My nephew and I were on a motorcycle trip to AZ and didn't care to eat at any corporate choke and puke so we were riding by and saw George's restaurant and gave it a try. Neither of us were disappointed,very good food at a reasonable price and a very polite and helpful waitress to boot you can't go wrong if you decide to eat here.

Salad bar with dinner was good. Pasta salads are my favorite. Grilled chicken was good with some sort of dipping sauce they gave. Green beans were good as well. Hand cut fries with chicken tenders also you get a free ice cream with purchase of dinner

Staff are very friendly. You get a free ice cream cone with every meal. Now how can you turn down a deal like that! Most items on the menu are good. I really love their California burger 🍔 you have to try it!

This is a very clean neighborhood diner. The food is always good and reasonably priced. We haven't found a wow factor, but meals stay consistantly good. The daily specials can help you save, and often come with a one trip salad bar. The portions are large and every patron is allowed free self serve ice cream with toppings. Which my family enjoys. Customer service can be a bit slow especially when they are busy, which is often, but the staff is friendly enough!

Hit or miss. Came in on Thursday and had amazing service and a great meal. Came in Saturday and ordered the exact same meal and was disappointed. Bathrooms were closed and I asked for a Togo cup and was told they had none. The table next to me received a Togo cup right after she told me no.

Food was good that's why 2 stars. The service here sucks. Had to go to counter to get refill of coffee everytime.Our orders came out wrong. When walked to counter to ask the waitress said she put it in right so she didn't know. Didn't bother to even try to fix it or act like she cared. The tables around us were dirty as we're the floors. Pretty sure the only person working is the cook as food that we got was good and kitchen was clean. So to go is the only way to eat here.

I'm on the fence. Spent over 80 here and the "kids" menu was hard as a rock. And our waitress seemed fairly new, and I know that's definitely not easy. Despite that, for the price the food could have been better.

I’m not one to complain, but that was legit the worst food I’ve ever had. Ever. Beans were sour which was super not appealing. Chips were bitter and had a chemical like aftertaste like they were fried in old oil. Meat was beyond repair, like super super dry. May as well have killed the animal again at that point. Queso was from a can. We couldn’t even finish. Also it took 40 mins for our food to come out. Service was very good though and waitress was extremely nice. If all our money could’ve gone to her that would’ve been fine with me. But it won’t. Wasted money. Sad.

Rarely order from George's and tonight waited for a long time for club sandwiches and this is what mine looked like. Lettuce thrown all over the tray. I remember why we don't go there.

Full disclosure: This incident did happen a few years ago, but I was just reminded, by Google, to leave a review when I was near the restaurant, so here is my review. Terrible service all the way from owner to management. Had an experience where they got our order wrong. Returned to ask them to correct it, right at the time that they were closing. They acknowledged the mistake, but would not correct the order because they had "already closed the kitchen". Manager seemed completely annoyed and disinterested in our grievance. Only offered a refund for the wrong items and no other compensation, so that meant that we would have to cook, or go elsewhere to feed two members of my family. Got the number for the owner and he never returned any of my calls. Either that, or the manager gave me the wrong number. Haven't stepped foot in this place in about 5 years because of this incident. I highly doubt that their service has improved. Especially considering that the owner never cared enough to to return any of my calls/messages.
