They always choose to make the customer feel important, add a little bit of "extra", go an extra length, or just pause to check on you, .. Just because they care. They not only make GOOD food, but they're obviously caring about the customer!
Trevor is the sweetest person. He was very receptive to our dining needs. A lot of food for the money!!
We enjoy eating at Herschel's. I especially like the crispy chicken salad. Their chicken tenders are crispy just the way I like them. Sometimes, I buy just the individual chicken tenders and carry them home as the meat for a meal that I prepare.
Excellent breakfast joint, the pancake platters are everything you could hope for. If you're counting carbs like I am, the omlettes are fab!
Been going for over 3 years, still one of the best burger places around. Kind staff and good food. One of the few burger places open on sunday in mt pleasant.
This place is amazing!! Good food, service and just all around a great place to eat!! Very clean.
First time at Herchel's Dec 14, 2019. It was so delicious! If you want good breakfast food , it's a definite must!
I eat here often. Good food. Good service and clean. Newly remodeled, looks nice. Where did the Big Tex Burrito plate go?
Favorite, chicken fried steak.
Some good home like cooking in the state of Texas. We had the smothered steak with 2 sides and a roll that tasted like it was homemade. Very clean establishment and friendly and helpful staff.
Hershel's can always be counted on for a basic good comfort food meal. Their chicken fried steak is classic, filling and good. Their baked potatoes are large and have multiple options - grilled chicken, chicken-fried chicken, salisbury steak and others. But, my all time favorite are the blueberry pancakes. Many huge fresh blueberries make them almost healthy - hah. And served with warm syrup. You order at the counter, and they bring the food to you and check in frequently to make sure your drinks are full. Free soft serve ice cream with every meal.
It ease very clean.locals love it your food is always hot and fresh. great people service I don't live there but when travel though all plain to stop have lunch carol
Great food, decent pricing, sweet folks working there.
The restaurant is very clean and the service was great. The Herschel burger was fresh and tasty.
Smothered steak was good they cooked the onions liked I ask. but was very disappointed they were out of fried okra. That's why we stopped there

My boss introduced me to this fabulous restaurant. I really enjoy it and wish for one in Gilmer Tx. The food is good and hot. Out fast to their hungry guest. If you are in Pittsburgher, Tx give them a try. Right off 271 for easy access.
So my family travels between Tulsa and East Texas quite often and we took a trip recently up to Oklahoma and we passed by this herschel's restaurant and I remember eating this as a kid but I do not remember the sandwiches being so tasty this was absolutely the best burger I have ever had I could not believe my taste buds when I chewed into this burger they made it exactly the way I wanted it with all the fixings that I chose I highly recommend this restaurant
It was good it was like home cooking, I enjoyed the hamburger steak mashed potatoes and green beans, but I'd rather be waited on then have to go to a counter to order that's just me though no big deal it was really good food!
Really good food. Been a few times, had a steak finger basket, a steak sandwich, and a burger, and they were all great. The steak sandwich in particular kind of reminded me of a better version of the Dude from Dairy Queen. Nice people and a solid experience.
Stopped in on my way through town. Double bacon BLT hit the spot! Fast service. I'll take a small town restaurant like this over fast food any day of the week.
I've never had such delicious home cooked food! The service is friendly and expeditious. Such great food is a rare find in this area. Not to mention they give their costumers free ice cream everyday in the summer, just ask!
We go here at least twice a month. We always go for breakfast. You must get there before 10:45 am if you want breakfast. Pleasant helpful folks work there with a small town vibe. Small groups sometimes gather there.
We stopped there, to see family before coming home. I had coffee and apple cobbler. It was good, and the lady who took care of us was so sweet. I would go back there again.
Hershels is a wonderful, family owned business. The food is delicious. Restaurant is clean!
I had the chicken fried steak which was delicious. The onion rings were also delicious. Dr. Pepper was mixed right on the foutain machine. So basically, the trifecta of a good Texas lunch. Order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. Looked like this place was a local favorite.
First time we have been here. Everything was amazing, and the prices were great.
