The dining area customer service was cold, and rude... The food was good though

Not the best, not the worst. Just came here to say don't bother doing a curbside order at this location. It's a 10-15 minute wait, EVERY TIME. No purpose whatsoever to ordering ahead. You can get through the drive-thru line faster, even when the line is long.

It's the place you hate to go but it's the place that you love to eat. Love hate relationship. The food is not good for you but it fills you up. Taste is great. Love going there I hate working with the staff. They get a paycheck and sometimes you get your food on time. Nobody works there for a long period of time. Lord do they expect to be employed there very long. Normally a stopping point for people getting into the job industry. And it shows.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It baffles me how this is even possible. The simplest thing can't be executed properly. Good luck 86-ing anything here as they don't care or can't read. At least this time it was assembled half way decent, other times things appear just thrown together.

I dislike that this is the closest McDonald’s to me. This locations crew needs to go observe the Skyway crew, they got it on lock over there. Bradley McDonald’s has gotten my order wrong many times. Missing things mostly. They don’t make the best sweet tea most of the time, and it’s the only McDonald’s I’ve experienced bad fountain drinks at. Then to top it all off the staff usually looks like they’re on the verge of some kind of breakdown, deeply unhappy looking people. I know fast food work is demanding, and I don’t expect the workers to look like they’re pumped to be there, but this crew looks really, really unhappy most of the time. Bad customer service from the non-management staff. Manager is nice. When they get your order right, the food is good.

This location offers the option to dine in and choose a table, which clearly implies that someone will bring the order or call you. Instead, nobody called me, nobody explained anything, and my food was just sitting there getting cold. What is the point of this system if it doesn’t work? I came for a normal meal and ended up with cold food and zero communication. Terrible experience and very poor service.

Ordered from DoorDash and wouldn’t even feed this to the dog this was the double quarter pounder I received…..

The fries were limp and undercooked, and there's nothing worse than bad fries, especially McDonald's 🍟! I turned them in, and a nice lady brought us out a fresh, hot fry!! Other than that and a HAIR in the cinnamon roll my granddaughter was eating (which they replaced), it was very very sad. I was shocked to find out recently that McDonald's will no longer give you a free refill on your drink that costs them less than 10 cents with the cup and straw and less than 5 cents for the soda itself on a refill. They think that because they charge $1.69 (up from the $1.00 the charged a bit ago), you need to pay full price for any more. It's a sad day in America! When corporations are so greedy. I will definitely no longer take my grandkids to eat at any McDonald's. (I can't eat their food because it makes me sick). The food is not that great anyway, but it was a convenient way to grab a bite for my grandchildren. I wish I had thought to take better pictures of the bad food like the hair in the cinnamon roll and items like a burger without the patty, that was in the drive through. Ugh!

I went through the drive through and was asked to park. I got my food over 15 minutes later! Every car was being parked and all of them received their food while I was still waiting! I went inside and they said oh it will be 2 more minutes! Unacceptable!!! Time I ordered vs time I watched them make my food!

As I was eating my sausage mcmuffin, I discovered a staple inside the patty. It was a good thing I chewed my food well before I swallowed it. I can't imagine what would have happened if I did swallowed it. 🤢 #stapleinsausagemcmuffin #chewyourfood #closecall

Once upon a time this restaurant was warm and inviting and with a few bucks you could get a decent meal. Gone are those days. The interior is minimalist and cold. Ask for a refill and they treat you like a criminal asking for money from the register. For years I bought two breakfast sandwiches Monday to Friday on the way to work, and sometimes a coffee. Prices are so high now they've pushed me out as a consumer. I tried to be understanding during COVID. It was a crazy time, I figured it would just take time to get back to normal. I just can't justify the expense. There are an abundance of better options for the same price or less. I'm done, you've lost a loyal customer McDonalds.

Disgusting. First thing, gave my food away. Then an employee with pink hair dropped a label on the ground, proceeding to pick it up (getting a whole handful of dirty floor), and delivered food. She came back and I asked for fries, and she proceeds to dig her floor hands into an old batch of badly done fries. Disgusting all the way around

Save your time and go elsewhere. We ordered on the app, they were unable to find it. We sent in for a refund and the manager called and said they put us on a list to get a free meal. They didn't. The idiots asked us which manager, when I said I don't know, can you name the managers and maybe it will remind me? They said "We cannot give out personal information..." I hope none of these workers strive for anything more than McDonalds...because they suck at that. I will NEVER go there again.
