Holly was amazing. Great service, very friendly, and she is great at making recommendations. I suggest trying the spicy marinara sauce. Juan makes it and it is incredible. Everyone in my family found something they liked...no...they loved. Leftovers the next day were amazing. I will be back and I will bring friends.

What a gem! We were visiting all the way from Idaho & stumbled (on the internet) on Joe's, I'm SO happy we did! The spot is unassuming (in a strip mall), but inside is the coziest atmosphere you could ask for! The service is fast & so sweet, the garlic bread they bring to your table is SO good, and the pasta? Oh wow, the sauce is second to none & it comes out hot & fresh! Plus, the prices are very reasonable! If you're in Plano, don't miss out on Joe's!

Came here for a family lunch on a weekend. We were greeted immediately with a smile from the front counter staff. He offered us to have a seat anywhere as the seating was wide open in the afternoon. The order taker was very friendly with us and our kids. He offered us complimentary appetizers while we decided. We ended up getting a large cheese pizza and tomato basil soup. Both items were fresh and delicious! Had to pack it to-go as we bit off more than we could chew lol.. Overall, a nice relaxing weekend lunch with family. The ambience and seating was comfortable. We'll be coming over again for sure!

There are few things as comforting in life as a REAL DEAL MOM n POP Italian restaurant and Joes Pasta and Pizza is my favorite! The place is easy to find, always plenty of open tables or booths and sparkling clean. But with a relaxing vibe and outstanding service. Nothing I have tried before was not stellar and a fraction of the cost of some popular chains. Enormous calzones. Wicked large pizza slices that don't scrimp on toppings, cover a plate and cost $4.50. But today was the lunch sampler at only $8.99 including Caesar salad and toothsome garlic rolls. A scorching hot large bowl of Manicotti, Lasagna and Stuffed Shells blanketed in cheese. OH SO GOOD! But surprisingly light. Must be the fresh cheeses! Bonus: The young man that was servicing all of the tables did a great job and was quite a hot fox!

Absolutely fantastic food and staff. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Every member of the staff is attentive and wants to help. The food is always delicious and fresh and hot. The area is always welcoming and clean and well cared for. The prices are great especially for the quality and size of the food. I literally have no negatives for this restaurant. Great for families, couples, elderly, young, kids and teens. Everyone can find something here to enjoy.

Great New York - style pizza in a shower friendly and cozy atmosphere. You're always greeted and checked on multiple times buy more than one employee everytime we eat here. The pasta is good some dishes you like better than others but we enjoy the dinner salads because they don't look like they come from a bag. We really like to find a local place that we can support and enjoy and this is definitely one of them!

This has become my go to for pizza. I like that they're open until 10pm. That means I can order it after my shift at my work. Most other places close at 9pm. So I have to get those on my day off. That being said, it is a really good pizza. I always get it the same. Pepperoni with extra Pepperoni, sausage, and tomatoes. It has always been cooked well and taste fantastic. The way I think pizza like this should be, greasy, cheesy, the kind you can fold and when you bite into the toppings get squeezed out and you have to pick them up and eat them by themselves, mmm 🤤. I also get the lasagna sometimes. Because it's easier than baking my own. Not the best but not bad. Lots of cheese which is good. The bread they give with it is okay. Again kinda middle of the road. It's got some seasoning in it. The lasagna also comes with a little salad(not pictured). Which is refreshing. I either get it with ranch or ceasar both are good. The only reason I don't give a 5 start review is because it's not the best I've ever had. It's as good as any other "NY style " pizza place and the lasagna is good but not great. I always get it to go, but it looks cool inside the restaurant. The person at the counter has always been polite and makes sure I have crushed red pepper snd parmesan, even though I don't need them. They are good and convenient. I get it at least once a month.

Glad I found this place. A nice Americanized Italian restaurant with great service, perfect portion sizes and great prices. They have these super pretty waitresses. You think they are producing them in the back cause they just come from nowhere. The food selections are great, from their pizza to pasta; I have had no complaints. I just need to stay away as I tend to over eat when I am there. Actually, I over eat everywhere. But this place really is a good find in Plano.

Good mom and pop Italian restaurant. Service was good and food was good too. I would go back to try other options for pasta. We had calamari and garlic bread for appetizers and taste of Italy for main course.

Had delivery and have ordered here several times before. This time mine was okay, but my wife's was terrible and couldn't be eaten. She had eggplant rollatini. I called to complain and spoke to the manager... He promised us a refund, and 2 weeks later, it is still not on my card... Disappointing on several levels. You should not promise a partial refund if you have no intention to do it! I was contacted by the business who did refund $15 to me to cover the cost of the bad meal. We were invited in for a meal on them at the restaurant. I appreciate them responding to quickly to resolve this. Like I said, we have never had an issue till this one.

Went to Joe’s with the family and had a great dinner :) Definitely recommend the Manicotti with pink sauce!! Each of our dishes came with salad and the table got some delicious garlic knots to snack on. It was delicious and the cannoli was AMAZING! Unfortunately the middle of the cannoli was a little empty which was a huge bummer because the cannoli cream was stupid good!! Honestly I could just order a bowl of that and go to town!

I placed an Uber Eats order with Joe’s Pizza and Pasta , went with pizza, a cheesesteak, and lasagna. That lasagna? Hands down the worst I’ve ever had from an Italian spot. No refund either, just because it was through Uber Eats. Honestly, I probably won’t be ordering from there again. Should’ve stuck with something I knew I liked. Lesson learned.

Very disappointing experience honestly! My wife did a order to go because we wanted some italian food ( Pasta )! Shrimp Diablo Pasta was absolutely disgusting 🤮! It had so much grease that it was so gross to even tried to eat it, supposedly is a pasta with marinara sauce but the pasta was floating in so much grease is a big no, I have no intentions of going back to this place and also the Cheese sticks it says on their menu ( Home made ) my a…. This is not homemade! The texture is rubbery not even a bit of crispy or home made taste !! 0 starts honestly!!!

I guess not all Joe’s pizza pasta are created equal! This place ruins Joe’s name and reputation. We drove all the way from Coppell area as our normal one was closed near us. We might as well have gone to pick up from a local common chain such as Dominos or Pizza Hut! We had ordered Alfredo spinach pizza. The pizza was awful. It had absolutely NO sauce and canned spinach thrown on the cheese. We drove about 20-30 minutes each way as Joes normally have good reputation. What an aweful place! Never coming here again. They could have told us they were out of sauce! Don’t rip off customers.
