When Carole Bayer Sager wrote, “Nobody Does It Better” perhaps she was referring to the Melting Pot. Recently my wife and I dined at the Melting Pot in Farmingdale and witnessed teamwork making the dream work. Kudos to our Server, Mr. Nicholas, Manager Mr. Danny and the General Manager, Andre Neyrey. The coordinated synchronization of their efforts created an extremely memorable evening for my wife and I. Each of the four courses of our meal was a star-studded presentation to behold. All the food was fresh and delicious. Although the restaurant is approximately fifty minutes from our home we cannot wait to return with our friends and family.

I had the most amazing dining experience at this restaurant. It’s such a great mixture between an experience and food, I came with my boyfriend and we had the greatest time. We decided to order the best of Farmingdale, which you can substitute items out if needed, and got the Four cheese fondue, Caesar salad (with amazing pine nuts I believe), Coq au vin cooking style for all the various meats, and the Oreo fondue dessert. Our server Kelly was over the top amazing, and not only explained the menu to a very detailed extent, but also even made conversation with us and made us feel extremely comfortable. We sat at a table with a fondue plate, she warned us about the heat which I appreciated that it gave off and as well told us about the estimated cooking times for each meat, pasta, vegetables and shrimp. I recommend the Four cheese fondue as it was my favorite part and definitely coming here for the dining experience. It’s a little pricy, but most definitely worth it. As well, Kelly was kind enough to bring us out complimentary chocolate covered strawberries to go since we were celebrating an anniversary. I would 100% come here again and recommend anyone this location! Also, loved the decor ! Inside it’s so private for each table and has a modern look.

My hubby and I have been here quite a number of times, and this place is hands down the best restaurant we've been to all around. The staff, the management, the ambiance, the food, everything is top notch. The last two times we've been here Sonmir was our friendly staff member! It wouldn't seem right to call him a waiter. We talk, we laugh and he is just an awesome part to the huge family that works at the melting pot. One of the new staff members, Tom, also stopped to talk to us for a moment and he was awesome and friendly. Also, I hope he finally gets to taste the awesome food that the melting pot has to offer! I would recommend this place to every and any one. We came here for our 4th anniversary tonight and it was just the absolute best. We're making this our once a month treat!

I went for my 21st birthday dinner with my family and it was amazing. Food, atmosphere, service, everything!! Especially our server nick. He was so kind and made the experience so much fun! 10/10🫶🏻🫕🥳

My wife has been wanting to go here for quite some time. We finally made it. I wasn't sure what to expect. The restaurant was clean and our server was fantastic. I knew we would be dipping stuff in cheese with the long forks, but I didn't realize that we would be cooking our entree's in the fondue broth. I guess if you're into it, it's the way to go. Overall, we had a great time:)

Place for cheese lovers and not only🙌 love their fish and meat selection. And of course be ready to cook everything yourself with good instructions from waiters.

Went here for my son's 18th birthday and wow! This was a very unique and delicious experience and our party of 8 were all first timers. It's a little pricey but in my opinion, well worth it! There were 3 glass top burners in the middle of the table...you start with 3 different cheeses 🧀 of your choice (we did Wisconsin Cheddar, Bacon Gorgonzola and Spinach Artichoke. As it heats up, there are platters set down all around, with all different breads, apples and veggies for dipping. Next they swapped out the cheese for cast iron skillets and a French wine based vegetable broth in a pot to cook our entrees (different meats, seafood, vegan and create your own options) with various dipping sauces. We all had different ones...chicken, pork, filet mignon, sirloin, vegetables and shrimp. Soooo good! 🥦🥒🍄🥩🍗🍖🦐 Lastly and the BEST part was dessert. 3 different chocolates - we did the original, which is peanut butter and chocolate, white chocolate and s'mores, which was a graham cracker, milk chocolate and marshmallow combo lit on fire for that campfirey 🏕🔥🍫 goodness! More boards brought out - this time it was rice krispie treats, waffles, marshmallows, blondies, brownies, pound cake, fresh fruit...it was outrageous. The bananas dipped in The Original chocolate fondue was my favorite! You can go there for the full experience or just dessert or just fondue. My son only turns 18 once and it was his choice. So glad he picked this hidden gem. Our server Stan was patient and explained everything to us as we were clueless. He brought out a little birthday plate for my son and I didn't even ask! You can make reservations through opentable or call directly. Either way, you need go there for an overall excellent dining experience! ***Round 2*** Went back 10/8/21, this time for my daughter's birthday and once again, it was unbelievably good. Unique dining experience. Staff is welcoming and well trained. The Cheese fondue is offered in different cheeses. The main course can either be grilled or dipped in a broth. FYI This requires cooking your own food. Lastly the chocolate fondue also has different choices and was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

My wife and I go to the Melting Pot every year on our anniversary! This year in particular was our greatest experience due to waitress Marie giving best in class service. We received champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and an anniversary plate. We also got to spin the St. Jude wheel and won a cool prize!

