Tayler was very polite and professional. Excellent customer service and very kind. I was with my two kids and it was difficult for me to bring the food to the table. He kindly brought the food to our table, when it's not even his job. He also brought kids toys to play. He made us have a great experience at Manlius Bking. We would definitely return in the future. Super good service, super quick but kind of expensive. For two medium meals I spent 24.99. It’s in a weird location being that it's right after you turn off the intersection.

Manlius has a friendly and personal Burger King because Manlius has a friendly and personal feeling too it. Locals work at the Manlius Burger King, and that transforms the joint from a fast food joint into a more cozy chamber with a community touch. Nice and clean and surprisingly located adjacent to the historic downtown.

Lines moved super fast. Prices are good. On the main road so best to get into on one side of the road. Busy but not overly so

This Burger King has the Impossible Whopper. Great vegetarian option that really tastes like the real thing without so much fat. For an even lower fat sandwich just orde with no special sauce or mayo and add ketchup and mustard.

Made everything exactly as I wanted. Very friendly staff. Clean floors and tables.

I've only ever been through the drive-thru but the people are always kind, I've always gotten my order (correctly!), times are usually always quick, and the people are always kind. Only thing I would change (which is obviously nobody's fault) is make an easier alternate way to get out of the parking lot lol.

This is a nice sized place with comfy seating just great for taking a work lunch. The staff is always on top of their game so once you order, the wait isnt even noticeable! You'll be chomping on that flame grilled goodness in no time! Another big plus is the public restroom that isn't locked or needs a code! Keep up the great work King!

My Experiences to Burger King in Manlius is really awesome, because it's well known for their Atmosphere and space for people to roam around, and their families too, Their service is great because they are always there to bring us a smile, and always there to help us too

Of all the BKs I’ve been to, I think this one is the best so far. (Note: I typically order online and pick up in the drive through). Food tastes decent for fast food, the customizations are always accurate, and I always get everything I ordered. The same cannot be said about the majority of fast food places now. Prices aren’t amazing, but that’s not under their control as far as I’m aware. Entering and leaving is tough as there is quite a steep slope towards Fayette street, which is also frequently busy.

Love Burger 🍔 King. Onion rings are my favorite not to mention the taste of their grilled burgers that are the best. This is one of those places that you can't go wrong with. It's been a main staple for years. Don't forget to have a good milkshake Chocolate, Strawberry or Vanilla.

This is one of my favorite Burger King restaurants. It has very fast service and I've never had a mistake on an order. The workers are consistently friendly and helpful, and very patient. I don't visit that often because it's some distance from my home, but it's a great treat when I'm nearby.

We dont do fast food often. We came for ice cream on a hot evening. loved the prices and the Ice cream machine was working :)

Have you ever heard about the among us burger? If you go to a local MC Donald or Burger King and order the day special burger, say to the cashier: "this burger lookin kinda sus!" The cashier will then trade the day special burger for the Among Us burger limited Imposter edition.

It's just like any other burger king nothing special or new about it had good service and the food is ok just like any other time you order.

It's pretty much what you'd expect from a well run BK. Standard new decor, restaurant is clean and well kept, service is prompt and accurate.

Friendly service at a busy location. Clean facility. Parking can be tight during peak meal times.

Standard for what you would expect from a Burger King. Easy to spot off the road and can easily get back on road. Service was as expected.

It's like most other BKs. This one did seem above average in most respects. Clean, decent people working there, with an overall friendly atmosphere.

Only really ever use the drive through. Fast efficient service. Have had to wait a couple times for chicken sandwiches to be made as they weren't ready at the time.

Fast, friendy, Good food (taste not health lol, although is bet that they are healthier than similar fast food places) their fries are way better than Mcd thicker and crispy. They have a much much bigger menu than Mcd as well. Hot dogs, onion rings, icee's. And they use real food, when I go there I don't have to worry that I'm eating ground up tires or whatever taco bell cuts their meat with these days. Plus you get a pretty darn big burger 🍔 when you buy something off the main menu (not dollar menu).

It's Burger King. You know it, you don't mind it, it's always about the same. Definitely a large improvement over past visits now that they've added the impossible Whopper. That thing is delish! It always seems to be fresher and far better quality than the usual burger

One Burger King is much like another. I used to live nearby. One difference I noticed between the Burger King and others was that during the day, I would often see two young mothers meeting there each with a young child in tow. So, a kid friendly place. Trivia -- about 1990, before I moved nearby but would drive by from time to time, they had a significant fire which caused them to close for many months.