Just want to let people know about our experience at herschels today. It was great. Everyone was so nice and polite. It was clean. The best part was having Sarah take care of us. She was so sweet and accommodating. It was my Aunts 93rd birthday. Sarah took pictures for us. Exceptional young lady. Kudos to sarah👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Our food was excellent!🥰 My husband had chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll. I had the grilled chicken, cheese tator tots and green beans & a roll. Huge grilled chicken breast! Our food was serve on plates, refreshing to have a great meal, no complaints at all. So may places serve every in paper baskets. Class act restaurant 🥰
So far, I’ve tried all dishes and they’ve been good. And now that they are serving Pittsburg Hot links, I’ll try them out. Of course they probably won’t taste like the links cooked directly at PHL restaurant, but I hope they will be thoroughly done and pleasing to my taste buds.
We stopped in on our way through and glad we did. Food was hot fast AND fresh! Great place to eat.
Been several times, always had a good experience. Food is always good, service is fast, place is clean, and the dining room has plenty of seating. Parking can be tight in front but the side lot is big and easier parking for bigger vehicles. Definitely recommend.
Thank you, Pittsburgh, Texas, for having the best restaurant. Herchel's Restaurant was a wonderful place to eat, and I made memories with my elderly mom. After all the years going through Pittsburgh to pick up peaches, I asked mom, "Would you like to try Herschel's."Yes." We had never been inside the restaurant as soon as I opened up the door. The 2 ladies and a gentleman welcomed us with kind voices. It was so clean, the soda fountain was nice and clean. Everything I saw was clean. I ordered mom a kids Hb with fries, soda, and a cookie came with it. Myself grilled chicken salad. When it came out, it was large and beautiful fresh veggies, all the way . It was WOW, that's a beautiful salad. Mom's Hb was very nice, and those French fries were over the top. Seasoned fries 🍟 😋 😍. I watched others ordered, everything that came out of that kitchen was very appealing to the eye. The customers were happy and enjoyed it. I will say this is a jewel of a restaurant Thank you for all your hard work on keeping it up and clean. Thank you for helping me make precious memories with my dear mom. ❤️ I myself have been in the food service industry for over 53 yrs. I know a jewel Pittsburgh and you have one in your home town. God bless you !
The wife and I had a wonderful experience dining out at Hershels last night. She had the smothered steak bake potato and I had the double bacon blt. My blt was delicious. The bacon was cooked to perfection with crisp vegetables. My wife's baked potato was hearty and had a delicious flavor. The smothered steak and grilled onions with the gravel mmmm. Very nice. The dessert we had was the homemade banana pudding. Oh my God!!! They really handled their business on it. I have never purchased BP from a outside source that was this good and well prepared homemade. Everything tasted as if it came out my wife's kitchen. Please if you dont do anything else stop by Hershels and try the homemade banana pudding. 5 stars
Great food, Great prices, Friendly atmosphere…
I didn't know they had flavory juicy burgers.
We visited family in Pittsburg. They treated us to Herschel's and we loved it! We had it to go and it was delicious. I can't wait to try it again next time and sit to eat our breakfast fresh and hot.
DH and I stopped by on a road trip to OK. He had the patty melt and I had the club a sandwich with pepper jack cheese. We shared a side of onion rings. Flavors were good, ingredients fresh and service was quick. Onion rings were done to perfection. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. What kept the food from a 5 star was the uneven construction of both sandwiches. The patty melt had all the onions in a glob in the middle while my club had bacon only in the middle. Since it was quartered, only the first bite of each quarter has bacon. Everything was present to make these 5 star eats, but the poor assembly brought them down to a 4 or 4.5.
My first time at Herschels I had expected a sit down with server environment but you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Western Omelette was perfect and the coffee was hot and fresh. Friendly, helpful staff. I definitely recommend
We were in a group of about 30 senior adults. Bill had everything ready for us when we arrived. Everyone was gracious, professional, and welcoming. Food was outstanding and arrived at our tables in a timely manner and served up with a smile from our friendly servers. I heard several complimentary remarks about the food from my fellow travelers. Thanks to Bill and Staff for such a delicious, relaxing lunch!
Hershel's was completely new to me up until last week. I stopped by there on my way home from Mount Pleasant one day because I noticed they had homemade pie! lol I ended up getting one of their bacon loaded spuds & let me tell you, it was to die for! Soft, mushy & packed full of delicious bacon, cheese, sour cream & butter. It was made to perfection! I of course also got a slice of homemade coconut pie & it was amazing as well & you definitely can't beat the price at only 2.99 a slice! Needless to say, I have already been back & ordered the same items, because I'm kind of a creature of habit, plus it was so divine the 1st time I had to have more. This time they were just finishing up some fresh potatoes & so I waited a few minutes for it to be done & again, an EXCELLENT spud! Although I live almost 30 miles away, I will definitely be going back for more in the near future & recommend you do as well! :)
Delicious hearty breakfast served by smiling people. I go to Herschels each time I'm in East Texas and I'm never disappointed.
