I'm a vegan. So I was very thrilled that the customer service was very careful and not allowing my food to touch any meat. I do Wonder though if they Grill the vegetables and corn in the same section of the meat? Otherwise the food is very delicious.

Staff is always super friendly. They give adequate portions. This is one of the only fast-food places I will go to because it's on the healthier side. The dining room is always clean which is nice and they have a little covered patio space. Cell service in this area is horrible (not their fault obviously) so the chipotle app never works. Would be nice if they offered a guest wifi so you can use your reward points. Other than that, they are pretty quick to keep the line moving so there's very little wait time. Great spot if you are looking for something quick on your lunch break.

Update: The food was not as good as I previously experienced. I had abowl and ate in. The store temperature is very cold and the music choice gave me a headache. By the time I finished my meal, it was cold. If their goal is to get people to eat & leave quickly, they've succeeded. Now I understand why the outside tables were full. I know they can do better.

After my friend and I sat down to eat, there was nothing said until he finished, looked at me and said, "Good call. That was delicious." There is nothing like satisfying a hunger craving. But when it's Chipotle, the satisfaction is indescribable. My first favorite burrito was the beef barbacoa. Then they brought in the brisket for only a limited time. I ate so many. The flavor was money, honey! And now the Chipotle Honey Chicken -it's not only delish, but it's everything when you're craving that Chipotle flavor. Chipotle Mexican Grill is one of my favorite restaurants where I go for the flavor and leave with an EXPERIENCE.

Good food fast service. Although this location is always a bit disheveled. Napkins all over. Stuff on the floor. Drink area a mess. Dirty tables.The staff needs to spend more time out in the dining area.

Had a good lunch here. The chicken burritos. Just massive. The chicken was delicious. Service was great very friendly. Restaurant was clean, bathroom could have used a bit attention, but it was lunch hour. I’d go here again for sure.

Went for a Woman's Conference for Spirit Filled Family Church from Victorville, the facility was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from the outside in, the staff were very professional and pleasant..We didn't eat there on a daily but the Friday night dinner provided was good.. I would definitely book there again..

$2 extra for cauliflower rice. Literally not worthy. They only put like a half spoon of it not even 2 ounces. Stick to the rice. Overall good food.

Workers act like they don't want you there. Also they don't do full scoops at all and will put as little as possible if you ask for extra. I tried to get a bit of extra rice and I got have a scoop after asking 2 separate times. This is a regular problem for this location and the reason why I'm going to a different place from now on. Update: went back and they charged me $3 extra for the exact same order. Absolutely will never come back to this place. The workers need to be trained better or something

Overall place is good food is descent and service its ok. I just tried their new sMoked brisket and it was BAD, Over cooked hard to chew and flavor wasn't good. They either need to work on that or take out of the menu.

Food and employees are awesome. Just wished they had misters or fans out in the patio for outside eating, in this very hot weather. And it seems the patio does not get cleaned very often.

Chipotle is generally very good. However the location at Mountain Grove struggles to keep clean and have fresh food at the ready. More often then not they are always running short on the staples like chicken, steak and veggies (Fajitas) maybe a different manager would help or better training.

Food it's slightly better than other fast food restaurants in the area. The prices are right for what you get. Depending on the time of the day employers are friendly and we'll behave, unfortunately it's not across the board, there are some bad apples who ruin the good job of other employees (specially at night) overall I recommend this place.

Place was dirty. Trash cans were overflowing inside and out on the patio. One of the workers just tried to push the trash down instead of emptying it. When it fell on the floor he just walked off.

The food is good common no doubt about that. I think it's a little pricey and one thing I didn't like was when it came to the cheese and guacamole they just asked you if you want any and I didn't realize it was extra., they make it kind of look like it's just part of the things you get with your order. That would be my only complaint everybody was very nice and the food is always delicious.

Love the food, the staff is friendly and efficient. HOWEVER...they keep the temperature so low it is uncomfortable to eat inside. When asked why, the response is "That's the way the manager wants it." Attention Manager: The comfort of your customers is more important than yours. Turn up the thermostat!