It's a Burger King so it's decent. It's in a nice area and from the drive through it looks like a clean and tidy place. For that I give it 4 stars. Be careful tho cause the Chicken Sandwiches are stupid expensive. Otherwise a nice burger joint.

Better of the BKs I've visited over my years on this planet- would be 5 stars if it wasn't for their impossible parking lot/drive through that some how has a side street feeding into from rear. Quality n cleanliness n SWSmile is all there though

guy in drive thru was rude and would let us look at the menu before asking us five times what we needed. After we said one minute please, food was hot though.

Fast food is becoming way to expensive. Haven't been here in a year and suddenly it's 30 bucks for three sandwiches.... I'll go somewhere else and at least eat healthy

The Whopper continues to be the king of fast food burgers, even if Burger King fries consistently rate as the worst. One would think BK would have figured out fries by now, but know. I'll say I've gone exclusively to onion rings just to avoid the fries.

Today I walked into bruger king, the air was surprisingly warm but still crisp. I go in hoping for some jalapeño poppers but was sadly dissatisfied. Let me tell you what happened. The lady working the counter had no tolerance for anyone. I kindly ask for a #7 meal and want to replace my fries with the jalapeño poppers. “No” she exclaims. Why not I say. “Because fries can only be substituted with onion rings” ok we’ll can I not have the meal and get the poppers as well? We are not serving them at this time. I am fuming. But I keep it inside as a proper human does. Later I forgot that I wanted sauce so I politely ask for some. “Fine she says but it will be 11 cents next time” and slams it on the counter. Bad customer service but it was the best fast food meal I think I’ve ever had.

The staff seemed really friendly. The inside cleanliness of the restaurant has something to be desired and I've went through the drive-thru three days in a row looking for those cini minis and they didn't have them.

The food is consistent with any other B.K. This particular store seems to to be slower than others. Each time i visit they aren't always able to handle all cars in Queue. As a result, one has to pull up to an area to wait on the order. Defeats the purpose of a fast food drive through. The moto of B.K. used to be have it your way... well this store sells frozen orange Fanta slushies for 1 dollar. It comes in a small cup. I asked for two of these slushies and wanted them put into a large cup. I was told they only come in small cups and I was asked to by a large soda and pour it out and use the large cup any way I wanted to. At the window, I simply asked them not to put the soda into the large cup. I would not call that having it my way. Lol.

The attitudes (or rather lack thereof) here gain then a star. Accuracy is hit or miss, and the management seems very inexperienced at times. The morning crew seems to know more about running the place than the store management does. Still, everyone is super friendly here and even if they screw up my order, it’s with a smile so I guess it’s ok?

Customer service would be a negative 1 . I ordered two kids meals and waited 8 min . The team lead manager in the all black was the ring leader of the rudeness . I received 3 nuggets instead of 4. And no French fries …. I ask her can I get the fourth one she says. Maybe it fell on the floor or in your bag … I said ITS NOT in the bag I can show you . She then turns the other way . The girl from the back cooking walked up and said I can give you some sorry . ….. I waited 8 min for an incomplete order with NOBODY IN THE LOBBY

Hot fries today burger was maybe warm, was asked to hold in the middle of our order 2 times lady asked to wait before swiping our card so we could give her a coupon but she didn't wait!

Tonight I ordered three grilled chicken sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes, with NO mayonnaise. When my son brought them home two of them were so drenched in mayonnaise the buns had to be discarded, and one of those had no lettuce or tomato. Only one sandwich was done the way I'd ordered. Very disappointing. Too bad because the chicken was well cooked. PAY ATTENTION, FOLKS.

While friendly helpful service. The hot chicken wrap I ordered was drowning in sauce. I literally couldn't pick it up. If I had opened it and looked before I left the restaurant drive-thru I would have certainly asked for another one.

Drive through . They didn’t have coffee so they poured hot water through already used grounds . Cup of coffee lots of grounds in it, they’re not going to make a pot of coffee at 7 pm but they ll sell you one. Never stop there again

Today I went there and was grossed out. A young girl was restocking the paper cups that hold food (onion rings, fries, etc) she fumbled and some of them fell on the floor. Did she throw the ones on the floor away….:: nope she stocked them for your food young teenager but still should have known better just throw them out next time 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Fountain machine inside was spitting out black mold/ black mold looking things into drink. Told workers nothing was done but I was given another black mold infested drink from inside. Either way (inside or from behind counter) you’re getting a tainted drink. They didn’t do anything to fix this ( like cleaning or putting up a sign to show customers that they’re getting black mold), was treated like i was stupid for telling them about this and what they should do. One of the only nice workers there came and handed me a drink that wasn’t infested but I was still not willing to drink it. She admitted they haven’t cleaned ever. Don’t usually make bad reviews but a team lead and a manager didn’t do much and just seem to want a paycheck and not have to do their jobs.

