A hidden gem. The latte is very good. I had two sandwiches, also very good and freshly made on demand: the greek sandwich and the breakfast cali. I will be back. I rediscovered this cafe. The new owner is super nice and have extended the hours, which is very welcome. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to manage and continue operating this great neighborhood cafe.

Hidden gem! I stumbled upon Cafe Zoe as I was looking for a coffee spot near Palo Alto Children's Theatre. Their cappuccino hit the spot - rich, smooth, flavourful, and surprisingly inexpensive!

I had the most delicious Chai Latte with oat milk! Best ever. The staff was delightful, and the big patio out back was perfect for our mom get-together.

Just tried Neighborhood Pizza Guy in Menlo Park and wow, what a find! The pizza here is next level – they’ve got this perfectly crispy crust and the pepperoni is exceptionally crispy, adding a fantastic crunch to every bite. What really sets them apart is their unique, special pizzas that change weekly, always bringing something new and exciting to the table. And let’s talk about Matt, the owner. The guy’s amazing – friendly, passionate about his pizza, and makes everyone feel like a regular. If you’re in the area, this place is a must-try. Great vibes, amazing pizza!

Great food and fabulous coffee. You can’t go wrong with a salad or sandwich. The tasty pizzas can be ordered by the slice or whole. Great wi-fi and evening hours wed - Sunday. The staff are great and instantly adopt you. Truly a special place with the best vibes of the bay.

Ive been complaining about west coast pizza since i moved here a few years ago. No more. Thank goodness for NPG! Thank you thank you so much! I devoured your pizza.

Great pizza, especially the crust and that they use the little pepperonis that don’t slide off like the huge ones. Service staff very generous with peppers and Parmesan cheese. Good music playing and courtyard seating out back.

Excellent neighborhood spot! We very much enjoyed our cappuccinos and lattes while sitting on the lovely front patio. Went back for lunch and had a wonderful ham and Brie panini and tuna melt, both served with a nice side salad. Lots of other things on the menu we look forward to trying soon! Also look forward to checking out the live music nights and happy hour. Enjoyed looking at the array of lovely home items on display for sale as well. Kathleen at the counter is a joy to talk to, making a great experience even better.

One of the best up-and-coming pizzas in the bay. Plain cheese has always been great and I recently got the "Pub Grub" pizza lab special that had buffalo cauliflower and a house made ranch sauce, probably the best speciality pizza I've ever had.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with hot honey and it was absolutely delicious! They make their pizzas fresh to order in a hot pizza oven, no soggy bottom pizzas here! The crust was thin and crisp, perfect for folding and eating with gusto. I highly recommend their pizzas! My wife and mother-in-law ordered sandwiches, which they make with house-made focaccia bread. They described their sandwiches as being "yummy" and "tasty". The restaurant is pretty small, but they've got plenty of outdoor seating out back, with shade. They've also got a collection of board games in the back which were fun to play with while we waited for our food. All in all, a fantastic cafe to grab a sandwich, pastry, or pizza. I highly recommend it!

Very positive experience. Matt the owner is welcoming, kind, and full of charm. The pizza is pretty good too, with fresh dough that is neither too thick, nor too thin.

There's so much to love about this place – but a special shout out to the new vegetarian/vegan sandwich options!!! The Southwest is delicious! (NB: mildly spicy, so probably not kid-friendly.)

I always make sure to stop by when I'm in the south bay. Absolutely love their breakfast sandwich, particularly the egg and cheese because of the spicy aioli they use. And their vegan chorizo pizza is delicious!! Coffee is great too!

I stopped here in a pinch while at work, and couldn't believe how good both the food and atmosphere were. The pizza is fresh and delicious, and the bar was a really charming spot to hang out for awhile. True neighborhood gem and definitely worth checking out.

Love this friendly place. I came in as a total stranger and both staff and customers treated me like a long time friend. The dogs were very sweet and friendly. The coffee was perfect with the house made syrups. Coffee cake was one of the best I’ve had in the Bay. They made me a breakfast sandwich with avocado and soyrizo and it was absolutely wonderful. I will have to plan some more trips to Palo Alto to come here again.