DO NOT COME HERE. I came to Chipotle of Palm Springs for lunch, around 1:30, the service was very rude and very slim on portions. I go to different Chipotle’s across the Coachella valley 3 times a week, and portions are generally all the same, except for here. I asked for extra chicken (yes I pay extra for it I know) and the size was maybe the same as a normal serving. Then when she put the lettuce on I asked for extra and the server grabbed 4 strands. FOUR. Are you serious? Very unsatisfied.

Probably the worst chipotle experience ive ever had. First and foremost, the burritos I ordered were wrapped like... they weren't even wrapped, it was more like folded over. Second, food had good flavor, but was cold as hell. Everytime i come to this one, out of convenience, its always a disappointment. Who am I to judge though, I can't even roll a burrito myself lol. 2 stars because it did have flavor.

It's good............but where are the lemons at. Personally it doesn't taste the same or satisfy my hunger if there is no lemons. What happened to the tray by the forks and what not........what a shame will be a while til I come back again.

Not sure what they are doing but the beans were so spicy like no other chipotle we have been to. Quantity etc was fine but the bowl was not eatable due to extreme spice level.

Just ate here at 5:30pm on a Sunday and the food was cold and the white rice was hard and overcooked, like it has been sitting for a few hours. I have been to alot of Chipotle 's and this is one of the worst tasting ones that I have been to. Also the portions were really small,usally the pack the ingredients on without asking for a second scoop.

Staff were blantly rude. We opted to eat outside because we did not have our vaccine card on us. No prob. We went back in because we realized we did not get our cups for a soda. I did not get her name but she saw us come back in the resturant and said 'what?'. Asked for the cup, she reached for the cup and handed it to us while deliberatly looking away. Wow! Rude. Every table outside was dirty, the place was not busy and we saw three ladies standing behind the counter. We abided by the demands of this establishments and felt like we were mistreated. They ran out of forks and we were ok with spoons that they offered. And we love Chipotle at other location, usually friendly, cleaner and yummy food.

We've been here several times and have never been displeased. But this time we decided to have our order delivered. They use Door Dash for their delivery service and on this day the delivery person was Kristine L. She somehow made it into our gated community without dialing from the gate. She never even called to inform us that she couldn't find our building. The only call we got from her was that our food was outside the exit gate on the ground. How sanitary is this? Do yourselves a favor and do not have your order delivered.

Extremely little food quantity compared to other branches, seems the waiter was new from the comments I heard however its an American franchise and quantity really matters. Me and my husband usually never finish the plate but this time we left hungey lol.

I like the food, but today the wait was ridiculous (and that is twice as bad as last week). I almost wanted to join the people who were growing old on the line of people who DIDN'T order ahead like I did. I arrived to pick up my food 15 minutes after THEY said it would be ready. There is still a huge line of people waiting for their orders. Contemplating whether I should just give up the $15 I spent because I have ice cream melting in my car....It is now 20 minutes after they said my food would be ready...NO FOOD. The food is really not worth this wait

The food is great but the cashier girl seems like she’s having a bad day and takes it out on customers. She had a very mean and ugly attitude when my husband gave her a $100 bill and she wasn’t able to take it. At least apologize instead of nearly yelling at him. Will not be coming to this location again!

Meh... I've been to Chipotle a few times recently... rice has been crunchy not cooked all.the way, I know they have to follow their rules on how much meat they serve but it's just literally mostly uncooked rice beans and the meat is just a few little pieces. This is the second time their guacamole has been brown and tasted oxidized in the last month. The rice is clumpy and nothing in my lunch tastes fresh today. What's worse is that the guacamole is all over brown, like they just stir it up when they find it is brown on top to try to hide it. GROSS. Someone has been allowing the standards at this location slip for about a year looking at other reviews.

