This is a great resturant that makes very good home style Chinese Food. The price is the best price in the area and I would suggest you try them out to see for yourself. I love this resturant and they deliver pretty fast. Thumbs Up On This One👍💯!
I ordered food from them, it is cheap and good. R The delivery also took place really fast. I'll definitely eat here again.
This food is one of best take outs ever! I really like boneless spare rib with pork fried rice
By far the best Chinese take out I have ever tasted in my 33 years of food reviews. No one can do it better than here.
I love supporting local mom and pop shops, this is your typical chinese fastfood takeout spot and they get the job done quickly and the food has never disappointed me.
I Order from here at least 2 3 times a Week, I love it, my regular half chicken an chicken an broccoli is amazing, Astorias own Sun Wah, Thank you guys!!!.
i have been a loyal customer all my life & the food has always been delicious, the sauce is the true ingredient to its delicious taste. 10/10
So good. Had the bbq spare ribs the other day and general tsaos today. Solid Chinese food spot. Great portions.
Steamed dumplings, roasted duck with rice. So simple, but so tricky for so many people. In the takeout box, looks were something truly deceiving. Piping hot dumplings the size of my fist which warmed me to my core, and bone-in duck whose first flavour that hit me was 5 spice, followed by soy sauce, and with the most polite hint of onion and garlic. This is more than just midnight food, or food for a breakup. This is some place special. My compliments to the chef; simplest is always the best.
I love this place. My local goto Chinese food takeout restaurant. Super fast delivery and they literally never disappoint. I hope this place is open forever. The shrimp dumplings are great as are the fried wings and pretty much anything else I've ever ordered. Long live sun wah.
This is now my go-to Chinese food spot. Every time I order my food here the quality is always 10/10. Open fairly late at night, no minimum payment to use a credit card, and the food always comes out delicious. Looking forward to coming back soon.
Great food great people. The few times that I’ve been there in person it’s amazing to see the connection they have with some of their customers.
A friendly fresh and moderately priced neighborhood Chinese restaurant They’re here to help and make you it as you like it
THIS IS THE BEST CHINESE FOOD PLACE EVER!!!!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THERE WAS A REALLY GOOD WORKER I THINK HIS NAME WAS STEVEN AND HE WAS VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL (very cute). I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS PLACE (especially for Steven). THIS PLACE IS THE BEST.
I eat here often, here are their top tiers 1) Chicken wings 2) sautéed broccoli 🥦 with brown sauce over white rice 3) Veggie Lo Mein! Savory, large portions and regulars are treated well!
Super nice people! Gave me some free chili oil and it was delicious.
I love their boneless ribs with fries and extra bbq sauce
Food was delicious, big fan of the mapo tofu if you like a little ma la spice. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The cashier there is a real hotty. I believe his name was Steven if I am not mistaken. Food was great but I'd go back there just for Steven. If you happen to stroll by this place, please stop by and request for Steven. He will give you full service ;).
Your typical Chinese small eat in takeout. Chicken fried rice had lots of chicken and egg rolls were delicious. Must be that different Chinese cultures have different versions of fried rice. This rice has a high moisture content and the rice is yellow but it was still delicious.

Typical Chinese takeout delivery restaurant. It has all the regular dishes. I like the chicken lo mein and pork egg roll.
Pretty good though fairly generic Chinese food. Beef and broccoli, wonton soup, good egg rolls - basically what you'd expect from a good Chinese takeout spot in NYC.
The food was good, I gave four stars but I would have given 5 stars but the delivery man had a nasty attitude and wasn’t nice at all. Maybe caus e I only tipped him 2 dollars but that’s all I had in cash . But yeah he made me feel uncomfortable, like he was judging me
Was working in the vicinity and needed a bite. Looked clean and was the best of the options near by in my opinion. Staff was attentive and hospitable, food was decent and priced reasonably. I would eat here again and also try other menu items.
The people get straight to the point when ordering. There’s no messing around. Still looking for my Chinese staple but this isn’t bad in the meantime. Good soup, bad dumplings.
I keep on asking to make my chicken crispy and tell them multiple times and they still make my chicken soft . they don't care for customers
everyt time i go in here its allways the same story a guy is sitting on a tabe who works here staring on you and then i ask question and i dont see any food in the kitchen at all and i see the menu prices are up to date meaning not less or more than other places and then i place an order and as i am reaching for the money to cop an attitude with me asking me"do you want the food?" excuse me are you going to pay for it now? this is about 2 minutes after i tell them to hold on for a second ,why did the guy sitting on the table all of a sudden run into the back of the store so i say do ya knows wut? im otta here again this is like the 3rd time i walekd in and they pulled the same number on me/ yes i have eaten here before the food is OK a bit greasy but im no gonna pay up front if they treat me this way anyways im sick n tide of deez hos
I ordered chicken lo mein, jumbo fried shimp and shrimp rolls. The chicken lo mein was like spaghetti with chicken thrown in with carrots and soy sauce stirred in,, the fried jumbo shrimp was good at first until I tried the next it was olde or refried, the shirmp roll i have not tried due to the fact that they also look burnt in olde grease l called and explained the situation and they hung up on me
Very poorly prepared dish, a bunch of brown tasteless salsa over mainly chunks of onion, few shrimp and thin strings of meat? Called trying to explain the issue, all I got was an screaming stubborn guy that refused to offer any solution. This dish looks more like soup than "chow mein special " . Don't waste your money.