We arrived at about 1pm there and they were just beginning to host two separate parties. Without reservation we were able to be seated promptly in a nice quiet area. Lovely middle of the day meal.

If you’ve never been to Melting Pot before, you should add this to your bucket list. This place makes a fun date or as a night out with family and friends. The menu may be a bit scary to look at first, so we decided to do their 4 course meal which includes a cheese fondue appetizer, salad (their melting pot salad is AMAZING. Dressing is kind of like honey mustard), a main dish (4 different types of ways to cook, we picked grill), and chocolate fondue. All the appetizer and desserts were unlimited (meaning as long as there’s still cheese and chocolate fondue left, you can order as many brownies, fruits, veggies as you like). Also, the service is a definite 5/5. Our server’s name is Morgan and he walked us through everything with so much patience. He always comes by asking if we need more food to go with our fondue. We also loved his sassiness!

I just went here for the first time and will definitely be back! Our waitress, Lauryn, was extremely patient, attentive and helpful. The baked potato cheese fondue was exceptional and I was pleasantly surprised that you could get additional, complementary dippers. Our dessert fondue was equally fabulous. Wonderful food and service and a great experience overall!

This is where we had our anniversary dinner. Craig provided us with excellent service. The ambiance was excellent. The appetizers, drinks, and dessert were our favorites. This was our first time at this restaurant. We really had fun.

Was pleasantly surprised. Had never been to a Melting Pot. This place was awesome. Got the Cajun seasoning with beef chicken and shrimp. You don't think you get full until you're full. Drinks were good too. Highly recommended.

I went to melting pot with my family this past Saturday and had an amazing time! The food and service were perfect and I loved the Wisconsin cheddar cheese we got. Our server Tyler was amazing and made our experience perfect. We will definitely be recommending to have him next time we eat here. 10/10 for the experience and the service.

I recently was diagnosed with a gastrointestinal condition where I have severe dietary restrictions. Every year my fiancé and I go for our anniversary. Even though I was not sure if I could eat I still wanted to go. I told our server Blake about the restrictions and he was unbelievable. He made sure that every course was modified so that I could have some of it. He went above and beyond. The care and concern he showed I have never experienced before. I cannot praise him enough. I did not have any issue with what I ate and know I have a safe place I can eat in future.

A great way to spend Valentine's with your date. On this day they had a four-course meal that included a cheese fondue appetizer, salad, eight types of proteins, and chocolate fondue dessert. The waiters are very attentive and explains everything to you in detail. I love the booths because the walls are kind of high and you get a nice secluded space and you won't see other customers if they see you in the back booths. The food is great but can get quite pricey but I think it's worth it on special occasions.

Wow, all these years and I always drove by but never went in, my husband took me there on a date and i must say it was the best time, we got one thing of food to share and trust me it was plenty!!!! The waitress was such a sweetheart she got 50% tip and i wish i knew her name to tell you all to ask for her because she was truly a delight, a nice waitress, good food and my favorite person in the world (my husband) made for a very happy aimee in the end

The Melting Pot is a dining out experience unlike most others. Particularly because you are preparing your own meal. However, it is never the same experience because there are so many variations to try and experiment with. If you are looking for a dining experience that also has a sense of adventure this is the place for you! Vegetarian friendly meals as well!

I came here for a birthday event and it was amazing. The first time I even heard or been to this place. The food is incredible and so is the service and the employees. Everyone is amazing.

