We had Alicia M as our waitress today, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome and taken care of. She was super friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. Our drinks were always refilled on time, she checked on us just the right amount, and she made great recommendations that we actually loved! You can tell she really cares about her customers and enjoys what she does — her positive energy made our meal even better. Service like hers is hard to find these days! We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Alicia again. She’s truly the best!

Went to Denny's in Peñitas today. Wonderful service and delicious food . We had lunch the burger and chicken fried steak were delicious, The service from server Alicia and GM Joel Ramirez was great. Our new favorite location.

The waitress Alicia M was the loveliest person although she was super busy she made sure we had everything we wanted. I ordered something that took time and she apologized for the wait ( although she didn’t have to). The food was delicious and more importantly the Mango smoothie was the best it was not too sweet nor to bland it was perfect I would recommend the mango smoothie.

Our server, Alicia, is always so sweet and greets us with her beautiful smile. We eat in this restaurant often. We appreciate how the staff makes us feel welcome every time we walk in the door! Leo, another one of the servers, is one of our favorites as well. He goes the extra mile to make sure each customer leaves happy!!

Our server, LEO was absolutely amazing! He was so attentive and knowledgeable making sure we had everything we needed. Always asked if we were doing good and if we needed anything else. We had an excellent family breakfast experience despite a rough beginning. I called to inquire if dine in was offered and at what time, but the lady that answered made a sound of exasperation and called for someone who spoke Spanish without even giving me time to tell her I speak English. Our waiter Marlene made up for that bad moment. She was attentive and cheery. Our order was right and she even offered a discount coupon for posting a review. She kept that coffee coming! Thank you Marlene.

Service extremely slow. Hardly anyone there and yet we waited to be seated for a while because staff was busy talking and eating. Server was nice but didnt check on us. Wouldn't allow substitutions...not sure if he wasn't sure of the policies and menu or what. Had to wave him down and seek him out to get anything. 3 of 4 meals came out and our 4th person waited quite some time. Burger was great!

Next time dont open on Christmas day ...placed an online order for my daughter the Rudolph pancakes acknowledged that its Christmas day so food might take a awhile after waiting an hour and getting an notification my order is ready. Stood up to get my order they could find it came to find out it was not even stared. Terrible terrible on Dennys management Next time stay closed

Every time I go to this Dennys they mess up my order or up charge me. Recently they told us in order to get the free kids meal we had to order 2 adult entres and drinks. (According to advertising not true). They also up charged me for fries I didn’t order and instead of bring us the bill took us to register and added a gratuity before we paid. So then we added an additional tip without knowing. I will not be back to this location again. They rip you off!

I stopped by around 9 PM and immediately noticed that the employees’ energy and vibe were not great. When you go to a restaurant, you expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but this was the complete opposite. The girl wearing the headset looked upset and was giving everyone harsh, unfriendly looks, as if she didn’t want to be there at all. The rest of the staff seemed tense, almost like they were uncomfortable being around her. Overall, it created a very unwelcoming environment. I’m sorry I don’t fell like writing this but I just wanted the manger to be aware of what going out cause I felt bad for the employees to be scared just to work.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 out of 5 stars Disappointed with the Service I visited Dennis in Peñitas and ordered both a dine-in and a to-go meal. I received my coffee quickly, but after about 30 minutes there was still no acknowledgment or update from the staff. When I finally went to ask for my ticket to go, they told me my to-go order was ready but that my dine-in order was still being worked on. There was no apology or concern shown by management.