I ordered pork fried rice. When i got home there was no pork in my rice. Let me make it clear. It was a little few pieces
My soup was water and the ingredients. The lo mein was so sweet I dont want to eat it. The easiest things where the worst. Never again.

They kept delivering wrong food, and didn't wanna exchange or refund eventhough my actual order is more expensive than what I got. And Chinese short hair lady there is extremely rude-kept yelling at me and never say sorry about wrong food.
I made an order to go, I gave them tip. Noodle was tasteless, chocken was nasty, had a rotten smell. Asked for a replacement or refound and they started to argue with me. They refused, told me just throw away if I don’t like it.
I was charged $6 for a small French fry and they put it in a bag.
The delivery guy ALWAYS has a NASTY ATTITUDE problem when he delivers to me. I always tip and I’m polite to this guy but tonight is the last draw! I will no longer order from this place. FU!!!!
0 star for this place. People, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Close this place down Order by phone.... NEVER CAME! Decided to grab some food on the way to class since they’re right next to the 36 Ave train station. I found a roach in my food along with a long strand of black hair. RUN RUN RUN Believe all the reviews about this place having pest
Dont even try! Very bad service! We ordered and they never came! They cancelled the order and charged my card! Worse chinese in astoria. I found out friends of mine had similar problems!
Ordered delivery. Twenty-five minutes after I ordered the restaurant called me to tell me they are canceling my order because I’m too far away. I live 1.6 miles away. By bike it takes 12 minutes.
The WORST chinese food I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY WHOLE LIFE...besides taking an hour to deliver even though im like 7 mins away ...the food was the worst , rib tips were like rocks ..old ..the chicken too ..old ,and tiny wings, the rice had no flavor at all ...even my kids were so disappointed ..they love chinese food ..its just that the people we always buy from are on vacation for like a month ..now THEYRE THE BEST ..."FRIENDLY RESTAURANT" something like that ...
Delivery man wouldn't even allow us to check our order prior to payment. Upon checking the food at the dinner table we got an entire incorrect order. Called them to rectify but the lady was so rude and wouldn't even let us talk and then hung up the phone. What a waste of time n money. Why doesn't Google allow us rate these businesses with a 0 star. These people were so unprofessional I have nonidea how they got the rating they yave
Crab Rangoon were minuscule and didn’t even taste like anything was in them. General tso was okay. Rice was meh. Service was excellent though.
Dried rice and 2 pieces of beef . The chicken was not even cooked just extra sauce . Will never order from here again .
I ordered honey barbecue wings and these mfs left the feathers on the chicken don’t order from here and they don’t cook their shrimp well
Very disgusted with the supposed steamed mixed veggies and brown rice. 1) The veggies weren’t even steamed. 2) the brown rice is HARD. 3) For the AMOUNT I paid for everything I shouldn’t have to write such a disappointing review!!!
Awful, awful food. Disgusting vegetables, pale and wet rice and chicken soaked in sauce to the point where it looks like electric eel slush. Avoid at all costs.
The food arrived fast. It was everything that I ordered. That was great; however, there was hardly any meat in the pork fried rice or the egg foo young. I had to tear apart the omelettes and rice to find any pork. Also, the bbq spare rib tips were extra dry and hard, and super sweet. It was like trying to chew syrupy wood. I forced myself to eat what I could. I ultimately threw away half of the meal and 95% of the rib tips. My son, however, did enjoy his beef lo mein and egg roll. I won't be ordering from here again.
Apparently their chicken chow mein is a chicken and vegetable stir fry with no noodles (also very lackluster) which was very surprising. I went back and thought they just got the order wrong but they insisted that this was it and if I wanted noodles that I'd have to reorder the lo mein special. I took the L because I didn't want to argue with them but I'd be wary about ordering online and from this place in general. Food was mid.
Horrible customer service. They charged me 2 dollars for a drizzle of bbq sauce on my chicken. Then when I was putting the ketchup on my fries she grabs it out of my hand and puts it on my chicken which I didn’t ask for. If you like good service this isn’t the place for you!!!!
The cashier lady who is working now around 7:00pm 4/2/25, was only nice and friendly with the white people who came before me. She was smiling and saying thank you. But me as the asian guy, she wasn’t too nice and just gave me my food without even looking. That’s passive racism.
I went there last night to grab dinner. They have a grade pending which should have been a clue. I had the chicken wings and fried rice with an egg roll. I was throwing up all night. This was all I had eaten so I am positive it was them who poisoned me. Highly upset and never eating there again. Just trying to warn somebody else.