It was our first time visiting Melton pot. We wanted to try something different to celebrate a birthday. Our server Geraldine quickly explained how the experience works and made some suggestions for our menu and we set off cooking. The complete dinner for two with the fiesta cheese and the Coq Au Vin cooking style was delicious and too much for 2. The night ended when Geraldine bought a little birthday surprise for my friend. Marvin the bartender is absolutely amazing. He literally saved our Valentine’s Day dinner. We’ve travelled the world and he is equal in skill to 3 star Michelin restaurant bartenders or Four Seasons mixologists in the most pristine deserted islands. I’m not even exaggerating. He is literally a gem for the Melting Pot of Farmingdale. Ask him to craft any cocktail based on your preferences and he is your man. Paired with fondue the experience is perfection. Love the new renovation too! GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! Ask for Marvin!

My family comes here for every celebration and we love it. The staff is always so phenomenal and friendly but this year Paige really stood out. She was so accommodating, kind, and personable. She made the dinner even more lovely than usual. Thank you for making every celebration so special!

I’m not a review person and seeing how few I write them should tell you just how important this review is. Had stopped in for a treat and walked out with an experience. Our waiter Nicholas M. was AMAZING! Super friendly down to earth and had us laughing and left us with the tremendous urge to return for more. This is the second anniversary that my husband and I have spent celebrating at the Melting Pot. The food is amazing, the service is fantastic, and we had 2 different managers check on us. I HIGHLY recommend the Melting Pot in Farmingdale.

We went to the Melting Pot and ordered the “Big Night Out Dinner for Two”. My husband surprised me with having roses and petals put out on the table. We haven’t been out for a true date night in a long time since having our daughter, so he wanted to make it special. Lauren our waitress went above and beyond to make the night special. My husband had the semi-private table for us, and it was very romantic. Lauren made sure we had everything we needed. She explained everything to us and was very knowledgeable. I got to take home chocolate covered strawberries too, and even the flower vase. I really couldn’t say one bad thing about the night and we both left very full. The seasonings and spices were perfect, and it was overall delicious. I would gladly go back for a special occasion!

I celebrated my second anniversary with my boyfriend here, and it was a truly magical evening. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and welcoming. When they found out it was our anniversary, they surprised us with a special dessert, wishing us a happy anniversary. It was such a delightful and unexpected gesture. This place is not only a restaurant it is an experience. We were here for 3 hours through the 4 course menu. We came for my boyfriends birthday and it was amazing. I love that they have the option for a full vegan choice as well. We went with the protein menu four course and it was so fun and delicious. I loved the fondue cheese, the salads, the meats and veggies in the broth and I loved the chocolate fondue the most. We got the celebration dessert with the sparkler. They also have weekday specials and occasions where they can put roses and candles on your table. It was so amazing I would definitely come back. My husband and I have come here many times for anniversaries, birthdays, date nights, and we always have a pleasant experience! We truly always look forward to coming here. Normally it’s a once or twice a year thing because it is pricey. But we find it worth it. The food is always good; our favorite is the fiesta cheese and s’mores chocolate fondue. The yin Yang martini is amazing and the Oreo cookie martini is really good as well! We always request to sit fireside and they have no problem. They give you adorable decorated plates with frosting if it’s your birthday or anniversary. I am always so full after leaving I feel they give you a lot of portions and always offer more dippers for fondue. It does take us about 2 hours give or take when we get the four course (which we’ve never not done the four course lol) so if you’re looking for a quick sit down dinner this is not the place to go because it’s really about the experience. The first time we came here we didn’t realize you kind of cook your own entree.. but it really is a nice experience like I said if you’re looking for something fun and different to do that is. But I guess I can see that’s not something everybody would want to do when they’re planning to go out to eat. I will admit there’s been times service is a little slow in between courses (but this also leaves time to digest. LOL) and if we’re waiting on more dippers - if I had to say anything sub par- but service has always been friendly. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Highly recommend. After hearing such great reviews, my boyfriend and I decided to try it out for our late Valentine’s Day date. I believe it, it was well worth the money. All of the staff was so accommodating and kind. I’m dairy free so I ordered the vegan cheese fondue. Shortly after I had ordered my waiter told me that they were out of it but someone was going to run out to go and get some more. Honestly was heartwarming that they would ever do that. Many places I go out to eat tend to give me a hard time about my allergy. However this place made it a pleasant experience. They assured me as well for what food and sauces/dips I was able to have. I forgot our waiters name but he was so friendly and well knowledgeable about the menu items. All the booths are private which was nice. I will definitely be returning. Food was delicious, definitely a wonderful time and experience. For those who’ve never been keep in mind that you will be cooking your own food but it’s so much fun!! I also believe the portion sizes for all the food was the right amount for a 4 course meal.