Whoever was serving the food had an attitude and made my burrito stupidly small and made my girlfriends twice the size of mine. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. Hope everyone else has better luck with their order

One of the workers said i could not order food in line without proof of vaccination and that if i wanted to order food id have to do it online, i did not have a phone so i could not order. Very inconvenient. I already knew what i wanted and asked if he could just make it and ill wait outside and pay. They would not help me out at all as it was 115 degrees and i was sweaty and hungry. They didn’t offer any type of solution, rude and unhelpful, this location is the worst chipotle in the valley.

40 minutes to process and complete online orders. They don't want to take phone orders, they can't have more than 5 customers in the store, the manager is a moron and to top it all off....their food can poison you? Yes, please.

I have never felt more distracted or belittle. I work on ambulance and ever other Chipotle I have been to in Riverside and San Bernardino county give us discount for being in public service. This one doesn't not and when asked why manager straight told me "only police get discounts because you guys aren't important". I promise I will never eat here again and will let fire and other "non-police" public service members to avoid this place. If I could do lower then one star I would.

This place never has things prepared. They are never extremely busy… so I don’t understand why they are always out of things. 10 employees in the store tonight and one or two can’t stay on the grill making the stuff you need to even build a burrito. Highly disappointing. We will drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid this pathetic excuse for a chipotle from now on.

The Palm Springs Chipotle location has gone downhill over the past year. There's no reason to do online orders. It won't be ready when you get there and the order will be wrong. Why is the Cabazon Chipotle always perfect regardless of crowds while Palm Springs Chipotle can’t get anything right?

My wife and I both ordered burrito bowls and got severe food poisoning hours later. We contacted Eddie (General Manager) who told us 'oh well' and refused to give us any corporate company information. In my 56 years I have never experienced such rudeness within the restaurant industry.

I ate there a few days ago. Their meat was cold, dry and disgusting and everything had to much spice to cover it's awful flavor and all the fat. It was gross. I got my order which was a high protein bowl with chips and queso. I had some chips then when I opened my bowl, bugs came out of it. Don’t order from the East Palm Canyon location of Chipotle Restaurant. I tried calling but you only get some automated system.

Very disappointed We come to this location due to it being close to our house. We placed an online order for 3 bowls and was going to order the quesadilla but didn't like the fact that you had to get the 3 side with it. Our 5 year old dont eat any of that do I decided to order in store like I normally do. We arrive the line was to the door. Our online order was not ready either. I ordered the quesadilla and the gentleman asked just the quesadilla or with side and I tell him just the quesadilla. Then when it comes time for me to pay she charges me the 8.20 for the quesadilla with a side and I tell her its just the quesadilla. She states I have to charge you full price I said we were here last week and the girl was able to charge me for just the quesadilla. Then a guy jumps in and says we can't do that. So they charge me the full price get home and there is no sides. How can you charge someone something and not give it. Then to make matters worse it took 15 minutes longer then our pick up time for our order and The guy that was making the online orders knew I was waiting and never bothers to ask me anything or say anything about them being out of white rice until our order was ready. Then as he hands me the bag he says oh we are out of white rice I used brown rice is that ok. Well it has to be you made them and we have been waiting a long time. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Chipotle advertised that they now offered free delivery. So we went online and placed our orders. Received a message that they did not deliver to our address which is right down the street. So...called the manager and he was totally clueless and said we don't work with that..and said I'm not sure what to do. He offered NO suggestion, phone numbers of who to call nor did he apologize. He was a useless as Trump. So, with that being said, Chipotle offers free delivery - FAKE NEWS!

Got a little attitude while asking to be served gluten free. The staff does not seem to respect the nature of my food allergy (no wheat). It was busy and I was sort of rushed along and ended up with a pair of the worst chicken salads I've ever had at a Chipotle. No rice or beans added--they rushed past them and didn't ask, they were in too much of a hurry and we didn't see everything they did. I want my money back. I didn't get what I ordered. This place needs a training and an attitude makeover.

