My partner and I recently dined at 14 Stories, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a spot that combines a sophisticated atmosphere with top-tier gastronomy, this is it. ​Every dish that arrived at our table was a masterclass in flavor and presentation. ​I began with the Chestnut, which was rich, earthy, and perfectly seasoned- a glorious start. My partner, opted for the Artichoke velouté, she described it as incredibly silky and delicate. ​For the main course, I had the Sea bass. The fish was cooked to perfection with a crisp skin and flaky, moist center. Across the table, the Beef Wellington was a standout; the pastry was golden and crisp, while the beef remained tender and succulent. ​What elevated our evening from a great meal to a memorable event was the service. We were looked after by Emran, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. He ensured our glasses were never empty and timed the courses perfectly, making us feel truly valued as guests.

As usual 14 Stories delivers for an event. From preplanned to the day itself, they cannot do enough. The venue is just stunning. Staff are amazing and a huge personal thanks to Emran. Nothing is too much. So thank you.

Very nice meal out for dinner. Very close to Fenchurch Street, very nice location and view on Tower Bridge and the Shard. The team was very nice and welcoming. The food was great from start to finish, the meats cooked to perfection. It was an excellent experience!

Really enjoyed our lunch for our second visit here. Excellent service from Robin. Good advice on a great wine and just enough attention to make it special. Food was v good especially dessert.

Undoubtedly best scenic view restrurant. Warm wellcome by reception. Very good food specially surprised for Wellington still i the menu normally run for Christmas time. Special thanks to Emran for giving us a professional service and well known knowledgeable person ever i met in hospitality sector. Will be back soon

The place is wonderful! Food was absolutely delicious, we had steak, lamb and tartare and they were done perfectly! This was probably the best tartare I have ever had! The desserts were incredible too. The size of the portions is perfect too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you 😊

Ended up here by off chance, garden and views above great, don't waste time waiting elsewhere. Bar had a lovely relaxing vibe. Staff very attentive but definitely not intrusive. Had a couple of drinks and shared a cheeseboard, we were talked through the cheeses and the order they advise you to eat them( never encountered that before), well worth the money and the recommendation.

I've been traveling a lot for work lately and I was feeling pretty homesick today. I saw steak tartar on the menu and decided I should check this place out. I didn't realize it was on the 14th floor and would be playing house music! Loved the vibe. Upscale dining, amazing views, creative cocktails, and incredible food. I ended up skipping the tartar and went for the filet with mashed. After few guava grooves, I had the chocolate aero for dessert. Constantine and his support staff were absolutely wonderful. I had an wonderful experience and the view was gorgeous. Helped me get out of my funk and would absolutely return!

We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it was absolutely amazing. Restaurants like this sometimes compromise on food, but everything we ordered was genuinely delicious -fresh, flavourful, and beautifully done. What made the evening extra special, though, was the people working there. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed. A wonderful experience from start to finish! Highly recommend!

We went for the 3 course brunch menu for £45. We were expecting small portions but everything was delicious and the portions were great. I had the salmon rosti, lobster roll and the crème brûlée. Really good value, great service and lovely atmosphere

Everything about this place is amazing! The food, the ambience, the decor, the service - robin in particular is so lovely, knowledgable but so friendly. Best restaurant in london

Great place with a laid-back atmosphere and really solid food — everything felt thoughtful without being pretentious. The evening went smoothly, and the staff kept things friendly and easy. The real standout, though, was Massimiliano, the sommelier. He has a calm, confident way of suggesting wines that actually fit what you’re looking for, not what sounds fancy on paper. He checked in just enough to help without hovering, and his picks tied the whole dinner together. He’s a big part of why the night ended up feeling special. Everything was exceptional, from the service to the food to the cocktails. We ordered the jerk quail as a starter. For the entrees, we had the octopus as well as the sea bass. Yenel and Amzad were our amazing servers! We’d recommend this spot for a cute date night or special occasion.