Had a good bacon-cheese omelette. All very good.
Food was good. Service was good but prices were outrageous! Don't have to get rich off one person.
Good chicken fried steak and baked potato. The coconut pie filling was good but the crust was so flaky it feel apart and did not meet my expectations.
The waiting period was much too long and after waiting my tator tots were not very crispy. Hate when you have to circle around or park in front to let them wait on other people or probably the reason had to wait so long. The burger was good but the wait and the tots were noy
Very nice restaurant with good food. More of an upscale hamburger restaurant, as it has more sandwiches, baked patatoe, and salads than actual dinners; but it is very good food for the price. Service is counter ordered, but table delivered.
clean fresh hot Great vibe Great parking. good specials. Thank you . God bless
Food was good. Their menu is electronic and changed so fast you couldn't finish reading about one item before it changed to something else. Neither of us got what we wanted because we both got frustrated and just picked what was on the board at the moment. Won't eat there again.
Food tasted good, everything was fresh . Would have preferred shredded hash browns over potato chunks but that's just personal preference.
Their triple decker club only has two layers which might be the way they are supposed to be and I just didnt know. Seemed pricey and the fries were cold but I will be back for more if I'm ever in the area again.
Needs menu with prices posted to see for ordering over phone. Would also be good to be able to order online
I like that they have good salads but my apples and grapes were mushy and some leaves we're bad so this tells me they aren't fresh. It would be nice to have more places sell fresh clean salads.
The food is ok. Mashed potatoes didn't get mashed. Every time I go there the food is always of a different quality. Gravy always a different consistency.
it was hotter in the restaurant than it was outside. there were flies EVERYWHERE swarming around the lobby... kinda gross. Other than that it was ok. ordered a crispy chicken salad. looked like they had only put one chicken strip on it instead of two.
Herschels always has good food but i had to give lower rating because i called in the order. The young girl that took the order wasnt the best. I asked for 4 meals exactly alike but 2 without gravy. I repeated this to her NUMEROUS times. When i got there for pickup i had to wait about 10 minutes even though i called it in first and they werent slammed either. The girl placing my rolls in a bag was slow as molasses! Then to top it off....when i got home ALL of the meals had gravy.😒 Kids were not happy and wouldnt eat it.
I would have given 4 stars for food except I ordered hamburger steak and a baked potato. The baked potato they gave me the first time was left over from the night before and reheated. Not good. When I returned to the counter to ask for a replacement veggie, she indicated fresh baked potatoes had just come out of the oven. She gave me one of those a few minutes later, and it was much better. I'm just disappointed they tried to pass off an old potato to start off with. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. The interior main entrance door would not close. It was freezing cold temperatures outside, and every time someone opened the exterior entrance, the cold air came rushing in. The dining room was so cold we had to wear our coats to eat.
Place was clean, staff was friendly. Quality of food was decent for the price. Only reason 5 star rating was not gave is the Chicken Fried Steak was changed from what I used to get there... It is no longer a like it use to be. Instead the steak but now is like a cheap breaded food service hamburger patty..
I always get the chicken tenders and fries. They are usually crunchy and cooked the right way. EXCEPT FOR TODAY! Today I came in for lunch and it was not good. The fries were almost cold and tasted like they had been sitting in a warmer for hours. The chicken had no crunch on the batter and was dry on the inside. It's usually hot and fresh, the kind you don't dare sink your teeth into until it cools off a bit. TODAY it was luke warm at best. I expected to tell someone when they came by to ask me how my meal was, but that never happened. I then expected to tell them when they came by to take my plate. My fries were clearly not touched, and when the lady that took my order passed by she just took my basket and walked off. Herschel's is too established for this type of food preparation and it was clear that half my meal wasn't touched. Sadly, no one seemed to care. I will come because when it's good, it's great. Just never again for lunch.
I came for the chicken tenders, which were very juicy and tasty. There was plenty of batter but almost no crunch on the crust. Ordered onion rings, which also was battered well but again there was absolutely no crunch in the batter. It's apparent to me that my order was pre cooked and had been sitting in a warming tray for awhile. If I come back I'll request fresh made food. If the batter had any crunch at I would have gladly given another star.