Came here for my Birthday! Service was great! I love the atmosphere. Lights were very dim for a romantic setting. At first I was a little nervous coming in not knowing what to expect. But the waiter gives detailed instructions on how to cook your food! Place is pricey but well worth it.

My fiance and I went here for date night and had a great time! Our server was Marie, and she was so friendly right off the bat. She had great customer service skills and we enjoyed her company when she would pop by the table. Next time we come, we'll definitely recommend having her again if she's there! We had the flaming turtle for desert which was delicious, and the traditional oil for dinner. The oil worked well for the garlic pepper steak and the dry rub pork, but not so much for the filet. We'll probably choose another cooking option next time we go back. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to another date night here again when it's colder out!

Went to The Melting Pot for the first time on a date with a wonderful man - it was incredible. The food was delicious, our server Nicholas was funny, kind, helpful, and very attentive and both managers also came to check in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed. Service was prompt, everything was taken care of for us, we were never left waiting for more than 3 or 4 minutes for anything we asked for. My date treated us to the 4 course and there was nothing that wasn't perfect. The Love Martini was also delicious and paired well with every course, especially the chocolate (We picked Rocky Road - not disappointed in the least!) - I'm not a very frequent drinker, but I loved this cocktail! Both of us enjoyed the evening and the experience. The seafood was perfect in every way, the salmon was tender, the shrimp were sweet, the tuna had a wonderful flavor and texture and even the vegetables were fantastic. Will definitely be returning! Absolutely grateful for the amazing date night we had thanks to the staff. (Don't miss out on the pretzel bread with the cheese course! So good!) All of the sauces were good, but the food was delicious even without them. Highly, HIGHLY recommend for any occasion. They checked if we had any allergies just to be safe twice, once when we arrived and once at the table. All of the employees seemed to be really happy and enjoying their job, which only made the experience better. Very happy with the meal, the service, and everything else!

Surprised my wife for her birthday by going to this restaurant. Again we had a wonderful experience. We had the same waitress Destiny that we did in November 2023. Yes she was that good that we remembered her. She hasn’t changed. Congratulations to her again (she knows why) Aiden helped Destiny out and he was just as awesome as she was. We told both of them we just became grandparents and they were so happy for us. The ambiance of this restaurant is awesome. We were in a private little booth. Awesome experience eating here. Our only complaint is I paid really good money for three roses. By the end of the meal they were wilting. When we got home we realized why. No water in the little vase. They also left the sticker on the bottom of the vase. It was purchased in DOLLAR TREE. And once again, for their managers, DESTINY AND AIDEN WERE INCREDIBLE. From November 2023: Took my wife here to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. I paid for their romance package (forget what it is called) table was covered in rose petals, and there was a rose on the table for my wife and chocolate covered strawberries. Our booth was secluded. The food was fun to eat dipping, cooking it ourselves. We thought it was romantic and fun and had a great time. Large groups…not sure how it would work.

I was here the other night for Valentine’s Day and while the wait for our reservation was a little long (expectantly) they totally made up for it by offering everyone unlimited free wine while we waiting. I was to give a special shout out to our waitress I believe her name was Kristin or Christina I’m so bad with names but she was an absolute ANGEL!! You could tell how overwhelmed all the waitstaff was due to the restaurant being so packed and guests complaining about things out of their control. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Supy at The Melting Pot is a whole experience! From the second we sat down, he had the best energy so friendly, funny, and just genuinely such a vibe. He made everything feel effortless, kept us laughing the entire time, and somehow managed to be super attentive without ever hovering. He explained everything perfectly and made sure our food and drinks were on point all night. His personality totally lights up the room. Honestly, he made the night 10x better just by being himself. If you ever come to The Melting Pot, ask for Supy as your server. He’s that good! The food was amazing, but he’s the real reason we’ll be coming back!