Recommended to repair the drive-thru road, potholes, damage to cars, staff attitude and service are very good！

Ordered a large onion ring last night around 7:15. Container about 3/4 full and there were about 5 complete rings in it - the rest were scraps and pieces. The entire order was lukewarm and soggy. Obviously made long before I got there.

I normally like going to BK for breakfast but the one in Manlius sucks. If you use the drive up window because your on your way to work and just want a coffee...they refuse to put sugar and cream in your coffee. Why the hell would I use the drive up window if I have to pull over to put in my own sugar and cream. What s bunch of idiots. And these aren't kids working behind the counter. They're just a bunch of lazy people who don't know a thing about customer service. And age was the manager! Carroll's enterprise should be embarrassed about the crappy service at their Manlius location. I'll go to Dunkin' Donuts just down the road from now in. Ugh!

I had to put one star only because it won’t let me leave a review. A week ago I took my grandson for lunch he had a kids meal I had a whopper meal. My grandson dropped his burger on the ground as soon as he got it. I went up to the counter to ask for another one which I offered to pay for. I asked the manager, who was extremely rude , if I could possibly have his hamburger because my meal was getting cold I had waited at least five minutes. She told me I had to wait my turn because they have to do the orders as they take them. I noticed where they were cooking it was extremely dirty french fries all over the floor squashed. I will never return to this restaurant and I have told all my friends about my experience and they will never eat there again.

Don’t bother asking for cheese on your whopper, they won’t add it anyways. The “add cheese American” tag will be on the wrapping of the cold burger and still not have cheese. This is the 5th time I’ve asked, and the 5th time I have been disappointed. I will drive to another location instead. Never again.

Service and speed have declined significantly over the past year. Average order is over 10 minutes, whether it's waiting to take my order, waiting on an item in my order, etc.

drove 15 minutes to get 2 impossible burger meals, get back home and only 1 burger. their response- come back and we'll give you the burger. thank you but a half hour round trip just to correct your mistake. unacceptable, we won't be going back to burger king, there's too much competition to choose from! Sent my 7 son to grab another bbq for his nuggets and the lady behind the counter told him he needed 40 cents. You can draw your opinion as to why I am giving them a one star.

Just left from there: Our order included 2 BK Double Stackers with non sauce and 1 spicy chicken sandwich. Both of the BK double stackers HAD sauce on them and the chicken sandwich was NOT spicy. On top of that the entire staff this evening appeared and VERY MUCH SMELLED like they were stoned out of their minds. Horrible. The only thing they got correct were the drinks…kind of….all of them didn’t even have the lids put on all of the way….

1.5 stars. App is super slow and buggy. It wouldn’t let us add cheese to the whopper, every time we clicked add cheese it wrote no cheese. I always order no ketchup because I despise it and twice my sandwich came smothered in ketchup with none of the other toppings I ordered. The Impossible burgers are cooked to dry as a bone or burnt. The round bun for the chicken is so much better than the huge dry sesame seed bun. With so many people allergic they should do away with them or make the bun swappable.

SO I'm inside waiting at the counter for like 5 to 10 mins. A Mgr asked someone to help me as I had a mobile order which I had set for drivethru but then had to go inside to use the rest room. The lady tells the manager yep be right their and proceeds to go to the stock room grab a sleeve of cups and proceed to stock her drive thru area before even pushing the 2 buttons they need to push to get my order cooking. I actually had to go around thru drive thru as that's the priority. Not counter not mobile orders drove thru. Drive thru is always the priority because you guys keep times and yell and complain if they are to high meanwhile orders inside are taking 3 to 4 times longer. I go to this store all the time. And I am sorry to say today they earned the one star. Sad. Freaking sad how fast a store can go down the drain with only a few shity employees, crew and managment alike. Shouldn't ignore customers, and certainly shouldn't be rude after you just pointlessly made the person wait almost a half hour for what is supposed to be fast food. I will be reporting this to corporate to hopefully avoid this store turning into a dump like many others around. Sad, so sad. Not even worth trying to get food from these people anymore.

Then cont to throw dirty looks and shake her head because she was inconvenienced. Then gave my grandson his milk just milk completely frozen and smelled funny. One and done for me. Never again

If I have to give zero star for this location, I would. It’s 4:50 PM - November 17th 2025. I came for picking up for DoorDash. The employees knew I was at a counter, but they ignored me and they gave me order with bad service. Come on guys it’s end of 2025. 2026 is coming soon. If you cannot work in this industry, get another job. Thank you!