Set your expectations at a high quality fast food joint, and it's 4-5 stars. Burgers and loaded potatoes are awesome, plus complimentary ice cream. Chicken sandwich was no good okay. Also, note no beer. This place is a sit down fast food place which caught me off guard, bit that's okay. Pretty good though. Milk shake was dope.
Once again my order was wrong. I called in an order from the parking lot and was told 10-15 minutes. Shortly after a girl came to my window and asked if I ordered a bacon sandwich? I said no, I ordered a TBA with no tomato. I waited a little bit and went to the window because I was in my 10 to 15 minute range. Paid for my food and left. I KNEW I should have checked the bag, it was that (now cold) bacon sandwich the girl had tried to give me earlier! How many times do I need to say Turkey Bacon Avacado? At one point I loved going to Herschel’s’s and probably went 3 to 4 times a week during my lunch break. For the last 6 months I’ve gone maybe 4 times and it’s only because I think, maybe things are better..
Decent food, but overpriced. Just adding another review to the previous one. My wife and me ate there a couple of years ago, she got the Big Tex Burrito Plate and got food poisoning. She called to inform them of what happened. All they did was say "We're sorry". We haven't been back since. We don't like playing Russian Roulette with our digestive systems.
The staff was friendly. I had chicken fried steak and it was good, the mashed potatoes were real but the salad came with very small container of dressing and no crackers. Terry had smothered steak but requested white gravy but was given Brown. It was an ok meal but not one of those that makes you wasn't to come back.
Got 1 cup of coffee for service. That's it. Dropped off my food and never saw the waitress again. Food was good though and I learned to just get my own beverage.
Upscale Grandy’s. Order at the counter from a fixed menu that has a decent selection. Tables were a little sticky for my liking. Wife loved the loaded bake potato. Okra was cooked to order as was the chicken fried steak.
The people who work here are excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help. Genuine. But $17 for a hospital food chicken sandwich combo is outrageous. How on earth are families able to afford eating here anymore, considering their prices have virtually tripled, outpacing inflation? Do people still come here every morning for breakfast? If so, how do they still pay rent?
Good food, but they would rather inconvenience their customer than make right in their mistakes. I ordered breakfast and spent $23 on 2 platters. One order of eggs was to be over medium and the other scrambled hard. I get home to find that they were both scrambled hard- I don’t eat scrambled hard eggs. I called to tell them thinking they would maybe write my name down and fix it the next time I came (not charge me for my eggs the next time). Instead the lady told me I had to come back now and they would fix me some new eggs. I told her I wasn’t able to come back right now and she said if I didn’t, there was nothing that could be done. I thought that was pretty lacking customer service being that they made the mistake and I had spent $23! Receipt shows over medium and scrambled hard…. 3 stars due to customer service.
Went through the drive thru...ordered a steakfinger basket...chicken fried steak sandwich...fries for both...and one tall Coke. Now the crows are feasting on them. We couldn't eat them! I mean, I think the grease was old in their vat or something. Not to mention that they burnt the steak fingers. I live in Daingerfield and am in Pittsburgh pretty often, but I'll not eat at Hershels again...
Clean place to eat, employee wasn't to friendly and the chicken was dry. But overall ok, good thing I don't live there in pittsburgh so now I don't have to go back. Just passing through
Not happy with most recent visit. I always order the same thing, and this time it was not good at all. Chicken Spud, but I had to search for the chicken. The employees were giggling all thru me ordering, and they were more interested in playing on their phones than their jobs. I highly doubt I will return to the Pittsburg location.
I got the cfs with okra and taters. The taters were instant and almost couldn’t eat them they tasted that off. Okra and cfs were ok at best.
I got a cfs steak meal with green beans and a baked potato. My fiance got a cfs with mashed potatoes and fried okra. First of all the cfs is frozen and pre-packaged. The green beans were cold and bland. Mashed potatoes were instant. The only DECENT items were the fried okra, baked potato and sweet tea. Doubt we will be back.
Fair at best for foid we had. I had the taco salad lettuce ground beef and a little cheese taco shell wasn't impressive. My friend had teo tacos and burrito plate, looked like elementary school cafeteria. The restaurant is clean and nice and well kept but the food doesn't live up to what you are expecting from the outside. It wasn't bad but i doubt I'd try again.
The food is not worth the price. I had a bland taco salad with barely any lettuce, too little ingredients, and almost no flavor. The chicken was incredibly dry and hard to chew.