I don’t even care, it was delicious!! I will be back folks and will bring the gang (aka my kids) who also spent their summers in NJ/NY and missed the pizza 11 months of the year. This week, we had a “Summer Pep” as the weekly pizza. It had a garden pesto base with aged mozzarella, pepperoni, house made pickled jalapeños and a light balsamic glaze. Brought it home to my wife and after one slice, she looked at me and said “this is the best pizza I have ever had”. I’m not going to disagree with her (it was a fantastic pizza) but I think that all of the NPG’s pizzas are fantastic. Reasonably priced, local business, cool atmosphere with live music on weekends. Strongly recommend.

I think this place is best for people that are not in a rush to get to work or class as things such as a breakfast sandwich can take a long time to make. People in here usually like to take their time to read the newspaper or just enjoy their morning. If this is what you are looking for, a relaxing and chill morning, then Cafe Zoe is your place. It is definitely nice to see for a change that people are not rushing in and out on a hurry like in Starbucks. I also like that they have a great wifi in case you are planning on working at the cafe. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and clean bathrooms.

Healthy panini sandwiches with side salads. A great relaxing and caring place in Menlo Park! Wow! Yes, breakfast all day, and beautiful art works from local artists. Like the amazing Bruce Spencer Photographs that had been featured in the online news outlet called InMenlo…. Cafe Zoë in Menlo Park also has live music nights, trivia nights, happy hour nights, and free WIFI. They are super KIND and would go the extra miles to serve your needs. The owner Kathleen is a super caring and intelligent person for our communities! 🙏❤️🙏 The outdoor seating arrangements are comfortable; surrounded by beautiful arrangements of succulents and olive trees, spaces for working, and / or chilling with your preferred drinks. This has a calm and genuine community environment. We LOVE to come almost every morning, read a book, relax and enjoy ourselves here at Cafe Zoë! 😎❤️😇

I went there to see acoustic music on a Friday evening. I had a caprese sandwich and a glass of wine. The food was very good, but a little pricey. However, the music entertainment was free. I gave three stars on atmosphere because the chairs to sit in were hard and wooden, a little bit uncomfortable for sitting any length of time.

I’ve only come here for the pizza. It is definitely overpriced. $30 after tax and tip a for pepperoni pizza is steep to begin with. The dough is fantastic, but otherwise the pizza tastes bland bc of the sauce

People are nice but the espresso machine is broken, the avocado sandwich isn't what you expect and the place is dark.

This is your average coffee and pastry shop tucked away within a residential neighborhood, no more, no less. The number of pastry options are there, just not much variety. If you come for a bagel, opt for a different pastry Instead if you're in a hurry. There's average parking out front.

I notice also that the guy over charged my son usually i give tips for appreciation…. After what happened i didn’t give tips anymore. Because of the reason! it does not mean my son a young child does not know yet about tips percentage i just say you can not take advantage on kids. I am a regular customer of cafe Zoe since the cafe it was only walking distance from our home… I’m just disappointed of the workers I truly love the owner in Cafe Zoe and we are supporting local businesses… My son go there with a notes what to order so technically i don’t know why they are still making mistakes about our order… Here’s our smoothies not full completely and we have not drunk out of them yet. I hope next time we get a proper service either adult or kids who made the order.

we stopped by to get some takeout food. based on the reviews we expected much much better food. we ordered two sandwiches and a pizza. both sandwiches were 2/10. one half of the sandwiches was extremely salty. i think they messed something up. the pizza was 4/10. half of it again was too salty. i think it was the olives- they had added too much and it was too salty. the garlic bread as well. one piece was too salty. i dont why everything was so inconsistent. even the not salty portions were not good. the sandwich bread felt stale. the chicken was okay though. while waiting i ordered macchiato which tasted burnt. anyhow- not worth the $100 spent at all.

$4.50 for a small lemonade and they don’t even fill it to the top. I asked for a watermelon lemonade and got a regular lemonade. I mentioned to the guy I had an account with them so I can put in my number for the points and he said pay first? I did and nothing came up for me to put in my number.
