I live closer to other McDonald's but drive further just to come here daily. Happy, friendly staff, clean restaurant, clean bathroom. Just wish they had styrofoam drink cups available along with the paper ones. Paper ones sweat and drip.

I give them a five star 🌟 especially the morning crew! Me and my husband where going in every morning there for a while and as soon as we walked in they would already be making our order they all are very friendly! 😁👏🍟🍔🍦

Love it, food is always good. Fast is always useful. Everything always looks really clean. I still love the Big Mac and of course many other food and drinks.

Jerry and his crew did a special order for the local school I work at and they came through on time, were wonderfully helpful, and the students were happy to have a sea of hot McNuggets.

Keep an eye out for this one. It blends into the surroundings. Went through the drive thru for ice cream and was perfect with HOT fudge HOT caramel which is always best!

This place always has the world's fastest service. My food is always extra hot when I get it from here. I am so unbelievably distraught that they got rid of their sausage burritos during the evening hours. I loved them so much. They feed my soul joy. I just wish they sold them all day long again. McDonald's hear my cries.

Best McDonald’s out there! I wasn’t having the best day and needed to get a quick bite to eat. To my surprise the kindest man was at the window! If you are going to this McDonald’s hopefully you will get Tony Franco (I had to get his name) he is incredibly diligent on time and will greet you with the biggest smile with such a positive attitude! Literally made my day! Tony deserves 10 stars!!! This will now be my go to McDonald’s.

Mc Donalds is always good. It's a franchise and should taste the same. The staff makes this place especially nice. I always feel welcome here. The drive-thru is awkward, to say the least, the line often backs up into the intersection, when there is a rush, but that's my only complaint. I saw a sign there last week advertising $17/ Hr after 90 days of training! Seems like a nice place to work. McDonald's Corporate should allow tipping. If they did, I'd be generous. Who can argue against providing a little extra to the people working so hard to satisfy our appetite? If you don't tip for some religious, or personal reasons, fine don't. The rest of us would prefer to express our gratitude.

It's a pretty standard McDonald's with nice staff and fast service. It isn't the cleanest place I've ever been to, but it certainly is not dirty. The restaurant also has a drive thru and mobile orders.

This is my local McDonald’s and I go here often, the food is always decent and it’s a great place to go hang out with friends. In the past year they have removed the self serve drink station which is a huge disappointment. But at the end of the day it’s a McDonald’s.

This is our neighborhood Mcdonalds. Overall they do a very good job. Food is usually fresh and prepared correctly. Staff does a good job. The remodel of this store looks good and my child likes the fish tank screen on the wall.

I’ve been going here sense I was a kid, they forget a sauce or two every once and a while (or once gave me an egg McMuffin with only cheese in it lol) but I go there so often that it’s bound to happen every once and a while. Honestly it’s no big deal and if I go back they always correct the mistake, usually I’m just too lazy to go back. The manager is so nice and remembers me and ask me how I’m doing whenever he sees me. Overall the people who work there are very nice and it’s pretty good for a McDonald’s.

Walked in to get a quick bite to eat. Didn't take long to put order in and get food. If going through drive-thru keep in mind this one has a small space to wait in that will likely have you hanging out around shopping parking lot. Might want to park & get it to go. Anyways, inside has space, they try to keep it clean, bathrooms aren't nasty, employees try to be nice. I usually come primarily for affordable coffee vs say Starbucks. The food is McDonald's so not amazing but hey it's McD, not a steak house.

Be sure to check your order to make sure it's all there, I was missing fries and had to go inside and get them.

It's McDonald's, what else can I say, they quit selling the hi-c orange drink, so I don't eat there any more, kids do

Staff is always friendly and the food is consistent but the service is not it's hard to tell if I'm dealing with a bunch of slow customers in the drive-thru or they simply can't get the food up in time had to wait several minutes with 3 car2 in front of me.

The dollar Coke is always so good it carries the other stuff on the menu,it is a little on the "not so clean" side ,when I can get two big Macs or quarter pounders for five bucks plus the tasty beverage deal i'm pretty happy! What can I say it's a great deal!

McDonald's usually has pretty decent food for McDonald's. The one problem I have with it and I only give it three stars is most of the time when I go through there they have me pulled to the side to wait that gets frustrating.

Ordered in drive through and 4 combo meals for the family to go and only gave me 4 ketchup packets I asked for more and they came out with just 3 more packets. Not happy at all with that service

We go here often bc many people we know like it, and it's convenient. But I like it much less since their remodel. The staff is nice, but now you never see them unless they are bringing your food. And they've raised their prices a lot. But goodness, I can never resist a chicken nugget...