Not the worst place we have ever eaten, but pretty close. Food had no taste. Girls working just a job. No decent customer service. Did not listen to preparations requested. Listed as mom and pop. Now that is a laugh. Will not trick us again.
So disappointing to find out they no longer sell milkshakes. This was such a big staple of my childhood and the best milkshakes you would ever have.
I ate some green beans at lunch and they tasted bad and smelled them (BAD) ate one fork full and got very sick. I told the lady they were bad. But I think they keep serving them.
After waiting in line for around 15 mins after being greeted by a woman who you could tell hated being there. We finally got our food my toast was stale, my fries were cold and soggy, and my chicken felt like rubber. I don’t recommend anyone to come here, the Pittsburg herschels has gone down hill.
Terrible egg was undercooked. Tea tasted like it was a week old even after they brought out another. Would not recommend. The Herschel's in MT Pleasant is a lot better then the one in Pittsburg.
Would give it zero if possible, it’s awful , food is mid but the people have nasty attitudes! Especially the manager Cody. O and him and another manager Erin were apparently together?
Nasty food, lukewarm at best, potato was old and half was hard, toppings were not hot onions been in warming pan past hold time. Left most of food for trash can. Paid 50cents for small half filled container.shame, shame and shame again
Wife and I stopped, we had smothered steak w/ salad and green beans,, gravy was so thick we gagged on it,, salad was small and was brown and slimy, the green beans tasted sour, they were purple and rancid,, this is the last time we will eat here, cook needs to be fired, the food wasn't fit for my dog to eat,,the roll was ok, we are watching our carbs had no choice to eat it,, dont waste your money here, this place doesn't deserve a 1 stat...they should be ashamed, they might as well close. I'll buy it and make something of this place ..
Got a burrito. For 11$ coulda bought the same from Brookshire in a pack for alot less. Was trash.
Gack! It’s bad. Where to start…interior smelled like bug spray and very old dishwater. Food was horrible. Ordered grilled chicken, and got this gross (steamed?) thing instead. No seasoning on taco salad. None. We had to go back and ask for the salsa that was supposed to come with it. Could only eat a third bc something about it was disgusting. Did not feel especially great afterwards. Brother had bones the size of an orange seed in his GROUND beef. Don’t order a burger fyi unless you’re really trying to eat less. Woman at the counter was rude every time we interacted. Ceiling next to tea dispenser had a really bad leak with open buckets to catch the drips falling from open, sagging sheet rock. Buckets had old water and sediment in them. A strip of something was hanging down from the leak area. All of that is right next to the drink machine and lids btw.
Went to Herschel's Restaurant in Pittsburg to have lunch, and could not believe the nickel and diming which led to sticker shock. One double hamburger, two chicken fried steak sandwiches (battered hamburger patty), three drinks, three fries/tator tots……$50.75. Here is how we got there. 2 CFS sandwichs – 17.98, double cheese burger 9.99. 2 Potato tots and 1 fries are $3.99 each (we got 12 tots each for $4 dollars) 11.97. 3 drinks 4.98 (only charged us for two). My wife wanted pickles with her sandwich and they charged .98 cents to put on a few sliced pickles. Add cheese to chicken fried sandwiches .98 cents each ($2.00 for two slices of American cheese). Three dollars was added to the bill for pickles and cheese. This isn’t “inflation”, this is just a policy of nickel and diming customers for a higher bottom line. We lived in Pittsburg for the last 15 years and have been going to Herschel’s all that time, but not anymore. It’s simply not worth it.
This is my second terrible experience with this location in two weeks. Last week we ordered some burgers to go and when we got home and got sat down to eat we realized that they were raw in the center. Anyone can have a bad day, so this morning when my daughter was visiting from the Army and we wanted breakfast I suggested we go here. Wrong again! We waited 5 minutes shy of an hour to even get our food and when we did my daughter’s eggs were undercooked. You can’t just leave when it takes too long because they take your money when you order. We are leaving just now and there is a family in there still without food that was here when we got here. If I could give them zero or negative stars I would.
The Big Tex burrito was a deep fried gas station beef and bean burrito the tacos were were so bland that the taco sauce packets I put on it couldn't even help. It had just browned hamburger meat no seasoning at all. I'm depressed after that sad decision to eat lunch there today.