I had the best melting pot experience of my life tonight! This was my first time at the Farmingdale location. I’ve been to the melting pot in several other states, but not here. I don’t often write reviews but I really wanted to shout out my waiter and his service. I believe their name is Supy. He was so kind and truly made this memorable. We had a lot of questions about the menu and he was very informative and knowledgeable :) My friend and I drink a lot of water and Supy was always right there to refill our water, which was VERY nice, and is one of the most important aspects to me of good service. I only goto the melting pot once a year, but because of our amazing experience tonight, I will be back very shortly! Tonight was my boyfriend and I’s 3 year anniversary, and the Melting Pot made it so sweetly special. Where do I even begin? Our server Paige was a sweetheart. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and we chatted every time she came over to the table. She went above and beyond to give us the best service we have ever experienced at a restaurant. I’m not even kidding, I’ve never had an experience at a restaurant quite like this one. She gave us champagne to celebrate our anniversary which was so so kind, it made our night. Management as well went above and beyond, coming over frequently to check on us and make sure we were content. When you tell them you’re there for an occasion, they really take it seriously, it’s so heart warming. Everyone wished us a happy anniversary. All in all, they made my anniversary so special that I know I’ll be remembering it for years to come. We’ll be back next year absolutely- if not sooner!

The Melting Pot was amazing. First time experience and I already can't wait to come back. Our server Nicholas was phenomenal. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and has a wonderful sense of humor. The floor manager, Danny, checked on us as well and gave us a complementary glass of champagne for celebrating our anniversary, which was so unexpected and sweet. They make an amazing team! The food is also incredible. We did the 4 course option which is totally worth it! Everything had unique and well developed flavors. Not just a good meal but a great experience. Went to this location for my birthday and was taken care of by the BEST waitress ever!!! Her name is Paige, so for when you go next time, definitely request her. We had a gluten allergy at my table and Paige made sure there was absolutely no cross contamination, and even went out of her way to accommodate us in every way. She’s extremely sweet and helpful. Definitely made the experience so much better. It’s so nice to actually go to a place and get amazing service like we did from Paige!! The flaming turtle fondue was also delicious 😋 100% recommend the food and the service !!!

He asked us if we were celebrating anything, when we shared it was our anniversary, he brought us a plate with writing on it as well as complimentary champagne. We recently dined at The Melting Pot with our cousin and his wife, and it was an unforgettable experience. Despite having 7:30 reservations, the place was packed when we arrived. Although we had to wait about 15 minutes for our table, the manager graciously handed out complimentary champagne to those waiting in the lobby. Once seated, our waiter did a fantastic job explaining the menu and the unique fondue dining experience. Since we had a table with two burners, we chose different styles. My wife and I selected the Big Night Out Dinners for Two, we selected the Loaded Baked Potato Cheddar cheese fondue, Caesar Salad, Melting Pot Signature Salad, a Big Night Out Entree, and the Mojo cooking style. For dessert, we were thrilled to find out they still offer Bananas Foster Chocolate Fondue as a secret menu item a must try for anyone visiting The Melting Pot! Our cousin and his wife ordered The Complete Fondue Experience for Two. Their cheese fondue selection was Classic Alpine, followed by Caesar Salad and Bacon & Bleu Spinach Salad, and their entree selections were Steak Lovers and The Classic with the Court Bouillon cooking style. For dessert, they enjoyed the Pure Chocolate Fondue with dark chocolate. Overall, everything was delicious, and the food quality was excellent. The fondue experience does take around three hours, or possibly more, if you like to take your time. It’s 100% worth the wait and a must try for any fondue lover.

Came here during restaurant week! We made a reservation via their website which was very convenient and it offered add-ons to make the date even nicer! We arrived 15mins prior to our reservation time and was seated within 10mins. The server's name was Marissa who quickly made her way to our table and introduced herself. She was fantastic and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. We decided on the restaurant week menu. Started with the spinach and artichoke cheese dip! Then we had a wonderful ceaser salad. For the entree we got the New York (filet mignon, chicken, shrimp and lobster tail) Special and The Long Island (chicken, shrimp and marinated steak) special! They came with a nice selection of veggies!!! AND THE DIPPING SAUCES! PLEASE, let's not forget about the dipping sauces. They had this gorgonzola/bleu cheese dipping sauce that was EVERYTHING! Finally we wrapped up with the cookie butter crunch with milk chocolate dessert fondue. Everything was great and I can't speak high enough of Marissa and the service!

First time experiencing The Melting Pot. Service was great, super friendly and explained everything in detail, including giving us recommendations. I think the only downside is is portion sizes. The pictures the company shares online can be misleading making you think you have a full pot of cheese. You do not get a full or even 3/4 of the way up fill of fondue, both for the cheese and chocolate. It's more of halfway to less than half. You're leftover with a lot of dipping pieces but no fondue to dip it in. I think across the board they need to fill fondue pots much more than halfway. Otherwise the flavors are nice, the hot pot is good, and chocolate fondue is sweet.