I never write reviews about anything, ever. This is the first review I’ve ever written, and it will probably be the only one but I’ve had enough of this location. The food is fine, so 4 stars for that but the one woman that works there is why I’m writing this review. She works nights, older, glasses. Yes I’m writing a description because I want her to know that this review is about her. She is ungodly rude. I go there semi frequently because my brother in law loves BK (🙄) and asks me to stop all the time. It’s almost always at night, so I always have the displeasure of having to deal with this woman. She’s rude the second you pull up to the drive through, immediate attitude. She’s rude when you pull up to the window as well. Not even an attempt to be friendly or kind. It honestly pisses me off even more that I work in customer service and work with the general public as well, and even on my worst days I have never treated a customer the way she treats me every single time I go through the drive through. Why the hell are you working at a fast food place that sees thousands of people, if you’re just going to be miserable and rude? I think she should move on to a different job, or work in the back where no one has to be subject to her miserableness. The last time I went in, granted it was like 20 minutes before they closed, but oh well, deal with it, it happens in literally every establish that deals with customers, but she was extra rude, and that’s what prompted me to write this. I’m absolutely sick of going to places like this and being treated this way by people who ARE CHOOSING TO WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE! And this is coming from someone who also works in a restaurant. I sincerely hope that she reads this review, because I know if someone wrote a review similar to this about me, I’d reevaluate my job or change up my attitude. You make people feel bad. Find a different job where you don’t have to deal with people, or stop being so damn miserable.

After I pulled up to the drive thru, the woman at drive thru kept me waiting for a solid two minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I told her I had an online order, I could her scoff through the mic. I go to the window to pick up my order and she was still RUDE. How about you don’t work your job if you can’t be friendly in a high customer service industry?! Coming from someone who has worked food service for OVER a decade, I would NEVER.

The staff at this location is absolutely fantastic-always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food is fine too. My issue is with Burger King’s app deals. I used the “buy one, get one free” chicken sandwich offer through the app, thinking I was saving money. Later, I realized their regular in-store duo deal (like two for $5) was actually cheaper. On principle, that feels deceptive. A deal shouldn’t cost more than the regular price. I expect more transparency from a company this big.

WARNING, DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! I WAS SOLD A DRINK WITH A CONTAMINATED OBJECT IN IT (APPEARS TO BE BLACK MOLD). INSPECT YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO CONSUMING. i stopped at this location and bought a value meal. long story short, I found a golf ball size piece of plastic in the bottom of my cup. this object appears to have black mold in all the crevices. I reached out to management only to be left on hold for 15-20 minutes then hung up on and when I was able to talk to a manager, she was very rude and unprofessional. she refused to give me her name and said she didn't have time to assist me. I reached out to the district office and corporate office and never heard back from anyone AND IT BEEN OVER A WEEK. I was eventually contacted by the manlius manager who was very nice but seemed to brush this off as no big deal. her explanation was it must have fallen off the dispenser. if this came from the dispenser, this location should be shut down. this object looked like it was pulled from the trash. it makes me feel sick to know that I consumed something with this object soaking in it. I use to eat at this location 1-2 times a week and I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANY BURGER KING LOCATION AGAIN. there is no way to contact anyone locally or national for BURGER King and leaving multiple messages and not hearing back from anyone is beyond aggravating. for the record I did not want a refund or a free meal, just some explanation of how this happened and to be reassured that there would be some kind of disciplinary action for the way I was treated. I would not recommend eating at this burger King or any for that matter. when something happens at any business, you should be able to contact someone in upper management but not bk.

Ordered ahead of time in the app to pick up at the drive-thru. Only a couple cars in front of me when I got there, but it was still several minutes before I got to the speaker. The person in front of me actually left without ordering because of the long wait. By the time I got to the speaker, the line of cars was all the way out to the street, posing a safety hazard for traffic. When I identified myself, they told me to pull up to the window, and it was several more minutes because there was one car in front of me at the window. When I got to the window, they did not have my order ready, they had somebody else's food, so there was apparently a miscommunication and I was asked to go pull up in the parking lot. By the time I got my food, it was 25 minutes after I had originally placed the order. I understand mistakes happen but this long delay is completely unacceptable, especially since it was not a long or complicated order. Pretty routine stuff at normal lunch time hours, there's no excuse for the amount of time I had to wait for this food. If Burger King is having trouble hiring qualified talent, maybe it's time for them to increase wages to get qualified staff.