I live in Pittsburgh I have been going to herschel's over several years they have been good but in the last 4 months every time I go I keep giving the benefit of the doubt they're always messing up my order I ordered three tacos and two large sour creams I get one big sour cream for and I get one look like it's been dipped in just a little in it I took it back in she said oh that's what you order started out with three tacos with a four dollars when I ordered the sour cream in chapter 11 dollars I asked her why she could not give me an answer she can't predicting herself so I checked my order before I went back in and I took it in there I said something she's out well that's what you ordered I said bad review I will not be back I've gave you benefit of the doubt every time I come down here for the last several months and I will not be back and just not the other person that said in here same thing as always you go through the water board then you pull up to the window and order then they had you pull around the whole restaurant and park to bring the order out 30 minutes later I'll give this a bad review a bad place do not eat there do not even bother going there wasting your money they are rude they are getting very bad in that place they don't know how to cook they don't like it when you have to take something back in that they messed up and then you're stuck with the food my sour cream that they gave me look like somebody took half of it out and put the lid back on I just told it in the parking lot who knows somebody else might have had it and I don't need no terms oh no disease I will not be back at herschel's in Pittsburg Texas if anybody thinks about going do not go don't waste your money don't waste your time the women in there are rude they don't comprehend to watch your order
Yeah no terrible. I was with my family coming from Kilgore on the way to Oklahoma and stopped to eat for the couple hour drive ahead of us. Cfs came out small tasted good just very little. The grilled cheese had hardly any cheese and the chicken fingers were literally bread. Never again!
My complaint won't matter since there is only a couple of dine-in choices in Pittsburg. Tbh nor would hundreds of bad reviews hurt them. Besides they are rooted in almost every town around here. And grateful to have them all, really. They DO have good food and the best hamburgers anywhere. But, if you ask for a baked potato and dare ask them to chop-in the butter (margarine) before they put other toppings on.....Oh my!!! You get an attitude, they roll their eyes at you, they're snarky and act like you've asked for their firstborn child or demanding the keys to their house. Good grief, it's just pliable fake butter, which is really no big deal on your end. Absolute no muscle strain. Remember it's the little things that matter!!! Here's the issue, by the time I get my potato the butter substitute has fallen off the sides and under the potato. Then my butter is pretty useless, and hard to get back onto my potato. The joy and excitement long gone. Here's a thought and will keep your assembly line flowing; how about put your margarine in a squeezable container like the other condiments and just squeeze it all over. Let's be real it's fake butter anyways, you're not fooling anyone. Be grateful I'm not bitching about that as well, we all know there are no health benefits too margarine. Truth is I asked for butter (BUTTER) not margarine and I was never corrected. So let's keep that little lie going. I realize times are tough for restaurants and hard to keep them open, so keep using the margarine and saving money. But remember it's the little things that matter!!!! Again, I'm aware this a useless complaint to some, and I sound like a "Karen". But isn't it just like the other establishments who put a tiny seed size portion of ketchup and a tiny drop of mustard on your hamburger bun, with one sad beat down pickle, discouraging right? Aren't we all a little bit of Karen from time to time. When all along you know you can make the same plate better at home, but you try to enjoy the convenience of picking it up somewhere just to be highly disappointed???? Remember it's the little things that matter!!! Dear Hershsels rolling your eyes at me for such a small request as chopping in some fake butter, is not too much to ask for. To me it's like ordering a milkshake without the milk. Because some employee felt like it was too much work to take the time to pour the milk in. So "my bizarre butter request" it's not a personal attack! And being rude to me, well that in it's self is bad for business one customer at a time. .....the little things do matter!!!
So today we placed a togo order... It was awful. 11.99 burrito was a fried frozen burrito, the meat in the cheeseburger was not done, the french fries were stale... Just a awful,,, uneditable, waste of money... They lost our business...
Drive thru is HORRIBLE! You are instructed at the menu board to pull forward to order...well I have a suburban full of people and who can remember a menu board after you have left it (they actually have quite the menu) girl at the window says she has no idea what's on the menu to help us as we are trying to recall what we saw ...really like you don't sit here and here menu items from others ordering...like we saw some kind of burrito plate etc what's on it we ask her..uh I have no idea what you are talking about she responds and says no we cannot see a menu when we ask for a printed menu ..and no going in reverse was not an option as there was another car behind us. So tried to recall in our minds our huge order...if half the car was not elderly and hard to move I would have just gone in ...get the order placed and then we are informed to pull up so our drivers window is by the garbage can where we are forced to watch hordes of flies surrounding our car and the stench filling our car. 22min later we have our food...$5 onion ring order was a joke,!!