Had a amazing time eating at the 14 stories restaurant, we went there to celebrate a birthday and they made it extra special for us, giving us like complimentary snacks from the chef and a lovely glass of lemon chello to finish off our meal. The steaks were excellent and cooked perfectly, one of the best steaks in London. Not also the best food but the atmosphere too is breathtaking. Will 100% be coming back, thank you for the experience 🙏🏻

I have genuinely had the best meal i have had for a very long time. Asik’s service was honestly incredible, He consistently throughout the entire night made sure we were okay, gave us a drink on the house and even a happy anniversary board, he is an asset the this business. Amazing experience. We went for Valentine’s Day and it was wonderful. All the staff were phenomenal. And our server, Asik, was fantastic. Definitely recommend to a friend.

I couldn’t ask for a better dinner. Everything was perfect. Our server was attentive and on-top of everything. They even moved us to a table with a better view for dessert. Amazing all around.

Absolutely loved being there for a celebration. We got the 3 course bottomless brunch and dare I say it, it was one of the best ones I have had in the last few years. The whole experience was made even better because of our amazing server Robin. We definitely would be heading back soon.

We had an absolutely amazing experience! It was our first time at the restaurant and from start to finish, everything was perfect. Alesia and Roby went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their attention to detail, friendly attitude, and professionalism made all the difference. Definitely 5 stars review! Top restaurant for me in London as of right now, there wasn't a single thing that I didn't love. The flavors, textures and quality of ingredients was incredible, exceeding experiences I've had at Michelin starred restaurants. Everything was packed with flavor. I even tried dishes I normally don't enjoy like tartare and raw tuna and it was like magic, not sure how else to describe it. The beef Wellington was incredible of course, I had the sea bream and the fregola was perfect in a creamy lobster sauce. I'd say the dish that really blew everyone's minds was the pineapple dessert, we've never had anything like it. So many different flavors all working harmoniously. The sorbet had a powerfully tart punch. Everybody loved it, such a unique take on a dessert. The decor and service were all impeccable as well, can't wait to come back.

I visited 14 Stories in 2024 to celebrate my birthday and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing, I genuinely felt like a special guest. The staff were sophisticated, attentive, and very knowledgeable, which really elevated the whole experience. The rooftop views of London were stunning, and the interior was just as impressive; beautifully designed, elegant, and very aesthetic. It was a beautiful rooftop dining experience, not just for the views but for the overall atmosphere too. It is on the more expensive side, but for a special occasion we didn’t mind at all. We didn’t go overboard and spent around £65 per person, and everything was beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. The place was spotless, well presented, and it was clear the staff take real pride in what they do. We managed to capture some gorgeous photos, and I was even surprised with a small birthday dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’d absolutely love to return and really indulge in the cocktails and explore more of the menu. I’d highly recommend this for a more sophisticated occasion — whether that’s with friends, family, or for a fancy date. Definitely a memorable experience.

5 of us went for brunch here, the service is a high standard, drink refills are offered and delivered promptly when your glass is empty. The food is high quality, was nice to see different variations of classics and try different things. The area on the roof gives you great views of London, just a shame it’s was raining 🤣

Beautiful atmosphere and the food was lovely! Celebrate my Mums birthday. We were served by Arafat who was very friendly and welcoming. He looked after us keeping the bubbles topped up for our bottomless brunch. Would definitely come back again!

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel truly welcome with his warm smile and professional attitude. The service was outstanding, well-organized, and attentive without being overwhelming. Manager Emran ensured everything ran smoothly and personally checked that we were comfortable and satisfied. His leadership clearly reflects in the team’s excellent hospitality. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, with breathtaking views that made the dining experience even more special. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We visited 14 Stories post Valentine’s Day whilst my brother was visiting London! We had the brunch menu and the food was exquisite! Tasty and really good portions as well. Service was exceptional! Asik, the server was always on top of our needs and just have a vibrant attitude. Mood, lighting, the view of London skyline and general ambience was the right amount of quiet and relaxed atmosphere that we were hoping for. Loved it and definitely coming back

Amazing experience at 14 Stories. The food was excellent, full of flavour and beautifully presented, and the cocktails were outstanding , easily some of the best we’ve had. The service truly made the difference. Alessia and Stefano were fantastic: friendly, professional, and very attentive without being intrusive. They made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after throughout the whole visit. Great atmosphere, high-quality food and drinks, and exceptional service. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back.