Went to try this place after hearing good things about it the service was amazing we had a great waitress very informative and friendly the food was good the cheddar fondue was amazing as well as the raspberry dark chocolate the only down side is I just wish there was more food for the money I paid for like I could eat 2 of the cheese fondues and like more meat with the entree I don’t mind cooking it myself cause I can make it the way I like but I just wanted more food left there wanting more if you would give more food this is easily a 5 star place

It's a fun nightbof dining over boiled meats and melted cheeses. I would definitely recommend as a "first date" experience. The staff was extremely attentive an even the manager Matt stopped by the table to say hello.

My daughter asked to go here for her birthday. I liked the look as we walked in. It wasn't extremely busy, so the atmosphere was relaxing. The waitress was nice and informed us how things worked since it was our first visit. There was a lot of time in between table visits, I wasn't sure if they just gave us time to relax and eat, or it was bad service. The cheese fondue was very good! Surprising to me, fruit and cheese are tasty. I had the Californian salad. The entrees had a good variety and styles. By the time we got to the 4th course, I was pretty full, but couldn't turn down dessert. Again, a nice variety of chocolate fondue to decide from, and the plates came out with a choice of food to dip. While I did enjoy the experience and the food, I do think $66/person is just a little expensive. I'm on the fence if I will visit again.

Our 2nd visit. First visit was a birthday dinner. One of our favorite birthday gatherings ever. With multiple burners, everyone was 'forced' to mingle and speak to whomever was in that area. We remarked during the dinner that apart from an occasional picture, not one person had their face buried in their phone! Our second visit was 'date night'. It was much more intimate and I highly recommend it. On both occasions our wait staff was amazing. They explained the menu clearly and answered any questions gladly. They carefully explained the cooking process and times and made recommendations regarding the many dipping sauces. Stacy in particular was fun and friendly. He seems to really enjoy what he's doing and it made the experience even better.

Overall, I think this was a fairly positive experience, but I don't know if I would personally eat here again. If you're a fondue or cheese lover, I absolutely recommend this place. Service was totally fine, our waitress was pleasant and answered questions we had. Food arrived to the table also timely. The experience of making / dipping the food is something I enjoy, but I know a lot of people might not enjoy having to cook their own food here. Keep that in mind before coming. Food overall was very good! Lots of options, and flavourful as well. My complaint would be the cost, this is not a cheap date out. I recommend coming here with lots of friends, splitting the bill can bring it down. Overall, a pretty neat and unique place. But not something I personally would do more than once.

The food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed all the food but especially the cheese fondue I wish we had two more! Had the cookies and cream with milk chocolate for dessert and it didn’t not disappoint! The service was a little slow but the server was helpful. They asked 4 times if we were celebrating anything (once while making the reservation, once while confirming the reservation, once seating us, and once at the table) but didn’t do anything special like another table I seen that was celebrating a special occasion.

Reservations are a must at the Melting Pot and the restaurant is not open for lunch. We requested a quiet table and were seated in a nice booth in front of the fireplace. Plenty of cheese varieties to choose from for the appetizer fondue. We picked the grill option for the seafood and meat entree, which was great. It was entertaining and we were able to cook everything exactly to preference. Finally, the dessert fondue, featuring fruit dipped in chocolate. It was definitely a fun experience.

Tonight was the first time melting pot. Was given a $75 gift certificate from a friend and finally took advantage of it. Was quite an interesting place. Pretty huge inside with plenty of tables and private areas to separate from other patrons. Service was impeccable. Morgan was our server and was quite attentive and excellent. All the food is pretty high quality but portions are small for the money you pay. The only good thing is you don't walk out feeling stuffed and will probably never need a doggie bag. We ordered a cheese fondue for two as the appetizer, we each ordered an entree which has to be cooked by yourself, we each order the salad and two cocktails, one each. With tip it cost me an additional $70 on top of my gift certificate so you do the math. Almost $150 for two and it really wasn't a lot of food. It was worth it for the unique experience but I doubt we'd be back.