Customer service is LACKING. There's no friendliness or enthusiasm in their service. I've sat multiple times waiting for my food, on something as simple as chicken nuggets. Most recent visit; I ordered a mcflurry but they didnt have the lids to do a mcflurry which I wasn't told until I was handed cups of ice cream with toppings. Not the same. I would've changed my order.

No order takers and no seating available, drive thru experience was ridiculous as one would expect when you close down the dining room. Food was consistent with mcdonalds standards besides the incorrect condiments on my daughters burgers

I don't like McDonald's offer you a free sandwich if you rate them at the very top ! It seams too me that the are trying to buy the rating !!! And not a clear and truthful rating.

Not extremely clean, service was only quick for drive thru. No counter service, kiosk only.

Almost always have to park and wait for food. Defeats purpose of drive thru. Order accuracy is good though, service is friendly Update: order accuracy and food quality have fallen off in the past couple years. Sometimes they'll forget items, sandwiches look like they were shot out of a gun into the wrapper. Shakes don't get mixed, see my photo of the shamrock shake.

Came to this McDonald's late after work. We pre-ordered online and gave our code. We had to be parky after receiving our drinks. We waiting about 5 mins which isn't the bad part. The bad part was that I ordered 2 mcdouble s. One the bun was folded in half on the burger. Completely smashed. The 2nd didn't have the 2nd hamburger patty. 🤦 I've never have had problems here. It's always good service and a quick bite to eat. But to have missed the 2nd patty and have the bun completely folded then slapped on top. 🤷 Was a little peeved.

Horrible service went thru drive thru they had me pull in the parking lot and wait food was old and nasty and manager Carla didn't want to do anything to make it right even tho I spent 30 dollars for food!

As far as this particular McDonald's goes the management seems to have attitude issues you walk in and they wouldn't ring up my order at the cash register and made me use a kiosk then when the kiosk failed to work properly and they rang up two other customers at the cash register before me after telling me I had to use a kiosk they rang me up at the register when they messed up the order they fixed it of course but with attitude the manager in particular seems to be short and uptight hope she has better days ahead

Drive thru is really slow. And didn’t accept my order even though I told them my code at speaker and they told me up pull up to the speaker the guy said he didn’t have no idea about it asked for a refund and said his computer was off for the night I got there at 10:45 I didn’t get to the window till 10:55 and nobody came to the window till 11:10 what’s up with you guys you get a raise and you forget how to work?

Say goodbye to free soda refills! I was abruptly told a flat "No" with her tone implying "go away" when I asked for a refill on my coke. When I asked when the policy changed, she just stared and said "No" again. Rude service from this employee. No problem, I'll "go away", and take my business to someplace that understands basic manners and good customer service.

They keep getting rid of basic features of fast food restaurants they've had for years, shrinking the sizes of everything, they got rid of free refills, and prices of everything keep climbing higher all the time with no end in sight. It's more expensive to eat here than at a sit-down restaurant. Eat anywhere else. McDonald's is just price gouging at this point. Sure, they're all doing it to some degree, but McDonald's is the most egregious. 0 stars. Look at the photo, choose accordingly.

The worst service, we bought a frappuccino and it was half of coffee and the rest of cream. We kindly told them to fill it up and what they did was fill it up with more whip cream. We asked for ketchup, ranch and barbecue sauce and they didn't give us anything. It hasn’t happened only once, it has been more than 2 times that they have done this to us.

More like drive and wait for 20 mins... in the parking lot for some disgruntled teenager to bring out your food and get upset because you ask for ketchup that u already asked for @ the window. An employee in a gray uniform told me I can’t order food while dashing. Have never once heard of this “rule”. Haven’t had issues ordering from other McDonalds location on Broadway or Skyway while dashing. Although it was busy and I can understand being in a rush, that isn’t a good excuse to tell someone they can’t place an order on a small meal. Especially not when wearing a managers attire. Act like a manager.

went on drive thru and order a burger with extra pickles, can't believe they charge for 1 slice of pickles, anyways went home and the burger didn't even have a single slice payed 30c extra horrible service. not to mention the staff was really rude at the last window. threw the sauce at me and closed the window even though I was talking to her.

Not loving it. They have 4 touch screens, no cashiers willing to help, they removed the self serve beverage dispenser, no free refill, no napkins, no ketchup, long lines. avoid. Parking is always horrible.