With everything that’s going on in the world, we try to support everyone. When I placed on online order to pick up, it was ready when I arrived. Came home and it was not correct. I came back to let them know and it seemed like it was such a hassle to make another one. The lady behind the counter was not friendly at all and simple said she will make it again, with an attitude. All I needed was a simple sorry we will take care of it and that was not provided. I am a customer service manager for a major corporation and the service I received was horrible. I’m not heartless and I do understand the position we are in right now but that does not forgive people being mean. I could be very upset since I have been laid off since 3/28 but I still maintain a level of customer service along with being very patient.

The meat was a bit on the cold side and didn't think nothing of it until.I got Food poisoning. This place has horrible service they stop putting fresh worm food out an hour before they close, well thats the excuse they gave us. "We are closing later so we have what we have out" I was told. I was given the food and took it home to my family .Not a single item was correct except for the chips and guacamole. I have been calling to speak to a manager however no answer after 4 calls. I spent 40.00 and had to throw most of the food away ..one item was specifically supposed to NOT have sour cream and when the food was opened it looked like they tripled the amount of sour cream. Everything in the bag was a mess and wrong. Are these people illiterate and cannot read the orders so they just throw stuff together and hope no one notices? It is frustrating when this happens and then they don't answer the phone so you can talk to them.

Total disappointment The most frustrating part was seeing the employees standing around, doing nothing, while customers were left waiting and the service quality collapsed. If they can’t offer the basics, the least they could do is hurry up and restock it or at least offer a solution. This is a complete lack of organization and professionalism.

This location consistently sucks. Stale chips, out of toppings and meats all the time, small portions. The only reason I even come here is if I have some sort of freebie coupon in the Chipotle app and I’m nearby. Last night, they had no lettuce, enough guac for a small side portion, barely any meat options. The only good thing is the agua frescas, I can drink them all day long.

Customers always right owe me for a soda the ma agement never gave me...

Thier service is so disappointing and direspectfull the staff is busy is talking to each other I went there several times it’s always like that I have posted some photos I have the video for same these people have nothing to do just standing and talking with zero quality poor service to customer no cleaning no preping no work to do just chit chat and get paid. The quantity they put is so bad it’s not even a full scoop . And then they mess up the orders because they are more focused on chit chatting to each other . I am a head chef of if I have my staff like this I am gonna fire people who don’t wanna work . I have know idea how chipotle is manging t o have people like this .

With all due respect, this is the worst location I've ever visited! Half a tiny scoop of rice and meat in their 20 dollar burritos is high way robbery. The women working all stand back there with snotty intimidating attitudes. I witnessed 2 men in front of me get completely scammed tonight by the women who work at this location. The first man even made a very timid comment to his server that he frequents daily and the amount they put was unacceptable even from my view in line! She made all the workers look at his burrito and put him on the spot so he said it's OK...I kept watching as the next girl started on the next guys chicken and rice burrito and it was EVEN LESS!! HALF A SCOOP OF RICE AND MEAT PER BOTH BURRITOS! There were approximately 10 other patrons in the restaurant at the time and they were all male while all the workers were female behind the counter , At that point I spoke out and asked if that's really the amount of food they are now putting in their burritos and they all looked at me bewildered and they said that if I want more that I have to pay and I said it's already approximately a $20 burrito and you guys are ripping these people off this is unacceptable and I left because I will not be ripped off to that level what a joke. It was very apparent that all the men in the restaurant agreed with me and all the workers had extreme attitude but I will not sit back and watch a location a franchise make a fool out of my local community. Despicable! You should have seen the way these employees were smirking! It was truly gross And they are completely taking advantage Of people. Either the operator of this location is unaware(HIGHLY DOUBT IT) or is a complete stingy Scrooge Who does not deserve to be a part of this company because he is making them look so bad. I frequented this location last year about five times And the last three times the burritos and the bowls were so small that I stopped going for almost a year and there's no other location nearby so I had no option but to visit this location again this is what I returned to tonight !!no thanks, I got a burrito three times the size that Del Taco For half the price thanks.

I have never been to a worse run chipotle I cannot comprehend how it was not busy at 11am yet some how it took them 30min to scoop a bowl together. Avoid this piece at all costs!!