It’s time for a revamp and 3 hrs for a full experience has to hurt the bottom line. Sadly the place is starting to fall apart, our table was cracked in half and I kept scrapping my elbow. Plates stacking, drinks not coming consistently, food separated to far apart in between. Waiter was extremely kind and accommodating but for $500 that was a lot for being your own chef.

I am sorry but the restaurant can’t get more than 2 from me. Usually I am quite generous with my ratings but I was very clear to the manager that I have no other choice and here we are. The 2 is for a simple reason that you have to make your own food which would not be a big issue but where are the instructions folks. The waiter basically gave us ingredients, told us which sauces they were and disappeared. Where is the supervision where are instruction on what to pair with what. I am sorry i didn’t go to the culinary school. That’s why I am going to an expensive restaurant so I can be surprised with all the amazing combinations that a professional can create not for me to do it. Bigger disappointment was that the manager came (I didn’t ask for manager by the way) and kept on saying they were supposed to explain to you. Now here, how about you do something, a discount (not about money it is about a gesture), something like let me get you something or why not let’s do this again but the right way. I wasn’t gonna ask him, he should have known. When he apologized for the third time I even said you can apologize until you are blue in the face but what does it do for me. Nothing. Oh also, told the waiter the drink was awful. No reaction, in any other restaurant they would have replaced the drink. I am sorry guy but someone needs to send you to hospitality school. The two star the get from me are for the salad and the desert.

This is THE place to go for dinner if you like paying to make it yourself. It was very expensive for a mediocre dinner. You really go for the fondue experience. The appetizer and dessert was more impressive than dinner. If you have never done it before I would say try it but go for dessert not a meal. This place is good for a group or for aa date night. I have tried it twice but I don't know if I would be back again.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Valentine’s Day was supposed to be a special, memorable night, but it unfortunately turned into a nightmare. I completely understand that it’s a busy holiday….lots of reservations, nonstop calls, and high demand. I come from a family that owns a restaurant and I’ve worked in one myself, so I truly get how hectic it can be. But poor service and carelessness are things I can’t just overlook. We arrived a few minutes early to check in and were told we’d only be waiting a few minutes. Instead, we waited nearly half an hour while watching other parties who arrived after us get seated first. When we asked about our table, we were told we were never checked in…. even though the same person we were speaking to had checked us in earlier. That felt extremely unprofessional. Once we were finally seated, the service didn’t improve. Items that were part of the “mandatory set menu” weren’t brought out at the proper time… we actually received our starter right before dessert, which made no sense. While we were still eating and cooking our food, we were asked three times within five minutes if we were done and if they could clear our table. It made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Meanwhile, other tables around us weren’t being pressured in the same way. When I asked for water, our waiter brought us the pitcher of water and was questioning as to why there weren’t no cups on the table… so he left to get that but didn’t return for about 20 minutes, without the cups or water. We had to flag down two other servers to get assistance. At the same time, we noticed nearby tables being regularly checked on by their waiters. Overall, we felt rushed, overlooked, and treated differently from other customers. Valentine’s Day is supposed to be a special night with someone you care about. My boyfriend chose this restaurant because he’d had great experiences here in the past and wanted to take me somewhere nice. Instead, the service completely ruined the evening. The poor service was also unfair to my boyfriend, especially considering how expensive it was and how much he paid. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food itself was actually good. Unfortunately, good food cannot make up for poor service and a disappointing experience. Restaurants should aim to make customers feel valued…. especially on a holiday centered around creating meaningful memories. We left feeling disappointed and upset. We may come back on a less busy day, but as of today, I really feel like this place ruined my experience here and I honestly don’t have the desire to come back anytime soon.

This is just a rebranded "hot pot" restaurant. The only different is the cheese and chocolate at the end. The food is okay at best as it’s way over seasoned or not seasoned at all. It’s definitely not worth the price or the wait time. Just remember that you are paying for an experience, not the food. If you can past all of that then, the service was actually pretty nice. Compare to Korean bbq or hotpot, the service presents the items you will be given in an orderly fashion and goes over how everything works. Servers and bussers were friendly and went above and beyond. If you want to try this restaurant, do it because you want to experience something different than a normal sit down, but don’t come for the food.

Service was very slow. We had to go look for our server and the manager ending up taking over. The manager also forgot about us and we had to look for him twice to get our check. He was chatting at the bar both times and then forgot our receipt that we asked to be printed. We were a party of 4, only had cheese and chocolate fondue, and was there over two hours because they were so slow. I would not recommend this restaurant.

