the manager in the recent past & it was a valid complaint. All my orders have been horrible. I ask for medium spicy popcorn chicken. I either get home from work with extra salted popcorn chicken, extra greasy popcorn chicken or extra dry tasteless popcorn chicken. What has changed? My name is Sampson. I placed an order today* and your food was NOT editable & garbage.