I placed an order on my app like I usually do and I came to pick it up before my kids got out of school and the lady at the speaker asked if I was using my app I said yes and she asked for The code code gave it to her and she went silent for 5 minutes she than started asking me what I want and I said excuse me I already order than she went silent again for 10min and I just drove up to the window and they again asked for my order number and told me to park in the parking lot to deal with my order. The manager came out who was very rude and said the cashier edited my order to I would have to replace the order!! He wasn’t even trying to apologize or make it right and I was late to pick my kids up!!! Very dissatisfied

Other than that and a HAIR in the cinnamon roll my granddaughter was eating (which they replaced), it was very very sad. I was shocked to find out recently that McDonald's will no longer give you a free refill on your drink that costs them less than 10 cents with the cup and straw and less than 5 cents for the soda itself on a refill. They think that because they charge $1.69 (up from the $1.00 the charged a bit ago), you need to pay full price for any more. It's a sad day in America! When corporations are so greedy. I will definitely no longer take my grandkids to eat at any McDonald's. (I can't eat their food because it makes me sick). The food is not that great anyway, but it was a convenient way to grab a bite for my grandchildren. I wish I had thought to take better pictures of the bad food like the hair in the cinnamon roll and items like a burger without the patty, that was in the drive through. Ugh!

Once upon a time this restaurant was warm and inviting and with a few bucks you could get a decent meal. Gone are those days. The interior is minimalist and cold. Ask for a refill and they treat you like a criminal asking for money from the register. For years I bought two breakfast sandwiches Monday to Friday on the way to work, and sometimes a coffee. Prices are so high now they've pushed me out as a consumer. I tried to be understanding during COVID. It was a crazy time, I figured it would just take time to get back to normal. I just can't justify the expense. There are an abundance of better options for the same price or less. I'm done, you've lost a loyal customer McDonalds.

Disgusting. First thing, gave my food away. Then an employee with pink hair dropped a label on the ground, proceeding to pick it up (getting a whole handful of dirty floor), and delivered food. She came back and I asked for fries, and she proceeds to dig her floor hands into an old batch of badly done fries. Disgusting all the way around

Hands down the most disgusting meal I’ve ever had in my life, spent over 20 bucks and the entirety of the food was inedible, couldn’t eat any of it. Apparently, coming through the drive thru within 15min of closing at this location means the employees will throw your food in a furnace and burn it to an crisp to place onto some rock hard buns for having the audacity to make them to do their job during their service hours. Will never come back to this location.

I haven't been to McDonald's in awhile, but when I came here. Very disappointed..the fries where the worst, nice and hot where the few on top then the rest were cold and brown and cold!.. quarter pounder was also bad it smelled bad..don't know if it was the meat or the vegetables inside..I threw all of it away..that taught me never again will I come here!

I hope none of these workers strive for anything more than McDonalds...because they suck at that. I will NEVER go there again.

I haven't been to McDonald's in awhile, but when I came here. Very disappointed..the fries where the worst, nice and hot where the few on top then the rest were cold and brown and cold!.. quarter pounder was also bad it smelled bad..don't know if it was the meat or the vegetables inside..I threw all of it away..that taught me never again will I come here!

Hands down the most disgusting meal I’ve ever had in my life, spent over 20 bucks and the entirety of the food was inedible, couldn’t eat any of it. Apparently, coming through the drive thru within 15min of closing at this location means the employees will throw your food in a furnace and burn it to an crisp to place onto some rock hard buns for having the audacity to make them to do their job during their service hours. Will never come back to this location.

Disgusting. First thing, gave my food away. Then an employee with pink hair dropped a label on the ground, proceeding to pick it up (getting a whole handful of dirty floor), and delivered food. She came back and I asked for fries, and she proceeds to dig her floor hands into an old batch of badly done fries. Disgusting all the way around

Once upon a time this restaurant was warm and inviting and with a few bucks you could get a decent meal. Gone are those days. The interior is minimalist and cold. Ask for a refill and they treat you like a criminal asking for money from the register. For years I bought two breakfast sandwiches Monday to Friday on the way to work, and sometimes a coffee. Prices are so high now they've pushed me out as a consumer. I tried to be understanding during COVID. It was a crazy time, I figured it would just take time to get back to normal. I just can't justify the expense. There are an abundance of better options for the same price or less. I'm done, you've lost a loyal customer McDonalds.
