Came here for a heart shaped pizza for valentines day. The service was fast and all the employees were super helpful. Whats cool is they have a spot on the wall for kids to draw with chalk. Nice touch Domino's.
We drove through the great flood of 2025 to get to our pizza. The power was out on the whole block. They were nice enough to give us someone's canceled order, THEN remake our entire order a few days later FOR FREE!
Domino’s has really improved over the years! The pizza is delicious, the sauces are excellent, and the whole experience is always enjoyable. The manager, Alice, goes above and beyond—she’s kind, attentive, and makes sure everything is perfect. Honestly, what’s not to love? This location is great, and Alice truly deserves a raise.
The food is great, always get the same pan pizza. But I'd say about 50% of the time, there's an issue somewhere. I have constant issues with the app regarding payment. Basically I have to alternate which card I use every time I place a delivery order. And recently, every time I get the 4 for 7.99 sodas, they only give me 3! Every single time! And its even crazier that its the sprite that gets "missed". Last night it happened again, missing a damn sprite. So I called and they said they'd send somebody out to deliver it. And that was after being snarky. Nobody came to deliver was wasn't given! So not only do I get constant scrappy service; they don't even fix the problem and practically stole my money. I don't care if its 5 cents, I want what I ordered. And if I don't, I want my money back. Its simple. Do better Dominos. Whoever the hell is stealing my sprites most of the time needs a swift kick in the face. And a demotion to sweeping dominos cause they clearly cant be trusted to pack a damn order.
We showed up after ordering online and they app said it would be ready in 5 minutes. We go in and 2 people are working. The employees were not wearing gloves did not wash hands once. Used the cash register touched money then went and made pizzas. One guy cleaned off a knife with his apron then cut an onion. I watched the pizzas almost fall off the oven. It was a circus. A driver showed up and went right to taking a pizza out of the oven didn't even wash his hands. I will never eat at domino's again.
Very average pizza that is always cut weird and not all the way through. The toppings are always very sparse, but I figure that’s what you get with cheap pizza. I have ordered a lot from this location and something is ALWAYS wrong. Pizza, chicken, dessert is undercooked a lot of the time. They don’t include the dipping sauce that was laid for. The in app delivery time is never accurate either. It’s not really a good deal if the order is always messed up. I waited a very long time to submit a review because I’m aware that mistakes happen etc. Maybe this location is just too busy to properly serve customers.
I love their gluten free pizza but I’m so frustrated. I ordered at 5:30pm to pick up in my car. I arrived at 5:45pm because it said my pizza would be ready by 5:50. I just got the text that it went into the oven at 6:10pm. I’m so incredibly frustrated right now and will not be doing this again.
Everyone we've interacted with has been great! But literally every other order from this location is wrong >.< we always order 2 pizzas, and without fail, one order will be correct, and then the next time we order, it's wrong. They'll get toppings or the crst-type wrong, and the pizza *always* arrives cold, and more often than not, the crust is not cut all the way thru
Used to be good when you could actually get the deals as offered but new owner made it cost more to change sauce and for specific toppings like chicken. A pizza that is supposed to cost $7.99 is $13 because I wanted BBQ sauce.
Waited an hour and a half for my pizza and garlic knots. They completely messed up the pizza, adding 4 toppings that weren’t even on the order and gave us chicken bacon knots. Waited another hour and a half for our pizza to be remade and it was just as wrong as the one before. Would not recommend going here.
Driver literally dropped my food on the ground, scooped it up, gave it to me and walked away. Been calling for a week to get a refund. No answer or told to call back or on hold forever. 1 hour total this week. Pre tipped $5 too. This place is the worst. Update... STILL NO REFUND FOR FOOD DROPPED ON THE GROUND, THEN GIVEN TO ME. A MONTH AGO. APPARENTLY I HAVE TO FILE TO DISPUTE A CHARGE WITH THE BANK?? NO REFUND. BOT COMMUNICATION. THATS CALLED STEALING.
They're having a any size any topping for $9.99 special. Well, that's not what you get. I ordered a large, and got a small, it was supposed to be $9.99, but it was $23.00. There was no sauce on the pizza, it was cold, and had a texture similar to rubber. Ugh! 😝
I called to resolve an issue, the woman on the phone, was very short with me. I didn't have any time to ask any questions because she hung up the phone. so, I was never able to receive pizza I ordered for delivery. I never got a refund, even though I ordered pizza.
What a mess! This place has gone so far down hill. Ive never ordered and was expected to wait hours for my food. Not only that but the lobby was full of very upset people who had been waiting! The lady (assuming new owner or manager) is horrible to her employees. Yelling at them while doing nothing but walking in circles. This place is a mess. No organization, the food had gone completely down hill, and the actual inside of the restaurant is disgusting!! I will never order from domions again. And thats a bummer! Used to be a favorite spot.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I spent a hundred dollars and what I got was a deep dish pizza with frozen, uncooked cheese and raw dough and it was cut into 6 very large slices. Completely unacceptable. When I called to get it fixed, the manager tried to tell me it was because I ordered extra cheese. Let’s be serious. I order extra cheese everywhere and it has never shown up looking half-baked and pulled out of a freezer. That excuse was lazy and flat-out wrong. As managers we dont blame our consumers for uncooked shitty food.. my 3 year old could have done better than you handling that situation. The Hispanic male manager - he sucks so bad. He wont last long there.... On top of that, he was rude, dismissive, and about as unprofessional as it gets. I’ve worked in the culinary and hospitality industry for years, so I know exactly how a manager should handle a situation like this. He did the opposite. No accountability. No solution. No customer care. I will not be spending another dollar here. I’ll stick with Pizza Factory since they actually know how to cook a pizza and treat customers with basic respect. Dominos, do better. This location is an embarrassment to your brand.