We had the private dining room for my husbands 30th birthday. The whole team were fantastic from booking, pre-planning and right through to the hosts on the day. Robin was our lead host and was attentive, friendly, professional but also very personable. We were never looking around for someone, Robin was always there at the right time. His colleagues who also came in serving drinks and food were also brilliant. Overall we had a fantastic afternoon & was topped off by a great team. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

recently visited 14 Stories on Fenchurch Street. The ambiance is absolutely five star, with stunning views and a really elegant atmosphere. However, the food was only average. I ordered the sirloin steak and unfortunately it was very chewy, to the point that my jaw actually hurt afterwards. On the positive side, the drinks were excellent, especially the cocktails, which were very well made and enjoyable. Overall, it is a great place for the setting and cocktails, but the food did not match the same standard.

I've had to drop a rating for the service here because unfortunately the security and both the hostesses that I dealt with were extremely rude when I initially arrived. Eventually the hostess on arrival became more welcoming but the hostess as we left ruined the vibe again....Shame. The waiting and bar staff however were really nice. The drinks were lush and service was quick. We had a table by the window so could see tower bridge and the shard. The venue/decor is really nice and was warm. Great place for date, drinks or night and dinner with the girls. It's part of the evolve rewards collection so do sign up to the loyalty programme if you do go. Dinner menu didn't seem that appealing at the time so we just ended up sticking to bar shacks which was good enough.

Had lunch with client here. Nice place and great atmosphere in the restaurant. Client was impressed. Food was tasty and priced to match. Staff were very friendly and service was very good took a little long but we entertained ourselves. Afterwards took in the views from the rooftop. Great place to go on special occasions.

The restaurant is a lovely place to visit, with a great vibe and a beautiful location. The food was superb, delicious in every bite and uniquely crafted, making it a standout dining experience. However, the service did fall slightly short. My girlfriend and I visited for our anniversary and felt somewhat neglected during our meal whilst others around us were cared for. Some of the basic service elements you would typically expect in a restaurant of this calibre were lacking. We had also requested a window seat in advance, and although some were available, our request was not accommodated. While I understand seating is not always guaranteed, it would have added something special to the occasion. That said, the overall vibe throughout the restaurant is very pleasant, and the seating in general is quite nice so didn’t disappoint too much. In summary, excellent food and setting, but a small letdown in service. Rating: 8/10

Food was tasty and good size portions. Great view! The atmosphere was good due to people dining there. On arrival and leaving had the most miserable receptionist who attended to us. Waiters were very attentive so notably didnt question service charge. However could improve with listening to instructions or taking notes. Kept offering sparkling water but our preference would have been still water! Double check billing charges as very confusing on water, cocktails and hefty service charge being around 30% but not the best top services provided from start to end! To the owner/manager, please instill this for improvement as you have a great location for people to spend but not by unnecessary charges? Must look into this. Also train the reception to be welcoming to be friendly and warm. First impression always counts!

The location and design are undeniably spectacular: perched high with panoramic views and styled like an elegant sky-garden full of lush plants. It’s one of the most beautiful restaurant interiors I’ve experienced—perfect for a special occasion or Instagram moment.Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the surroundings or the price tag. Presentation was impeccable and plating was thoughtful, but execution felt safe rather than exciting. Flavours were bold on paper yet somehow muted on the plate; nothing felt truly innovative or memorable. I’ve had equally (or more) satisfying meals at simpler, similarly priced venues.Everything was perfectly edible and technically competent, but nothing “wowed” us or justified the premium.Verdict: Come for the breathtaking view and atmosphere—absolutely worth experiencing once. Treat the food as secondary and manage expectations (or lower the budget by visiting for drinks only). Beautiful room, average fine dining.