December 6, 2025. I went there for the first time for my birthday. There was four in our party. This is the my experience. The service was exceedingly slow. We sat at a four person table near doors and windows and you can feel the outside coming in we were freezing. It started where we only got utensils for three people and three menus. One of our party got up and went to the service area and grabbed utensils and napkins, so we could have some. The menu was not easy to read and not easy to understand if you have been there before. Also, you couldn’t Choose what you wanted to dip in the cheese. When we got the tray half the stuff on the tray, I didn’t like it would’ve been nice to be able to choose what I could have for the cheese dipping. We asked for plates so that way once we dipped our bread It would not go all over the place. When The waiter finally came. I had to ask may we please have plates? I was told they ran out of plates and we were using the paper napkins That were grabbed so that way the cheese went all over the place. There was no plate to put your dipped food that you got from the pot. In between waiting long periods of time, it was hard to get a refill on a drink, and the weight staff didn’t even bother to offer any refill on drinks. You had a really pointed out to them. Half the night I was thirsty beyond belief. Also, it would’ve been nice to have the choice to have the food cooked for you back in the kitchen and bought out if you didn’t wanna cook it yourself specially at a table that only had one burner for the melted cheese. Other fondue places have it where you can have a split pot more than one cheese and they bring cooked food out for you where you can choose what you would like on the plate for dipping, but they don’t even offer that and you got to cook your entrée yourself. For the prices they charge you should at least have decent service plates to eat off of instead of a paper napkin. Not to mention at the end of the night, a clean bathroom where you don’t have toilet seat liners, and toilet paper all over the floor; also a broken stall lock. The sink was stopped up and soap was hard to find and located far from the sink. After we paid the bill …the waiter says oh I forgot she bought out a nice firecracker and sung happy birthday which was a nice touch but it was after the meal was already over. There was a large birthday party in the next room. I don’t think that would’ve went over real well if that happened there. The firecracker was a fun, nice touch.but three tiny rice crispy treats??. Brownies would’ve been a better touch or something more appropriate especially Bad for a place that makes these prices and the service was bad. The weight staff was nice, but I would not go back there again. There are other fondue places where you have better options ,choices and will cook your food in the kitchen where you don’t have to cook it for the same price. I love that my family wanted to give me something Fun for my birthday and I said thank you, but I would not go back there. They really need to do something about their menu and they need to have the options of cooking it back there in the kitchen. I took my daughter and her friend here for her 18th birthday. All together there were 5 of us in our party. The restaurant is nice in its decor. The round booths are nice and promote conversation with the whole group. The service was great. Our server was pleasant and polite and explained the way the menu works as well as answering any questions we had. The food was an entirely different story. The first course was a choice of two kinds of cheese fondue. They brought a couple of trays of bread and pretzel bites as well as some fruit and vegetables to dip in the cheese. This course was mediocre at best. The cheese was clumpy and not very tasty. The second course was a salad. I had the Caesar salad and it was fine. Then came the main course. You order two types of broth or oil and then you order whichever type of meat, fish, chicken etc. you would like. I was expecting cooked food that you would then dip into the broth/oil of your choice to enhance the flavor. What they bring you is raw meat, fish, or chicken that you have to put in the pots and let it sit there and heat up so you can eat it. Boiled meat is disgusting. It’s not seared so there is no umami flavor to it at all. Then you have five people putting their skewers into the pots to cook their food. You are constantly having to move other diners skewers out of the way to get yours out. The meat or shrimp or whatever falls off the skewer and you have to go fishing for your dinner. They offer a tray of different sauces to dip the finished product into. These are a garlic sauce, a blue cheese, mustard, and some other assorted flavors. I guarantee none of these are made at the restaurant but instead are squeezed out of a bottle that contains sketchy ingredients. This dinner was awful. For dessert they have different chocolate fondues and they give you an assortment of marshmallows, pound cake, and rice krispies treats to dip in the chocolate. This was the best part of the whole meal. I paid $450 for a party of five with a 20% tip. We had NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. If we did have even one each for the three adults at the table you could have added another $75 to $100 dollars to the bill. We could have gone to a fine steakhouse and gotten a much better meal for the same price. My advice is drive right past this place and visit one of the other restaurants in the area. You’ll be glad you did.