I ordered through the Domino’s app with an estimated 29-minute delivery time. After waiting over an hour, I called the store and was told the real wait time was actually two hours. I cancelled my order and left the house, but the pizza was still delivered and accepted by my roommate — and I was still charged. When I called the next day, the manager said she’d issue a refund, but later told me the owner wanted me to bring back the pizza for the refund — even though it had already been thrown away. How exactly am I supposed to “return” a pizza that should’ve never been delivered in the first place? This experience was frustrating from start to finish. Between the inaccurate delivery estimate, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Pizza was disgusting topping were on the top of the box, wasn’t cooked all the way through or at least it didn’t seem like that it could’ve been the massive amount of sauce that made it seem that way I called and talked with manager, She was very rude and ultimately incompetent she Told me that my account would receive a credit for a free pizza that did not happen. Horrible service, horrible pizza obviously horrible management.
Store wasn’t busy , well too busy. There’s absolutely too much going on , playing obviously, ordered 2 medium pizzas . I got to be fresh and the other looked like it sat for 2hrs. None of my added toppings were included instead a piece of sausage, and mushrooms on select slices. And those aren’t the topping I included. Truly upsetting. Hopefully you guys really get on it
Does this look like it has ranch on it wilby? That's what the male manager told me, and kept calling me a liar. At 7:35pm Sep 3rd 2025. He said he made it himself, and he knows he put ranch on it. When I said I can show proof, he started getting nasty and calling me a liar. And told me he's not sending anyone to give me my bites that they forgot twice, and to replace the sandwhich that they messed up twice. I got loud when you got loud first. Literally kept calling me a liar when I offered to show proof, and then hung up on me. Best believe imma take this higher. Not only did y'all steal from me and not give me what I ordered, but y'all could have killed me with putting cheese on my sandwich when email even does no cheese, and then u personally messed up a 2nd time, and I was told at 6:30pm (2 hrs later), that the correct 3rd sandwich would be out, an hour goes by and nothing so I called, and just to be called a liar and him laughing at me and so on. Well, here's ur proof. Well, look at this hear, NO RANCH! sit there on the phone calling me a liar and laughing at me.
I wish I could put no stars. I placed my order at 5:45 pm. It said it would be ready in “approximately 13-18 minutes” my boyfriend went and sat out there at their carside delivery for 30 minutes. I called and they said “your order will be put in the oven in 15-20 minutes” I said “ok well I’ve been waiting already for 30 minutes because the app gave me a pickup time of 13-18 minutes” and she said “yea well that’s not accurate and the app doesn’t actually keep up with the volume” so even though I was upset I just said thank you and hung up. I didn’t end up getting my order until 6:50pm and my boyfriend had to go in to get it (it was just sitting on a rack in there) absolute waste of time. Should have ordered from a different pizza place.
I haven’t ordered Domino’s in a long time. They have a good deal on pizzas going on right now, so I thought I’d give it a try. I used the app to order and pay. There’s a “Domino’s Tracker” in the app that supposedly shows what’s going on with your pizza in real time; when it’s being prepped, when it’s baking, etc. I’m thinking it’s probably not too accurate. I opted to pick up the pizzas myself. When it showed my order was ready and to “head to the counter and skip the line”, I did just that —- and was ignored for a good 10 minutes. There were other customers waiting also. One of the employees came up to the register in front of me twice to grab cash and ignored me both times. Finally, after that ten minutes, I was able to get the attention of another employee as he walked by. I asked him if they had two pizzas for Bill. He checked the order rack and sure enough, my pizzas had been there the whole time. He muttered something and handed them to me. By the time I got home, the pizzas were lukewarm at best. The pizza was only ok — maybe a degree or two better than Little Caesar’s. Skimpy on toppings and the sauce tasted like tomato paste. Domino’s in Redding? Poor service, substandard pizza. Highly NOT recommended.
Ordered online. Waited said 15-20 minutes, I under stand it was Friday and busy. Waited 1.5 hours, drove home to Anderson, two pizza were right. My specialty pizza was no where near correct all the main toppings were missing. I’ve been on hold 19 minutes now, and still on hold as I’m writing this. The pizza in the picture is definitely not a Honolulu Hawaiian pizza ny style.
NASTY! AND UNPROFESSIONAL! i went into store recently because i had ordered online at 9:10 pm i got no notification/update on my food nor when i called the store did they answer, i called 3 separate times for them not to answer i understand the staff can’t handle wait times/ the amount of people who order but a little heads up would be nice when the app says it’ll take 15 minutes that’s how long it should take, also lot to mention while waiting i look on the floor to see and roach!:)
